It was a cool visit to the Cedar Hill Park, always enjoy the visit there, and the ducks and the pond, I wonder if they get an arch bridge over the pond or maybe even a small canoe, it's a beautiful place to relax with your family there

There was a broken slide, but they locked the top entrance to prevent kids from sliding down. Otherwise, it was a great little park. Baseball fields were up the hill. We did not look to see what else was there. Bathrooms were present at the playground.

Great mountain bike trails, well built with awesome flow. Beautiful park with a lot of activities like tennis and baseball, fishing and mountain biking. There is a playground and pavilion as well. Great place for families looking to get out and move around in nature.

Cool playground, needs maintenance. There's trash on the ground and the portapotties are bad. Beautiful green space and woods. The picnic pavilions are great *if* you can find them, which is a big "if" because there's only a couple signs in this whole place. A big improvement would be a pavilion near the playground.

Such a beautiful area to go to for a peace of mind. I come here a minimum once a week just to clear my head. Folks who walk around are always so nice and so welcoming. The nature here is so beautiful, so peaceful, so relaxing.

Great place to get in some quick miles. Not super technical or hilly. But fast and fun. The trail switches directions based on the day of the week. So that make it like having two trails in one.

not too much to play on in regards to the playground! if you're into soccer or disc golf then this park would suit you more! they did have these cool scooters that you could rent, that were pretty inexpensive! ($1.00 to start and .15 a minute) anyhow.. the neighborhood seems to be a nice neighborhood, when you look around. there was a wide range of ethnicity!! so that was great!!😊

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) stocks the Cedar Hill Park pond with Trout in December and January. I caught five Trout on 12/09/2022—lots of fun. You can visit the TWRA website for the stocking schedule. By the way, you need a Tennessee fishing license, and depending on your age; you may also need the additional Trout license, which helps fund the Trout stocking program in Tennessee

One small playground with three slides and a few swings. One slide was caged off for safety as it was split. There is a pond around the bend to feed the ducks, have lunch at the picnic tables, and walk laps.

This is a HUGE park. I've driven past it a million times and never visited. I couldn't believe how big it was. It has great secluded pavilions. There are giant ponds/lakes. I've heard the frisbee golf is top notch.

This is a very nice park. From the loop around the pond, to picnic areas, big trail loop, tennis courts, and play ground for kids. Sometimes the people look shady though and possible illegal activities ;( so sad but overall great park during daytime hours. I feel safe.

Absolutely love this park! I used to come here as a kid all the time, now I bring my own little ones! There's many private spots with long picnic tables, benches, and trash cans to rent for your small events, two cute little playgrounds, a baseball field, a long trail circling around the entire park for exercise, and a beautiful, peaceful pond sits right in the center of the park with such animals like ducks and turtles living there. And I'm sure I haven't named all the parts to explore at this huge park! Go visit, it's such an amazing place!

I really enjoy this park! It is near my home and I enjoy walking my dog and attempting to leash train her in the open areas and around the lake. Every time I go I meet very nice people who seem to be frequent visitors of the park. It is also always very clean. I enjoy the combination of 'camp ground' space and open interactive space that the park provides. They also have a gated duck house area that was built near the lake. My dog loves watching the ducks in their 'home'. I am not sure how safe the park is at night as I personally only go during the day. Since there are many tucked away areas, I wouldn't suggest being there after the sun goes down but I truly enjoy this park overall.

Great place to enjoy nice weather with family and friends. Also have pavilions that can be rented. There are also playgrounds for children to play on. The lake is good for fishing and walking trails makes for good exercise. The only draw back of this park is some of the roads need some repair. Especially closer to some of the pavilions.

❤👍yes it is changing, they care less from ducks now, taking down the fence, white ducks almost gone, I mean, people also keep throwing more ducks, let me explain. 2 years ago used to be 11 white ducks, they were disappearing one by one, and I have pic of feders and body dead in the wood, it sad for me. And I'm mad couse people still throwing all kinda. "Humans" doing that.

In the past, I visited this park on a regular basis. Nowadays, I don't visit it as often. Cedar Hill Park is a good park don't get me wrong. But there are some issues that have made it hard for me to embrace it as I once did. In the past, I would walk and run around the entire park using the road since there are no dedicated walking/running paths. This has become a safety issue because of the large amount of vehicle traffic that is constantly speeding through the park. I do not feel comfortable allowing my kids to ride their bikes while I walk or run around this park. It seems people come here just to speed around the park and do nothing else. If you come early in the morning, you can get a good run. Anytime in the afternoon you can forget it. A plus for this park is that there are plenty of softball/baseball fields. There are tennis courts as well as a frisbee golf course and plenty of space to kick a soccer ball. A minus is that there are no basketball courts and the pond is filled with turtles. The ducks are okay, but I've never seen anyone catch any fish from the pond. This park has plenty of places to have cookouts and there are two play areas for kids that I am aware of. I've also noticed that there is an off road bike trail that people can use. Overall this park is pretty good. I would like to see some basketball courts and a dedicated walking/running path along with an exercise area similar to Nashville Street Workout Park. Then it would be a better park in my humble opinion. Thank you for reading.

A pretty pond and a nice walking track. They have a clean port-a-potty and a playground for kids. Unfortunately, the woods are full of dead trees and overgrown brush, so the scenery is pitiful. It can also feel sketchy here at times.

Absolutely beautiful course from design and layout to tee pads and tee signs. Was a pleasure playing here! Not an easy or beginner course, especially if you play the pro tour layout. I was lucky enough to jump in a round with some locals, this helped alot with navigation around the course as it can get disorienting and confusing. Also the obvious bugs you can expect in a wooded Tennessee course.

Nice park. A little older and the play grounds could be updated. On the other hand its large and has a massive pond and walking trail. They have a full disc golf course that's a good hike. As well as shelters for parties or hang outs. Not on that side of town much anymore but went recently playing Pokemon go with my son and seemed to still be in high use. Lots of families and people. *Note There has always been rumors of it being a creeper spot though. So dont let anyone get to far away or out of sight. It is a big park and always has people coming and going.

Really nice park. Safe and very private. The only issue I had was They only had portapotties where the play areas were and its a decent little walk to get to them. Pretty frustrating when your child has to use the bathroom every 10 minutes

It's best to go early in the morning if you can. The walk around the pond was nice but they really need walking trails which I think would be a lot better. Because, some people want to walk their dogs around the pond which is where the walking trail is located. I once went walking there and some guy thought it was a good idea to walk his two big pit bulls around the pond with everyone else. Needless to say the whole trail cleared out quick that day, lol.

Went here with my coworker to play disc golf. Coming from Maine where all the courses are pay to play I was pleasantly surprised to see how well thought out and maintained this course was, especially at no cost. The area in general is really nice as well, great for a nice walk, a relaxing picnic, you name it. Ended up having an awesome time and we are definitely excited to go back!

Rented an area by the water @ a very reasonable price for Easter ! It was a great place for our large group of family and friends. There was room for the kids to play , hunt eggs , and feed the ducks . It was so fun and relaxing . We just started a new tradition!

The new mountain bike trail here is off to a good start. There are 3.5 miles open and they are fast and fun. Plan for multiple loops and you can get a great workout. The current entrance is beside the lake/playground parking lot.

Nice park with sketchy visitors. I'm currently sleeping in my car (taking donations lol.... no really $SoulSurvivor83) and I have to ward of men trying to solicite me. Some undesirables trash a few of the porta potties but overall the staff there is kind, the park is mostly peaceful with a few exceptions.

This place is a great place to come and play disc golf. There is an 18 hole layout that changes at least once a month making it different course! There is now 3 inner holes making a total of 21 holes. Great mix of tunnel shots, low ceilings, elevated baskets and a few open bomber holes.

This park playground needs an update but other then that the park is good for walking, running, cycling, fishing, baseball, they have shelters for rent for events. Believe they have a Frisbee area. You can also at your own risks go in the woods for a little hike. Alot of space to play kickball and have other events.

Beautiful park all year around. If your new to Nashville it may seem like a huge walking trail/Maze.There are numerous smaller trails that branches off from that one main trail that goes all throughout the park. My only complaint is that the road in the park isn't wide enough. everyone shares the same road. So imagine you have oncoming traffic, kids skating, a guy jogging, a mom and son riding bikes, and teens on bird scooters all on this one road that's about a half size bigger then the size of an average alley. But overall I would recommend to anyone of any age. Introvert and extrovert.

I run the road here. I wish the cops would cruise this place. Every time I go, I smell weed. There are some people living in their car here, it seems. People drive too fast on the roads. But, there is a nice pond, nice tennis courts and if you're okay with the aforementioned stuff, you'll be okay.

A nice park usually clean and well kept! Nice playground, pond, ball fields, Tennis courts, and frisbee golf! The park is open till 11pm but they dont leave any lights on so makes the park seem shady at night! Also some Pokestops and gyms for you poke players!!

Cedar Hill Park is a very serene peaceful Park located in Madison it is off the road with different parking areas surrounded by cedar trees hints you get the park named Cedar Hill Park. It has a disc golf course as well as tennis courts play areas and baseball fields. I go there to get a piece of mind Escape From the City in the city as well as do some writing. I love this Park.

I run this park often, usually a 5k. 2 laps around the whole park is approx 3.14 miled. Good hills for a good workout.
