Awesome family campground with lots to do. There is the river you can swim, fish or tube/relax in. A playground, basketball courts and much more.

Nice mix of long term seasonal sites and weekender sites. Even sites for tents. Bathrooms are nothing fancy but they are clean. Snack bar looks old but the food is good. We've bern there twice, once in a travel trailet and once in a motorhome.

This summer was my first time ever camping! This campground is absolutely amazing. The staff could not be any more amazing. They have been simply fabulous. They put on a fantastic fireworks display for labor day!!!! If you have not stayed here you definitely need to.

We recently spent 9 days at Cascade campground. When we made our reservation we did give the information about our C Class 24” RV. We were directed to the 400’s sites.
We drove to our site 412 and set up. Being that it was mid May we figured it would be quite peaceful. They opened May 7th.
We had very little grass and basically it was a CIRCLE OF DUST that was stirred up everywhere.
After setting up we thought it would a peaceful vacation. Then the tree work began and lasted for a few days. All we heard for a good portion of the day was heavy equipment and chain saws. We were disappointed that it would have been nice if we had been told that this would be done during our stay. And during times of the day our access was blocked to leave.
We did not realize also till after the fact that this campground in mainly seasonal people that have all the good sites. Not having been to the campground....there are very FEW sites for people to just come in for a short vacation. And the week we were there it would have been nice to be offered a grassy site as opposed to a gravel. Not sure why we were not given the option. Based on our overall experience with this campground we would not recommend to anyone looking to spend a week camping. In our opinion this place does not have the camping feel.

Ben a camper here for years and it's a part of my child hood and my mother and father both love it dearly definitely a great place for family friends to have a great time have bbq's and events the snack shack is also a big recommend definitely stop in ☺️

Fairly quiet unless a large group comes in for the weekend. Full hookups, affordable weekly rate (cash only). We stayed for 2 weeks. Most of the campground is dedicated to seasonal or permanent residents, and the non-seasonal "transit" spots are further away from amenities and shade, but it wasn't crowded and we had a good time. Lots of roads to explore when walking the dog. Wish the pool hadn't been under construction.

A hidden gem, wonderful owners and staff that go out off their way to make your stay great. Very clean and well kept. Family friendly, and a great place to meet friends that you have not met yet. Close to shopping, NHMS, and the lakes. We have been going every year for race week and love Cascade Campground and the people that are now our friends. A 5 star campground.

Beautiful grounds, very well cared for. The sites are beautiful, many of them hug a lazy river that runs thru the grounds. They were very nice and accommodating, even allowing our large (25+) group use the big screened pavilion to party in while it was raining. There's a nice pool, a snack stand with plenty of options, and a very relaxed feel. The other campers were all very nice, all smiles and greetings for me and my dog. They have spots for everything from tents, to the big bus-size rv's. Bring swimsuits, tubes, canoes and kayaks! I would say this was one of the best camping experiences I've had. Also, it's probably 1.5hr from Boston, making it very easy to go up and spend the weekend without having to do 4hrs of driving each way. I will absolutely be heading back next year, and hopefully many more years to come! My dog was welcome and had herself a blast. She loves water, so the fact that our site abutted the lazy river made it just perfect. She was able to hop in and cool off at any point she wished. The sites are very well placed, and not so close to each other that you feel suffocated. They are also very well cared for, with lots of trees, shade, etc. Overall an amazing trip, we had a blast. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a nice weekend camping trip without having to drive multiple hours. Two big thumbs up in my opinion, a very pleasurable and memorable experience. Worth the trip!

Very clean park! We love that it's gated. Cori and Casey have been awesome and very helpful. This park has beautiful Cascading river, a nice Beach, and nice large spots. It's also nice that they have propane on site and they will deliver firewood to you!

Went there for a family reunion. My sister has a permanent spot there and two of my brothers camp there often. Very clean, polite and courteous staff. They have a pool and beach area as well as a playground for the kids. There are spots for campers as well as tents.

Love the site and most of the people. Some of the people in the campground get very upset if you go 6 mph. (It’s 5 mph speed limit) Although the golf carts can go at what ever speed they want? Sorry but I’m in first gear with my foot off the gas I can’t go any slower or else I could stall lol.. figured people camping would be more relaxed.

My father in law has a site here. We have been going here for years now. Not a bad campground. Definitely needs some renovations. I would have given it 4 stars, but the lady that owns the place is a mean and disrespectful old lady! I had a confrontation with her once; if she had stopped and politely asked what was going on about where I parked my truck; (which I was only off loading my camping gear) she would have probably handled the situation better. Instead she was honking her horn like a maniac and screaming at me because there was more than 2 cars on the site. I tried to explain that I was just off loading and I'd be moving in a minute, but I couldn't get 2 words out of my mouth with her screaming at me. If my father in law didn't have a site here I probably wouldn't come back.

Hanging out with my self mostly this summer trying to get my life back from being screwed by my ex things were going swell until some one had to stir up some bull people who are looking for a to start running around saying stuff really should mind there own business not mine. Owner of this place really surprised . Me when see wouldn't even except my apology which . Is ok people who had my motorcycle thorn out suck lady at office took their side . Nothing to defend her theory which is wrong . Other than that I really think it nice here can't wait until Chuck . Gets out so me and him can spend some time with each other next summer together

Nice place, very accommodating, was racing at NHMS for the weekend and found out Sunday that we had to leave after the event, got a nice little spot for the camper and race trailer at the last minute, and let me in after hours. Nice clean hot showers too.
Kana Lester
Big place little crowded but everyone was nice. Never got my key deposit back.

OK place to stay while visiting Loudon. Trash removal is pretty inconvenient and RV sites aren't very leveled. I'd hate to stay during a busy week as it appears that everyone would be stacked on top of one-another. They also offer no hot water for the laundry...instead of removing the water temp knobs on the washers, they've posted a sign that one may not necessarily read before washing.

Very friendly and active campground many activities and restrooms were always clean shower water was super hot ...
