Special appreciation to Melissa! First thanks-After hours she helped us set up! Second- she and Kitty helped me with my RV! Both gave above and beyond help during our stay! The park itself is so quiet, clean and safe!

LaMonte MonnellWe have stayed here for two summers now due to medical procedures at Tampa General. Don & Carolyn were superb hosts. Melissa is a great asset to this small well maintained RV Park! Mark & Kitty are friendly helpful hosts. Bathhouse, laundry, and a large enclosed rec hall & kitchen. Feels like home because of all the friendly campers.

David “BluegrazzBassDav” McbradyThey answered the phone after hours ON a Saturday, they made room for me last minute, the Campground host Mark was very nice and caught me on his golf cart and knew my name, he guided me to my slip, and was very accommodating. The hookup pedestal s all have 50A/30A/110V GFCI protected separate plugs. The water is clean and no odor, the water pressure is plenty! You have your own blackwater dump at your site, and they have full on site laundry, shower and toilet facilities for campers also. It appears to be Church run. There are full timers there as well as transient campers. It's a nice place for the money.

Broken Dreams RebornThis park offers full hookups with water, sewer and 50 amp. The sites are gravel and slightly unlevel. The site was long enough to fit our 36 foot fifth wheel and truck with room to spare. They had a dumpster for trash, laundry and shower facilities. The internet was good and we have AT&T. It is conveniently located 1 mile from Lazy Days RV Dealer and not far from Brandon and Tampa, Florida. The camphosts were extremely nice and helpful. They also offer a Good Sam discount. Gerald GlennGreat place very quiet Just wish there was more laundry facilities. I gave three stars because there's no pool or gym.
CrisThey have nice Facility with Washer, Dryer, Clubhouse, gated but to much traffic speeding and noisy. Not much shade, Adults 18 or preferred 55+. No campfires allowed
