My wife and I rented the Chateau 22B and went on a 4 week trip from Tampa Fl. around the U.S. spending 1 week in Seattle Wa. with my son. We visited 8 or 10 national parks. One of our best stops was at Crater Lake which we had never been. Plus just a lot of beautiful country across the USA! Jennifer at Suncoast was wonderful to work with. We returned home and 2 weeks later my wife passed away, I just thank the Lord I have all those great memories with her.

Every single person at Suncoast RV was friendly, helpful and a joy to do business with. The RV was very clean, ran perfect, and we had absolutely no issues at all. The entire experience from the first phone call to the return of the camper was awesome. They and their employees go the extra mile to be helpful. The mechanic drove us in his own car to pick up a rental car upon return of the camper. In this day and age when everything is automated and you are unable to talk to a real person, it was wonderful to be treated so nicely and feel like your patronage was very much appreciated. Our trip even though short was a breeze from beginning to end. This was my husband and my first time renting an RV. Instructions were easy. We ended up getting a vehicle bigger than we wanted but there was more than ample room that we ended up with 2 others riding with us. We'll definitely do it again. Lastly the guys were awesome.

I knew nothing about the RV experience when I started and now have made many indelible family memories,``` renting and enjoying the no maintenance hassles and expense commitments. It has become a mainstay of fun now with the grand children too. Mr Wallace, his son and the entire Staff are wonderful and obliging. Everything is as advertised, along with great customer service and follow through. The rv's are well maintained, and well equipped. You get written and oral instructions and help is a phone call away. I have never had to call them. You meet so many nice people in the rv world who are always willing to share. Suncoast is an exceptional place to rent your rv from, I've rented rv's before but the customer service and care they give sets them above others. So if you are in the search for renting an rv look no further you want be disappointed. My family and I rented 3 rv's we drove all the way from tampa to Bryce Canyon and then to Vegas, all three vehicles were well maintained so you want have any worries while on the road or driving the mountains. We will definitely be back for our next rv trip.

I've owned my own 5th wheel and traveled the country for years, so I had a set of expectations that I was prepared to drastically lower for this trip. It turns out that it was absolutely UNNECESSARY... the unit we rented was spotless and extremely well cared for. I made last minute (day before the trip) reservations for a lobster diving trip in the Keys and the staff was professional, accommodating, informative, caring and most importantly available for any issues or questions. I can't wait to take our next big trip! I will absolutely share the experience with everyone that is considering a road trip. In fact, I already have. We have rented RV's over the past 20 years to take our church youth group to Oshkosh Wisconsin. Suncoast RV was the absolute BEST rental we have ever dealt with. They were very accommodating to our time schedule in regards to pick-up and drop off time. And the drop off was so easy, took less than 10 minutes. Every time we had a question in regards to how something worked, Sharon was right there to answer the phone, early morning, late at night, no problem! To have everything bundled together in the price at the beginning was great for our budget. The kids loved having the room to get up and move around, sleep, play games, snacks, ect. The unit was nearly brand new and drove great! We did use it to sleep in 2 of the 13 nights we were on the road, and it was very comfortable! (we rented a 30D with bunk beds) And to top it off, the Owner of the company called me personally to thank us for renting with Suncoast RV! I mentioned that I have never had an Owner call to thank me for anything in nearly 25 years of business. That personally attention to detail means a lot to me! Suncoast RV has a great fleet of vehicles and we look forward to reserving another unit when we return to Oshkosh in 2024! Thank you again for taking the stress out of renting a vehicle and making it such an easy and relaxing trip!!

Wow! Is all I have to say. This was our first experience with renting an RV, and we had nothing but fun, and the best experience. We had originally booked through outdoorsy and everything was set until they canceled THREE days before we were supposed to leave." Panic sets in." I immediately started to look up RV rentals near me, I live in Clearwater Fl. I wanted to speak to someone directly to see if we even had a chance at getting an RV book. I spoke to Darell( sorry about the spelling) he was so nice and easy going while I'm freaking out on the other end of the phone. He had an RV in stock for us to rent. When we went to pick it up it was also a breeze. Jennifer had us fill out all the paperwork and after was the tour and how to work everything on the RV. She was amazing, she answered all of our questions, and the RV was SUPER CLEAN! When they say don't hesitate to call they mean it. We were in Okeechobee Fl for a music festival and Saturday there was a beeping sound we couldn't figure out where it was coming from, so we called and Darell knew exactly what I was talking about and fixed the problem over the phone. This made me feel great as a first time renter that the people we rented from actually cared about their renters. I can't say enough good things about Suncoast rental. We will for sure be using you guys next year!

Very impressed with the products and service offered by Suncoast RV. This was our first RV trip so we were stressed about the unknowns of an RV on top of our regular trip details. Everyone at Suncoast made this process extremely easy from the moment I booked the reservation. We were first time renters and chose a 2021 Thor Chateau 23U, for a trip to Nebraska with our four dogs, to visit family during the pandemic. The RV was super easy to drive and maneuver in tight spaces. The Ford 350 does like to suck down the gas however! I always filled up at 1/2 tank. The Suncoast RV team are superb! The RV was very clean, orientation was thorough and if I forgot something Sharon, Dale or others were readily available to answer questions. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Our first time RV traveling. A 3 week trip to the Grand Canyon with our 2 teenage daughters and their 2 best friends. Our last big summer trip before senior year and off to college! We could not have asked for a better experience or company to rent from. I researched for weeks! Different companies, reviews, and prices. None compared to the genuine service and completely open pricing I got from Sharon. She explained in detail, answered ALL my questions and made sure I felt safe and comfortable with our renting experience. They did a test drive and made sure to go over every aspect. On the road, they checked in to make sure all was well. When we had a question, Sharon was there to pick up my call. Even at 1:00 AM. their time (we were at 11:00 pm) when we got a rock stuck in our Dually tires. She answered the phone!! That is what customer service is about! 5,000 miles is a long way to travel and we were able to have a great time with no worry about safety or hidden fees when we got home (which we would have had with other companies). In February of this year my husband and I rented our first RV. We drove it four hours from home to camp. What a fun experience! The instructions seemed a bit overwhelming at first but it was all very intuitive once we got there and started using the equipment. The RV itself was perfect! We were just hours down the road when she called just to check with us and to see if we had any questions. What a great experience. From the beginning of the rental process to returning the RV, Sharon and Dale were truly the best. At pickup of the RV, Sharon went over all the details inside and out, and then Dale took us out for an hour driving lesson since it was our first real RV vacation. We rented a 2021 Chateau bunkhouse from Suncoast RV rentals. I will start by saying the customer service was outstanding. I met with Sharon and made all arrangements. Her knowledge was beyond amazing. We had never driven an RV and she assisted us with what style and type of RV we needed for our comfort and space. Great orientation in reviewing the RV operations and driving. We chose the Chateau 28Z which was perfect for the 4 of us traveling to Talladega. SUNCOAST RV was a pure joy to deal with. When our daughter told us she wanted to get married in Tennessee, a light literally went off in my head- with the ongoing COVID crisis, an RV trip is perfect. We rented the Thor Chateau 23U from Suncoast two separate times during the summer of 2020. We had never driven an RV before but decided it would be a safe way to travel during the pandemic. At Suncoast, you deal with real people, with outstanding personal customer service. They were accommodating, knowledgeable and available. The briefing for us newbies by Teresa was thorough and excellent. Sharon gave us her cell phone number to call anytime for problems and also called us during the trips to be sure everything was working and ok. They own the RV's so they can be sure that they are in excellent, clean, and disinfected condition. It was spotless. This is not a corporate website business. It is a family run, on-site, hands on personal business. They gave us a great experience and loads of support during the rental. Last weekend (May 14-17, 2021) we rented an RV from Suncoast RV. We rented a 23 foot Thor Chateau 2021. The service was amazing from the first phone call. We spoke with Karen and she was very friendly and informative. She answered all of my questions and she was very thorough. We arranged to stop in to look at a couple models. Karen did a great job at explaining the amenities of the RV. The owner made it a point to thank us for stopping in. It's the little things that really make a difference and a reason we like to do business with small business owners. We picked up the RV Friday morning and Karen was ready to do the orientation. The RV was very clean and in great shape. During our trip, Karen called to check in on us and make sure everything was going well. I wish I could give more than five stars. From the the first call to Sharon to talk about renting an RV to the end of the trip, everything was easy. Sharon worked through contractual questions to help me feel comfortable with the rental. She dealt with any questions I had during our trip and quickly dispatched a friendly and competent mechanic to our camping location to correct a problem with the awning. Our RV was the current model year with low mileage and in great shape. Wally the owner greeted us personally at the time of pickup and called me to express his concern over the little glitch we experienced. The best customer service of any kind, any where!! On a Thursday night after hours, I found Suncoast RV Rental while searching for an RV for a short Memorial Day Weekend Getaway. I couldn't believe I found a rental at the last minute and I completed the online request. Much to my my surprise, first thing Friday morning I received a phone call from Sharon to start my rental process. She was very professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. She immediately e-mailed me a package and I completed it and sent it back to her without even leaving my house. Sharon took care of the reservation and insurance and when I showed up the next to pick it up, she was there ready with everything I needed. I'm David and my family has fallen in love with the RV experience. We have fallen even more in love with Sharon and her staff at Suncoast RV. We just completed our sixth experience with them and the "good" just keeps on getting better. Credit card companies advertise "no hassle" miles and other perks. Well, our experience over and over and over with Sharon has been absolutely hassle free. If we ever have an issue or problem, no matter what it is, she solves it. This was our first time renting with Suncoast. We previously rented from CruiseAmerica, and had a dismal experience. Suncoast, however, did an outstanding job. A few days prior to our trip, we were informed that the original rig we rented had a mechanical issue, and that they were providing another truck (an upgrade) for the same price. Unfortunately, on the first day of our trip, we encountered an electrical issue once we made it out of Florida. Suncoast service was impeccable. Walt and Sharon were in constant contact with us, and arranged for a top local RV electrician/mechanic to come to our campground to fix the problem. In fact, Walt was packed and ready to deliver another RV to us if the repair was unsuccessful. Fortunately the problem was fixed and we were reimbursed/credited for our delay, the repairs were fully covered by Suncoast, and we were offered a gift certificate for a future trip. We had no additional issues with the RV, and it was otherwise in excellent condition (especially compared to our first experience with CruiseAmerica). Suncoast cares about the customer, and they clearly care about their equipment. Ww will not hesitate to rent from them again.

OMG! This was soooo easy! I was so worried about meeting at the campsite at the same time since it was 3 hours away!! I had never done this before. Sharon was a dream!! I mean a true dream!! These guys were awesome! I was searching for an RV rental to go to the Daytona 500 in and Suncoast RV Rentals caught my eye. Not only because they had the coach I was looking for at a great price but also because of all of the positive reviews about this family owned business. SunCoast RV rented to our family a very nice 2019 A.C.E. RV for our family vacation to Yellowstone. Sharon, the Rental Manager, assured us our RV would be clean and ready when promised -- it was. She was very professional as she guided us through the rental process, RV orientation and follow-up to make sure our RV was performing as promised. The RV engine ran trouble free and had plenty of horsepower to tackle the mountain roads. The RV space was comfortable for 6 adults on our journey and was easy to maneuver for fuel stops. Next time we need to rent an RV, SunCoast RV is the place to go. Their rental price was reasonable, Sharon and her support staff were caring and professional and the RV was a dependable unit to rent.

These people are outstanding. We, unfortunately, had an electrical problem as a consequence of a hurricane and lost our heat and had bad hook up with cable access at an RV park. We texted and even though it was late, Sharon was on the phone with us in minutes. The next day we had an RV technician at the rig, the heat was fixed a circuit board was replaced and the electrical system was checked out. Throughout this entire process, Sharon was on the phone with us keeping us informed and working with us so our trip was not compromised and all while we were 600 miles away! Next time, I will upgrade to a slightly larger RV, now that feel comfortable doing so. Sharon walked me through the process with ease and efficiency! I checked out MANY RV rental places/reviews before deciding on Suncoast and have ZERO REGRET! Constructive criticism: PLEASE add a SunPass to all of your RV's. It seems silly to wait for the Toll Road folks to send out a bill ~3 months after the trip to square up with you on toll. Also, each RV has GPS. You can easily track all Toll accrued and bill accordingly upon closing out the customer's account. Until you add a SunPass, this is costing your customers (that do not have their own SunPass) an additional $3.50 per toll.[<this is the admin fee for 'pay by plate' on top of the specific toll.] You already offer A LOT that your competition lacks... How about one more perk that sets you even further apart! Thanks again, Suncoast RV, I will be calling you for the next Music Festival!!!!! You Rock!

I've been renting RV's for motor racing events for a decade. For those of you who do likewise I'm sure your experience is like ours used to be. Typically we would hope for the best but expect the worst from companies that, as a group, have developed a reputation for overpromising and under-delivering. We've been dealing with Wally and Suncoast RV for the past three years and I am happy to say that our past experiences are a distant memory. The RV's are equipped as promised, well maintained and delivered on time, In spite of their service being superior to their competitors, the bonus is that their rental rates are comparable. I hesitate to write this review because once you discover a gem the unavoidable desire is to try and keep it a secret so you can keep it to yourself. That wouldn't be fair to this crew who really do deserve recognition for the exceptional service and value they provide. I recommend them to you without reservation.

We have rented from Wally several times and always enjoy his coaches. Suncoast has several different styles to choose from and all are much better than the " cruise america" type uhaul rental RVs. If you rent RVs you will know that these rolling houses are susceptible to all of the potential issues you have on a car combined with all of the potential issues you have with your house. Wally's guys keep the coaches clean and in good working order. He also is quick to send a technician if you have an unfortunate issue which is key when choosing who to rent from.

We had a good experience for our trip to Talladega. Some issues with the Direct TV but the staff were responsive and we were able to fix the issue quickly. The RV was nice, 2016 with only about 12,000 miles on it. Nice floors, countertops, appliances. Lots of room to sleep more than the four we had. I would recommend thoroughly examining the RV before leaving and noting any damages before leaving to avoid being charged.
