I'm new to Stag Run this season and have already been 4 weekends with more. planned. I find the guys there are very friendly to new guys, especially when they start to come more often. I have a blast every time I go. The Holiday weekends have been great. Guys brought a feast for everyone and there was a fun activity Saturday and Sunday night. The DJ on memorial Day weekend was out-of-this world good. I'm a people watcher and there are so many different kinds of guys there, anyone could make a new friend/s. I say this because I have met some of the sweetest and nicest men there both camping and on a Day Pass. A big hug to Rob and Hugh for creating such a warm, inviting, and friendly atmosphere. I can't wait to get back to see everyone this weekend. I came just to meet new guys and have received a lot more.

For years now, this has been my second home and place of peace and fun. Ownership changed this year. I love the old owners with all my heart. I have come to love the new owners with all my heart also! They have done a fantastic job of continuing what was built and continuing improvements to make it a better place than ever before. I highly recommend SRC! The people are wonderful, the social scene is fun and inviting!

Most clean friendly campground I have ever went to. Owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your visit worth coming for. Always has great theme weekend rates are cheap nice air conditioning cabins. On Saturdays pit h in pot luck. Also the owners has free happy hour for weekend guests

One of my favorite gay camp grounds. The owners are great!!! It's a smaller gay campground but lots of fun. The clientele are great guys. Four beautiful log cabins to rent a log cabin bunk house two older camping trailers to rent. It's just a fun place. Have fun enjoy. YAY!!

Kentuckiana Boy

This campground is actually more like a bed & breakfast. The owners are very accommodating and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. They have a large communal steel frame building (lodge) complete with a stone hearth and open kitchen. Beautiful country side as the camp sits on a ridge just North of the Ohio River and 15 miles south of Corydon. Clothing optional around the pool deck and hot tub area. Somewhat older crowd, but still great guys! Feels like your having a sleep over in a friends backyard.

You are basically being welcomed into the owners home for a fun weekend by the pool. We have stayed twice so far this year and have 2 more weekends planned with friends.

I've never been to anything like Stag Run before last Summer. I am an East Coast boy that has been living in Louisville for a while. I hesitated going with friends to Stag Run till I heard they had AC in their cabins (this big ole bear doesn't DO heat too well). I went with a buddy for a weekend and have other friends come up for day trips on Saturday and Sunday. I absolutely loved it. Tom and Dennis were great. Other guests were great. Cabin was clean and solid. Pool was nice. Enjoyed the outside shower. I expected primitive, attitude, maybe emphasis on tricking, etc. It was none of that. It was a very powerful experience of meeting new and exciting gay men. There was a wide range of ages and body types represented. I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, so I put on sandals and went outside to go to the main lodge. The moon was full, making the whole area look like it was lit up. There was a bit of fog around the edges of the compound. It was simply magical and surreal. Friends and I are planning trips for this Summer.

Very welcoming, fun, well-maintained with enthusiastic hosts that help create a healthy experience and atmosphere. It is a magical space for nature, activity, body positivity and conviviality. Highly recommended!

Beautiful campground resort. Perfect biking and hiking on the smooth narrow lightly travelled roads. Check out a bike ride is to the Squire Boone caverns and back.

Beautiful location offering male only camping. Camp with great guys! Offers walking, hiking, pool hot tub and many activities in the lodge. An all around Great Place!
