We didn't wander too far in the park however I noticed adorable little bird "houses" around the park (see photo). It is situated next to the river which is very peaceful and beautiful. This would definitely be a place I would come on a warm Sunny day maybe with a packed lunch. Definitely a peaceful place to rest for a bit.

Beautiful park, beautiful day, beautiful people. The August Quarterly event was fun, the music was great, the people outstanding. Great to connect with the community organizations out to support! All praise to God.

Peaceful oasis along the downtown Wilmington Christina riverfront. Street parking is sparse but many parking garages nearby. Shops restaurants and other attractions nearby, just a short walk from the Amtrak station too.

Went to the park on the 4th of July when they had a festival with a live band. Great scenery. Did a ship tour on the waterfront. Will have to go to the museum there.

It was pouring rain, but the event was well attended. We held the 10th annual 5k run/walk for ovarian cancer.

Was there for the Lupus Walk. Nice scenery, the water view is relaxing.

Nice little Riverfront park. Good place to spend an evening or a morning walk. There are river cruises too that are great in the evening.

Great place, it was my girlfriend and our sons first time and they had a blast.

We come here once a year for the jazz festival. We always have a great time and will continue to do this for years to come. We celebrated our 15th year at this event this past year. Shout out to the city workers who always work so hard to help us put on a great show for everyone! See you all again next year !!

One of the many public spaces in Wilmington that feature a great view of the river and quiet green space that is very well maintained. Situated just yards from the Amtrak station, it's a perfect spot to reflect and enjoy some fresh air after a long train ride before I get my car and head home.

Nice Riverfront. Had a great time at the Taco Festival. Plenty to eat and drink. Lots of shade trees and seating.

1st time there for the Delaware Taco festival. The park is real nice great view of the water. I can see myself going there when there is no event going on.
