I liked it here 😊
I went to find the sun in the morning, it was really nice.
I seen a lizard when I was sitting in the patio area.
They have some weird tree that we don't have in Michigan.
The patio is pretty day and night.
It was around 80 but I sat with my feet in the hot tub and it still felt really nice. The people that came in were all friendly.
The pool was nice.
I like the screen around everything so there's no bugs flying around 😊
It was really enjoyable here.

Where do I start....? This place is quite the resort. Heated pool with a restaurant and bar on one side that happy hour starts at 3. 2 dollar beers on tap is dangerous and amazing! The spots are a little tight we have a 35ft rig and there isn't really anywhere to park the truck except the street. The staff is really freaking amazing and nice. The guests are mostly great except onesies and twosies are rude and like to Hoot and holler throughout the night. We finally have securities number so that a plus. Biggest downfall of the park, the beeping from equipment starts at 5am.

We stayed here for 2 weeks that included Easter. The dog parks, playground, and awesome pool are fantastic amenities! We loved all of the FREE Easter activities as well as other weekly activities offered to guests.
The restaurant on-site is tasty as well.

Stayed here again for 2 nights for a few reasons. It is close to Tampa/St Pete fun spots AND close to the best in Florida Plant City Strawberry Festival!!! Love this place as they are not dirt cheap but not out of sight in their prices which keeps the rift raft out. It is very pet friendly as long as the pets and owners mind the rules (pick up your pet's leavings AND all quiet after 10 PM ... This rule is enforced!!!! Yeah!!!). In the morning you can get a free on site cooked there breakfast as well as enjoy the pool/jacuzzi, fitness center and activities... Plus go to the lounge for a evening cocktail or coffee. Friendly folks at this park both in the office and in the RV's. :)

This is a nice resort with a lot of amenities. There's a screened in swimming pool hot tub and a game room. There's a big indoor open space for bingo or music. They have a really deep Cafe which is a restaurant in the shape of a class a rv. You get free breakfast at the lazy days main facility every morning except sunday. This is the world's largest RV dealership. It's close to a lot of activities. The weekends they do a lot of activities.

Concrete and asphalt pads. Decent space between in most places. Breakfast now served free ($7 credit). Gate Guard holds check in info, office for payments and adjustments to reservation. LOTS of new RVs on every lot. Significant # if new class A, B, C and now what is considered luxury 5th wheels. All open to public. Store has many things, manhour costs are now $175.00. Pool, clubhouse and restaurants are fully open. Decent WiFi. All FHU. Lots of road noise from truck stop next door. Small gym space.

We always return here when we have to visit family in the area. They have free breakfast for two each night, curbside trash pickup and cable! So many activities for the kids, we love the heated pool, Exit 10 has great food and the playground is always clean. the dog park is neat and they have a new dog wash.

This place blew me out of the water. I mean, it's clean, beautiful, well run by friendly people. They have a great pool area, the food at the restaurant was fantastic, super dog friendly and the list goes on and on. I actually only visited because we had a family emergency that we had to attend to but honestly I will go back just to stay there and I live in NC. Well done Lazydays!

Nice campground, as much as the location is convenient ( close to Tampa ) our site was behind very noisy road ( Mango Rd). I believe if your site is more inside the resort, your stay will be more pleasant. Good size, paved lots with little shade. Good size pool with very hot jacuzzi. Nice playground for kids and basketball/tennis court. Small, fenced in area for dogs.
Very nice, well light, ventilated bathhouse. Impressed with ability of seat to comfortably accommodate a heavier, wider bottom. Plenty of space for multiple electronic devices while enjoying a morning constitutional. Great water flow and ample hot water for a deep spa like shower experience.

Lazydays RV resort is always a great place to stop on our way to Sanibel Island...A gated resort with well groomed lots, having Full hook-up and plenty of fun family oriented things to do...not to mention shopping for the needs of the RV with two National Chain restaurants very close by if you don't feel up to cooking. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans
Joey Davis
Very clean rv park. Super nice staff. Really don't need to go anywhere. Has pool, basketball, tennis courts, fitness center, food court area and shopping area for anything your rv/camper needs. The staff and locals who camp there always help with anything. I want to try other sites in the area but it's really hard when the price is affordable. Also they always have fun activities for kids and adults.

I imagine the majority of great reviews here are by families with children. If you want to RV in a campground full of children running rampant then this is the place for you. Last night's new years eve celebration looked more like a daycare than a party. 30 kids or so running around even throwing a football inside the venue. Only 15 adults or so drinking alcoholic beverages and kids running around the dance floor doing cart wheels etc etc. One big lawsuit waiting to happen and staff walked around all night and did nothing about it. The band was amazing but you could not dance if you wanted to. Same goes for pool and outside areas. Lots of inconsiderate campers dumping their misbehaved children on the rest of us. This is why more and more campgrounds in Florida are becoming 55 plus campgrounds. Expensive stay for a place with few rules being enforced. Will not come back.
Loren Michelle Rayburn
Kind staff. Trash pick up. Great showers. Close to gas stations for propane and fuel. Allows RV washers to come. Pet friendly. Online website. Food on site. Picnic tables for each site.
Cons: close to the highway, busy place, only can stay 14 days at a time.
Timothy Fay
This is a beautiful resort. They gave a gym, tennis ball courts, a screened in porch, etc. you can rent golf carts, and has tons of amenities for the price. If you’re having an issue with your RV, you can get it fixed at the Lazydays service centers. Propane is delivered directly to your RV.
Bernie Jagodzinski
Great friendly staff. Nice level sites. Convenient to shopping and major highways. The gentleman at the gate that checked us in was phenomenal! Free breakfast was included. Would definitely recommend this place.
Kathy Brown
I visited someone who was staying at Lazy Days. The park was pleasant, good security, and guests were congenial. But the park badly needs updating. It's showing its age. Bigger spaces are needed for the new big RV's, & electronics need updating, to start. But I understand that there are plans to get busy on updates this summer.

Lazydays in Tampa is the RV'ers Disney World. We absolutely love it there along with their employees. Every time we come back into the state we always stop at Lazydays for a night. This gives us a chance to say hello to everyone, dump our tanks and get ready to store our RV.
Scott L. Beyer
I enjoyed my stays here. Would have received 5-stars. However, several of the poolside loungers had broken fasteners and not safe to sit or lay down in.
Jenny Battig
We weren't able to try out any of the amenities because we were only there for 2 days to avoid the full wrath of hurricane Nicole hitting the east coast of Central Florida (where we live). With a 33' class A, I booked a 38' site online earlier the same day we decided to drive over there (which was great to be able to book online with that little notice, but we didn't get any call from them about what to do when we got there after hours so I called them). They had put us in a site that had low hanging tree limbs that scratched the roof of our rv even before the heavy winds showed up, so I called to ask if we could move into one of the MANY open spots that wouldn't have trees scratching our vehicle and they said those spots were bigger so it would cost more. I pushed back saying we shouldn't have to pay more to be in a safer spot with a tropical storm coming. They called back a few minutes later saying we could move 2 spots down, which worked out great for us. The concrete pad was not ANY bigger for that or any other spot along that row, they must just consider spots that have a box or other obstruction behind the paved pad to be "smaller". We had also hoped to get our propane filled before we left, only to find out the propane guy only comes once a week and he'd already been there.
I wish we could have had more time and better weather to take advantage of their pool, the proximity to cracker barrel, etc. We were impressed with the wide roads throughout, the paved spots, easy hook ups, and variety of amenities offered.

Great place for people of all ages. Awesome playground, beautiful pool, fun dog park/doggy playground, beautiful well kept grounds. Spaces are tight. Your site length is the exact length you get. They do have over flow parking for tow vehicles and extra vehicles that can't fit at your site. Lots of activited every weekend. Good drinks at exit 10 restaurant. Our 40 ft 5th wheel is able to fit perfectly in the 42ft back in site. Love the weather! Nice people that rent/stay here. Extending our stay through March because our family of 6 love it here.
Joni Hally
Because of Covid-19 we ended up staying at Lazydays for 3.5 weeks rather than the one week that we reserved due to other parks canceling. They lowered the price due to amenities having to close but we still were offered a full breakfast every morning (what a great deal). We were able to look at new Rv's (sure helped with killing time). The dog park is the nicest I've seen anywhere, the restaurant was still open serving excellent food and the staff is always pleasant & helpful! The laundromat was fabulous & the screened pool sure looked nice! We will definitely stay here again
Remi Zecman
Always have a good time. Staff is always great. Miss the breakfast that we normally receive with our stay. It was something that made them special to us .
Trish Callahan
We love Lazydays ❤️
Our family has at least 3 weekend getaways here every year. The staff is always great. They have a large pool and a restaurant on site.
They always have fun activities for the whole family such as bounce houses, DJs, scavanger hunts, live entertainment. Check out their website to see their themes.
Added bonuses: Full sewer hookups at everysite and clean bathrooms with showers.
James Oliver
Sites are very close together, and when the web site says 42' sites or whatever the length it says, that's the total length of the site. We, along with almost everyone else, had to park the truck in the road. I won't say that was terrible, but you should be aware. The prices are reasonable.
John Uppole
My experience was relatively short... But, they were kind enough to let my wife and I book a a couple of nights to ride out hurricane Ian, as we had to evacuate from the the northwest side of Tampa. The spot we had was JUST barely long enough to fit our 36ft 5th wheel, and our truck had to go in the grass next to us, and the spot was moderately level despite bucking asphalt. Probably wouldn't make a point to stop here, but it worked for an unplanned stop.

If you own a RV with a patio in back you will want to check your site, most will not be able to accommodate a 38 foot with patio if you intended to use it. Lazydays is very clean, daily trash pickup at your site, nice pool.
Alot of one night stays so you get to meet many people we were here for 1 week and had 10 different neighbors.
The free breakfast was nice you could pick it up and eat at your own site.
All black top spaces and level for the most part. Very good will be happy to go back again.

We stayed at Lazy Days RV Resort for Memorial Day weekend. We liked the resort and experience so much that we reserved for next weekend! We will be coming back on a regular basis! All of the Lazydays staff we came into contact with was very helpful and very nice! Mary in Exit 10 is awesome! We told her it was our first time at the resort and she made us feel at home! We ate at Exit 10 numerous times during our stay and everytime Mary made us feel like we were old friends! Mary is definitely an asset to the resort! The resort is well manicured, clean and the pool area is very inviting! For anyone who enjoys camping, Lazydays RV Resort is definitely worth checking out!
Grover Stewart
Great place to stay. If the campground was full it might be cramped but mid-week in July was great. No neighbors, the pool wasn't crowded, and the noise level was low. Check in was quick. If I have a reason to camp near Plant City or Tampa again I'll probably reserve a site here again.
Curt H
We stayed for 5 days and visited Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. It was a great trip and the RV park is perfect. We didn't know it but they have hot complimentary breakfast every morning which saved a lot of money with our 4 grandchildren. Great pool and recreation room. Fitness center and more.
The staff are very friendly and we'd like to especially call out Shaunita. She checked us in and showed us around. Took us to the store in her cart and was truly a very professional and kind friendly person. Lazydays is fortunate to have her. Thanks Lazydays and thank you Shaunita.
Sailorman 76
Very relaxing resort with friendly staff. Large facility with two restaurants, large heated swimming pool and 299 serviced sites. Also a large sales facility (up to 2,500 new and used RVs) with an extensive accessory store. Shuttle service available between locations. Bikes and golf carts available for rent. Large rally center that can accommodate up to four hundred with onsite catering available. Cracker Barrel Restaurant can also easily accessed from facility. Worth a visit!
Matt Johnson
A nice stop over if you need one in Southwest Florida. It's a little bit high and there is usually something broken with the pool or the Jacuzzi. But the bathrooms are clean, sites are tight, but it is a friendly and a clean spot for the night.
Bruce Richards
Complimentary breakfast, screened in pool, paved sites, and great people! We only stayed 2 nights because we we going to a concert at the amphitheater, but we definitely plan to stay again.
Latinos en RV
We loved to stay here. Amazing place, clean spacious. Activities every weekend. To all the employees, Thank you!!
Arthur Duclos
I would have gave it a five-star except it went from 30 something dollars a night to $70 a night and they took away the free breakfast buffet I mean if you going to charge $70 at least keep feeding us
D J Sturek
Nice Campground close to Tampa ! Stayed here while getting work done on our RV very convenient! Pool and hot tub nice and warm for January! Trash pick up at your site nice amenities for the price! Didn’t give 5 stars because sites aren’t concrete and sites could be bigger but nice campground!

I like this place & will return but I am mentioning cons first hopefully mgmt will use as an opportunity to tweek & improve their process, website, & spacing.
Cons:
I did not like that after booking a reservation online no email confirmation is given. If you do not write down the reservation number at time of the booking you will have no proof that your reservation was made. This was problematic later when we couldn’t find the entrance & had to ✆ in. The lazydays facility is huge & it is not clear where the entrance to the RV resort is. There is no map on their website and we struggled coming in after dark towing a 40 foot RV. We came in on a Friday night after dark, around 8:30 PM. After arriving at an unmanned guard shack we called the lazydays number on their website. This prompted to an after hours answering service who had no facility map to guide us nor a direct line phone number to call. We drove around & flagged down a kindly guard driving a golf cart around the dealership property who gave us directions to the resort.
The resort seemed fully booked and spots were tight and vehicles were parked in front of their campers and part of the road. It was exceedingly difficult to pull in at night with these circumstances. The picture attached were taken when we were leaving and thank goodness our neighbors offered to move their vehicles to make it easier to pull out. As you can see the road is Zero with no swale nor provision for vehicle parking.
Pros: That being said the location to attractions (only 15 minutes) is perfect! Tampa attractions area can be sketchy but this place is just far enough (& difficult to find as i said before) & not to mention we were surrounded by 100 millions in RV inventory (night time security) so that we felt very safe and secure & tucked away. So once you find it, your golden.
The pool, hot tub,Rally Center and restaurant/bar were clean and inviting and also open evenings. They had an event for the kiddies. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food & drinks were very good, we ate by the pool as it is next door.
Christine A
We visit here every now and again. It's fun when it's not raining. They have a nice pool, usually activities for the kids like a movie by a bonfire pit and hammocks or water balloon fights. Pretty nice place.
Jason M (The Happy Campers)
We enjoyed our time at Lazy Days RV Resort. This is a large, clean campground, but we found sites were close together. Campground and roads are big rig friendly. No Pull-thru sites were available. Campground offers daily vouchers for free breakfast and lunch Monday thru Saturday. These food vouchers can only be redeemed at the dealership, which is next door. This dealership has some RV accessories if needed. Trolley service was available for transportation. Campground has a beautiful screen covered pool & spa area with lots of seating. They also have a restaurant & bar on-site (Called “Exit 10”). The campground put together a weekly “Movie Night” in the Rec. room, which is also available for Rally’s or large group meetings. The pool/spa area, bathroom facilities and laundry room were very clean. DirecTV (free standing satellite) had no issue. Verizon phones were able to maintain a 4g signal. Wi-Fi was weak and not reliable. Campground is within 1 mile of gas stations, restaurants and freeway. Grocery store (Walmart) was within a 3 mile drive.
Our family is currently traveling this beautiful country via RV style, and have been RV'ing for many years. Therefore, we have an idea between high-standard qualities and poor quality. We utilize Trip Advisor to assist us on locating top attractions, tasty restaurants and exciting locations within our wonderful country. Follow our adventure via Facebook “Happy Campers 227”.

This place looks awesome!! This was a great visit. The park was full but still quiet. The staff was plentiful and willing to help. Plenty of things to do great prices at the bar and a huge pool. It was like a timeshare resort. Very clean. Small arcade and tons of stuff for the kids to do
John Forr
We really like this resort. Great staff and spacious sites. Good recreation for young and old.
Connie snyder
Great place for camping. Lots of spaces. Clean place. polite and helpful people restaurants on site. Plus repairs on site if needed.
Jon George Ministries
We really enjoyed Lazydays Campground. This is a minimal privacy layout of campsites, but i think that's the point. It actually provokes people to communicate. Although not a noisy or a busy feel at all. Quality people stay here. We had many random waves from passerbys. The kids loved the trolley. The Jolley Trolley driver invited the kids to ring her bell and EVEN allowed our son, who was sick, to STAY in the stroller and come up the handicapped ramp into the Trolley (Kudos to Lisa, was her name). The pool was gorgeous and very clean. Hot tub did not have rules against children so our 3 kids enjoyed sitting in one for their first time ever. They have a game room with ping pong, a very cool restaurant made to look like your sitting in an RV, with restaurant tables even in slideouts. 😁 Huge RV store across street. It's a 500 acre property (mostly RV's for sale or service on lot across street), but impressive nonetheless. Be sure to ask for breakfast passes at check-in! I don't know if it's standard, but we were randomly asked if we got them, which we didn't and so when i went to registration at checkout to find out about the possibility of having missed them, she just gave us 2 lunch passes. :-D
By the way, the free latte machine inside registration is delicious. 😉
I wish we had more time to hang out at store bit we had to get back. We'll definitely be back!!!
I've heard to NOT buy or have service done here by many people (one on site) in many of my RV groups, but that's most of the larger dealers. But I've never had either of those personal experiences. Although the person who said don't buy your RV from them had a friend who did and it was a lemon. And i heard the after sale customer service is terrible. :-(
Ryan Foelske
We spent 10 nights there recently. Sites are pretty spacious, staff and seemingly all guests were amazingly friendly. Best of all, the pool was warm and hot tub was hot! Breakfast and lunch meal vouchers were included at main cafeteria, but getting there requires a trolly ride and can be a bit of a trek twice a day, day after day. All-in-all, we had a great visit and will be going back again.
Michael Collier
This place was nice and had great amenities including a playground. The facility as a whole was quite interesting as the campground sits right next to the lots filled with their vast RV inventory. Seems like it would make the process of shopping for, purchasing and transferring to your next full-time rig pretty convenient. Verizon service was ok for minimal tasks but not enough for video conferencing however the T-Mobile service was quite a bit better and allowed for steady video conferencing.
Andy Eberhardt
I had a good experience with the resort from booking to my stay. They have a restaurant, pool and on site laundry available and include sewer hookups.
Harold T Avary
Great place for big rigs. The sites in front across from office are very convenient and plenty of room to manuever.
Sanford Potter
Price was right but no picnic table. Said it was a 45' space but barely, I mean barely fit my 42' Fifth wheel in the space. Didn't use any of amenities as we were in for one night only. Had 9 am appt at Lazydays service next door ( don't get me started on Lazydays service😤). Staff at resort were friendly.
This resort is sooo different from their resort in Tucson AZ. Like Tucson better!
Doug Britt
Nice RV Resort, conveniently located to Tampa. Sites are easy to get in and out of with a fifthwheel, and spacious. Nice amenities . . . But could have used another bathhouse.
Chris Swoyer
The pool is closed, the jacuzzi is closed, no music. We sent back our pizza, few toppings and the crust was like eating a cracker.
Laurie Lee Dovey
We came here so we can visit the casino and play a little poker but we're having to stay for several months for medical reasons. The staff is just awesome and they've been very in tune to our needs. Having a restaurant on site, beautiful pool plenty of room to walk and care for dogs, just perfect.
Kevin Dobson
Great time! Spaces are close but we always enjoy our stay.
Damon Jones
This is an awesome camp ground. Heated pool, hot tub beside the pool. Hot showers, clean. Restaurant has good food but they need help they a little slow. But in thirty defense, it was very busy. Bar in the restaurant with window on the pool side . People are nice, staff is nice, the ones I've talked to anyways. Tennis courts, playground, picnic tables. Set your trash next to the road and they pick it up for you. Apparently can only book two weeks at a time though. We are here for work so that is kinda a bummer. But other than that, it's a good family place.
David Lightcap
Easy to get reservations as I am in for repairs at Lazydays Service Center waiting on parts prior. Nice location in park even though holiday weekend. Only location of sewer hookups that is different as to possibly require three segments of hose for class a due to extreme back corner of space. Fellow travelers friendly during walks and neighbors.
N C
We attended the Monacoers rally at the resort and the Exit 10 restaurant catered our dinners. The food was really good and the catering staff was outstanding! Zoe, Tasha, Ruth and Anna always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We WILL be back!!! These are the type people that any business would want interacting with the public.
Larry Stone
We spent 6 days at Lazy Days RV Resort in Seffner and loved every minute. There were six other couples from our camping club there as well and all of us were able to park our rigs in close proximity. It's a great venue, easy to access, full hook-ups and a free breakfast every day while camping at the resort. All sites are back-in and can accommodate big rigs.
Regina Kopeck
A bit overpriced for spot sizes. Best tip is to book a spot 2 ft bigger than you need...they run short and all back ins.
Warren Lambert
Have stayed here several times but this last visit is a bit disturbing. Booked a 45' site, got a 42' site right on the highway. Terible traffic noise, short site and the Punic table is mold on top of mold, the table and the seats photo attached. Its time to start looking for another site to stay at in Tampa.
Just wanted to update this review, while we were at the Resort at our camp site, outside enjoying the weather, someone came up in a golf cart, didn't Identify himself, asked if we wanted him to take the table away and bleach and pressure wash it, we told him we had no intention of sitting at that table. After he left the Manager of the Resort, Jay Diaz came and spoke to us, very nice, apologized for the inconvenience and explained that the spot we were placed was normally a parking spot for rental RV's and because of the Holidays an overbooking must have occurred which is why we were placed next to the highway. He was gracious enough to refund our money for the stay. If we ever stay there again we will certainly book over the phone to confirm the area we will be staying prior to setting out on the trip.
Steven Bertling
I came here for an RV rally. I was here two days early and stayed two days after. Really nice people running the very large park. Nice facilities in a great area to sightsee. The weather was really cold and was below freezing a couple of nights. Everything worked and we were very pleased. We will definitely come back again.
Jay Clark
Nice place to stay. Frendly service, the spots are small. I requested a spot for a 41ft RV and my 36ft almost didn't fit. Nice screened in pool and the bathrooms were nice and clean
D Sharpe
RV spots are tight causing people to park on the street, which makes it hard to pull your RV in or out. Campground was clean even the laundry facilities. They do have a restaurant on site which was nice and the food was ok. Wifi is not strong even with a wifi booster the signal was poor.
Yanerixia Adames Gamboa
I have been going and staying at the resort for over a year. We absolutely love it. There is always something to do for the kids. The pool is screened in and has restrooms. They allow dogs and have parks to play in. Best thing there is a poolside bar. Customer service is top notch and the RV parking spots are nice and well kept. I like that there are no long term folks actually living there. A few may stay for a few months if so, but not actual residents. The amenities are clean too like the laundry room and indoor meeting area. They have fun activities to participate in for everyone.
Nicolle Fischler
Ron was excellent and went out of his way to help us. He even stayed late which made him late for his plans that night. We've looked at 5 different places, and due to Ron's excellent service, we have narrowed our search to find a camper at Lazydays. The services they offer are above and beyond any other retailer. I will post again with an update after we buy our camper. I do recommend that everyone should start their search here and save some time.
Art McDonald
A few pros and a few cons. I’ve stayed here a few times and would again. The park is first class, fully paved, well manicured grounds and top shelf amenities including pool, hot tub, restaurant, and close proximity to Tampa. The staff I’ve dealt with were all pros. This isn’t a come to Florida for the season kind of place though, they limit you to two weeks, a disappointment for some. They don’t try to compete for the 55+ crowd as they offer limited park social activities. Also, pretty noisy with truck traffic on Mango Rd and a concrete manufacturer behind, you should request a spot away from both. This park fits my RV’ing style and is a destination spot when I come to Tampa.
Greg Hamilton
We camped here last year and this year. The best thing was the free breakfast and the ride to it in the golf carts that drove through their gigantic outdoor show room. We had our motorhome buffed out and waxed there and they did an awesome job. I have over 200 service bees and a gigantic RV store for anything you may need.
Scott Morse
Great resort. On-site bar and restaurant, heated pool.
Only downsides are its a little too close to I-4 so you can hear the traffic all night and it's near a landfill, so you can hear the backup beeper on the hea t equipment.
Since our reason for staying there was we'd had a blow out and had to wait a day and two nights for lazyday service center to get our tires in and get us in for the install, it was perfect! Will stay here again, even if we're not going to the service center.
Carol Newbury
We were there for a Fleetwood Discovery rally and the Lazydays employees were great! I give them 5 stars! The sites are not real wide but they were fine for our time there. If you are 45 feet you may stick out on the road depending on where you are put. It is clean and there are lots of RV's to your in your spare time. Beautiful pool and social hall.
Joe Rinehuls
Great RV Park! It's the first one I've stayed at to offer an on site restaurant (concession stand). It has almost 300 back in RV spots. Heated pool, nice, modern restroom with 3 showers. I'd highly recommend this place.
Michelle Eitner
It was a nice place to go to camp out with every thing on the camp sight
Anne Tanner
We went here during spring break with our grandaughter. We had the best time - they offered great kids activities, pool and hot tub were a win, as well as the playground. Would definately come again.
Julie Morin Deppa
We specifically came to the area for our son’s hockey tournament. It was a treat to have so many activities planned by the event coordinator every day we were there. The pool and hot tub we great, too. They had a restaurant on site and everyone was so nice. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the area and looking for somewhere conveniently located off the interstate and are not looking for a beach vacation since the beach is a little far. Exceeded my expectations for sure.
Rahim Cook
There is a lot to offer around the resort with the pool, hot tub, community fire pit and a restaurant/pub, however we were disappointed that the restaurant/pub is closed on Sundays and Mondays and the resort looks more like a parking lot. Not much shade and therefore no privacy at all, no grills or fire pits at the campsites. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do offer a complimentary breakfast about a half mile away near the RV sales office. We were not uncomfortable but just disappointed. Probably will not come back because there are several other campsites that do have the amenities we are looking for. It’s just our personal preferences.
Julie Torkelson
We visited our son who was camping there. He and his family liked it a lot. Said they would stay there again. I thought the lots were small but nice. They have a free breakfast every day.
Donna Sox
Very nice & quiet, busy place, Grandkids love the wifi & cable TV while we were setting up.
Mike Layman
Nice campground right off I-4 near Tampa. All sites are back in only and ample space between but no privacy. It's next door to Lazydays RV should you need parts or service.
David Harris IV
Nice. Simple. Wide roads throughout. The free breakfast at their on site restaurant was good & a nice surprise. Has a nice pool. Coolest thing I saw was a Dog Washing station. Has a playground for kids. Convenient location by LazyDays & by Interstate 4 & Interstate 75.
Jean-Yves Aubry (JYAubry)
Big Rig friendly, but tight spots. Close to Tampa with many local attractions. The amenities onsite a clean and well maintained. This was a great place to stay. Not to mention the RV dealership was incredible
Nicole Guarini
Quiet and clean family RV Resort with a restaurant, bar, rec room, heated pool, bath house, dog wash station and doggy playground, tennis and basketball courts, a little people playground punk (not to be confused with the doggy one. Although they do look similar), bi ycle and golf cart rentals. To top it all off, certain weekends throughout the year are all decked out for seasonal events and celebrations. We spent a wonderful two weeks there and would absolutely return!

As full time RV'ers, we appreciate looking at RV dealerships for our next new rig. LazyDays is stress free when it comes to browsing, just walk in and head to the lot. We are never harassed by sales whatsoever. You may also help yourself to a complimentary drink from the fountain. We enjoy coming to browse!
I have no insight on the sales department since we have not purchased from this dealer.

We were struggling to find an Rv park that had availability due to the RV Super Show in town that we did not know about. We finally found a spot and let’s just say it was not the safest of places. I called Lazy Days RV desperately looking for anywhere to go away from the absolute nightmare of a place we were at. I was so very lucky and thankful I did. Yasmine answered the phone and I knew I had called the right place. She was able to get me immediate availability by working with her colleagues to help make sure my family had a safe place to stay. Yasmine went above and beyond to make it happen and our family is forever grateful. We have had an amazing time and feel at peace to sleep at night! Thanks to Yasmine, our experience in Tampa has taken 180 degree turn. This resort is wonderful for kids and adults with some of the nicest staff we have ever been lucky enough to meet! I highly recommend Lazy Days RV resort Tampa and not just because the resort is beautiful but you will be able to meet wonderful employees just like Yasmine! Thank you again for going above and beyond to help us.

We stayed here last minute in the winter. It was good for last minute, but did take an hour each way to get to the beach. The resort has activities for kids though and includes breakfast.
Our parking area was level, but you will have issues getting your tow and TV to fit. However, the grassy area was not level and they kept assigning the spot backing up to ours a Class A which blocked our air flow and window. They are that tight.
Eric Alfieri
We stayed here for the Bucs/Saints game. Great location to the Stadium, only 15 minutes away. On the expensive side, but they do have a lot of amenities, pool, laundry, dog walk and wash, etc. Also, the acces to get to your site is tight. We have a 41' fifth wheel, so backing up was somewhat difficult. But I did notice a lot shorter TT's having issues as well.
Shane Sloan
I have yet to stay here. It is a well kept park. The staff I met were nice. The pool is nice and enclosed. Overall, it's a very corporate like campground.
That said, the sites seem small and tight. Also, I noticed no fire pits...of any kind. Some people...many people in Florida...seem to be great with that. For me, that's a but of an issue. With such tight spaces, what do people do after the sun goes down?
Tom Goodman
Good service, very nice and knowledgeable staff. We brought our camper in for service and ended up buying a new camper. The process was easy and we were happy with the service. Had several issues with the new camper, but they were addressed right away. Still have to return for some more service since they had to order some parts. When we traded in our other camper, it was set up next to the new one to make it easier to transfer our stuff and we got to spend the night. Great idea!!
Quinton Hanson
Nice place to stay. While the spaces were a bit tight the convenience of the location made up for that lack of space. My wife and I are explorers when we travel. The convenience of being just off the interstate and close proximity to a couple of major intersections allowed us get out a visit the areas we wanted to. Many nice restaurants close by.
Frank Alberti
Nice enough campground, convenient for Tampa and Plant city, reasonable rates.
The dog runs are very small, our cell service was minimal and the free wifi was among the poorest we've experienced yet.
Chris Bean
Lazydays is our "go to" resort. We love it there very clean, very nice people to deal with.
Gillis Melancon
Solid RV park experience. Last stay the WiFi was "acting up" but we have stayed several times in the past and have not had similar issues to chalking it up to time for a reboot. Always clean restrooms and showers. Pool can get busy but this is a family park after all. Dog pots and dog parks spread around the park also make it pooch friendly.
Damon Jones
It's a very cool, cozy, and clean. Stayed there for work that I had in the area. Have been there a few times now. The diner has great food for a reasonable price. With fast, friendly service and enough food on your plate to fill you up. The restrooms are kept clean and has a screened in pool with a hot tub off to the side. Guard shack with security and gates down at night. It is kinda dark but it is a camp ground. They have lights they just aren't bright so they won't disturb anyone. I want to bring my wife down with me so we can rent a camper on site. Nothing bad to say at all
Stan Orlowski
We stayed 3 nights due to our rv being serviced at Lazy Days. The people in the office were extremely nice, the park was clean, sites were pretty level (we had 3 different sites due to going to the dealer every day) nice pool and nice restaurant/ bar. Not quite 5 star but would give it 4 1/2.
Bill Thurston
Very nice park super friendly office personal that will go the extra mile to make sure your stay there is 5 stars.
Gary Grosser
Stayed here over the weekend from of February 7th, 2020. Never been here before and was very interested in checking it out and looking at some RVs in the process.
It is a nice campground, but each site is very close together and the sites are straight in, not on an angle. So, if you have an exceptionally large rig, it might take a couple times adjusting to back in. Virtually no shade between each site for most of the park as well. There are several sites near that back that had more trees/shading, but where we were there was almost nothing.
The rules say no fire pits at the sites (there is a community one though) but several guests brought their own... So maybe they don't care that much. And when we were there, the pool heater was broken. Not their fault, but a bummer.
The on site restaurant, Exit 10, is inside the rally center and is designed like a class A coach. Food was good, but they used disposable utensils which is a shame. A lot of waste.
If you rent a golf cart, it's $40 a day. It's due back at 9am the next day and they don't pro-rate it. So if you check one out at 5pm on Friday, you'll pay $40 until 9am Saturday. Etc. etc. Also, you can't take the golf cart off property. So if you want to go to Cracker Barrel, there is no "cut through" from the campground to Cracker Barrel. Even though you could throw a paper airplane from Lazy Days to the restaurant and hit it. You have to walk out the front main sales building doors all the way around the parking lot through the main gate and along the fence line...
If you want to see all the on site RVs there is a shuttle that will take you back and forth, but I didn't see it at any time while there.
The main office does have some activity items on hand, basketballs, soccer balls, tennis rackets, etc. But missing some other stuff. No tennis balls, volleyballs, etc. They also have free coffee and hot chocolate.
It was an enjoyable stay overall.
DM C
Our 6th time to stay here and have never been disappointed. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great Rally center that is kept very clean. Their catered meals are very good also and serving staff is very efficient. Beautiful pool area and wide streets with sufficient shade. You can catch a free ride to the Sales Center or it’s an easy walk. I gave them 5 stars but actually meant a 4 1/2 for one small thing. Our site grass has been damaged creating a big area that will be quite muddy if it rains. We have a small dog that consistently wants to walk in the muddy area. Some sod or straw or hay spread over this area would help. Still a very nice park.
Update 2 days later, sod was delivered to our spot! How about that for service and being aware of what would make our stay more pleasant. It did rain last night, so this was very much appreciated! Thank you!
Kelly Martin
This place is the Disney World of RVing! It's huge with so many amenities! Pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, dog wash/ dog park, fire pit, beautiful clubhouse area, large laundry area.. and the RV dealership has every kind of camper and RV imaginable. It's in a really great location, close to everything. Staff was super nice and helpful. The ONLY reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is really congested/crowded. The campsites are small and there are SO many! Very little room for parking your vehicle and people end up on top of each other. Maybe it's better at a less busy time of year. Otherwise, a really great place to stay.
Julie Ross
We had a great time. We used the pool, the laundry room was very convenient with payment options. The restaurant on site was very good, but a little slow and they lost one of our orders, but the staff was quick to fix that. We were going to use the dog washing station, but we ran out of time. The only minor complaint was the WiFi was not available anywhere near our campsite, and with teenagers, that was disappointing. But overall our experience was great and we will go back.
Monica Alonso
Fantastic first time camping! The staff is very courteous. All pads are paved and the grounds are kept neat. They have family activities and movie nights. Great and bing screened pool! Our family really enjoyed it. We have visited a second time already since our first visit. Thank you Lazydays RV Resort.
Tami Gonzalez
Enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend. Pool was crazy busy with seats being staked out early morning with towels some sitting empty until 1-2 in the afternoon. 😟
Restaurant could have been better on service and staff. The food is good. Ground maintenance is amazing and friendly staff members. The camp store had very nice and helpful staff. Bathrooms very well maintained as well. All around we will be back just not sure about doing the restaurant experience which is unfortunate since it is pretty cool looking. Ok I am down grading my review only because it’s now been 50 minutes since we ordered our food and I am hungry. Come on Lazy Days step it up on the restaurant part.
Scooter Chiick
This resort is great! They have a little bit of everything from a doggy wash station to an on-site bar/grill, screened in pool and hot tub and even nice shower facilities (I’m a bath house critic so I took pics)!! Plus they’re close to Tampa and near enough to Disney to make day trips an option without having to relocate the whole party to another park.
Frank Alberti
Super convenient for Tampa and concerts, reasonably priced, but sadly like a lot of RV parks the free wifi was worthless, my cell phone got only one bar, and TV got better reception with the digital aerial than the park provided cable.
Schmoo
The park is good. Great people who work here.
The internet is the worst I have experienced in any park. You cannot even stream audio, let alone video. It constantly drops and must be logged into again using your personal email address (be sure to use a throw away email so you don't get spam!). At the price one pays for the park I would expect halfway decent internet. This is not an occasional problem. I have stayed here for months now for work and it has been consistently horrible. In this modern day and age I would expect decent connectivity.
Nancy Boles
We planned our stay at Lazy Days Resort over less expensive, closer to family, campgrounds based on the advertised "Winter Wonderland" activities. We inquired about the ice skating before making reservations, and were told it was free and both children and adults could skate. Very disappointed as the so called ice skating was on white rubber mats with soap foam sprayed on top in about a 30 x 30 square and was not free ($6-$9).
Camp ground was adequate. Had full hook-ups including cable and wifi, but very close to your neighbor. Our complaints were-as we tried to sit outside we smelled sewer. Check all close by connections and found them securely in place. Also, our neighbors paid to have mobile washing and detailing on their RV, which apparently is allowed, the detailer managed to spray over the roof of their RV and wet us as we were setting up our picnic table. We had to pack up our stuff, and put it out after he finished.
Would probably stay again, being more knowledgeable about the park and with lower expectations of anything they advertise.
David
One of our favorite campgrounds! They are complying with current guidelines for COVID while still allowing for a good time. Our kids love the pool and activities put on by the resort. Free breakfast is much appreciated! Staff always makes an effort to be helpful and polite.
YA CO
Experience is always great nice, relaxing and clean only downside is if you are a big tv ot internet user the signal is not very good. We did good not a big deal for my family. They have several activities during the day (bingo, movie night, fire pit, etc.) Playground for kids and pet friendly with dog Playground for small dogs and big dogs. Dont feel like cooking? No problema!! Free breakfast every morning, restaurant available in the resort with good food.. something different? Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Just love it, been there several times and looking forward to continue to do.

Couldn't have picked a better resort for Easter weekend ! This place was amazing!! We bought our camper from lazydays and decided to stay at the resort for the weekend for their Easter event my kiddos had the best time ever! We were blown away and worn out by the end of it because the kids had so much to do and there were so many other kids to play with. They had a Easter egg hunt, tons of games with prizes, petting zoo, pics with the Easter bunny the list goes on! They have a huge pool and hottub, playground, dog park, clean bath houses with nice showers, free breakfast a cute restaurant on site and so much more. Would definitely stay here again.
Sabrina Woodruff
Nice and clean. We only stayed to play at Bucsh Gardens. So not much time spent but the park was nice and quite. The dogs enjoyed the day park.
Lisa Marie Calderón
This is not "camping" this is STAYING @ Lazy days. Registration staff is amazing. Exit 10 restaurant has excellent food and happy hour specials. Pool is nice when children not present- Hot tub was cloudy and not working right while we were there. IF you are looking for a nice quiet place this is NOT the place to be. Kids are running everywhere, thru individual sites with NO regard to privacy or space. Parents do not enforce camping manners so I dont blame the kids. BUT the staff at Lazy days was not willing to intervene as would a ranger in a typical state park environment. Would only stay here again for convenience.
emily gold
Surprised by this park - stayed for a week to fix our rig thinking we would be stuck in a concrete jungle all week - with our two boys (6 and 9) in homeschool and without much to do, we were pleasantly surprised by almost everything here! We happened to be there for Superbowl Sunday in Tampa and the Bucks won (not planned so magical timing)! The employees here, every single one of them was awesome - especially the woman that cooked our burgers at the soda pop truck. The live music Saturday night was AMAZING by Josh and Jenny and our RV site, the neighbors, the POOL OMG - our kids loved this place. Great playground, pickle ball court, and close access to highway, even had a lovely wooden sign made for our family while we were there - easy access to the highway to drive to Brandon for all the good food - we will come back next year for sure - thanks for the clean, comfortable and laid back stay Lazy Days!!
Steve Martinek
This place is a good deal in off season but does seem to be getting a little neglected last trip.
Bob Bailey
Great place to camp. Everyone is nice. Nothing but a great experience.
clara reaves
This was our first visit. It was great! We felt very safe and secure. We walked through the complex in the evenings and used the pool during the day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.
Cammy
I cannot say enough good things about this place. The lots are roomy back ins mostly. The property is clean with a activity center with lots of fun games to play. The little bar and grill with live music and nightly specials is simply awesome. I wish now places had grounds so nice I will definitely think about taking a mini vacation and staying with lazy days again for a couple days this time. 😊
marc tourville
We had a great stay at Lazydays.
Super easy to book the price was right too, 32.99 summer special. They don't let you pick your site so when we got to ours there were to many trucks in the road to back in.
We went back to the gate and they changed no problem. Nothing is the same these days with the covid nightmare their rec center was closed all those activities such as movie nights are held outdoors
Great location minuets from I-4 if your shopping for something new you can get to their inventory lots.
I would have given 5 stars but the pool area was a mess food spilled everywhere drinks and garbage left all over the place no staff in site to address this either.
I took it that is was just a busy summer day and that's what happens but I went the next morning and it looked like a college spring break party had taken place food spilled on the pool deck drink cans and cups left by campers pool side and on the tables. Dried food stuck on the pool deck tables and chairs. Like I said 5 stars but the pool area needs help so only 4 .
michael stebick
Nice place to stay. A little pricey for what you get now without meals. Terrific bar and 3 restaurants. A few issues. Not a lot of scheduled activities, bingo, etc., like at other RV parks. When I made reservations I was told free breakfast and lunch for two every day, like last year. When I got here I was told they stopped that in November. They hadn't told me and didn't lower the price. Very bad customer relations mistake by management. The workers here are all fantastic. Love the bar to meet great people.
Greg Timmons
I'm not a dog owner, but this RV park should be called Dog RV Park as it's every dogs dream RV Park. They have a dog playground, a dog wash area, and plenty of room for a dog to walk with their owners! They have trolley service to take you to the "front porch" which they serve breakfast and lunch. If your a staying temporarily for a brief period they give you complimentary breakfast and lunch cards! Don't quote me on the cards as I'm not sure who gets them and who doesn't. They have a pool and hot tub pool, which I've not tried yet but is popular. Beautiful campgrounds that are well kept! The restrooms include some very nice hot showers! It's definitely worth staying here! The live band last week on Saturday was awesome! If anything, stay for the live bands they have, it's well worth it! *** Update (22 April 2018) The laundromat here at this rv park feels like it's not air-conditioned! They do have a fan and I'm sweating like crazy! How they expect you not to leave the laundromat unattended when it's hotter than hell in here? And they don't have a dedicated doggy washer and dryer! The dryers work like brand new!
Kitty Kosmos
Very well maintained. Friendly & helpful staff. You can also rent a golf cart if you don't own one. We enjoyed looking through all the RV's on site but for now decided to stick with ours a bit longer. The only complaint we have is the restaurant should be open from 11 am through 7pm. You have Cracker Barrel near by but that's not convenient when your in the pool & not my type of dinner. PLEASE consider. I also what to know how to obtain a schedule of campsite events because we plan to visit often. Thanks!!
Kitty

We need to visit the VA hospital routinely about every 3 months and this campground is the BEST in town. Every site is paved with 50/30 amp poles with 40+ cable channels. It has a restaurant, swimming pool with hot tub as well. Military and Lazydays bought RVs discount. If for one night or months you’ll be GLAD you chose this campground right next door one of largest sellers of New RVs.
Denise Mosher
Very clean, excellent customer service. All staff were very kind and accomodating. Exit 10 had great food and even arranged for me to pick up pre-made Thanksgiving dinner before the the pick up time. I am more than impressed with everyone that I encountered and have a wonderful new weekend getaway.
Ramona S
Very nice, and clean! Pool & hot tub is wonderful. Most people & their dogs staying there are very friendly. Very good campground, I definitely would recommend it, especially if you like dogs as much as I do! Lol
Stacey Martin
This one is a tough rating. We made reservations with specific requirements because we have a 45 ft 5th wheel with an absolute to have to pop out the toy ramp in back to access our stuff. They put us in a spot with a fence behind us and we spent 40 minutes at the front dealing with a new person going in and out trying to figure it out. We finally called in and the lady there figured out a way to get in and get access. It wasn't easy, but after about 1 hour and 15 mins we were able to get a spot. The breakfast is free but you have to drive to lazy days sales lot and the people that work there can be rude as they eat there and act like they are in a hurry and you should yield to them in line. I will seek another location when I come back to this area!
David Rammelkamp
We live in Tampa area. We stayed at lazy dayz on two occasions. The park has a lot of amenities. We definitely will be back again.
appeninespt
Oh my goodness we had so much fun. There is so many places to go on short excursions daily great space to camp, nice pool, hot tub area, shower house is clean and safe, walking riding area is safe an easy to get around. Safe environment for family and pets. We plan to go again.
MrSam Berries (MrSamBerries)
Really loved this park. The staff is so nice and helpful. The pool is well kept and they had a little arcade area for the kids. Even though we are local we will be back just to take the trailer out for a weekend. It's easy to get in and out of and close to Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Rae Dar
One of our favorite stops. We prefer paved parks for bike riding and dog walking ease. We also prefer paved pads for many reasons and this has all that. Great location for visiting family and shopping with much to do and eat insure also. Nice pool. Only downside are the pads are short so you have to park your vehicle in the street. This leaves no street room to park your coach upon arrival but everyone is real quick to help and move their cars out of the way until parked. Have visited often and will continue to.
Eli M
I’m changing my review to 5 stars because we initially had a cancellation issue that the resort did not budge on but Rebecca the resort manager reached out to us and resolved our issues and went above our expectations. Management listens and I can appreciate a company that wants to make things right for their customers. We will be returning!
Arizona Homesteading And Travels
Very clean and modern campground. Friendly staff....clean facilities...close to two truck stops for eating as well as dinning at the Lazy Days showroom, breakfast abs lunch anyway... onsite pool with snack bar or bar...easy in easy out. Beside used lot which you can walk over and browse without being bothered. The best feature of the park!!
Jeanette Ebaugh
Excellent RV resort. Pool and Restaurant and common areas or outstanding. The staff was very accommodating to my many schedule changes. Very large campsites. New picnic tables. Constantly improving the park. The roads are very wide no problem driving in or out.
Stephanie Franklin
Nice park. Overpriced but so is everything around here. Good for short term. Daily rate only, no break on monthly. Pool and hot tub are nice. They have a cute dog wash and park area. Bar and restaurant near the pool. Restaurant serves only fried or microwave style food.
Scott Atchisson
Stayed 2 days here 38ft pusher w/3 slides. Park is unbelievably well kept. Everything is laid out and designed for easy in, easy hookups, and everything works. Parking for our tow vehicle is in front of the rig, no problem. They offered a Veteran discount and have a deal package with breakfast and lunch at their massive dealership connected to the campground. (Skip the meals, it 1 star) we tried it and it took me back to eating food on an aircraft carrier off the coast of Iran. Cracker Barrel is right their. The pool with connected restaurant, and club house with arcade, pool tables and other games inside was real nice.
Charlene Murphy
This place is nice enough, very tight fore and aft parking, but, with cable as an amenity, it makes it better since my AT&T reception sucked. I am dealing with parties about 15 to 20 spaces away, and all I can hear is the bass beat (inside the RV) which is very irritating. Can’t wait for quiet hours!
Peggy Graefe
This is our first time at Lazydays Resort. We are finding there are many things to do here. Theres happy hour for drinks. Certain plans you get certain items for breakfast and lunch for free. The campsites are small but adequate. There isn't much sand around. There are more campers to look at for sale than you could ever imagine. But the salesman don't bother you. We really like that. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We think we'll come here more often.
David Marsh
I am shopping. Lucas has been very helpful and working to find the right camper for me. He listens to my questions and concerns and makes suggestions to help. Do not feel that he is just trying to make a sale.
Ruth Ellis
Camping is great! Due to the shortage of parts and manufacturing there were not many class A motorhomes. We had a nice relaxing time and will do it again.
Marianna Ramos
The hot tub is open all night and the pool is heated! Everybody seems friendly and the place is very well-maintained. Let me not forget to mention the free breakfast is amazing !Can you say a full-on breakfast buffet. The dog park has a place where you can actually bathe your dog. For s'mores lovers there is a fire pit with hammocks already there for you.(watch out sometimes the hammocks are wet due to the sprinkler system) laundromat onsite ,but often broken .Definitely make up for it by having a restaurant and movie theater on spot and it's right next to Cracker Barrel!
Deb
Enjoyed our stay. Free breakfast and lunch but that's way over in the sales building. Sales people won't bother you unless you ask them to show you around and interested in buying a new RV. No Bath/ Shower houses that we found. Nice fitness center with new equipment. Not many shady sites.
Robert Hoppe
The magic here is slipping. Internet pretty bad and this place is a Verizon Black Hole. They won’t let you reserve a spot, but when you arrive they can’t let you stay at an open spot because they are reserved for someone else. When the sun goes down the prevailing winds bring a terrible odor outside which makes you retreat into the RV. The pool area smells like a cat litter box. The pool itself is very nice and heated. The hot tub is not monitored so toddlers are usually in there preventing relaxation by adults. Bathrooms are clean, but starting to show wear.
They give coupons for free breakfast and lunch at the dealership. We found that the food we wanted though was not covered by coupons. The EXIT 10 Restaurant is a nice feature, that needs to be expanded.
It’s an OK place, but not worth the price anymore for us.
Stacy Kidd
I'm mad. This resort was so nice and relaxing I didn't want enjoy my time in Tampa.... because I kept wanting to come back to the resort to relax. The pool is huge. The hot tub works! The showers were hot. The margaritas (happy hour half price) and nachos were ah-mazing. We stayed in a pop-up. The laundry takes debit cards and is super easy, even though the sign confused me and I thought it was too difficult to try out. Lazydays: write a simpler sign please. Also my boyfriend complained that there was no flat bench in the gym and the bags game didn't slide properly (needed waxed and one bag was missing). We had so much fun playing ping-pong. We loved the pool. I moved the towels from the chairs children were using (children play in the pool, they don't use the chairs, they were polite) yes the pool was busy and packed on Saturday. It was fun. I didn't bother with wifi (i have unlimited data- get with the program people) and the breakfast was more satisfying than cracked barrel. The gym, was also well stocked with so many weight machines and free weights. Up to fifty pounds. I'm telling you: this place is enjoyable.
Judy Tom Gallaty
Quiet, sites even though the sites are small. Parking room is along front of rigs lined up on both sides of street. Narrow driving down roads and parking cumbersome because of cars parking.
Laundromat is small and equipment not well kept and not all machines working.
People on staff and using the campground are very friendly. They pick up trash outside of your rig for disposal, which is very convenient. Great playground, doggie park, and pool. Overall nice activities and restaurant nearby.
Kerry doll
We are just finishing our last day here (30 day stay). It’s a nice RV park, with a few issues. On check in we were told they no longer do the free breakfast and lunch coupons, no a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have known. Traffic noise from cr 579 is a bit much and can be very disturbing at times. Site a level and very nice. Would like to have picked another site location. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Exit 10 restaurant was very good and has a fun atmosphere. WiFi sucked...could not get on it for a two week period. Cable was great and a lot of channels. Would stay here again if a different location was available.
Bonnie Greiner
Very nice park. A little pricey but we enjoyed our stay. Snack bar food was really good.
Kindell Jackson
We recently inquired about staying at the park again and were informed of the policy change for reservations. When we stayed in september 2019 we were able to reserve our spot for four weeks but able to pay weekly. Now due to the policy change we are no longer able to do that and with my husbands line of work paying weekly is what is ideal for us. One or two of the ladies in the office could use some extra training on how to be less rude also. Only giving 3 stars due to our phenomenal stay in September otherwise I'd give 1 star.
Willie V.
The Fitness Center has been closed for at least two months and no one working here knows when it will be repaired/reopened. We've asked the staff on a few occasions and all they can say is, "some time next year."
It is advertised as an amenity (False Advertisement), but so far all we are getting is lip service. For over $1500 a month, ALL advertised amenities should be in working condition. Make no mistake, this is NOT a complaint about the staff, but rather management. That being said, the staff at the RV Resort is outstanding.
Kelly Grainer
I am very satisfied with the staff at Lazy days. A special thanks to Tiffany ,she was absolutely awesome. She really made my experience at Lazy days very special. I want to thank Michelle also for being very pleasant and patient with me. This is my first time ever taking my motorhome to a camping Resort. I will definitely recommend this Resort to all my friends that love the outdoors and camping. This is definitely a 5 star place. Thanks again to the ladies at Lazy days.
Michael Smith
Excellent RV Resort! Great value for the price! Bathrooms are super clean! Pool looked amazing. There are hammocks, fire pits, and a dog play and wash area.
Eric Braad
Had a decent experience. One, the power kept shutting off at my power post (not tripping a fuse) after I inspected the power post their 30amp switch was not secure and it would move and we’d lose power, plus the 20amp service wasn’t working at the plug(we like to plug in an extra fan outside on an extension cord). Finally called Saturday morning to have them come look at it, I showed the guy that came what was happening and he asked if I had a dog bone (I had no clue what he meant) so we could use the 50 to 30 amp. He went to the store they have and brought a dog bone for me to use and told me I could keep it! ALSO, Saturday we went to the poolside restaurant and we didn’t even get our food for AN HOUR but the time we got our food it was 9:05 and it had to be boxed “to go”. Saturday night at the pool there were screaming kids and running kids at 12-1am. We liked it, and will give it another chance since we go to Busch Gardens often...I hope our next stay is a little less stressful.
michaelf28027
Very nice place to stay. Reasonably priced. Nice fitness room.
Tammy Green
Nice clean and comfortable park. Several amenities including a park, a playground, a gym, a restaurant, a bar, arcade, laundry, pool and tennis court. They even have a trolley to take you around their several hundred acre resort. Also a great place to trade in and trade up if you are looking for a RV.
Rodneywatson Silkey605
We always come here before a big trip or coming home from a big trip.It is close to our house in case we forget something. Then when we come home it easy to check on things before going home. Paydays has everything you need, they keep the park in very good shape grounds, laundry room, easy in and out. We have stayed so many times the staff knows us.
Andrea Goodell
We had a wonderful time. This is our first RV. So our first weekend RV'ing. So relaxing. We couldn't have picked a better spot. Quiet, but has a restaurant and bar. Limited hours and we missed it. Nice size pool and rec center. Every one super friendly. Loved that Lazydays is right there so if you need anything you can pick up. But close to Tampa/Brandon to do proper shopping.
We've already booked to come back next weekend.

Great campground - not an outdoorsy place, but it's conveniently located off of I4 outside of Tampa. The pool is really nice and big. It's a child friendly campground with several amenities to keep them entertained.

Have stayed here many times and as always enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. All of the amenities are available. The prices are good, the sites are clean and the wi-fi works all over the park. My wife and I will be buying our next RV from Lazydays as the staff at both the park and the dealership have always impressed us with their friendliness. Could have an adult swim from 9 P to 10 P as suggested by another rater. Wish the Exit 10 grill and bar were open earlier and on Sundays, but will stay there again, and will continue to recommend it to friends and family.

Great RV resort close to home. Fairly good seperation between units but a little choose back to back. Water, sewer and electric connections were close. Voltage stayed up even though the park was full most of the time. Breakfaat and lunch is provided. There is s beautiful enclosed poll and a nice play area for the kids. We stayed on site 141 which is very close to the pool. We camped in a 32' class C with slides

Inside 38' spot. Was quieter than expected. Clean... Covid has closed the ping pong/bollards area... Pool is very nice with bar area till 9:00pm for snack or drink. Great smoothy.

McKenna Bartling was very good. she treated my dad, a Vietnam vet, with utmost respect and put up with a long list of my questions and requests. just the best damn service I have ever seen.

The staff are very nice, camp area is spotless, bathroom/shower is brand new, pool perfect temp, hot tub excellent. Exercise room small however, nice equipment. Free daily paper, free breakfast and lunch very tasty!

My in laws bring my kids here all the time and they absolutely love it here, the pool is nice and big and on weekends they usually have some kind of themed activities as well as a big blow up water slide!!! I have also heard it's fairly priced to stay here.

Stayed at Lazydays once again for 8 days and find the park a great place for a rally, good sites, breakfast buffet, excellent rally centre staff and cable TV.
The disappointment came this year with the lack of wifi at our site #92, despite the fact the repeater was directly in front of us and less than 100' away.
The office wasn't very helpful and the longer we stayed, the more frustrating the lack of connection became.
RV Parks need to understand the importance of usable wifi today for communications, banking, sourcing information on the area etc. etc.
The trolley was also not running this year and the rides over to the sales area were sporadic and the waits long.
I hope it was just a bad week for Lazydays and not a sign of what to expect next time.

We came many time in this RV resort and we find it very nice, cleaned and organized. The restaurant is serving good food and the pool area is great but they should have adult time from 9pm to 10pm or extend the pool hours from 10pm to 11pm adult only. I am pretty sure kids will have plenty of time to enjoy the pool from 9am to 9pm or to 10pm by extendnd the pool hours for adult.

Somewhat disappointed in the resort area. Roads are very narrow and, since the sites are back-in only and assigned by rig length, there is no place to park your vehicle except on the narrow road. This made the resort look cluttered and hard to maneuver with an RV or even a car. The picnic tables between each narrow site are way past their useful life, look bad and should have been replaced long ago.
The free breakfast and lunch is a nice perk. We didn't use any of the other facilities while there (laundry, pool, etc.)

Staff excellent communicators me. Our assistant, Dakota went out of his way to accommodate our crazy schedule before leaving with RV, AND was so patient and reassuring with the questions we had as to our ability to overcome our doubts. The office staff were quick, andost efficient in getting us on the road. Surprisingly pleasant experience, much appreciated in today's world

Very busy place. Sites are pretty tight but paved. They have eliminated the free breakfast and lunch tickets along with the free morning newspaper. They do have free movie nights, a swimming pool, and a small dinner where they have a live band once a month. There is a dog run, a free shuttle, and you can rent a golf cart. They sell, and repair rv's as well as hold seminars on rv living. And it is convenient.

Was pleased this place is so pet friendly, great dog park area with an agility structure - but a water faucet is needed in the dog area, could so easily be done because there is a dog bath available right across the fence. I had to walk and find an empty site to fill the dog bowls for the thirsty dogs. And finding an empty spot is challenging!!

1st time there for us. We really like it there. Close to alot of places we wanted to visit. Campground was clean pretty well maintained. The food vouchers are a nice touch. Pool area and hot tub are very nice. Would definitely come back

A great time every time we come and we’ve been here 4 years in a row. Friendly staff and clean. Campsites are not as large as state parks but are appropriate for a typical commercial park. As with most of those you are hear for a feature and that is access to the RV Dealership.

We were so blessed to have found this wonderful resort! They were very compassionate and accommodating when we needed to stay near the Moffitt Cancer Center for a month of treatment. Thank you Lazydays, we will always be indebted to you!

Nice place for the Winnebago rally that we attended. The full hookup services are in good shape. Limited internet service at sites. Very busy campground and RV sales area. Depending on site location you could have a lot of road noise. Breakfast and lunch included in site price.
Bill Teat
Used to be great, not so much this time. Trucks parked in the middle of the road. People with dogs and no leashes. Bright side, restaurant was still good.
Jake Vickers
Nice resort. Heated pool and hot tub that are screened in. Sites are paved with full hookups. Not much room to park your tow vehicle - it looks to be set up for class A fire the most part. There is a restaurant next to the pool that is closed on Mondays. The rally center is a big room for meetings and such. They had nothing set up in there when we visited.
Brenda Albright
Visited my aunt and her husband there. It was super friendly. Very large with a crazy abundance of rvs. The pool is nice and covered. There is an adjoining bar/grill as well. I'm told they also offer rv driving classes which is really cool!
Paul Conlon
Fun quiet clean....close to stores and shopping (15min). Restaurant food is all excellent as well as the service. They do deliver right to your site. The rv store is large and full of fun stuff 😁 as well as everyday needs for your rv. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parts dept is great, kind and courteous staff. Thank you …

This place is the Disney world of campers. Definitely worth a stay just to see how these guys operate. Planned on staying for a weekend stayed for a week. Needed some parts and they had them in Stock they have classes you can take on driving skills, how to maintain your RV and more the grounds are well kept sites are average size. Top 5 campgrounds I've ever been to.
Catherine Yagecic
Great place to buy the rv of your dreams. Wide variety available, fair prices. After searching for a very long time through multiple dealers, we found ours and bought it here. Camping resort here also, it's beautiful!
Jim Comings
What an operation this place is!!! There must be a thousand new RV's for sale on site and hundreds of used units as well. The campground is within the facility and very adequate for all types and sizes of RV's. The breakfast has a great variety of well prepared and delicious dishes. The accessories store is well stocked and the variety of products is huge. WELL DONE LAZYDAYS!!!!!

For this area, Lazydays is our favorite RV Resort. Moderately priced. Restaurants nearby, including a Cracker Barrel! Very easy access to interstate.
