Super cool outdoor store with Japanese brand products. Clothing, camping, outdoor items. The brand also built a restaurant in the back. Blond wood decor. Very tranquil and tidy looking.

A retail store that's a reflection of the brand. The flagship store is the Japanese camping company's stamp on the US market and what better place than where it all started (on this country), here in Portland. Seamlessly blending wide open spaces, tidbits about the history and founding of the brand, materials, and lighting, the store is an experience you can appreciate even if you are new to the brand.

Definitely a must see store if you like outdoor premium goods (and if you have the cash for it) I enjoyed roaming around all the amazingly crafted outdoor solutions those guys created . Also the restaurant in the back seems like a place to go . It was closed when we got in ! Great spot .

What a neat store that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the Snow Peak universe. It's like a minimalist, designer version of REI that makes camping seem fun and trendy. Be careful or else you might find yourself overly inspired as you impulse a full camping set. The staff here is great, eager to explain what makes their products unique and demonstrate how to use them. It seems they take a long term approach to acquiring customers, which is great for not feeling pressured to buy something and take time to decide what's right for you. Overall, definitely check out this unique outdoors store if you find yourself in Portland.

If you are looking for the most technologically perfect outdoor products on the market today come here. Speaking as a career outdoorsman, these are the most advanced and user friendly tools in my kit. R&D and manufacturing are next level. Their stuff Always works, no matter how bad the conditions are. One of the only brands I have tested and not had a single product failure or design flaw.

incredible quality, design and care in these products. everything has a core of minimalistic, but with a design surprise and japanese esthetic, from tents, lamps to the clothes. the clothes are made in that japanese ethos of made-to-last & buy a few great things-once-wear forever; the prices may shock, but you have to have that lifetime perspective. watch for their sales!!!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Manny and his team for providing such an amazing first experience at the Portland store. Manny represents the brand very well not only with his stylish, eye-catching fit but also with his vast knowledge and experience of Snow Peak products. I originally came in for a replacement (which he handled quickly and efficiently) but came out with enough stuff that it was a challenge to carry back everything to the car (he even offered to help me carry them). The store itself is so beautifully designed and laid out with products in a way that they maximize floor space while allowing customers to envision their next Snow Peak experience. Already recommended this brand to so many friends after visiting this store. Thanks Manny! I will be back eventually.

I was excited to see this store and check out the cool gadgets that I had heard about for camping. The store was very cool and the design elements were outstanding. Sadly the items are not really for the average outdoorsman but more for glamping of the above average Joe. Lol.

We loved the customer care and experience we had today- trouble shooting our beloved Amenity Tent. The guys at the store were patient and together, they considered our issues and came up with an amazing solution that will ensure us more adventurous years with the tent. Professional service and attention to detail are really hallmarks of the brand. We love that the flagship store is right here in Pdx!

I genuinely love Snow Peak products, and are willing to pay premium for the exceptional quality. However, what I don't love is the buying experience at the store, especially around the return/exchange process and policy. Even though I returned/exchanged unused items within the policy, but the staff there made me felt really uncomfortable by doing so. I probably unluckily interacted with bad individuals over there because I also recognize some great people. Due to this, I always prefer buying snow peak products online, either from the snow peak online store or third parties to avoid this uncomfortable when you happen to change your mind. In fact, I own so many snow speak products, majorities of my purchases are from third parties because of better price as well as hassle -less service.

Wow! What a great experience calling and then visiting the Pearl Portland store today. Connor is very helpful, friendly and I was able to purchase everything today. I am very excited to try out the open fireplace and table. I learned about Snow Peak by watching their local news infomercial. I watched a lot of YouTube reviews and it’s obvious that this is a high quality lifestyle product. Thanks!!!

Fun outdoors and camping shop. Most of their gear is a bit on the pricey side, but you get it back in the quality of the item. Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable people working at the store. Even if you aren't looking to buy anything, pop in and check out the gear they have.

Stopped by on a daytrip to Portland during the quarantine, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the visit was. There's a few parking spots behind the store, because there were so few people out and about due to the quarantine, we had no problem finding parking, which is great. The store itself is impeccable and extremely clean and well stocked. It was amazing to see all their COVID safety measures. The staff was very mindful of social distancing and were all wearing masks. They provided alcohol in the store as well. Ended up picking up a few things including an exclusive anodized camping spoon which was great. Can't wait for my next visit!

Going into snow peak is a little like a mixture of a posh gallery and a designer boutique with some kind of camping hipster thrown in. I love how the products are engineered and am glad they exist but, holy moley are they expensive. My SO thought the idea of a camping pizza cutter was particularly hilarious. This is peak Portland and I love it.

It was cool to descover that there was a Snow Peak store in PDX. The level of quality their products deliver is flat out amazing. This retail location has a nice array of items from their catalog. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with good advice based offered on your particular outdoor need. I grabbed a highly coveted titanium flask (large of course). A must have for any outdoor (or indoor) activity.

Expensive things at reasonably expensive prices. Some items cheaper than buying elsewhere on the internet. Clothes cater to a very specific aesthetic. If you've ever wanted to wear your tent, it might work for you.
