Reviews of Fort Washington State Park
Went on a group camping trip here at the beginning of June we only stayed one night but still had such a blast 🤠 The camping is up a private road I'm not sure how many group camping spots we're at the first one ans I didn't walk up to see the others. Down the hill are the bathrooms hawk lookout and parking lot down the hill from the hawk lookout there are a couple different trails and if you continue to the bottom of the hill it takes you right to the river. There are so many different and fun things to do we had a great time it's a great place for a day trip or overnight I definitely recommend checking out this state park some time this summer
We visited both the Flourtown and Militia Hill sections of the park on a fall weekend with our leashed dog. For Flourtown, we met a deer while strolling the short loop trail along a narrow section of the Wissahickon Creek. At Militia Hill, the Hawk Watching deck was very popular since migration season is winding down. If you head down the sledding hill, you reach a wide paved trail that overlooks the Wissahickon. There are full restrooms, picnic tables and multiple parking areas. This is a historic area where General Washington built a temporary fort, before heading to Valley Forge. There a few ruins and historic Clifton house, which sometimes is open to the public.
first time visiting this place.
they have great trail along the river, if lucky we can see mallard duck along the river. great view under the bridge, they have alot of bird feeder nearby the parking lot, so you can enjoy watching birds eating. they also have clean restroom.
Great disc golf course. Always has two baskets for every hole. It's great for beginners or experts. The park itself has nice walking trails, a nice viewing platform to watch Eagles and other birds and plenty of places to have picnics and barbecues. Nice kids playground as well.
Disc golf is great!! The park is nice. The rangers are sometimes authoritative with little reason. I have no interest in breaking any park rule and haven't. Some Rangers are VERY eager to get everyone out of the park at 1 minute past sunset. One ranger wears a bullet proof vest IN FT. WASHINGTON???!! I guess I'm not up on the crime stats in the area but I've never felt my safety at risk in the park EVER!! Just my observation with a few years of visiting the park and 20 plus visits. Maybe I'm missing something?
Passed by this place a lot but never turned in until recently when trying to find a place to meet family outdoors. It's a nice park with lots of picnic areas and an interesting birdwatching loft. They have a little bird town for small birds to populate, so it's fun to watch them. There are also camping areas across the street from there.
Nice park, clean bathrooms, lots of tree removals, watch were you walk in sit due to dog droppings! No dog curbing! Lots of dog walking, no cleanup! Peaceful place to chill under a healthy tree. Make sure the tree is stable if you can.
Fort Washington State Park is beautiful! The park offers a lot. It has a playground and frisbee course. My dog , Clay, does parkour at the park. Beautiful walking views!
Coming here brought back memories of me and Dory going for car rides to her favorite park she grew up in. She and I spent many days here playing fetch and walking the trails watching wildlife. Now, my ex has her. It sucks! Love the park thou!
This state park is in sections connected by county park land. It might as well all be a county park. Nothing special here. Walk your dog, walk yourself, have a picnic. Great place to relax.

Fall is the most magical experience in this park! As soon as you pull in, the foliage is just the perfect backdrop for autumn maternity and family photos. There is lots of space to run and explore. We even saw some beautiful wildlife.
One of the best parks to walk. Quiet and beautiful. The good trails for biking as well.
This place is pretty great. Paved trails, or you can go off the path. We spotted enough wildlife to make the kids happy. The little creek is awesome for letting the little ones wade for a bit.
Afficianados of hidden away railroad viaducts will love it. Love cally quarried stone was used to build this 1/3 mile long viaduct. Estimated to be 80 to 100 years old. Quite a unique system on it by attaching heavy gage galvanized steel corrugated panels as reinforcement.
The area that makes up Fort Washington State Park was the scene of an important event in American history. The Raptor observation deck and educational exhibits are interesting. The paved trail that follows Wissahickon Creek is picturesque. The park gets a lot of weekend traffic and parking can be an issue.
It's a beautiful park. I've missed my ham radio club's annual Field Day events there because of the lockdowns, so it was nice to get to go there this year.
The only real issues I had were a lack of lights in the bathrooms, and the handle on the water faucet valve was almost too tight for me to open. The lights I could deal with, as I carry a couple of small but bright LED flashlights, and one has a magnet on the back. I'd stick it to the steel door, and that was sufficient. But a solar powered light, with a motion or infrared body heat detector, could be done easily and fairly cheaply.
You also don't want to know what kind of creepy-crawly critters wander those vault-style bathrooms at night. If I could have held it, I would have.
Overall it's a wonderful park to visit and camp in. Looking forward to doing that again!
Small state park with migratory bird watchtower and long running volunteer hawk watch program. Mixed use day hiker trails which connect to the Wissahickon Greenway. Several shelters with grills for day use with green space, volleyball and proximate parking. There is also an 18+ hole frisbee disc golf course.
We hiked a 4ish mile loop trail that led is back past what appeared to be campsites that were no longer open. Small portions of the park visible from the main parking area sustained a direct hit from tornadoes during hurricane Ida with considerable damage to tree stands.
A nice, easy, paved trail to walk or bike on... Mostly flat, with a tiny bit of up and down hill. There's a small nature trail through the woods where we've seen plenty of deer and birds.
Been there many times camping with Scouts and other youth groups. It is a great facility in the middle of an urban area. No accommodations/hook ups for RVs though there are some larger sites for self contained RVs
Good place to relax walk around and meditate, I love the trails, good for riding bikes, and great for barbecues.
Great place for watching birds. Truly a refreshment area. Very peaceful and scenic. Restroom is clean. Absolutely love the hiking trails.😊 …
Lovely manicured park, love the bird watching area. We took our electric bikes through the bike path which was awesome. Took a break at the picnic area. Next time would like to bring my mini labradoodle for a walk. Not crowded at all but not too quiet either just perfect 👍🏽 …
Great Oasis in the middle of suburban life. Saw birds and squirrels and chipmunks and dogs and lots of bipedal humanoids
Beautiful but very hard to navigate. We got very lost. We did get an amazing workout, my legs are feeling it this morning.
Beautiful afternoon. Nice to have accessible area and picnic table by parking.
Just stopped by to eat lunch in the shade. Seems well maintained and there are bird feeders at the observation deck that attracts lots of birds. Nice place to take a quick walk or hike in nature.
Great place for a family picnic, with clean BBQ grills, picnic benches & plenty of space between setups (so good for Covid spacing!).
Paved roads so easy for those of us walkers who need even ground.
And of course, the bird watching!
Visit Fort Washington State Park Services on the web. This park has done a lot for me. It is small enough that it doesn't overwhelm you. After being in the Wissahickon Valley park which is huge, fort Washington park, whether it be in flourtown or militia hill, is like coming back home. It has a more intimate feel to it now that I have viewed the big one.......I appreciate everyone of you that have contributed to keeping this park beautiful. I was raised in the country with forests all around me and picked blackberries as big as your thumb. If I hadn't been raised in the country with all that space to run around in and escape when you needed to be alone with your own thoughts, I would have felt like a prisoner. Thanks again everyone with park services for all you do....... I have important commitments that preclude me from making commitments to the park as a volunteer. I like sharing my photos. If I make a commitment to something such as the park services then I feel I need to give it 100 per cent and I know I can't do that.....Another thing I did not mention and is an important thing to me is you will see deer often in this park. It makes a wonderful addition to your walk. Flourtown is where you are most likely to see them the most.
Pretty basic park. Clean. Restroom 👍🏼 there's a trail for hiking and a little creek too …
I’ve been coming to this park for years. It’s gigantic, extremely peaceful, the people that come here are always polite, there’s grills everywhere if you want to have a cook out, and there’s a valley ball net and a playground if you have kids.
Very serene area to visit. Whether you have a walking buddy or you are alone w some music in your earphones..its a nice place to be and feel God through nature.
A good place to chill with family and friends. Plenty of picnic tables, playground, restrooms, and even beach volleyball.
Clean, well spaced, lots of trails to walk.
Bathrooms clean!! Nice playgrounds and a set up for volleyball 👍🏻
Looking forward to visit regularly . …
Great local state park. I’ve not even explored the whole thing, but they’ve got disc golf, a bird observatory, nice playground for kids, some open field space, pavilions. And it’s not often very packed. Worth a visit on an open weekend for sure!
Very peaceful, calm and relaxing place to watch the birds and listen to them sing.
Great Disc Golf Course! 2 pin locations on every hole make this course friendly for all skill levels.... Get Out And Throw!!!
Flush bathrooms still open in winter very nice park
Very wet. Good bird watching. Walk along river flooded.
Lovely park anytime of the year. If you're lucky you might see Hawks or eagles flying overhead.
To enjoy the outdoors with family and friends this place is excellent one of my favorites, you can fish and swim in the river, it also has for hiking anyway, recommended
Like most of PA, the roads and parking lots are in desperate need of paving. Trails are clear. Lots of camping and picnic sites. Little disc golf course. Restrooms are open at the sites I saw.
Very nice place for picnic with friends and families. The disadvantage is we need to pick up our trash and no place to drop in the park.
We had a celebration using the pavilion. Everything was clean; restrooms, pavilion and all grassy areas. We were able to enjoy ourselves.
Such a great state park, so much to do there!! Extremely family friendly, lots of space & trails, dogs allowed, & disc golf
Absolutely beautiful place to walk & chill.
Excellent park, lots of maintained trails packed with wildlife. Communal area kept neat, and visitors (generally
..) clean up after themselves. Great place for families, picnics, get togethers, etc. Fall is spectacular, and something to look forward to.
Public facilities like restrooms are kept stocked and functional, generally clean.
Glorious! Seeing pretty much what George Washington saw 246 years ago is Amazing & Humbling.
Chill park. Great place to see some birds and walk the Wissahickon.
Beautiful walks by the river and surrounding countryside. Lucky enough to see deer and plenty of birds. Worth a visit.
Plenty of different features (e.g. bird observatory and disc golf) and our toddler loves the playground and field with lots of trails to explore. Think they also have camping options but otherwise make sure you're about before sunset.
Great shaded picnic areas, playground and all around fun day out in the greenery.
Great park for picnics and walks in woods.
Great course. Easy stroll and very well marked. Nice fun course and an overall great experience
Huge, beautiful state park—highly accessible by major highways including 76, 476. Lots of woods, fields, picnic areas, campsites, pavilions for outdoor events, hawk-watching platform, trails, and more. Highly recommended.
The one way traffic is nice. It would be better if they had a safe sidewalk around the area. Usually a number of people there with dogs and families. Playground is a favorite of our toddlers.
State park passport stickers are available on the sign post outside the park office.
Great picnic area. Not tons of trails, but some of them are decent. Often pretty busy.
Parking is kind of far from some pavilions. No public trash cans if you have rent a pavilion. Must take trash with you.
Great park, but the rangers are always unnecessarily full of it.
There's so much to do here! There are trails you can walk, hawk spotting, picnic areas where you can also grill, deer you can see up close, and a playground for the little ones. There's literally tons to do, and it is absolutely beautiful! And yes, there are also public restrooms that are kept clean.
This is my home course and it's a wonderful place. I've played it about 50 times now and it's taught me how to play tough woods golf.
If you want to enjoy the outdoors without traveling great distances then this is the place for you. No extras aside from a bird habitat. They have well maintained restrooms and decent parking. Excellent place for walking, hiking, and xcountry skiing on a small scale. Just minutes from the Philadelphia city limits. Can't go wrong for a nice afternoon with the family. They have a few picnic areas complete with bench chairs, tables, and grill. Very nice place and not crowded as Fairmount Park can be.
Very nice park. A little challenging for a beginner cyclist, but still fun. The observation deck overlooks several bird feeders. Enjoyable 😊 …
A park embedded in surrounding towns and is also close to Philadelphia. There are day picnic areas and group campaign sites. As there is no washing sink and shower, it is better suited for day use only.
The three story high observation towel is a good place to see fireworks on July 4th, or just enjoy firefly at night.
Beautiful park to walk on the many trails and just relax.
Beautiful state park, plenty of picnic tables, public grills, playground observation deck for bird watching, scenic views, trails, camping and it even has a sand volleyball area. A great place for everyone to enjoy for free!
We met friends at parking lot area 3 which has many picnic tables under the trees, charcoal grills, a playground for children in view just down the hill, swings for babies and big kids, a nicely mown grass field for frisbee or football, and restrooms nearby. There are a few trails for short walks through the woods. Our friends brought their dog (on the leash of course). It's a short walk from this area to the lookout tower, which affords beautiful views during the fall season as well as attracting a variety of wild birds.
The only potential negative is you carry out everything you brought in, including your trash, which means there are no trash cans around, so be sure to bring a bag for your trash.
Great park, fun memories of times spent enjoying nature with friends!
Really nice park, ample parking, well maintained. At one end there is a bird watching pavilion and a nice walk down to the river. My daughter and I go here to throw rocks in the river. At the other end is an open field and play area, as well as a bathroom that always seems clean. BBQ grill are also available.
Weather was perfect. We had a great turnout for our church picnic. Plenty of space for horseshoes & kick ball. Restrooms nearby. A grill for cooking.
Fort Washington State Park is a small state park in comparison to other State Parks.
However if you live in or near flourtown and you want a quite place to eat lunch or just get away from the sounds of urban noise this park maybe what you're looking for.
There are also many places to sit and places to cook barbecue if you're thinking of bringing your family. In parking lot #1 there is a shaded pavilion whit an extra large barbecue pit for large groups. In parking lot#4 there is a play area for children under 10. This is a great place for families.
Nice hidden gem in Ft. Washington. Great picnic areas
The campsite is beautiful. There was good hiking trails. There is also the water mill. The bathrooms are primitive but clean and well maintained. Lots of camping activities. Can be very muddy though. Make sure you have rain boots. Had a lot of fun!
I love this park, its huge and well kept. You can see deer there, very quiet and peaceful. You can walk there or drive through. They do lock it up after dark and police patrol the area. Great place for a picnic or just a nice walk. Check it out next time your in the area.
The whole parks is great. The disc golf area looks nice, but I don't play. If you like hiking or trail running, don't forget to check out the less developed section West of Joshua road.
I don't go to many parks so this was just fine for us. Clean bathrooms!
Awesome little park went there for opening day of trout and seen some really cool ducks there in the mourning no idea what they were also seen a group of teal fly by alond with some geese. Nice walking or bike path very convenient when working your way around the creek for fishing. All in all it was a great time and a very enjoyable day out in the woods.
Very nice and clean. The pavillion we rented for my nieces baby shower was beautiful, it had working water and 2 grills. Multiple picinic benches. The playground and bathrooms were well maintained. Only thing is make sure you stop into the Park office for a map because you will get lost very easily. We will definitely rent again.
Great Hawk Watch during fall migration of raptor 9/1 thru 10/31 every year. Great broadening flights mid Sept.
Nice place. Hidden gem.
Great for the family. Also really good for running workouts with an almost one mile loop with lots of long hills. Love doing hill repeats here (well, as much as one can enjoy hill repeats)
Nice little park. Lots of hill and nature trails. Parking at several locations with handicap spots as well as restrooms. some areas have barbecues and Pavilions. I understand that they have a small fishing area that is stocked as well but I did not get a chance to check it out
Beautiful Park! Very big! Very clean! So Many activities. Great Pavilions. You can hike, you can fish. Have picnics. Bathrooms are always clean. Oh and the best part is the bird watching! so many pretty birds in the area =) LOVE IT!
Great place to walk and to observe wildlife
If you love nature you're gonna love this park. It has a great Autobon Society viewing platform, quite creak and large Meadows. Hiking, barbecues and picnics are all on the agenda here.
Ok for group camping and relaxing.
Quiet and restful. Park ranger was helpful with directions.
We have always heard of this park but never took the time to visit. Wish we had sooner because it is surprisingly large, beautiful and well kept. Very dog friendly and lots of amenities for visitors including benches, parks, canopys, grills, trash areas etc.
A pretty park that's easy to get to from Conshohocken. It packs a lot for a park, beautiful walking trails along a river, a robust golf frisbee course, a neat bird feeding area, many places to picnic and more.
Small park but beautiful, and a great spot for birdwatching.
This is a fantastic place you can camp overnight with permission ,there are Pavilions you can rent, there's a playground there was a high tower you can watch birds from then there are many trails through the park. The park is also along the Green Ribbon Trail that offers even more hiking
My favorite park, a hilltop with two decks for watching birds, including hawks soaring over the Whitemarsh Valley. A beautiful view looking across to Chestnut Hill and Wyndmoor. Great hiking trails and picnic areas.
Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city but, not over far from Center City Philly. Great trails and facilities, picnic grounds, playground for the kids and Hawk Watch Tower for a bird's eye view of the area.
Always a pleasant visit here. My one and only consideration would be to have them keep the bathrooms near the playground open all year round, as it unfortunately cut our trip short this time around.
A wonderful place to visit. The park has a very nice layout that us conducive to easy access and a truly enjoyable time with your family. The location is great, and there is ample parking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a scenic break in the day or a nice place to take your family.
Lovely little state park with a nice playground, well kept green spaces and very clean bathrooms. Trails and road are nice for walking but don't expect and very challenging trails here. The bird lookout point is also a nice spot. #kidfriendly #greatoutdoors #letsguide
Take the grandkids and they will love it too
Truthfully this is my favorite place. There is something here for everyone-a great playground, well kept pavilions (including a gorgeous brand new one next to the playground), a volley ball nets, a great field for soccer or any other sport, access to a stream, a trail, and a wonderful bird lookout area where you will see many birds regularly flocking to the feeder. The grounds are well maintained and the bathrooms are always clean. You can have a picnic in a more secluded section (lot 2), or use a picnic table where more people congregate (lot 1 and lot 3).
This is a must for birdwatchers and anyone who likes to be outside.
Clean park, and they have DISC GOLF. Win.
Great park with a number of paved and unpaved trails to choose from. Also has disc golf, a net for volley ball, and several picnic areas with public bathrooms.
Such a beautiful place to relax.
Great park! Not a lot to say, just a great environmental treasure for people to get outdoors and enjoy. Easy trails, a cool observation tower, plenty of parking. Enjoy it people!
Very stunning park with several picnic areas
Very nice park but the road for camping is closed. Couldn't camp had to leave.
Love so close and just love the wide variety of path selections. You can hide in the forest, stay on a paved path, walk in the grass. Many areas to park, bathrooms (seasonal), multiple covered areas for party events (small rental fee), playground, disc game, hawkwatch 2 levels on the deck, garden w lots of birds around. Just so much here.
great, quiet place for a picnic, party, reunion. My students gave me a retirement part in the park. We had so much fun. Barb b q, playground, plenty of space for games, a pavilion, and bathrooms. You need a permit.
I photographed a few weddings here and also had picnics here. This is a very nice park. The bathrooms are clean and the park rangers are friendly. There is a baseball field and a few other fields. Overall a very nice place.
Our BSA Troop 1719 camped here over the weekend, Camp sight C has a lot of rock buried in the grass, in the camping area it had a bathroom with just a latrine, at the bottom of the hill to bird watch there are full bathrooms. We had great weather.
My favorite small state park. Nice easy trails, abundant parking and good fishing too. The green ribbon trail connects here and you can ride or hike all the way to Philadelphia.
A clean park with plenty of parking and lots of wildlife
Accidently fell in love with this place! I was in the neighborhood waiting for friends. I wanted to waste time on the cheap. I searched for a walmart not far away, thinking I could lwaste time there, but just around the corner was this park. So well kept and gorgeous! Beautiful scenic views, playgrounds, pavilions and picknicking areas but so huge there was no crowding. You could really connect with nature but have (what I consider) upgraded ammendities! Bathrooms much nicer than any state plark Ive ever been to!
Nice park, camping with the cub scouts.
Great place for a stroll or to do some bird-watching. There's a great, elevated structure for viewing and some placards for information. The designers also included some bird feeders to even further improve the bird viewing possibilities.
Great place to enter the Wissahickon bike trail. you can bike down go the Philly art museum from here via forbidden drive through the most beautiful Valley Green
Relaxing and spacious 💜 I enjoyed bird watching and seeing deer grazing and relaxing peacefully in their element. I wish I had more time to enjoy and connect with nature but will return soon👍 …
Well marked trails. Clean full access bathrooms. Hawk look out platform. Camping available. Some road traffic. Nicely kept grounds
I love it there, it is quite and clean and the air is fresh. There are trails you can walk and bike on you can even go fishing with a permit 👍 plenty of barbecue areas it is such a nice place. …
Nice large park to take a run or walk in. The view they built was really nice with all the different birds flying around so close. Playground for the kids and plenty of parking.
I love this park. My mother used to take me here as a child. Long, quiet, beautiful pathways. Great for walking, running, picnics, volleyball, soccer and more. Local restaurants are near the park.
Quiet clean and so wide open. I look forward to having an event bere just because of how far away it is from everyone else in the city. Its amazing here and with good people always a good time to be had
Pretty fine park. Its quite and I was able to see different kinds of birds who were flying around between trees. However during winter seasons, there are not much things to do...
Beautiful place to walk around. Good playground. Great variety of plants. High quality bird watching, if you like that sort of thing.
Clean restrooms and the pavillion is great. It has a large fireplace and we built a fire for our party yesterday. Lots of space for kids to play and a volleyball court.
Hiking, biking, picnic, playground...check out the hawkwatch while you're there.
It was beautiful day, we took our time and the foliage was awesome. Trails are great, and dog friendly. There are trails for bike's and runner's..
Great park. Parking was easy too
We saw a man dog. A strange blend of man and animal walking each other. There was a hint of cold aggression and mystery about them, so we kept a wide berth. We met a family of 3 deer on the power line trail. They were quite friendly but kept us at a reasonable distance. We passed by the famous spot where Jim murdered Rita, and psychoanalysed Jim. Turns out both of us has a little bit of Jim's crazy. The bird watching at the platform, provided a great view of furry little rats with wings chaotically flying up to feed in a dazzling display of color. All in all it was an amazing journey.
Beautifully maintained park with many options. The newly update disc golf course is a pleasure and the hawk watch is a great place to enjoy a beautiful day.
Leasing afternoon walk, would have been better to have remember to bring a lunch.. Our water bottle would have been sufficient.
Beautiful park and great trails
Very nice trail and awesome place to watch birds
Nice park with various trails both paved and unpaved. They have a bird watching tower, camp and picnic sites, a playground, and fishing.
Hard to find, but is a great place for picnics and disc golf.
Wonderful state park, great group camping sites, awesome location, close to valleyforge.
Only note is the road noise from the nearby highway.
Very nice state park. It was interesting to see the damage from the storm but the park didn't suffer any from it.
This 493 acre park is named after the temporary fort built by George Washington's troops in 1777. The park has lots of picnic tables and barbecues. The park also has a playground, disk golf course and camping.
Birding, hiking, biking, frisbee golf and playground with fislds for kids to run around. It's spread out into different sections with parking areas and only one area had a restroom open.
Great park. Some trails are marked, however, routes can be confusing and there are a lot of makeshift paths that have been created. Not much to see.
Beautiful place! This is the best piece of nature you can see within 20 miles of Philly. Wish they kept the gate open later at night.
Good birdwatching. Free electric car charger.
We've seen all sorts of birds, owls, hawks and other raptors, foxes, deer, raccoons and more! Nice place for a walk.
Great place for a party. Bring trash bags as you have to take away all trash you make. It's adjacent to railroad tracks so great for those who like to watch trains
Great place for dog walking and hiking. Plenty of tables for you to picnic or just sit and relax.
Beautiful trail from the Hawk view height to playground. Along the meadow, by the rail, with shades, what else do you need?
Great park to visit with the family, friends, etc, great park to walk, play almost any game.
Had an amazing time walking trails and skipping rocks on the creek. Not too crowded nor sparce in my opinion. WATCH OUT FOR STINGING NETTLE.
Very nice park with lots of great trails. One downside is there are no garbage cans anywhere.
Such a nice and clean park. It's very apparent it is well cared for. I love coming here on a sunny day!
Very nice park, great bird watching deck and fishing... Very popular since covid-19...
Love the hiking trails, great place to bring the kids for picnic or anything, historic place. Beautiful.
Big thank you to the disc golf course designer. Fantastic improvements to the course over the past 2 years. New brick teepads are a welcome addition.
This is a beautiful park with several pavilions and playgrounds, numerous hiking trails including much of the Wissahickon Green Ribbon Trail, and access to the Wissahickon Creek in many locations
I was here with a rather large group over the Fourth of July the park has a lot of nice areas for kids to play playgrounds trails in open fields the only thing I didn't like was we had to haul away trash after renting the pavilion and there was no power outlets anywhere in the pavilion as well.
Love taking the family here for walks and hikes. Great place to take the dog too.
Spent 3 months in fort washington. Really calm and lush suburban area! Not too noisy and lots of great places to eat and drink. Only problem I found was there are no sidewalks.
We had a great time, even though it rained. We rented a pavilion for our congregation picnic. Things went just as planned.
It was amazing. So much to see. Love the bird observation tower. Wondering if there are more places like this.
Great park convenient easy to hike excellent awesome birding
Nice park, several clean flush style restrooms, nice bike trail, an observation deck to view Birds.
Nice State Park for day use and playground.
Very nice and clean.
Awesome park for solo back pack hikes or a leisurely stoll with the family.
Great place to enjoy nature and build family memories
great local state park with nice bird watching platform. a couple of trails and follows Wissahickon Creek and connects to other local parks
