We had an absolutely amazing trip with Road Bear RV Rentals. It all started in Las Vegas before we headed to Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Upper Antelope Canyon and the grand finale, the Grand Canyon. The process was so easy and smooth upon checking in at Road Bear RV Rentals. We were on the road quickly after filling out some paperwork and receiving a very detailed tour and explanation of the RV. Once on the road, it was smooth sailing all the way until we returned the RV back in Las Vegas. Everything worked like a charm and as described. Little to no hiccups with the RV hookups and campsites. The RV itself was easy to drive and even easier to live in during our trip. Our little road home had just about everything we needed and any other essentials were easily located along the way. I must admit, I was a little bit hesitant to book this trip but in the end it was such an awesome experience for our family of five. Highly recommend this journey and vacation because it will not disappoint. Also highly recommend Road Bear RV Rentals as a first class resource to make your RV vacation dreams come true. This is a must-do trip for any adventurous families looking to experience the beauty of the Utah and Arizona canyons and national parks. We did a rental for almost a week. Our contact to pick up the RV was Heike and she did a great job of walking us through what we needed to know to operate everything. I had never driven an RV, or taken a trip in an RV before! I chose Road Bear because the website made it easy for me to compare RV sizes and decide what was best for my trip. The customer service from their help line was excellent. Also the video they sent me on how to operate the RV was really good. I actually referred to it a couple of times during the trip to make sure I understood how the different parts of the RV operated. I would use their services again.

Rented from RB already for the 3rd time. As usual: great experience. First class RVs, well equipped and helpful service staff. Compared to other locations the Las Vegas branch has more space, a larger selection, and is easier to reach. Will come again.

29/31 RV was in great condition and well appointed with 18,000 miles on the clock. No faults during our 2 week, 1300 mile tour of Utah and Arizona. Initial briefing could have been more comprehensive regarding oven and media/tv.

Nice, smooth experience. It's not the cheapest renting an RV but as someone that has owned an RV, it's definitely cheaper! The staff was great and the coach was nice and clean. As much as I love a Class B, I think our family of 4 needs a Class C at minimum for a trip longer than a single overnight (we had it for 5 days).

This was our third time renting from Road Bear, a 3 week family road trip through the Grand Canyon, Moab/ Canyonlands, and Telluride in Colorado, with much to explore along the way. We love that they don’t emblazon “We Rented this RV!” across the vehicle as so many rental service do. Service is personalized (the company is run Swiss family who do really make you feel welcome) and yet they have enough location for you to pick interesting starting points from Florida to New York to Las Vegas to West Coast.

August 2022 My husband and our 3 teenagers and I decided to take a new kind of holidays, this time no hotel but an RV. Great experience renting our first RV. I was initially worried that I wouldn't remember all the functions, but it was easy to understand and the walk-thru before pickup was helpful. The C class vehicle had a slide-out, which gave us extra room once at the campsites. The vehicle already had 12,000 miles on it and a few scuffs, but was very clean and fully equipped. Our DVD player didn't work and the linens needed some serious fabric softener, but that's the only complaints we had. Check-in was fast and smooth. Looking forward to using Road Bear RV in the future.

The RV was in new condition, very clean and ready to go. The phone help during the trip was very helpful too. We needed to pick up and drop off earlier than their normal hours due to flights. This last time was exceptional, Ted the manager at the Denver location was very accommodating and happy to help us even on the road. He checked on us twice to be sure we were happy. Road Bear exceeded my high expectations. Was told by a friend that their units were nicer and newer than other RV rental companies. Amazingly smooth check out and drop off. Huge thanks and shout out to Tamiya (spelling?) who was super informative and a breath of fresh air while introducing me to the unit at the Vegas rental location. My family of 4 was extremely comfortable in the ~23’ unit which had 2 slide outs. The rig had less that 15k miles on it at pick up. Basically brand new with plenty of creature comforts. Easy to drive. Went from Red Rock Canyon to Joshua Tree to Zion and back to Vegas in 5 fulfilled days.

It was an amazing experience, we loved to travel with our 25' RV. It was me and my wife traveling about 2,000 miles in Colorado, Utah and Nevada. All the staff was very nice with us in Denver and Juan in Vegas. The only bad thing is that back part is too low, so it scratches in some places.

I've just finished my trip visiting Utah and Arizona national parks and as usual, my experience with Road Bear and its team has been amazing. I started in Las Vegas and Juan, the manager, was the kindest and most helpful. We have rented a motorhome from Road Bear several times. The shuttlesevice from the hotel to the handover has always worked very well. The handover of the motorhome is fast and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend Road Bear. Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship of the motorhomes has declined sharply since our last trip. However, the functionality is not affected by this.

Our family loves to "discover" new hiking trails & stay out on the trails as long as possible and Road Bear made that possible for us! Kids LOVED the RV (their first experience) and we loved being able to have food & room to cook at trailheads, showers, fresh clothes & comfortable rest after long days in the National Parks & beyond. This was our first rental from Road Bear and everything went great. Actually ended up with a bigger RV than expected because it was available. The Denver office was very informative and patient with multiple phone calls asking questions before renting, as well as during pickup. The Las Vegas drop off was very smooth and staff was great to deal with. The RV itself was immaculate at pickup. Everything went as planned. As others have stated, really liked that their logos on the RV were minimal and didn't make us feel like a rolling billboard like with other companies. There were a few issues with sensors while driving, which were rather annoying, but didn't effect the trip. Gas mileage was horrible, as expected, but neither had anything to do with Road Bear. We'd rent again tomorrow if we could. Highly recommended.

The trip was great. The van was practically new with <3000miles. Juan in Las Vegas was very patient and showed us all of the details we needed to know. We had a very small maintenance problem during the trip that I was able to correct. Juan was very apologetic that we had a problem and waived the charge to refill the propane balloon. All in all, the trip was very enjoyable and travelling in the van was relatively easy. Driving such a large van is not like driving a compact car. It is more stressful and requires constant maximum concentration. Not difficult but different. Highly recommend this type of vacation and specifically Road Bear.

Our trip was fantastic! Initially we were quite apprehensive when we got to to Road Bear in Las Vegas. Our worries were quickly dispelled when Juan showed us the practically-new van. He efficiently explained all the connections and features and made it simple. He was very courteous and friendly. The driving is more difficult than on a regular car. It requires constant vigilance, although with time it became more automatic. There was one technical problem that arose early into the trip, which we temporarily solved. When we returned the van, Juan apologized for the inconvenience and waived the fee for refilling the propane tank. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week adventure, and highly recommend Road Bear.

We rented a Class C motor home from Road Bear Las Vegas branch and cannot overstate how happy we were with our rental. The RV itself was clean, nice and up to date. The staff at pick up and drop off were helpful and kind. We did run into a non-emergent technical issue with some wiring in the RV and the people on the helpline number we were provided with were kind, courteous, and helpful. We also liked that their logo wasn’t broadcasted along all sides of the RV as well. We would absolutely recommend renting with this company to our family and friends and plan to rent with them again in the future.

The whole experience was wonderful! RV (Forest River Sunseeker from Las Vegas) looked brand new, the bed was very comfortable, fridge was huge. Everything worked great. It even had solar panels and wireless charging. We loved that it came equiped with everything (kitchen), and it was all included in the price. The staff was very helpful and nice. Have rented RV’s from five different locations through the years, and our experience at Road Bear RV was by far the best of all of them. Our vehicle was in tip-top condition and was utterly immaculate, from top to bottom. (I am a total clean freak, so believe me, I know “surface clean” from “real clean.”) We had a number of minor questions about our vehicle throughout our trip and had to call the help hotline. Each time, we were able to speak with a real live human being within a few minutes of making the call. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and able to address our problems. Finally, I just want to send a shout -out to JUAN VALLS, who came to greet us when we returned our unit at the end of the trip. He gave us a huge smile and charmed the pants off of our entire family with his kind an easy-going personality. He even let my eager kids look inside some of the other RV’s as my husband and I packed up. These days, when good service is such a rarity, we were blown over by Juan’s winning attitude. We would rent from Road Bear Las Vegas again in a heartbeat…. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

It was a very good experience and would absolutely rent again from Road Bear!! As a recommendation: Considering the cost to rent the Motor home it would have been a great help and at very littles cost to supply some simple things for renters. Basic cleaning products that could stay with the unit for all renters use. i.e. Toilet brush, dish scrubber and dish towel. Small rug that would help keep dirt out of the unit.

Experience was a good one. I know it is hard with COVID, but I wish they spent more time going over things prior to my departure. I spent a lot of time figuring things out on my own. Not the end of the world, but somewhat frustrating at times. One big point missed was how wide the turning radius is BEHIND the rear wheels. Make sure you give enough room when turning out of gas stations or areas you are near a structure.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abgabe des Campers verlief bei uns mit Roadbear RV alles perfekt. Wir haben eine One-Way Strecke gemietet sodass Roadbear die Anmietung erst prüfen und bestätigen musste. Das hat nur ein paar Stunden gedauert und schon kam die email von und die Vorfreude ging los. Man hat nach der erfolgreichen Bestätigung der Rental Firma dann auch sofort alle Unterlagen (Bestätigung, AGB, Zusatzversicherung, etc.) digital und per Email erhalten über die Firma, bei der wir gebucht hatten. Zwei Tage vor Abholung haben wir uns telefonisch gemeldet und die Abholung mittels Shuttle am Hotel vereinbart. Der Fahrer war pünktlich und sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps und Tricks genannt. Die Einweisung in Las Vegas war sehr gut und sogar auf deutsch! Ein großes Dankeschön an Heidi! Es war alles so unkompliziert und entspannt, man war direkt im Urlaub. ☺️ Bei der Abgabe in San Francisco waren wir uns nicht mehr so sicher was wir jetzt wie putzen mussten. Aber es stand in den Unterlagen drin dass man auch das „Propangas auffüllen“ sollte. Die Abgabe war entspannt, es wurde in das Fahrzeug geschaut aber nicht jedes Staubkorn am Boden bemängelt. Anschließend wurden wir direkt zum BART gefahren. Ich kann bedenkenlos Roadbear RV empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen. So hat man deutschsprachigen Service und neue, hochwertige Fahrzeuge mit denen man auf der Straße kein Problem kriegen wird. Wer will schon Stress im Urlaub?! Der Camper war fast nagelneu. Wir hatten keine Probleme und mussten nicht einmal Roadbear anrufen. Kurz vor Abholung bekamen wir sogar ein Video als Anleitung zugeschickt. Das einzige was ich verbessern würde ist, dem Fahrzeug eine Bedienungsanleitung beizulegen. Bei der Einweisung klingt alles logisch und wenn man es das erste Mal selber macht steht man ziemlich verloren da! 😁 Achja, und eine Bratpfanne mit Beschichtung wäre manchmal nett gewesen. Roadbear ist einer der wenigen Anbieter die gute Camper Vans mit Max. 22 feet vermieten. Das war für uns beide perfekt. Viel Komfort und dennoch passt man in fast jede Parklücke. Hinten hatte der Van sogar ein richtiges Bett mit Lattenrost. Und eine Toilette, echt Genial. Uns hat es so gut gefallen! Ihr sucht einen Haken? Die Zeit vor Ort rast und der Urlaub geht immer zu schnell vorbei! We had no problems and didn't even have to call Roadbear. Shortly before picking up, we even received a video as instructions. The only thing I would improve is to include an owner's manual with the vehicle. During the briefing everything sounds logical and if you do it yourself for the first time you are pretty lost! 😁 Oh yes, and a frying pan with a coating would have been nice sometimes. Roadbear is one of the few providers that rent out good camper vans with a maximum of 22 feet. That was perfect for both of us. A lot of comfort and yet you can fit in almost any parking space. The van even had a real bed with slatted frames in the back. And a toilet, really awesome. We loved it so much! Are you looking for a hook? Auch die häufig gefürchtete Rückgabe verlief unproblematisch. Wir wurden sogar ins Hotel mit Shuttlebus gefahren. Was ganz angenehm war. Wir haben uns nur total mit den gebuchten Meilen vertan und viel zu viel gebucht. Unser Pech. Zwischendurch hatten wir Probleme mit der Heizung. Die Hotline hat uns dann bei dem Problem gut geholfen. Road Bear TOP RV-Vermieter Wir hatten uns für das kleinste Modell entschieden C 21-23, welches für 2 Personen (max. mit 1-2 Kleinkinder) sehr viele Pluspunkte hat: * aufgrund der Größe sehr gutes Handling, auch schmale Bergstraßen lassen sich wie ein Pkw befahren. Das Fahrzeug ist zusätzlich mit einer Steptronic-Automatik ausgestattet, was das befahren von Bergstrassen erleichtert * so manche Straße oder Campingplatz kann mit Campermodellen über 22-feet nicht befahren werden, z.B. im Sequoia National Park Hghw. 198 * der Benzinverbrauch ist gegenüber allen anderen amerikanischen Wohnmobilen wesentlich geringer – wir hatten einen Verbrauch von 18 – 21 Liter (da ist nur das Modell von Mercedes deutlich effizienter – Mercedes-Campmobile werden jedoch leider in den USA noch selten angeboten). Der 6-Zylinder Fordmotor läuft absolut ruhig, die Automatik ist perfekt abgestimmt, da gibt es kein ruckeln. Die Fahrzeuge von Road Bear sind voll ausgestattet, zudem ist auch viel Stauraum vorhanden, besonders unter dem „Schlafzimmer“ gibt es eine Menge Platz, z.B. für Lagerfeuerholz, Bier -:), etc. Die Dusche ist erstaunlich groß, ich hatte mit meiner Größe (190cm) genügend Platz. Das Bett im hinteren Bereich hat sehr gute und feste Matratzen, so dass man auch gut schlafen kann. Natürlich werden bei Vermietfahrzeugen nicht die teuersten Materialien verwendet, so gibt es halt viel Hartplastik, die oberen Schränke können nicht arretiert werden – man muß sie festhalten. Das Interieur ist jedoch sehr ansprechend gestaltet, so das man sich in seinem „Sweet little Home“ wohlfühlt. Obwohl wir ein recht neues Fahrzeug erhalten hatten (nur 15000 Meilen) haben die Anzeigen für die verschiedenen Tanks falsch angezeigt – das ist aber wirklich ein Problem der Herstellerfirma, da auch bei anderen Fahrzeugen der Fehler öfters erwähnt wird. Alles andere hat super funktioniert : Top Kühlschrank mit grossem Gefriefach, Klimanalage, Heizung, Warmwasser, Generator, usw. Wenn der Hersteller noch den Benzintank vergrössern würde für eine bessere Reichweite, dann wäre das Fahrzeug für amerikanische Verhältnisse perfekt. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass die Wohnmobile von Road Bear nicht mit Werbeschriften überfrachtet sind, sondern farblich sehr angenehm gestaltet. Der SERVICE in der San Franzisko-Vermietstation ist rundherum sehr gut: freundliches Personal, gepflegte Fahrzeuge, perfekt organisierter Hotel- und Flughafentransfer. Uns hat unser „Sweet little Home“ auf unserer 5-wöchigen Rundreise (September 2019) ab/an SFO so gut gefallen, das wir gleich für August/September 2020 schon gebucht haben – diesmal von Seattle (über die kanadischen Rockies und Yellowstone National Park) nach Denver. Everything else worked great: top fridge with a large freezer compartment, air conditioning, heating, hot water, generator, etc. If the manufacturer would enlarge the petrol tank for a better range, then the vehicle would be perfect by American standards. We also liked the fact that the Road Bear motorhomes are not overloaded with advertising, but have a very pleasant color scheme. The SERVICE in the San Francisco rental station is very good all round: friendly staff, well-maintained vehicles, perfectly organized hotel and airport transfers. We liked our "Sweet little Home" on our 5-week round trip (September 2019) from/to SFO so much that we have already booked it for August/September 2020 - this time from Seattle (via the Canadian Rockies and Yellowstone National Park ) to Denver. Wir haben für unsere Rundreise knapp 3 Wochen einen Camper gemietet und können Road Bear hierfür wärmstens empfehlen. Unser Camper war wie beschrieben und wir hatten auch sonst keinerlei Probleme. Zudem ist Road Bear meiner Recherche nach der günstigste Anbieter und einige Mitarbeiter sprechen deutsch. Für Rückfragen gibt es einen Telefon Support der gut zu erreichen ist. Ebenfalls kam man uns bei der Ausstatung (Decken usw.) entgegen :-) Wichtig zu erwähnen, ist dass bei der Buchung die Abholzeit zu berücksichtigen ist (Samstag nur bis 13:00 Uhr). Wir haben ihn kurz vor 13:00 abgeholt und daher keine Einweisung erhalten, weshalb wir auch einen Stern abziehen. Dennoch werden wir sicher noch einmal einen Camper bei Road Bear mieten. Wir haben bereits mehrmals in den USA aber auch in Europa ein Wohnmobil gemietet. Bei Road Bear das erste Mal im Jahre 1995 zu den Anfangszeiten der Firma – damals verhandelten wir noch direkt mit Kurt, dem Firmengründer und die Fahrzeuge wurden teilweise noch selber ausgebaut – z.B. wurden die Fenstergardinen noch von seiner Frau genäht! Die Wahl fiel diesmal auf Road Bear weil wir nach der Erfahrung mit anderen Vermietern hier mit Bestimmtheit neuwertige Fahrzeuge erhalten und auch deutschsprachige Instruktionen erhalten würden – bei anderen Vermietern waren die Fahrzeuge bedeutend älter, zum Teil schmutzig oder gar mit fehlerhaften Meilenzählern ausgestattet! Die Übernahme erfolgte stressfrei ohne Wartezeiten und alles wurde im Detail erklärt. Das Fahrzeug war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir sind sowohl bei der Übernahme wie auch bei der Rückgabe selber angereist (Mietwagen respektive Uber) um nicht auf den Shuttle-Service angewiesen zu sein, welcher unabhängig von der Rückgabezeit erst um 11:00 losfährt. Leider gab es diesbezüglich keinen Rabatt. Nun zum wichtigsten Punkt der beachtet werden muss: Die Versicherung beschränkt sich in erster Linie auf die Haftpflicht gegenüber Dritten bei Unfällen – auch die SLI-Zusatzversicherung welche die Haftpflichtsumme erhöht. Die eigenen Schäden sind damit nicht versichert und ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen! Am zweiten Miettag schleuderte ein entgegenkommender Truck ein Kieselstein auf, der unsere Windschutzscheibe traf. Eine Rose war die Folge dieses Steinschlags. Bei Rückgabe wurde uns dies mit USD 350.- verrechnet. Ob die Scheibe wirklich ausgewechselt wurde ist nicht bekannt. Von früheren Mieten wissen wir, dass Fahrzeuge mit solchen Steinschlägen auf die Reise geschickt werden und bloss auf dem Übergabeprotokoll vermerkt werden. Uns wurde diesbezüglich bereits einmal USD 800.- verrechnet (Moturis!) – obwohl bei Übernahme des Wagens bereits ein Steinschlag protokolliert war und vermutlich bereits der Vormieter zur Kasse gebeten worden ist… Fazit: Unbedingt im Voraus eine Reiseversicherung abschliessen, welche derartige Selbstbehalte bei Mietfahrzeugen abdeckt!! Ketzerische Frage: Wieso bezahlt man eigentlich USD 200.- „Preparation fee“, wenn man das Fahrzeug gereinigt und mit vollem Treibstoff- und Frischwassertank sowie vollem Propangas zurückgeben muss??? Fazit: Fahrzeuge 5 Sterne; Kulanz betreffend Schäden: 2 Sterne – somit abgerundete 3 Sterne! UPDATE für Oktober 2018 nach einer weiteren Miete: Man merkt leider langsam, dass RoadBear keine Schweizer Firma mehr ist - das merkt man schon nur am neuen Logo: Das Berner Wappen ist nun einem Bärenkopf gewichen, das nun aussieht als wäre es das Logo eines Uni-Sportteams. Die Qualität der Fahrzeug-Ausstattung hat leider nachgelassen: Weniger Anschlüsse, fehlende Leselampen, nur ein Fenster im Alkoven-Bereich, etwas minimalistische Küchen-Ausstattung Wir schätzen, dass die Herkunft der Kundschaft immer noch 70-80% aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum ist (DE, CH, AT) - deshalb erstaunt es uns, dass die Wagenübernahme diesmal ungefragt auf Englisch stattfand. Das soll kein Kritikpunkt sein - aber wir hätten uns etwas mehr Empathie und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden mit einer anderen Herkunft als den USA gewünscht! Stets wurden wir daran erinnert, dass wir hier halt in Amerika seien und sie die Verhältnisse anderswo wenig kratzte. Wenn man weiterhin auf Europäische Kundschaft fokussieren will, sollte man sich vielleicht überlegen in Zukunft neben deutschsprachigem Personal anzustellen auch auf TV und DVD-Player zu verzichten - denn letzterer spielt keine mitgebrachte europäische DVD ab und ist den Natursuchenden Gäste eh nicht wichtig. Was wirklich ein USP wäre: Eine Nespresso-Maschine! Gratis-Tipp von uns. (Translation) We have rented a motorhome several times in the USA but also in Europe. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, hatten ein Wohnmobil zwischen 28 und 30 feet gebucht und in 32 feet langes bekommen, und zwar von der neueren Flotte. Wir haben ein RV für einen Trip von San Francisco nach Las Vegas von Road Bear gemietet. Das Personal in San Francisco war sehr freundlich und die Einweisung war ebenfalls sehr gut und detailliert. Sprache wurde uns auf Deutsch oder Englisch angeboten. Das RV an sich war neuwertig mit lediglich 10.000 Meilen auf der Uhr. Die Qualität des Aufbaus war gut, man darf aber keine „deutsche“ Qualität erwarten. Dies ist aber in Amerika normal und es stört mich im Urlaub nicht, dass die Schraube nicht senkrecht eingeschraubt wurde. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es ist alles was man für die Reise benötigt an Bord. Die Rückgabe nach 5 Wochen in Las Vegas war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir haben unser RV sauber übergeben - was unserer Meinung nach für einen guten Kunden selbstverständlich sein sollte. Dadurch war die Übergabe auch in 10 Minuten fertig... ich denke, wenn sich der Kunde gut vorbereitet, geht es auch beim Vermieter schneller... Was mir in Las Vegas sehr gut gefallen hat: man kann Gegenstände wie z.B. Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Grill-Kohle, Anzünder etc. in ein Regal für neue Mieter stellen. Klasse Idee - so muss man nicht alles weg werfen und die nächsten Mieter freuen sich. Dies wäre für andere Standorte ebenfalls eine gute Erweiterung und sollte auch entsprechend beworben werden. Eine Empfehlung unsererseits: wenn man Schonbezüge mit Wasserstopper im richtigen Format kauft, passen diese wie angegossen aufs Bett. Wir haben fürs Hochbett ein King Size gekauft und es hat sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Wir hatten nur einen Schonbezug fürs hintere Bett von Road Bear bekommen... Ansonsten gibt es außer „Dankeschön und bis zum nächsten Mal“ nichts zu sagen - wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden Road Bear auf jeden Fall empfehlen! A recommendation from our side: if you buy protective covers with water stoppers in the right format, they will fit the bed like a glove. We bought a king size bed for the bunk bed and it has served us well. We had only been given a back bed slipcover from Road Bear... Other than that, nothing to say other than "thank you and see you next time" - we were completely satisfied and will definitely recommend Road Bear!

Las Vegas ist der beste Ort um bei Road Bear das WoMo abzuholen oder abzugeben.Kompetentes Personal ,freundlich und schnelle Bearbeitung. Ein besonderes Lob an Johannes unseren Shuttle Fahrer , der sehr gut Deutsch sprach und uns gut unterhielt bis wir an der Station waren . Enttäuschend hingegen die WoMo Übernahme bei der WoMo Überführung in Middleburry , die findet bei Leprechaun statt ,dem Hersteller des Aufbaus von Road Bear . Die neuen WoMo stehen im Dreck und im Innenraum ist alles voller Schmutz und Silikon , d.h. man musste erstmal stundenlang schrubben.Die Fabrik dort ist peinlich ,auf dem ganzen Gelände liegt Müll rum (Plastikfolien,Styropor,Paletten),es wäre mir peinlich hier Kundschaft zu empfangen. Schrauben werden schräg eingebohrt , weil man zu faul ist den Bit zu wechseln .Die Verarbeitung hat sehr sehr nachgelassen seit es kein Schweizer Unternehmen mehr ist .Von Jahr zu Jahr nehmen die Schwachstellen zu. Schade ,denn Road Bear war der Rolls Royce unter den WoMo ´s in USA. (Translation) Las Vegas is the best place to pick up or drop off the WoMo at Road Bear. Competent staff, friendly and quick processing. Special praise to Johannes our shuttle driver, who spoke German very well and kept us entertained until we were at the station. However, the WoMo takeover at the WoMo transfer in Middleburry, which takes place at Leprechaun, the manufacturer of the construction of Road Bear, is disappointing. The new WoMo are in the dirt and in the interior everything is full of dirt and silicone, i.e. You had to scrub for hours at first. The factory there is embarrassing, there is rubbish all over the area (plastic films, polystyrene, pallets), it would be embarrassing for me to receive customers here. Screws are drilled in at an angle because you are too lazy to change the bit. The processing has deteriorated very much since it is no longer a Swiss company. The weaknesses increase from year to year. Too bad, because Road Bear was the Rolls Royce among the WoMo's in the USA.
