What a relaxation! To be able to escape the city to this wonderful but peaceful place. My niece invited me and I really had a nice but beautiful time with the family camping here for few days. Imagined, closed to 5,000 above sea level I sort of was running out of air. But thank God I hot use to it. You have come here. For the price of $99 it was worth it every moment. This place has breathtaking views of the mountains and and nice beautiful little town up the trail. I fully recommend this place. It was cold at nights but nice during the day. By the way there are wild horses running around. I love this place

Pretty nice campground with electric plug-in. Close to hiking, quiet at night. 11 spots available and it's first come first serve in the off season (winter). $33 per night unless you have some discount. Clean heated bathrooms, no showers and no water on our visit. Sites 4 and 5 have the best views and are close to the bathrooms. Site 10, ours, is the most private. Cool area worth checking out for a day or two, close to Vegas and on the edge of death valley. Snow on the ground and 18-20 degrees at night on our visit, 11/11-11-13.

In a single word COOL. Great location, the wildlife is everywhere. The deer are hard to spot. All the campers I have met have been wonderful.

Beautiful area. 11 lots with power and potable water (not for rv tanks). Clean bathrooms. Next to a couple easy to moderate trails. Lots of birds, saw deer on our first night. Camp hosts Bob and Liz are knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent!

stayed here a few times. 1st time i made the mistake of not bringing a 1500 watt electric heater. winter nights can get quite cold at charleston, and the roaring fire pit won't help your sleeping situation. the $30/night charge here (over others $20/night) is in for their electric hookups (so you really want to get some use of the electric you're paying for) ALSO, i bring a metal grill to overhang the fire pit, so i cook over the wood fire (no extra cost in charcoal, and only 1 fire to tend)

$33 per night. Clean. Showers. Heated restrooms. Spaced out campgrounds. Great for family's, couples, single and pets are welcome. Really nice camp hosts! My favorite campground in Mt Charleston.

Absolutely love being the camp host here. We have the best guests. The hardest part is when I see those sad faces after I tell them we are full. You will always find the cleanest restrooms and showers here. And YES the cones are up so thru traffic is not a burden for my already in here campers. Your not paying to camp on the spaghetti bowl are you...? :-) Sit back, relax and enjoy the mountain.

Small year round campground (only 10 spaces) with electric hook ups. Hot showers and warm clean restrooms. With only one row of spaces the hosts stop all vehicle traffic other than those with a space/reservation. Otherwise it would be bumper to bumber. A few spaces can hear the noise from the main road.

Is a great place for camping. With electricity no water to connect or sewer. They have a outdoor restrooms. Is $33.00 a night or if you have senior discount is less.

My family and I just recently went on our very first camping trip, and we had no idea what to expect. We went to Mt Charleston in hopes that we would find a campground with an opening for our camper. Fletcher View Campground in Mt Charleston far exceeded our expectations. The couple running the campground was very helpful and very hospitable. The camp sites are very clean and you can tell that they are taken care of. The restrooms available are also very clean and were always stocked. The couple running the campground always had a vast supply of firewood that any camper can buy from them. We will definitely being going to Fletcher View Campground again in the near future.

I think this is one of the better campgrounds that's available up in Mount Charleston area because it still has the campground and also RV hookups a picnic area and a public bathroom with showers. But there is not a lot of spaces available for everyone.

Great campground! Clean, quiet and great trails to hike close to the campground. We had good weather while we were there but monsoon season can be unpredictable.

Very nice and clean. They have water and electrical hook ups. Clean and level areas for tents. Each spot has a grill and fire ring. Bathrooms are clean and stocked.

Bob and his wife are the best they took care of us and are really helpful real proffesional, they have the best campsite on Mt Charleston if you deside to go camping go to fletcher view campground the guy at Mc williams campground was unproffesional thanks bob and lizz you are the best

My husband and I weren't at the Fletcher campground. We went hiking at the Fletcher Canyon trail, which was beautiful.

The camping spots are very tight and challenging for some RVs. Sometimes .you may be stuck waiting while the person in front of you learns how to backup before you can pass on the single lane road.
