We stopped at The Owl’s Roost Campground at the end of July in 2022. First, let me say that I 100% agree with the reviews which describe the service from the owner as “above and beyond”. One of the owners is also the park manager. She was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. If you are looking for a park that has a pool, miniature golf, or a hot tub for twice the price, keep looking. ***If you are looking for a park that provides a quiet, friendly atmosphere and has exceptionally clean restrooms and customer service for a reasonable price, this is where you want to stop. ***The owner and the people at the park make you feel like family. We plan to stop every time we come this way. Another perk is that park is extremely close to I-65.

Such a great hospitable place!! Cheap long term rates, excellent management with miss Kathy! Highly recommend this campground!! Whilst there we redid their campsite numbers and it bought us a week of free lot rent. Then they hired my husband for three days of renovation projects for the park and paid him very well! The people there were like instant family and treated our children like grandchildren. I absolutely loved it. 🥰🥰💖💖💖

I have been here since Feb. 2021. Its quiet and clean. Bath houses are always clean. Store is convenient. Ms.Kathy is very helpful and keeps things in check. Great community rv park.

Been here a year, its nice! They have a little storefront, propane for cheapest anywhere, washer and dryers on site, shower and bathroom for guests to the grounds. The office attendant is very kind and helpful of any concerns you may have. No drug bust or anything ive witnessed in a year. Ive never been bothered by anyone on the campground. Everyone seems to be nice and easy going, Id recommend a short or long term stay here.

Having just a few days to figure out where we are going to live when hubby was transferred to nashville was a daunting task! Seem like what we were use to paying 1$ for suddenly in nashville it was 4$. Renting a 1 bedroom apt for 2 mths was more than I paid for my 1st and 2nd vehicle. Deciding to buy a camper was easy. Finding a place to set up was another. I cleared off my previous searches and there it is OWLS ROOST campground. Tammy met us by the lot and soon we were campers! It's so quiet! Theres no stray animals about. It's a very clean and clutter free no nonsense community. Everyone is respectful of others. The laundry area has awesome up to date washers and dryers I havent seen priced that low in years! The shower rooms are immaculate! They rest room facilities are spotless and clean smelling. The patio area is decorated very nice and the beautiful mums are so bright. The general store has most of what u would need for daily living as well as 5 V and camper supplies.

The owners are kind and generous people . This is a clean and quiet RV park just off I-65 close to Nashville. The sites are close but nice with trees. The gravel spot was level. There is a propane filling station. We had reserved 3 nights over a busy spring weekend and got the only open site. We called to say we'd be getting in about 6 PM. They close at 5, but the woman said to go ahead and we'd catch up in the morning. Early in the morning we got a call with a family emergency. The office was still closed. I left a phone message saying we'd call from the road with a credit card. When I called, the woman would not take payment since we had been there such a short time. Great example of how the world should operate!

I stayed at Owl's Roost for a few months while working in the area, and I found it to be a great place to be. Although it is packed with both short term and long term tenants, it's quiet and well kept. I was never bothered by anyone and I never had a problem with noise. It's conveniently located near the interstate and shopping, and you couldn't hope for a more hospitable manager, her kindness is unequaled!

Best country campground in Nashville for longterm stays! Lovely picnic tables. We had nice size yard. The people are friendly. Pretty trees and flowers. Deluxe washers & dryers. They have a store with a great selection and the owner will purchase things from Sam's for you. The staff are very kind. No wifi. Gravel roads and sites. Water pressure could be better. Owner is making great improvements and works hard to keep it clean and family friendly.

Best Campground I've ever stayed at. Staff is very friendly. Makes you feel at home. The above review about the campground owned by Curtis Lanam is INCORRECT!!! He owns the campground next door!!! The Owls Roost is owned by a totally different group of people and they are amazing!!! We have had an excellent experience and stay. Highly recommend this campground for long term or just passing through.

The owners took a genuine interest in making sure my daughter and I had a safe place to car camp. This experience kicked off a wonderful trip for my daughter and myself! I loved the place! Thank you again for being so understanding that we'd be there late! :)

Quiet campground with lots of friendly people. The owner and staff are very nice and they are in the process of making improvements. It's right off the interstate and located next to a gas station which makes overnight camping very easy (that's if you can manage to get a spot).

I have been a long time customer of Owls Roost campground. This family owned and ran campground, is clean and INEXPENSIVE! The management is friendly and the guests I have encountered were as well. The park is a short drive to downtown Nashville, and other area attractions. They also have karaoke a couple time a month 😀 …

This is a great, quiet, Country Campground. There is a nearby shell convenience store with nice amenities. And is close to Highway 65. Lots of things to do in the area and nice clean facilities. Thank you I had a wonderful stay.

Me and wife have lived here for several months. Friendly people. Mgmt is wonderful!. On site showers. New laundry facilities. Kathy is always updating site. We wouldnt go no where else for caming.

Place needs a little TLC but know they are hard at work to improve everything. Alot of nice people there. Also Curtis Lannom owns the campground next door. It's called Bethel Road Campground.
