The park was clean & looked spruced up a bit (admittedly we have not been there in 7 or 8 years). Although it's now Summer, only one or 2 families were there and picnic tables are not yet out. Not sure where the bathrooms are... nothing looked marked and I wasn't going to go trying doors. There is one handicap parking spot, and sidewalk is ramped at that spot. However, that does NOT mean the park is wheelchair friendly. IT IS NOT!! There is the appearance of a ramp going to covered area, but it dead ends into grass and one must go four wheeling to access said ramp either from parking lot or sidewalk. There is also the appearance of a ramp going down to the beach area (or at least where I think the bathrooms might be, but one must either access said ramp via steps or the grassy area. In a nutshell, if one is in a wheelchair, nothing of value is easily accessed once your vehicle is parked (and it's a very small parking lot, so I imagine at busy times one has little to no chance of getting handicap spot).

Found this beautiful park on Google Maps. Plenty of parking, a nice playground for the kids, a large covered building for some shade in the summer. A nice little beach area with a glorious view. I can't believe I was in the city.

Photo ID with Manchester address is needed to swim here during the day. There are hours for none residents, just not sure what it is. Long list of rules which are strictly inforced, but makes for an enjoyable visit.

This is a good place. For the most part peaceful. People are friendly for most. Music played by some is Very loud and disturbing. Parking can sometimes be hard and packed.

Had a good time , free to go in, dogs not allowed and later found out the water find out the water had e-coli - but I did have a good time

Great place to swim. Natural lake water is good for skin not like the chlorinated swimming pool. Nice Beach, children's play, place to change clothes and sheltered view of the lake . Can take your kayak for a nice paddling session as well. It's open to public after 4 PM othertime locally only

This is a beautiful park for locals to relax at and enjoy family moments. Swimming, fishing, ice skating(seasonal), and playing on the playground are amongst the activities here. The park is kept up by a good group of neighboring citizens. The playground is fun for kids, as well as playing in the sand and/or water. You will see people on kayaks and stand up paddle boards at times.

Awesome place to go to not a lot of people or overcrowded. There are nice shady areas there too if you like to be in the shade.

Sunset during this time of year is beautiful, gates closed a little earlier than expected. Small amounts of litter that I micromanaged. And an excellent story on the "Hermit" who lived off the lake's land.

Nice lunch spot, unfortunately no picnic tables yet, post COVID Facilities included locker room with showers, sandy beach, swimming area, playground, and even a sun tan lotion dispenser. For Manchester residents, but they did accept my work address and permitted access.

Its close, convenient, good for the kids to cool off as well as the adults. For the most part its clean, a few stragler cigarette butts on the ground. Great space for families of any size. Personally going there in the morning is the best time.

Sometimes this lake is closed due to ecoli, I was skeptical to come here with our new baby but we all had a great time. Changing rooms need a remodel.. and maybe some doors? Other than that, the lake was clean-ish and we went right before closing so it was quiet and private

Not bad. Fairly clean AAAAAAAND relaxing for the most part. Would be better if there was a life guard on duty and if they cleaned it more often. Also with the covid19 the parking lot is closed and they will your your vehicle if you park on the street in front of it and they need to bring the portapotty already.. those would help it get more Stars

Neat little family spot Playground, swimming, fishing, and you can bring a grill to set up near one of the picnic tables. They have barrels to put your trash in and porta potties. Great little lake to spend the day at!

Peaceful and scenic overlooking the lake. Picnic area is large. Beach sand is clean. Plenty of free parking.

Went metal detecting w/hubby after work, and in the rain. The sand was pretty clean. There is a playground there for young children, bath houses/restrooms.

What a pleasent place to spend summer or winter snow days with friends or family you can enjoy stay, swim, canoeing much more as the name says water is really crystal clear and sweet with 51' mean depth.

I love this park for swimming. I'm training for a triathlon, so this is where I practice my open water and spotting. I also swim for fun here. There is such a sense of community here.

Appears fairly clean. Unsure of what the crowd type is like since this visit is off season. Signs posted say Manchester residents only, I.D. required.

My kids Enjoy going here because they can bring Their floatees in the water and any toys they bring, the only thing i dont like is i sometimes find peices of broken glass in the sand from Alcohol
