The place is very clean, all concrete pads, plenty of space for our motorhome (and room to pull our car behind it) The staff were very welcoming. The oil pump is so close and really cool to get up close (fenced of course). They even have storm shelters. They freeway sounds are eliminated due to the buildings and the park is lower behind a bunker. That is nice since it's right off the freeway, easy access. We enjoyed our 2 night stay there!

Decent park. Owner keeps it very secure and clean. The regulars that live here are very friendly and welcoming. They have two shower houses. The main one by the office is super nice. The 24 hour one is OK. No big deal that is why we have an RV. Easy on and off for I-35. Easy access to go see the sites. Great price. We will probably stop here again.
Jerre Petersen
Five Stars all the way! This park is easy access on easy access off the main highway. I 35 north and south! The bathrooms and laundry’s facility were beautiful and excellent kept! The ground meticulous!
Stayed several days, quite affordable at 40 bucks a night. We had a pull through site on the lower rv park. Everyone here is professional and polite! The rv neighbors were also very friendly! Looks like everyone we met loved the place! Your next! Just do it!!!!! The Petersen’s from minnesota.
John Webster
Wonderful place. Very clean surprisingly quiet. Nice cement pads to park on paved streets. They have two different locations to get showers the one looks brand new. The older one is very nice as well. The employees were great to deal with. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.
Jerry Pankratz
Nice, clean park, close to the main highway, but most of the road noise is blocked by other buildings and the natural rolling hills, so we weren’t bothered at all by the usual city noises (sirens, etc). The pic is of the north area, where most bigger rigs were- Most are pull thru. We were at #119 in a 40’ motorhome pulling a minivan on a dolly- we just barely fit.

So clean and well kept...not a messy site here. Garbage is never full. Pump jack on property is interesting... Close to expressways. Would definitely return if in the area. Staff was also great and very informative. If you are here during their storm season, there are underground shelters to go into.
Steve Palthe
Great stopover! Clean, well kept. Concrete pads with nice grass all around. We stop by twice a year on our travels. Does offer long term for those working from out of town or just living the RV life:)
Patricia Mills
I stay here long term. Property kept clean , no litter, mowed, trimmed during growing season.
Main building is very clean, nice. Laundry is clean, well kept.
Geno Young
Very nice people, staff and grounds are great and accommodating..security and shelters, water, sewer, cable, WiFi, all included plus the bonus potluck dinners..highly recommend this place. Ray had done a great job with this place.
Mike Mills
Very nice park with friendly staff. Upon leaving, I forgot an expensive water pressure reducer. They found it and sent it to me via Fedex. Very appreciative of their effort. Customer for life.
Billy Orr
Stayed here for 8 days in a class A. Good size spots with concrete pads. Well paved roads in and out. Can hear I35 traffic but not real bad. The complete area was very well maintained to include showers and bathrooms. They even have tornado shelters. The price is fair and comparable to other parks in the area. I would definitely recommend to all.
ron sparks
Love the staff, more than friendly and attentive. The only downside is the lack of landscaping. Great for an RV park, but very little trees, shade and no pool or extra amenities. However the showers, bathrooms, and laundry are always keep clean and tidy. The park is always keep clean and nice.
Mark Messer
Very nice concrete parking pads. People very nice. If you are looking for Quite though, go some where else. Drag Racing, Sirens and Trains.
Gary Brown
This park is easy to get in and out of. We were here in a 42 foot motorhome in late January. All of the streets and sites are concrete. Easy hook ups, easy check in. We were just here overnight so we did not use any of the amenities. Overall a very nice clean place for $43.
Laroy Burgess
This was a great urban RV park. We booked last minute and they were very accomodating. The sites are all concrete and very level. The full hookups were all working properly
Misty Garling
Roadrunner RV park is awesome! Both times I’ve stayed here has been for a family members medical issues. The owner and Starr are wonderful caring people. They remembered me from my first stay and even asked about my family and how they were doing. The owner has a hands on approach and will help guests with anything he can. Even sewer lines.
The park is in a great location and is very family friendly. Great areas to walk your pets. The showers are heaven. Wonderful water pressure and never runs out of hot water. They are always clean.
So if passing through Oklahoma City or need to stay awhile give them a call you won’t regret it.

Great place for us to park while enjoying OKC. Super clean!!! Friendly staff
Safe
WiFi has been great.
Almost level spots.
Only 3 trees in campground that provide shade. (Morning sun has been brutal.)
Tyler Carlson
Hidden gem not more than 15 from OKC. Perfect, flat, mostly pull through, concrete pads with full services for 40 dollars. Brand new office with bathrooms that were exquisite. I don’t even think shower shoes would be needed they are so clean and nice. Friendly staff as well. Cost us around 8-10 dollars to get to bricktown in an Uber.
William Culler
This place is awesome. We stay here every time we are in OKC. Super clean and plenty of room to park our rig.
Nick Heintz
Good place to stop for the night. Lots of "permanent" residents but the park was clean. Yes you get some highway noise and lots of train horns.
Ryan Lynn
This is a great RV park with all concrete roads and pads, conveniently located right off 35 close to everything.
Kristan Hannah
This place is clean. The front office receptionist had s great attitude and explained everything I need to know and rules. We were only staying for a day since we were on our way to a different location but if I do come back to OKC I will definitely stay here. Thank you for your great hospitality.
Cassandra
This park is conveniently located close to everything in Okc being right off i35. It’s clean and secure, well lit with comfortably spaced sites. All utilities and drains were convenient to get to, level concrete pads. No frills, but everything you need. Didn’t use laundry facilities or the bathrooms so can’t speak on those. We did have to unexpectedly extend our stay and they were gracious about it which we appreciated. We will stay here again.
Jacie H
Very convenient location right off I 35. Staff was very friendly at check-in, extremely clean and well maintained. It didn't bother me at all but the highway noise can be loud and constant but once you turn the TV on, you kind of zone it out. Not overpriced either. Would recommend especially if traveling and need a convenient place to stop for a night or two.
Kyle Bibby
Friendly staff and clean facilities. The grounds are green and well maintained, and the lots were spacious. They have several pretty grassy areas, and nice level RV spots. We appreciated having a long pull-through site, and room to park our truck in front of our trailer.
There are some long-term tenants, but their trailers were all pretty clean and well maintained. The park is in a nice central location, with easy access to OKC attractions.
We did notice a little bit of road noise, but our AC unit drowned out most of it, and it wasn’t enough to keep us from sleeping at all. It appears the staff are working very hard to keep the park clean and orderly, and it really shows.
Richard Eaton
Stayed here in class B van. Was concerned at first because their website was gone. But a phone call took care of my reservation. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and in working order. Super easy access to I-35, yet the road noise was softened by the large buildings between the campsites and the highway. Stayed just for one night. Will return if my route takes me this way again. There were a few fast food places here and there a few miles along the service road.
Cat Lady
It is a very clean Park I felt safe there and the Personnel that worked at the park were really nice we're coming back again in a couple of days I would recommend this park to anyone that's in the area
Nancy Tate
Very nice park, clean, reasonable price and friendly staff. Stayed 2 nights in a 42’ Motorhome pull through site. Will be returning.
mark erb
I've been here for a month now and it's the cleanest and well kept, great staff someone there everyday if you need anything
Will definitely recommend to friends and family
sandra morgel
We stay here once or twice a year. Very well kept and clean place. Friendly staff.
Megan Rieathbaum
Concrete pads, full hookups (we used 50 amp), cable, great water pressure, and internet. Park was clean, no issues. We were here for a month. We use sound machines at night so, it drowns out some of the road noise you get. Easy access to I35. Internet worked great for checking emails and just browsing the web. Washers and dryers are clean and $1.50. They roll their own quarters which was nice. Great place to stay! If we come back through OKC this is where we will stay again!
Laura Lynn (marstersfan80)
My parents actually were the ones who stayed here. They were full-timers. Before the pandemic, my Dad had been in bad health & Mom had to have surgery, so got to stay at the park w/them about 2 months. Was great.
Gina Cairns-McFeeters
Stayed here one night—wished it could have been longer. Very impressed with overall maintenance & management of the park. Super clean, great location off I-35. It is tight turning into park with a 42’ (with tow), like we had, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.
Deb and Bob Walker
Beautiful park with large pull-thru spaces. Candy at office was awesome, multi tasking, friendly, just amazing. She was by herself, busy, but still managed to take care of me.
Mike Lynn
Clean, easy access, nice bathrooms and facilities. Only 10 minute drive to museum and downtown.
Jim Norton
Clean, nicely laid out park. Decent rates and friendly, knowledgeable staff. WiFi needs work but I am aware that a fix is on the way. Satellite TV system works well. Clean laundry facilities, nice dog areas. Storm shelters just south of the office, enough for everyone in the park. Concrete pads make leveling easy. Haven't met anyone who wasn't friendly. Can't go wrong here. 👍👍👍
Update! Owner and I rebuilt the WiFi and it works quite well, now! Enjoy!
Jasmine Bunton
Very nice, quiet rv park. Close to the highway and downtown OKC. Highway noise is buffered by hotels so its not really that bad. Full hookups, free wifi and codes to bathrooms for more security. Lots are not super close, and it feels more private. Our pad was not super level but not a deal breaker. The only negative was the huge poison ivy tree right behind us. Luckily we didn't have our kids. We let the owner know on the way out and they were unaware and said they were spray it down right away.
Phyllis Balagna
Perfect RV Park - concrete slabs, spacious spots, easy access off of the highway. While we were there for only one night, it is a place we could stay longer. Thank you to the management for providing places for us last-minute RVers!!!
Kenney Tommie
It’s ok , if u got kids not for them but nice and quiet place
Elise Johnson
The RV park was clean and the host was was accommodating. The location is behind two hotels which we did not care for. Upon arrival there was a transient person walking into the park. There was no security. Even though nothing was stolen at night we felt a little unsafe. If you're looking for something right off the freeway in the Inner City with concrete and grass and no trees, then this is your place. Utilities worked well which we expected for the High $30 range. Many full-time residents living here.
Anita Butler
Stayed one night in October 2, 2021. Very clean, neat, easy and friendly check in. Concrete sites with some grass. Some freeway noise when outside, but to be expected in a big city. Does not bother us a bit. Would have liked to have stayed longer if our schedule had allowed it. Highly recommend this RV park
Charles Mills
Surprisingly nice! Everyone here has been cool, for the most part. I have been here 8-9 months so far. I go outside at all times say/ night from 0930-0430 most days(sometimes I don't sleep at all) I've never had any issues. I don't like the surrounding area(valley brook), but no issues at all in the park.
Amber Williams
Our 2nd time staying here. Nice sized spaces & our 5th wheel is very large. Super friendly and accommodating owners and staff. Clean, well lit and we felt safe during our stay. We will definitely return should we come back through Oklahoma. We highly recommend!!
Maxie Chrismon
Very friendly and quiet campground. Easy to get to off of I-35. I stayed for two weeks with no issues. Laundry rooms and bathhouse were keep clean and staff was very friendly.
cher graham
It was so nice and clean! Really easy to get to from I40. Pull through was so easy. Definitely will stay here again!
D Blankenship
Three night stay. As a camphost, I normally refrain on rating our travel stops. The staff here was fabulous, the site was clean and well maintained. Several sites had permanent residents but everything was neat and clean. I would highly recommend this location for short or extended stay.
Ralf Tollkuehn
Well maintained RV Park near OKC . Short distance to attractions. Some road noise from I-35....but not to bad overall. Very nice long level sites. Friendly staff....easy checkin...restrooms could be updated but everything worked well good water pressure and temperature.
Mark Wilson
We were in OKC for a family event and didn't need any "amenities", so Roadrunner was perfect. Right off the highway and easy to get to and out of. Quick and easy check in and the staff was great. Our pull through pad was almost perfectly level. The only "drawback" is that the sewer connection is at the back of the pad (we were in the older section of the park). Fortunately, I could reach it with 20' of hose. We'll definitely stay here again.
David Crair
Nice Park very friendly staff,we spent 2 months at park and would stay there again if were in the area again!! Very Clean
Kim Wiley
Stayed 4 months! Nice clean park that is well maintained even during the worst snowstorm, they kept the roads clear! Friendly staff! You will hear some noise from I-35, but nothing a fan or air conditioning won’t drown out, I was in the area a month and moved to Roadrunner RV due to noise that could not be drowned out at my first location, Will be my first call when I am back in the area!
Steve Zobenica
I have always seen the sign from the road, but have never stopped on our many trips through Oklahoma City. Was passing through a few days ago and gave it a try. This place is amazing. The buildings are beautiful as are the restrooms. The interior roads are paved and are in excellent condition. The check-in process was great too. Will be back for sure! Thanks!
Chantelle Farr
Great location for driving thru and wanting to jump back on the highway! Paved spots, long enough you don’t have to detach from tow vehicle. Great hook ups friendly customer service and no gravel roads! A good area of town, behind new hotels. The only thing that we didn’t love was the train, but after turning on the kids sound machine we slept like champs. This will for sure be a return spot for traveling home or to somewhere for a night stop. 🙂
Justin B
Staff is very nice they fit me in to a monthly rate. Monthly rates are $640 which I thought was pretty high for the part of town it’s in, but showers were clean and well kept. The cable didn’t work for me reception was bad. The W fi was extremely slow couldn’t watch any Netflix with it. Camp site is right off highway 35 which was convenient for my contract job and also annoying that you hear the highway constantly through all hours is very busy. The owners do a good job of patrolling which I liked because the surrounding area appears pretty sketchy. I wish it had more trees and more of a camp feel but it is super close in OKC and concrete is level. 1 flushable toilet for 24 hrs with 5 showers. Very well lit at night so have blackout kurtains. The main house showers are impressive but only open certain hours. It was a decent campsite in a pinch and clean but it kind of reminds me of camping in a car lot.
Debbie Rowe
The park was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The roads are very tight to pull our 44 ft 5th wheel and truck. We had to make a very tight turn to go to our site. We saw a few big rigs this week have trouble trying to get around that corner. Other than that we had a great week there. We visited the riverwalk downtown OKC. We saw the Memorial for the OKC Bombing. We also saw the beautiful State Capitol building. The RV park is only about 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown. I would stay here again, just be very very cautious going around the corner. The entrance needs to have a wider turning radius also, make the median smaller and large rigs could get around a little easier.
Biannca Holmes
The park is very clean, with updated laundry rooms and showers. Laundry is affordable and the office sells quarters for use. The staff is very courteous and thoughtful of your needs. Our only concern was the constant noise from the highway and nearby train. There are only a few sporadic quiet hours of the day. Also, please know beforehand that the wifi internet is non-existent; and it shouldn't be listed as an amenity considering the monthly rate. Besides the noise and lack of wifi, the park is nice for short term stay. The noise was unbearable after a single month.
Jim Boland
WOW. If you are coming in your RV or travel trailer to Oklahoma City this is the place to be. Minutes from downtown and easy access on and off the Interstate. Great level sites! Cleanest showers and rest rooms. Staff and owners were awesome! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Chris Peterson
There aren't any trees providing shade, so you're stay during the summer will keep the ac running. There is an Oil Pump Jack on site, which makes a great backdrop for pictures. Full hookups with concrete pads and a patch of grass at each site. Propane is not offered in site, but can be bought right down the road. Was able to take my dog right outside the RV to do her business. Lots of areas to walk dogs. Friendly staff on site. Close to downtown, RV supply stores, grocery stores and Home Depot. Would stay here again.
janet cook
Cant say enough about how great this park was. The owner bent over backwards to find us a wonderful spot for the night. Green grass everywhere and so easy to get back on I-40 east. No freeway noise eirher!! We could not have been happier or better taken care of. We will come back here again when we head home to Utah. 👍😃 …
Ramona Stipes
VERY NICE PARK! Clean, well maintained! Quiet as possible, literally right if I-35 Southside of OKC, close for downtown OKC, Moore and Norman! All amenities and services needed within 5 mile radius… stay here a few times a year….
Daze Daemar
I was there on a repair job and it was around 10:30pm and what stood out to me most was the silence and it was very clean from what I saw. While I was in the client's RV, someone pulled up with a loud stereo and my clients were like "that better not be any of our friends, they all know better". So if you're looking for a nice clean, quiet, place to park your RV... well, now you found it.
Kate Gillispie
Conveniently located right off I-35, but back far enough didn't notice too much traffic noise. Just a few miles from lots of food and fun at Bricktown. Not many amenities -- no pool, hot tub, on-site cafe or camp store -- although they do have a small selection of chips and snack items in the office. Nice paved, mostly level sites, with grassy area between. Restrooms and showers are basic, but clean and large. Being from KS, I appreciate their having tornado shelters, just in case. Office is quite nice and staff was pleasant. Not a resort, but well maintained, with decent rates and Good Sam discount. Overall a fine stop for overnight or a few days to see OKC. We have stayed here before and may well do it again if we are in the area.
Jesus Trejo
I have been staying here for over 2 months. It is very quiet and peacefull. The laundry is clean and inexpensive. The bathhouse is always clean. The staff is very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. I like that it close to lots of places to go shop, eat nd have a great time with family. I plan on staying for 3 more months
Marilyn Gurule
Nice and clean BUT if you want a shower you have to walk a long way to the other side to use the bathroom. The one close us was locked. People were nice at the office, nice spots, all concrete pads. Several people were staring at us like we were illegals. I guess it's the sign of the times. Hurt our feelings.
Mike Isaacs
Stayed here a couple nights and was impressed by the clean, well-maintained facility and grounds. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our drive-thru pad was level and hookups easily accessible. They even have storm shelters onsite if there's a need. Highly recommended.
Michelle Monzyk
Easy to get to. Long level concrete pads. Nice park.
William Briggs
Visited friends who were coming through the state and had set up in this park. Impeccably clean and well maintained park. It seemed to be almost filled to capacity. The secret must be out that this is a great place to stay. Most sites are pull through. Easy on and off of I35, and near I40. Highly recommend.
Wanda Thompson
We were passing through OKC in a 40' coach with a tow vehicle and needed something easy on /easy off the interstate. Roadrunner RV park took us with no reservations. The folks in the office were great. Very friendly and helpful. The park is kind of small, but very nice. Level concrete pads with grassy "yard" between sites. Water/ sewer/ cable and electric all easy hook up and no issues. Very clean and easy to maneuver a large classA. Laundry facilities were very nice. The park is pet friendly with a fence dog run. We stayed one night and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.
Laurie Vasseur
Worth the price. Although $570 per month is a bit expensive they have paved pull thru sites with grass that is well landscaped. Clean showers and restrooms and nice laundry room only $1 per machine and it washes and dries great. Also best wifi connection I've had in my 3 years of RV park living. And cable. Neighbors are all quiet.
Tamara Brown
I was very happy with the park itself. Incredibly clean and well cared for. I would have given it a 5 star if the women that came to lock the laundry room at 9 pm was not so unbelievably rude. I did not know the laundry area closed at 9 and I offered to take my clothes when they finished spinning in 2 minutes and go to a laundry mat, she did not answer me, she jerked her keys off her neck and pranced away. I would have noticed a sign on door there was not one as I went in put clothes in washer and went right back out to sit outside. I did notice the sign on the advertisment board after she mentioned it.
I am a rule follower and do not like to put people out by making them stay late. There is a nice way and a nasty way. She chose the wrong way to deal with the situation unfortunately.
We did not use the bathrooms.
David Flamm
Good location for sightseeing. Nice wide streets & flared concrete pad ends for easy in & out with our 45' MH. Long concrete pads. Ours was a pull-thru, but they have back-ins ad well. Grass in-between sites. Even though near I-35, providing easy access, there was no road noise to keep you awake at night. Somewhere in the distance is a train but not too close. Nice lobby and easy check-in. Underground storm shelters but didn't have need of them. Didn't use other amenities so I can't comment. Negative is few trees for shade
Anna Redding
Very nice rv park; paved streets, concrete pads, nice spacing, easy off/on I35 (note: use 123A when coming from south) behind other buildings, so noise from I35 is minimal.
Michael Fox
Came to this place because Abe’s across town was pathetic. This place was only $2 a day more, and it’s clean, organized, professionally staffed. WiFi was out during my stay because of the ice storm, but they still discounted my rate due to it being out. The only negative about this place is the lack of trees for shade in the summer, and the monthly is a little high. Don’t know why RV parks don’t give discount to veterans. Otherwise, big thumbs up to this place. Will definitely return.
Ming5906
This is a gem of a facility. Their intelligent layout and maintenance of every detail around the service risers, the pavement areas, the very carefully manicured grass areas, are a delight to look at and show guests when they visit. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back.
Jose Ricardo
Very clean, great RV park, organized, safe and very centric location. I love it. Would give them 6 stars if possible. Thanks to the staff
Rachel Ratliff
It's a great stop right off the highway in the ciry itself. The park is clean and quiet itself, but you have the normal city noises (traffic, trains, etc). This would be great if OKC was you destination, or if you're like us and need a place to stop. Great rates. WiFi sucks though so don't rely on it. Not where I would choose to go if I was wanting to camp and get away at it's a parking lot that nicely decorated.
Ruth Hutchison
Very nice and convenient park. We were just passing through and stayed one night, but it was extremely nice and well maintained. We arrived after hours, but Bob was very helpful and left our information on the front door. If coming this way again, we will definitely stay.
JFF T
Great clean and completely rebuilt RV park. The only problem is exiting off I-35, fairly quick turn has to made into park entrance, crossing 2 lanes of traffic to enter park.
Otherwise a really nice park. Affordable rates too. Good Sam park.
andy walter
First time campers in a new fifth wheel and in the winter! We showed up super late and they helped us get a spot and plug in and wifi. The staff is awesome they have helped us with everything from getting the cable working to wrapping our pipes so they dont freeze. Great facilities as well. Excellent place to stay
Lourdes Murchison
Great place. Sites are cement, the grounds are impeccably kept, easy on and off from I-35 (not a bad detour from I-40 which is the interstate we are travelling on). Area is convenient and the owners are extremely friendly people. Our only regret is that we had stayed in another campground on I-40 and missed on this place for several trips. Wifi, cable, 50 amps. No extra amenities, which we don't need. Restrooms and laundry are very nice. We travel on a 40 ft motorhome. Will definitely be back.
Wadders
We were concerned about recent reports of theft from the park, however after assurances from Yvonne that the fence had been fixed and it had stopped we stayed here for 4 days. This park does not have controlled access though and anyone COULD come in to the park, but we did not witness this happen.
The park is clean and tidy with good concrete pads. Laundry room is clean and cheap to use.
We took normal precautions and ensured everything was locked up and put away, but some items i did not lock away, eg the seats on the back of the rv's ladder.
This park is very convenient for the city center and i would stay here again.
There is an interstate close by and a railway as well, however the interstate is not too bad and the railway either. Sleep was disrupted a little and id guess sleep was a 7/10.
Df R
Excellent right of Rte 35, very clean & beautiful paved site with side lawn. No picnic tables though.
I would definetly stay again.
Judy Carratura
This is a nice city campground. Sites are level concrete slabs with a patio, close but not too close. There's a strip of grass between sites and behind the back-ins. They don't charge for electricity, even if you stay for a month or more. The campground wifi is slow, but my AT&T hotspot worked very well. The cable tv is very good with lots of channels including Travel, History, Discovery and ESPN. The people in the office are very nice. The train whistles bothered us a bit, and there's some traffic noise but it wasn't bothersome. The laundry is very clean; someone comes in and sweeps and empties the trash several times a day. There are 3 washers ($1.50), 1 washer ($1.75), and 6 dryers ($1.50). We would stay here again if in the area.
Eric Young
Close to the freeway, gas &food.
Showers available.
Convenient and clean
Will Adams
Very well-maintained RV park. Super nice staff, at least the ones I interacted with. Good water pressure too. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Jim Sorensen
Easy access, clean, very reasonable price. Now that I know it's there I'll plan on stopping when we go to AUSTIN. Definitely recommend if in the area.
Ryan H
Very clean. Everything is level. I do have kids but they did not come with us this trip. Warning I would say this is not a kid friendly RV park. There rules state all kids must be with there adult at all times. I don't think ive. seen a play ground. This wouldn't go well as kids like to explore! Nothing for them to do here.
Wyatt Allen
Accommodated us for a late check in (around 9:30 pm). Very tight spaces and isles, though doable for a 40' MH with a toad. When I pulled in I found the sewer, water, and electric about 10' further than necessary. I requested a change and was told about the NEW expansion that is almost ready. She bumped me down there (50 some new spaces... Looked good in the dark). She gave me one with better placed hookups. Definitely better down here though everything seems well kept up. Their expansion is nice (though still tight spaces) and promises lots of new amenities (as of 9/1/16).
My only complaint is that my space is far from level. I had to put some boards under my front wheels before my "tilt" senser would let me auto-level it.
Todd Tucker
The park itself is fairly new since it was wiped out by a tornado in recent years. Evidently, they have always had storm shelters available because nobody died when the park was wiped out. It is pretty full during the fall months but is almost completely empty during the winter. The park was nearly full when I got there in October and was nearly empty when I left in January. I can't be sure about occupancy in the spring or summer months.
All the spaces have concrete and have the basics of power, water, sewer, and cable. They tell customers that it is the customers' responsibility to make sure that the water spigots do not freeze up in the winter. I was told that as long as I was hooked up to it, if it froze, I would be charged $350 for repairs. I am a full timer and have been in several parks across the US and this was the first time I had ever been told that I would be responsible for anyone else's property simply because I was using a service I had paid for. It may be a wonky Oklahoma thing because I was told the same thing at the next RV park I went to in Oklahoma as well.
The Wi-Fi is terribly unreliable. Because of the way the owner has it set up, it is also impossible to get dedicated internet at each site. I mentioned that I only get internet about half the time and that I get disconnected often. The only response I got was that nobody else was having a problem. There was no consideration taken into account that maybe nobody else had reported it. If you want to get internet while you are there, count on using your phone. Upgraded cable is also unavailable due to this setup. If you want the premium channels, you'll need a satellite tv receiver.
The location is really well located for doing things downtown. I had a friend call me for a last minute Thunder game once. I got an Uber downtown and it took less than 10 minutes door to door. I was even in my seat before my friend got there and he said he was parking when he called me about the game. The downside is that traffic getting in and out of the park is attrocious during commute hours. Northbound in the mornings and southbound in the evenings I-35 is a parking lot. Other than that, it has easy access to I-35. The spaces are plenty large enough for my 42' RV and my truck. The park is laid out well and has several pull through spaces.
I found it impossible to order pizza delivery, but there's a Domino's around the corner, a decent taco place on the other side of the highway, and a few convenience stores that aren't too far away. I didn't find a grocery store anywhere within miles of the place though. I think the closest would be the Walmart on I-240.
Hellcats and Yachts
The good: Clean and inexpensive.
The bad: Lots of highway noise.
Biggest issue for me is no fenced dog area. They want dogs on leashes at all times. Every RV park up until today has had a dog area
paul martin
Newer park. Close to the city. Helpful office personnel. Pull-through concrete pads. Everything in good condition, but not a resort destination. Significant long term guests. No propane fill on-site. Nothing special, but a convenient short term stay right off I-35; easy off/on.
David Higginbotham
Nice clean park, newly updated due to unfortunate circumstances. Big wide large pull throughs great for big rigs. Nice grassy areas at each site. Well designed park that doesn't flood even in the heaviest rains.
Justin Prolenski
Only stayed there overnight and didn't get in 'til midnight. The facilities are clean and nice. I will have to go back for the full experience. Only giving 4 stars until I can stay longer.
Don Ingram
Stayed here for two days in May 17 with a 40ft 5er. Nice wide roads, paved slots, clean...very nice! Staying here for 9 days in July and will probably be our "go-to" RV park here in OKC.
Niki Gawith
Clean, very well maintained, storm shelters on site, easy interstate access, super friendly staff, laundry room is immaculate with new condition machines and comfortable seating. Sites are pull through, concrete with pea gravel around connections and grass between sites, all driving areas are asphalt.
Jerry Heinzel
Bad electrical system. I had 103 volt reading and could only run one air conditioner through the heat of the day. This could fry numerous electronic systems in you unit. Wi-Fi receives well but dose not function for the smallest use.
Water is brown. Although very clean! I will never stay here again.
AJ Birk
Honestly the nicest RV park I've seen in a while with the one-way roads two-way roads. nice large paved lots. nice layout. off the road, yet right off the highway. not trashy at all. I would park an RV there if I had an RV to park there.
John Marino
Another great, well maintained RV Park. Well manicured lots, perfect placement of electrical, sewer and water. Very well lit, clean, no dog area but grass and bags set up for your convenience.
susan lunsford
They were great. So accommodating. the park was clean. Showers were convenient as well and the laundry facilities. We will recommend to anyone coming through OKC!
Steven Cobb
If you need a clean place to set up your camper this is a great place. There are no recreation amenities here, just a clean shower room and laundry. Not a resort, but a nice place to use as a base. As said in another review, the owners are great people.
Andrew Hancock
Stayed here while attending the WCWS in OKC. Booked for the following year before departing. The RV park is in a great spot and it allows for easy access and there is plenty of attractions close by for the family. Would have been nice if they had picnic tables for the sites.
Jason Ogden
great place to park your RV. Super close to just about anything you'd want to see. Super friendly staff and well kept facilities.
Janet Edmondson
Overnight stay without problems for large motorhome. Very nice at check-in. Good Sam's 10% discount. Fairly level pull through. Did unhook because sewer was back of site so parked vehicle in front of the motorhome.
Jim Merideth
Great place to park your unit and go explore. Concrete pads make leveling a cinch. Not really camp friendly as spaces are a bit on the small side, but for what we do, i.e. explore and vist friends and family, can't be beat.
Larry Roberts
- very well maintained (all areas)
- very dog friendly with a lot of grass in walk areas
- reasonable pricing
- new concrete pads and excellent roadways
- kind of tricky getting in and out because of Highway 35 but pretty easy access anyway
- recommended, you will not be disappointed

Clean, well-maintained park conveniently located off I35. Staff very helpful and professional. Very willing to help us navigate the city and find resources when we were in need of repair services on our RV. We will return on our next "snowbird" flight south!
Eric Lynchmobb
Great place. Can't even hear the hywy. Free WiFi, water, cable. Well maintained grounds. Quiet all day and night. Near everything you need (gas, food, etc.) . Tiny homes welcomed. Friendly owners always there to help with any questions you have. Pets welcomed too.
William Hodges

Linda Mixon
The sewer hose has to be extra long. Staff was great, site was nice & clean. Easy in/out access. Only complaint is where the sewer hookups is. Centrally located.
Kellie D'Onofrio
Staff were great. Level spots that were pull through made it easy for our one night stop. We arrived after hours and they met us at the office that was great!
Karl Riley
Is a really nice and good price RV Park. They have a new area and the sites we stayed in was a concrete slab and it was level. Will stay here again. We did make reservations b4 coming though. Might be a good idea.
Jeff Garner
Captains log. Stardate 07-15-2014. Was a nice convenient, clean place to stay. Was a one nighter for us but would go back. Hate to hear about the tornado, but glad to hear no serious injuries. Sounds like the staff were on their toes in getting people into the onsite shelter.
Dawn Harp
One of the cleanest RV parks we’ve ever stayed at! Staff was friendly and informative; convenient location right off I 35.

Staff is Great Friends, To My wife and I this is the GO TO spot if your visiting or looking for a long term park, Ray and Bobby are wonderful people and they will do their best to make sure your stay is-comfortable, the park just enjoyed a covered dish party that the owners put on out here had around 80 neighbors come out we had bbq ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs, potatoe salad broccoli salad, and more and more and more they also had door prizes ENJOY YOURSELVES AT THE ROADRUNNER RV PARK.
Gary Williams

Gary Moxley
Campground was well keep and the people were very friendly. The wind was so bad you couldn't enjoy being outside. Little to close to I 30 interstate lot of road noise.
Jim Legere
Easy access from i35, paved streets and parking, sites ok size, very little shade - good for spring/fall
Duane Roberts
Very clean and quiet place to park a RV only hold back is the sense of judgemental type answers concerning the age of my RV otherwise a great safe place to rest.
Teresa L Carlson
We were on the new side. This park is very clean. Well maintained. Easy to get to. No pool that's why no 5 star.

Tim Mcrae
Beautiful park. A gem! But the wifi was totally under sized. Would reset often and was very slow.
