I'm here visiting friends, but I live in indiana. I've been here just 4 days so I can't give a detailed opinion. What I can say in the time I've been here is that it doesn't feel or look like a dangerous place and though none of the neighbors have spoken to me, neither have they appeared to be standoffish. Just aloof. So far I like it here.

Me and my family have lived in Ashley point for 6 months now and I can honestly say it's been a great experience for my kids, my wife and myself. I used to live her once before under different management and I can say this time around is so much better due to being under new management. Melissa is a awesome person and does a tremendous job touching base with her attendants. My kids love her and she's does a great job keeping them safe and the neighborhood safe. Could think of a better place to let my kids grow up. Thanks for all you do for us Melissa!!! 😁🥰

Ive lived here for over 5 years. Melissa is the best manager since ive lived here. She was able to fix the roads that was much needed. And helps whenever she can.

Has seen it's better days. Ridiculousness the standing water a few friends of mine have to basically trudge thru ankle deep just to get into their homes when it's been raining. Isn't lot rent for situations like that to be better maintained?

Ashley Pointe trailer park is good at their own upkeep, they seem to you leave the residents alone unless they need to step in for whatever reason. And the maintenance seems to be able to keep things up regularly. I will say that the speed bumps throughout the park or mine Lehigh and can cause a couple of bumps issues. As well as there is some potholes throughout the park that need to be filled. I've had friends who have lived in and out of this mobile home park ever since I was younger and never really seem to have a problem with any kind over in this area.

It looked like a clean place, the mobile homes were clearly marked for easy identification, and if I was to have a mobile home I could see having it parked there
