9/3/22 - 9/11/22 Our camping experience was one of the best thus far. The facilities are kept in top shape, the site is perfectly level and the views are magnificent. The campsite is super secure and even has Sheriff Department presence on site over the weekends and holidays. They have the most amazing host who goes our of her way to make our stay the best possible experience. We'll definitely return to enjoy this great place. A+

Very happy with this campground. Only negative I have is bathhouse needs more ventilation or fans. With breathing issues I could use the handicap shower because of the fan but still very hot inside.

The camping area is very clean and looks nice. The restrooms are kept clean. The only friendly advice is to try and book a site away from the bridge due to traffic at night (noise). The host is very friendly also.

Not a great tent camping site, but definitely doable, and clean. No privacy between other campers, and limited shade. Bath/Shower area was clean but the individual womens stalls lack trashcans/disposal area for hygiene products. Perfect for the price and location though.

Very nice and small campgrounds. Corps of Engineers runs this property and it's well taken care of. Every site sits on the water with great views. Every site is $18 a night with 50, 30, 20 amp and water hook up. Dump site conveniently located for everyone.

This place is great if you get a shady spot but they are far and few. Also nothing to do unless you have a boat or jet skis. It is a very intimate campground but it is nice and clean, good staff and clean bath houses, that's a big bonus in my opinion!

It's a really nice place to relax and get away. The entire campground is clean and we'll taken care of. The campsites are set up with electric and water hook ups, there's a dump station on site so you come in with empty tanks and leave the way. There's also a bath house, playground, horse shoe pits, frisbee golf, and boat ramps to access the river and plenty of fishing. The host is friendly and helpful and do an outstanding job keeping the grounds looking sharp.

This is a lovely little campground. The facilities are clean. Water views all the way around. Great location close to Nash and also to some neat hiking and paddling options in the Harpeth River state park. The reason for the 4 stars is because...... Before you book, Just please know that sites 14 and 15 are connected. Which is great if you are there with other campers. But you literally share the same driveway. I really Wish I had known that before I booked it from Florida for 5 nights. We had site 15. One night we had tent campers in 14, so they had to camp in the grass in front of us while using the camping pad amenities behind us. So they were walking all the way up through our site to get back and forth and we have a big dog, so it was challenging and not relaxing at all. Plus they had 4 vehicles taking up our shared driveway. Just a heads up, in case you like a little more privacy. Also, there are some sketchy looking people that use the day use area, but I will say that it does seem like the local police are on top of that. That all being said though, I would definitely stay there again, just not in sites 14 or 15, unless I was traveling with another group of campers.

I love this campground and enjoy being the attendant for 4 years now. I use to be just a camper myself and by far the BEST campground. The bathrooms are so new and clean. I'm hoping one day the Corp of Engineers with make more sites.

Wow. Great place for camping. This stretch of the Harpeth is beautiful.

I've love this place, nice and quite. Very relaxing we had a small circular coral fence for our small 3 dogs and was told to move it. Next day another patron had a white fence for there little dog and was right next to the manager's camper and was never told to remove. Go figure!

This place is super cute & clean. It's small which is nice. There is a playground for kids & very clean and updated bathrooms. The owners were very nice and let us go look at the spots before we settled on number 6. It's the best one & a great recommendation from them. It's got a little penisula so not good for small unsteady kids but perfect for fishing! If we ever come back that way would stay here in a heartbeat.

Very nice place clean bathrooms mowed like a golf course sites were massive no pull thrus. I recommend this place if you like boating fishing or swimming the sites are right on the water ans very close to Nashville.

great little campground , all sites on the river. The hosts are the best. Candy and Terry are welcoming and helpful. The campground is clean and well kept and patrolled by local sheriff regularly so you always feel safe. Going back for sure.

Love this campground. Very quaint, spacious sites, clean restrooms, on the river. If it were mine I would advertise it as a lover's get away! There is something very mystical here and very romantic. Candy runs it and is always available if needed.

We're travelers. It's a great spot close to Nashville off of a beautiful river. Boat loading area. Likely the cleanest site I've been to. The owners are great and friendly! There's a bridge close but sound is minimal and we're the closest site to it. Definitely recommend. Only thing it lacks is things to do but close to enough other attractions.

Very beautiful, peaceful, pet friendly. Perfect kayaking area with no large boats or barges. Nicely kept grounds. Only drawback, if any, was cell service and reception was iffy.

This is my little hidden launch site to get on the lower Harpeth River. It does cost to launch there but it's only $10 with easy access to the Cumberland River or head up the Harpeth and get into some crazy bass fishing.
