This place is very nice to spend with the family, I took my 5 and 4 year old daughters and they liked it a lot, it is only for residents of Westchester County NY, children under 5 years old do not pay. Adults pay 15 dollars per person and 10 dollars for parking.. the security of the park is very careful and the other employees are excellent. The entry of alcoholic beverages is not allowed, it has a life jacket for children

Looks like an awesome public amusement park with plenty to do for a reasonable price. From the full featured outdoor water park with a massive slide to the mini golf course, this is a heaven for young kids and adults with the heart of a child. Stopped by in the winter when all the fun attractions were closed for the season where the park still serves as a great place to connect with nature and disconnect from the world. Not a lot of vehicle noise surrounded by low vehicle travel speed neighborhoods. Not super popular with only a few people walking along the trails.

Treasure for the Westchester county residents. Place is great. Facilities are awesome and all of it considerably reasonable pricing for park and parking. Nevertheless it’s free for Mon-Thurs to make the most of it! I recommend this to every Westchester county resident especially with the kids. You can enjoy this all day!! Must try!

Interesting park. Under construction currently and somewhat a mess on the way in. Soccer fields are nice in the back. Lots of open space. Seems like the water park and mini golf area are part of the renovations.

Tibbetts Brook park is such a beautiful park, the park it’s self is open to the public, the pool is for westchester residents, and you need a membership to enter. It’s clean and their lazy river pool is everything! Life jackets are provided if you need them. There’s floaties, and you can bring a small cooler with food and eat in the picnic area.

One of the most beautiful parks in Westchester. It has a lazy river, water slides, trails, a workout pad, miniature golf, tennis courts, soccer courts, ample parking, several playgrounds, open spaces, a beautiful pond with waterfall, gazebos, BBQ areas, benches, big open fields and it is beautiful. It is the Central Park of Westchester County.

I love my morning walks here, if you do the big loop around the parking path it equals 2 miles exactly. They have 3 play areas for kids. The walking paths are not well kept so you do have to watch where you stay or your foot might fall into an open pothole or crevice.

Well kept. Excellent park for families, couples, exercise folks and dog walkers. Very large so it's spacious. I go year round. But they charge for parking on season after memorial day through labor day. Great for communing with nature...perfect for bird watchers.

Nice clean park! I Attended a kids birthday party in the picnic area with a grill and a playground near by for the kiddies. This park also has a pool section with a tube slide but it was not open the day I went. Probably by the end of the month(June) when school is out. Lastly, there is a lot of great views if you love taking pictures like myself!

A large park in Yonkers that has a waterpark, a beautiful lake, and plenty of good easy trails. There is ample parking spread out into 3 large parking lots around the area. There are also plenty of barbecue pits and benches for picnics once summer rolls around. Unfortunately as of May 2021 the waterpark is still closed due to COVID.

We use Tibbetts Brook Park frequently for various outdoor events, especially soccer and walking the trails. It is absolutely a gorgeous layout! The waterfall that you pass by as you walk, provides a sort of escape into tranquility, and the trail is wide and scarcely crowded. We go there to sled when we have a good dump of snow! They are doing some repair work there now, which makes it a bit unpleasant and bothersome, but at some point they must be done.

Wow! This is a wonderful park with extraordinary amenities, especially in the summer! However, even in December during our pandemic, this park offers wonderful opportunities to folks who want to walk on the many trails that this park offers. And if you are a resident of Westchester County you can purchase very reasonable priced passes for parking as well as use of their enormous pools. This is one of Westchester County’s oldest parks with what has to be the most beautiful Tudor Revival Bathhouse you’ll find anywhere. We visited the park in late December and the park was open to everyone at no cost ! We parked and walked around the Tibbetts pond and watched as people were biking, jogging and just enjoying the 161 acres to wander and relax. The park has amble parking areas and it’s definitely worth a visit!

I just happened upon this park while I was driving by. I went in with my dogs however, I didn't get a chance to really explore the way I wanted to. What I did say was lovely. I came across a few people with dogs and they were very friendly. the Brooks running through the property are so beautiful. The wooded areas that I explored felt safe. I can't wait to go back

As far as off-season tibbetts Park is phenomenal for going on a walk around the lake or hike up on the trails that you can follow all the way down through the Bronx or up into Elmsford New York. I never appreciated how much wildlife was in and around Yonkers. It's literally like turtle palooza this time of year.

The Park is beautiful the Pool is nice and clean. Plenty of kids are to play. Lots of parking. But everything has a price. First you need a park pass $$$, then you pay for parking $$, and also pay for the Pool $. If you don't have a park pass you will pay allot more $$$$. Very expensive for a family of four.

Great walking area also adjacent to newly completed Empire Trail. Also the aqueduct trail is in the park. You can walk into Van Cortland park or head up into northern Westchester on the Empire trail

This has became in one of my favorite spots ever close to NYC. Just 10 miles away by bycicle from upper Manhattan, get ready to enjoy beautiful landscapes and distressing out. I can’t wait to see the fall foliage over there. Swimming tortoises are a must to see!

It's really a great park. It has 2 playgrounds, plus a lazy river pool for the summer. We like to ride and walk along the paths. Parking is free except in the summer when the pool is open. There are fees for both the pool and parking.

This is by far the best recreational park available in Westchester!! There are tennis courts soccer fields picnic area and trails. But there is also a pool with a lazy river with 2 big water slides, aquatic volley ball court, aquatic basketball court , an infant area, and an aquatic toddler playground. There is no alchohol permitted on the premises but that doesnt make it a boring park trust me you wont need alchohol for a day here. The entrance is 15 dollars for the aquatic area and parking for the park as a whole is 10 dollars please make sure to have a valed government issued ID to get in any area of the park. The park itself opens at 8 am but the pool area only opens at 11 am. This pool area also is the best place to get a very deep tan! Everytime I end up going to tibbets park I come home 5 shades darker hahaha.... dont think twice about coming here just pack a fun lunch that's weather friendly, grab your best tanning oil and have a great time !

I went here yesterday. It was crowed but The wait time to pay for parking was about 30 mins because only one person was doing it. To get in took 45 and to get order/ get food took another 45 mins. Most of the staff was teenagers but come on. No sense of urgency. Either hire more staff or work in a more effective manner. The pool is nice. Food was good but the process took too long. The kids had fun but not worth it for me anyway.I would recommend ONLY if you have the patience 😉.

Fun place, even when it’s packed everyone can claim a corner to sun bathe. Beautiful scene, family friendly. Bring beach towels to spread out, beach chairs, and a blanket for the kids.

Fun experience but many rules. Can be a little expensive compared to all the other pools in westchester County which are normally 5 to 8 dollars per person. Yonkers charges 15 dollars per person and 10 dollars parking to its own residents for both their pools facilities. So if you have a big family it can be costly. Also, I believe for the residents it should be cheaper and should compare in price to the other surrounding towns and cities.

Tibbetts has always been a go to park in Yonkers for summer fun! They have recreated the pool area into a mini water park with a slide and a lazy river. There are so many different areas of the park to accommodate all outdoor activities, up to and including getting married. There is a beautiful white Gazebo right on the pond that makes the perfect location for an intimate wedding. They have BBQ areas for all types of family get togethers! A great park to just go for a run or spend the day!

This park reminds me of a regular state park merged with splish splash. It was amazing and lifeguards were everywhere. My favorite is the lazy river, my son enjoyed the basketball pool game and my girls got to lift some weight overlooking a calm lake full of swimming ducks. There are a mini golf course as well overlooking the kiddos playground. Everything is labeled by age group. You can barbecue, relax with family and friends, soak in the sun or enjoy a romantic date. Recommend to all as it is located in the quiet area of Yonkers one hour away from the busy city. Non-resident beware: if you're not a resident of Yonkers, you can’t enjoy the swimming pool nor their picnic area unless you have a Yonkers resident with you. But still a beauty!

This is a nice place to go with family and friends the water rafts will make you want to stay in the water. A great place to cool off in the fact that you go through obstacle course of water shooting down on you. little waterfall right around through buckets of water they fill up and pour on your head. It clean fun FYI just where your bathing suit under your clothes and on the weekdays it's free days and weekend is $15 entry fee

Great place for a cookout or to take the kids to for a fun day in the pool. Keep in mind this place gets crowded quick on the weekends. Parking is $5-$10 and if the main lots fill they have overflow parking across camp grounds but bring your walking shoes it's a nice trek. There are playgrounds and tennis courts...just a lot of ingredients to make a memorable family weekend.

Been going my whole life with the family. Very nice Park to get some great exercise. Lots of beautiful animal's which I love to see. I would definitely give it a 5 star, but the people who take care of it do need to clean it up way more often then they do. Lot of garbage everywhere including the water there. Other than that it's all good.

A lovely park just north of the Bronx in NYC. Several trails go north-south through the park including the paved South County Trailway on the west side and the more bucolic Old Croton Aqueduct trail on the east. There are lakes interspersed between the woods and athletic fields. A good area for bird watching.

I had fun at the pool, but I had a hard time with the only operating token machine at the men's changing area. Another thing that dampened my fun was that the water was not chlorinated enough. I felt a little sick when I left.

Nice we parked on side road instead of going into the park as I had looked up Croton trail. Walked to the lake, nice picnic areas. The trail around the lake really nice, picnic areas were fairly busy (memorial weekend) the trail was very quiet.

Paid parking during peak season is annoying but hey, it is what it is. Otherwise a very pleasant park. I have never been to the pool or water park as I'm only here for trail running and hiking. There are lots of little trails that stem from main road but not all loop back to the park. Several are outlets to yonkers ave, Jervis Rd and the South County bike trail, which is very narrow with 2 way traffic, with fast moving bikes and the occasional unruly canine. I guess their owners don't know how to read. There are signs everywhere about leashing your dog.

I haven't been there in several years. Bring singles for the lockers. Wear sunblock I was in a tube for 4 hours feet were up and I forgot to sunblock ankles and feet I got second degree sun bun and possibly sun poisoning. 2 inch Blister took over a week to heal. It was thursday and free and very crowed but safe. Also burned the bottom of my foot on hot concrete. So be careful. All bathers were very friendly. Great time. I highly recommend. Bring a westchester friend as this is a westchester county pool that looks at Id. And $10 to park if not county park pass

Clean park, staff is super helpful. Downside is you have to be a Westchester county member in order to come in. Coolers need to be small and fit into a measuring basket they have before you enter the park. Small children can be giving a loaner life vest in exchange for a temporary hold on ID.

Hidden treasure in Yonkers. Only downfall is that you need to be a resident of Westchester County to enter. Great pond and beautiful scenery. Fishing, walking, biking and grilling areas. Restrooms available. A needs a little up keeping but due to Covid 19 I can understand.

Very clean and peaceful! They have a cool pool there, it's like a Water park. They charge $10 to park your car there, $5 with a pass. Pool entrance fee is $10 each person. You must be a Yonkers resident or invited by such to enter.

It’s been a hot summer and one of the kids who are on my school bus recommend this park as a place that I want to take my family to cool off and participate in total family fun I kind of wish there were more seats or shaded areas to dry often but most people spend most of the time in the water anyway the lazy river is nothing to be lazy about just something to enjoy Tibbetts brook park if you live in Westchester or if you’re just looking for a good time is highly recommend it😃😃👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I love this place. It's great for family in the summer. There pool is fun, but gets crowded. The park it's self has plenty to do. Good place to run, bike ride, play soccer, or just walk around. The winter it's good for sledding. Plenty of family activities to do, depending on your mood and imagination.

The pool is great clean and fun! I wouldn't really call it a pool its a straight up lazy river,( only a small area for free swimming)but still my family had an amazing time ! My only complaint is the food court doesn't take cards which I think is very wrong who wants to carry cash in a pool for fear of it getting lost or soaking wet ! Still would go back again and again love it !

Great park to feed geese and ducks. If you like that sort of thing. It's got multiple sports fields, including some turf fields in the far back that are used by local youth teams. The large pond is packed with turtles that come out to sun themselves when the weather is good. Tons of space for tables for picnicking, and a fair amount of grills. Bathrooms are well maintained and parking is ample. The pool is only for residents, so I've only been inside once but you're not missing much if you can't get it.

This is one of my favorite parks to take my son to. There's a lot of space for kids to run, climb and play. The lazy river style pool is my son's favorite. I bring my immediate family to the pool yearly and they enjoy the tranquility, environment and all the fun.

The lazy river is wonderful for children and young families but it is usually too crowded to really relax & enjoy. Parents need to be alert just because of the volume. They have a lap section for adult swimming but more than 50% of the time it is closed because they say that they can't spare life guards, this rings hollow because often I have watched life guards mingling and flirting with each other in groups at these times. I have also had the life guards disregard my requests to open that section. Multiple times they have told me that they will open the section shortly only to wait over 30 minutes and have no steps taken to do so. My experience is that the guards and the "managers" tend to be dismissive bordering on mean which has smacked of either age or body discrimination toward to me as an older and heavier woman.

Really amazing park. The only downfall is the park is mainly for Yonkers and Westchester residents and their companions. The pool and picnic grounds are amazing but again for people with ID stating they live in the area. Sad because this park can thrive with an extended vision of inclusion.

Wonderful local park. Loads of picnic tables with built in barbecue grills. An enormous pool, soccer fields, playgrounds, mini-golf. For me the best part is going on a quiet day to walk around the lakes and enjoy this swath of nature in the middle of yonkers. On a summer weekend, it's going to be crazy, but honestly if you go off-season there are people around but its generally quiet and a great place to take your kids and family for some outdoor time.

What a fun day we had at the water park! It was clean, well kept, and well run. I couldn't believe you could get in for $15 and have a water park experience. It is not as big as some way outside the city, but what you get for being so close and avoiding long travel days was great. We didn't drive so we did not have to pay for parking fees. It was quiet around 12 on a Sunday and started to pick up at 1:30ish but was still not bad. We'll be back next summer.

The park has the good parking lot. It is going to collect parking fees from July 2021. Park itself is clean and friendly. There are several fields for sporting activity, nice trails and walkways. Picturesque views in abundance

It's fairly large, and just before Summer at least, clean. It has a wide variety of terrain and flora, including a lake and streams. There are seating areas, a pool, mini-golf, and a waterslide, but I haven't used any of them.

I personally recommend this place to families with small children. It's a small area with a lazy river and 2 water slides oh and aa water playground area. It's a great park to relax and hangout but unfortunately my teens did not enjoy it.

My grandchildren and I went to tibbetts pool on friday we had a great time. When we got there my grandchildren noticed that everything was open again. All last year nothing was open we didnt even get to use the tubes. So to our excitement we entered the pool area and the kids had so much fun. My oldest Juliana was finally tall enough to go on the slides, so she went up by herself and down she came lol it was priceless. Thank God for the lifeguard I had explained it was her first time going down they made her feel comfortable and assured her she will be just fine, and she was and had so much fun. We will continue to keep going there.

It's a great place to have fun. The pools are really fun during the summer. It's an amazing place to hold parties or any type of celebration. I've been to multiple parties and everyone has fun. Reservations are a must because multiple people visit this place and have parties there. There are lakes and it's an amazing view. It's fun to visit and sometimes just having a walk can be enjoyed here because you feel connected to the environment. It can get a bit cold at night but it's still enjoyable. Bike riding and running are other great activities to practice. There are also games that are held here so if you don't feel like playing yourself you can watch other people play. Many events are held there and it's an overall great place to visit for casual fun.

This is an average-sized, but beautiful county park for families or individuals; for walking, running, cycling, sporting events, observing nature or just plain ol' relaxing. There are two large fields; one at the main entrance and the other at the southern end. There's also a water park at the main entrance. At northern end, there's a very nicely maintained, enclosed soccer/lacrosse field; that is utilized by schools, on a regular basis. A mini golf area is positioned next to water park; and a playground for the children. Please don't forget to hit the "Like" button below, before you leave. Thanks At the end of the first body of water, there's a quaint waterfall, flowing under a foot bridge. It's really gorgeous, with a rustic feel about it. The waters are teeming with life. If you are fortunate, you might even witness a hawk swooping down on an unwary carp; and swiftly flying it to the upper limbs of a tree to feast. Perhaps you are fascinated by the hunting technique of the egrets or the occasional cormorant among the Canada geese and mallards. Or, you may relish the idea of watching the white swans, gracefully traversing the waters. Ample parking space is provided for all. There's also a county police station at the water park, for the patrons. The display of arboreal colors during the autumnal season is spectacular! During the snowfall days of winter, the slope off the main field is used for sledding and tubing. Very nice park. Seems to falling behind on maintenence. Some of roads and walk ways are falling apart. Otherwise a very nice park to spend some time in or take a walk. Also has playgrounds for kids. Nice hidden gem.

Great park and people having fun. Great to walk around with family and also great for pet walks. Although Yonkers parks department somehow states no pets but the park itself says pets on leash. So make your own judgement call there. But honestly no one cares lots of pets there. Bring more.

Oh my this place is so relaxing. When ever me and my little girls go to this park it makes me feel so good. They have a swimming pool, the have paths you can walk for at a mile. It's a lots of little nice little view to watch. Its clean and very enjoyable

I come with my children, we always have fun. Kinda pricey even with a park pass, but definitely better to have the membership than not! Come early, it fills quickly or come twilight hours and pay less! The food is expensive and mediocre! Definitely recommend bringing your own food.. large coolers not allowed though! The lazy river is cool but gets a little congested during peak hours! The 4 foot pool isn't always open, which sucks, but the kiddie area always is! The lines for the slides get long but thats to be expected!

Came here a few times. The lazy river in great, smaller kids will love it... Older kids may get bored quickly. They serve food here, you can also bring a small cooler in with you. Need a Westchester resident ID or Westchester park pass to get in.

I love tibbetts brook park. It’s my favorite place to go in the summer. It’s like a cool little water park. I love playing volleyball and basketball there. My favorite is the dark slide, it’s completely blacked out and super fast.

It is nice to come here and have fun with the kids. They have a food stand in the pool area. But it is pricey. 4 Dollars for a churro?!!! Come on!! Bring your own food I definitely recommended it. They have a nice water playground for kids and water slide as well.. the pool that goes around is fun too.. it is a family place so people do have children with them on floaties going around as well. So adults who read this please keep that in mind and look at your surroundings for kids so you can avoid an accident. My 3 year old almost got pushed over by a grown man if I had not grabbed my child quick enough to avoid that. So please watch your surroundings and do not be a wildebeest. Thank you.

From the fields, to the lakes, picnic areas, and the pool, this historic little gem of a park truly has something for everyone. On sunny weekends, at the height of the summer, it does get crowded. But the vibe here is usually friendly, lazy and laid back as soon as you enter. On nice weekdays the place sometimes becomes a quiet paradise. Of course, always be mindful of your personal security. Away from the main pool area and the paths, these are real woods.

I absolutely love this park. It's in a central location. It's great for a walk in the morning and evening. It's the perfect size. I also had my engagement photos done here. They came out amazing! It has a mini golf course as well as pool park with pool slides, kiddie pools, a playground area and a snack bar.

Very nice park to go for a long walk or run. Trails run throughout the park in different ways. Decent sized field and pool for summer time activities. Garbage collection is and issue as there can be litter laying around sometimes, but that is hardly the parks fault, and the people that work there are very nice. The South County Trailway runs through the park so that is convenient if you want to venture on that.

I have come here for a total of 6 years had memorable times. Its a nice place to walk, jog or run. Also you can have picnics or play with the kids in the field. During the Summer theres huge lines before getting to the pools. There is 2 playgrounds one for the little kids and one for the big kids. There is also Mini-Golf which is quite fun. The fields for Lacrosse or Soccer you have to rent so you can use them. The Parking lots are nice as there isn’t much trash thrown onto the floor.

Beautiful lake, all areas are constantly cleaned and landscaping is done to make the park picturesque. The paths are paved, so it's great for walking, running, or biking. They go around the big lake, which is about 1.6 miles and takes about 35 minutes to walk at a casual pace. The paths are also little hills and a little twisty making it a non boring path and great for interval training. There's access to both the OCA trail and the South County. There's little things that make it unique like a small cascading River leading to a bridge, very lush greenery on the west side, small work out stations along the path, a beautiful old Roman-like column gazebo, a small mini golf course and water park, and of course a play area for the kids (leaving the park pretty free for adults to have some Zen!).

Such a beautiful park just to stroll ,picnic or take a dip in the pool. Just walking you'll never know where you'll come out ,there's turtles in the ponds, you might see a deer , listen to the birds or just absorb the beauty of the park. Just remember please take your trash with you.

This is a county park. Proof of county residency is required with either a county park pass or a valid New York State driver's license with a Westchester county address. So keep in mind, if you are coming from elsewhere you are not allowed to go in with your car. The park itself is nice. The 3 stars are not for the park but their rule of admission.

This is a very beautiful and peaceful park. They have many trials to run and exercise. I love riding my bicycle here to enjoy the scenery and to explore. If you do not have a bicycle don't worry because sometimes there are lime bikes at the large area at the entrance road at the middle of the park. They also have a pool so you can also sign up for swimming lessons. At the park there are many open areas, grills and benches for great picnics or bbq's. It also has a area to view geese and ducks at the lake and a small waterfall. And finally they also have a muddy bike trail or trail to walk along. It is great for mountain bikes and gravel bike and it leads into Van Courtlandt park and you can get views of the golf course, enjoy the scenes of nature and you can spot many chipmunks and squirrels.

This place is so beautiful my favorite place to sit is by the waterfall that is by the Swan Lake. It's such a magical place. I was in awe of the bath house and pools that are attached it is very regrettable that we are in a lockdown. The walk on the trail to the park is amazingand so relaxing. I love this park especially off-season and walk my dog here year round. However, during this pandemic, charging people full price to park and just to walk is very unfair, and greedy in my opinion. I pulled up at 5.45pm today to walk my dog around the top half and they wouldn't let me in without paying $10!!! They are off the gate at 6pm, disgracefull!

A large wooded area with plenty of walking space, picnic tables and a Summer time water park. During the season, there is a small entrance fee but off season just drive in and park for free. Dogs on leash are welcome. A great pond garnished with a gazebo is discovered while walking the main trail.

This park is great, but can easily be much better. Starting with accepting credit cards in all places in the park, and they can allow parking for everyone (No big deal, you can find parking in the surrounding area). Lots of family and BBQ around the park, that for my opinion is sometime too noisy, but if you are into bringing the family, and have a BBQ in a beautiful location, this park is for you. Come here, enjoy the green, and relax.

This place is a hidden gem in Yonkers. On hot summer days when you need a pool to relax in? This is the place. And it’s not just your average pool, it’s moreso a lazy river type of pool with many floaties. I’ve celebrated my son’s birthday here several times, and it’s not expensive at all. Tibbetts has a great water park for the kiddos including a toddler area, slides, and lazy river. Get there early to avoid the afternoon crowds and to claim one of the few areas that provides shade. If you plan to come later, bring lots of sunscreen. There's also a nice walking / jogging path, tennis courts, fields, and mini golf.

The pool was turned into a lazy River, where people use tubes to float around the pool/Lazy river. The only problem is if you don't have a park pass it's $15 per person. That's highway robbery. It is still a nice experience.

The kids had a great time and it is close to home. If you don't have a Westchester Park pass( $75 for 3 years) parking is $10 without the park pass and $5 with a park pass and to get into the pool area $15 each person adult and kids of 5 years old and with a park pass $5 child and $8 adult, So the moral of the story is it best to get the park pass and you can use it to any other Westchester Parks.

I absolutely loved this place and so does my 6yr old daughter. Its not ghetto, ample security but just be warned its a $15 entrance fee per person(kids under 4 free) to use the pool without the Park Pass. And walk with cash if you plan on buying anything here because the $4 ATM fee is outrageous. Oh and dont forget your proof of Westchester residency!

10 dollar parking fee ridiculous especially as the access roads to the parking lots are in serious need of repair. You would figure some of that money could be used to make the roads less jostling. While you are repairing the roads why not think about creating decent paths to the actual picnic sites.

The lazy river is great for little kids. The soccer field is okay. The basketball court needs to be repaved. The bathrooms at the pool are clean, the bathrooms away from the pool are disgusting and not stocked. The bbq sites are okay. The lake needs to be dredged as it smells bad. Most life in that lake is dead other than minnows, frogs, turtles. The cowhead lillies need to mowed from the lake so some oxygen can get into the lake. The geese need to be chased away as the field is covered in their poop and playing in the field means you will step and/or fall into the poop.

I love this park of Yonkers NY because I am able to have fun there and it's a perfect place for a picnic and also a perfect place to get away from things I mean I love this park I don't remember coming here as a kid but I do like the scenes of the park.

Beautiful park but the parking rates are kind of expensive $10 if you don't have Westchester park pass and $5 if you do, and the roads to get inside have pot holes.

First time there and it was just great.... Great parking, clean property, clean & organized restroom/locker rooms and cheaper then expected concession stand. The pool area was just fabulous I truly enjoyed it.

The pool itself is nice. Came on a Friday so it wasn't packed. Down side, the parking cost $5 but the staff tried to charge me $10. I attempted to leave so one of them asked me how much I have, I told him $6, he proceeded to tell me to only give him $5 which was confusing as hell smh. Next time I'm parking on the road and will walk to the pool.

Great pool, tough call between Tibbets and Wilson Woods as to which is our favorite pool to go to. The lazy river is awesome and the two slides are a lot of fun. Snack bar is decent and reasonably priced.

Nice, clean, and safe place. Notes: 1) You can access if you live in the county or you are with somebody who is resident of westchester. 2) If you don't have the park pass of westechester (value $75.00 for 3 years) you must show 2 proofs that you live in a county of westchester and your driver license. And that case you pay $10.00 parking and 15 for each guest. If you get the park pass you pay only $5.00 parking and $5.00 each guest. The only two things that i didn't enjoy was: the line and process to get the Park Pass was extremely slow and was really crowdy. Besides that, the attractions, the lifeguards, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff and public safety of the place was exceptional. My family and I are VERY HAPPY and we will come back again.

It was okay when I first went to Tibbetts, of course that was way back in the late 1960s, if Im not mistaken that pool I swam in did not have all this, what it looks like now, wow !!!! It would be nice to see some throw back pictures of that time, lol Thank you Old Putnam Trail, is the way my sister and cousin walked to that pool, we were young and stupid but adventurous and unafraid My oldest cousin told us to go that way since we had no money to take transportation, so we walked it...... I wonder if my sister and cousin remember this as well ?

Was out with a buddy of mine and his mother. We just left the casino and decided to drive by NY. This park happens to be a few blocks away. The scenery is beautiful! While in line theres a park ranger checking everyone out and apparently the park is only for Westchester residents - very dissappointing. Keep in mind I'm just coming up from NJ.

Active for all age cheap so if it's good why not five because of the long wait line in the water slide wrong label by the locker room it should call locker room or change room not exit, food is good, If you go there and it said the pool is close because it reach maximum capacity hanger around the park it will be open later. I took the Old Croton Aqueduct trail through the park. I was able to follow it accurately with Google Maps. Was happy to find that the bathrooms were open and clean.

Tibbetts Brook Park is one of my favorite parks in Yoners. What makes it so great, especially for New York City residents who live in the Bronx like myself, is that the park is connected to Van Cortlandt Park via the Old Putnam Trail greenway, and so it is very accessible. The park is beautiful and offers plenty of trails, open spaces, a large and beautiful lake, and recreational and picnic facilities.Such a great place to visit during the autumn.
