Had a great experience with Chris and his family. I came in with a complicated issue and they didnt flinch. Chris Jr had some great ideas and found a camper shell for me on the lot. They brainstormed and came up with a ridiculous plan to attach the shell that was way better than I expected. The entire shop seemed excited about the challenge and they just kept saying “dont worry, we got this.” The price never changed. They never said no to my ideas. They treated me like family from the minute I walked in and I cannot recommend this place any higher. Great people. Great family. Great shop.

Where do I start.. from tip to tail this was THE best experience at a repair shop I’ve ever had. Anthony & his team took in our camper & did the necessary repairs at an unbelievable price. To be honest I thought we were screwed. To get into a dealership was 4-6 WEEKS! We’re from ND! Anthony stored our camper in his secure facility while he waited for techs to finish up other jobs. He said we’d be amazed at what his techs can do & he was RIGHT! Amazing service from the entire team. We were literally treated like family & got to meet some of the grandkids! I can’t say enough about the team here. They’ve got it right & I trust them!!!

This is the kind of place you want to do business with. Chris, Susie, Chris Jr and the entire team really values the customer and does whatever it takes to satisfy. I recently placed an order for a cab over my pickup truck. The team was very helpful during the sales process with ideas, selection options, etc. Prior to install it was noted a couple accessories were missing from the order and slightly delayed. I was kept well informed and all was made good with an upcoming visit to finish it all off. Plus, a few minor "tweaks and enhancements" will be made that i had not even thought of when I placed my original order. I was referred to this business by a neighbor who spoke highly of their reputation and he was absolutely correct. I am very glad we brought our business here. Overall a great experience at Camp-Out Inc!

Camp Out Inc. I originally walked into the business just want the basic knowledge of Camper Shells. I had an idea of what I wanted but, I needed what I wanted to be spot on perfect. ARE Shells caught my eyes they had what I needed for my Overland (Self Reliant Travel on Americas most untouched roads) Adventures w/ Las Vegas Overland. Chris (the owner) knew just what I needed and showed me the light. I appreciated that he didn't attack me like dealership salesman, he approached me with the easiest tone and just want to set me on the right track. Today the 22 April I got a call from Chris saying my shell had arrived and that he wouldn't be able to install it till next Wednesday. So I asked if I could stop by and see it just to look. Around noon I arrived again treated me like a friend and surprised me saying he would install it today, unexpectedly but very appreciated by me. Fantastic service and I have already recommended them to my friend and group of overlanders. Thanks Chris for such a fantastic product and spot on service. Thank You Ryan

I could not ask for better service. Anthony the owner was super helpful and took us out into the parking lot to show us exactly how to hook up our fifth wheel to the hitch. Then two of his workers helped us pop up our ball from my truck bed. One was underneath and they managed to get our rusty ball to pop up. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. I don't know why I bother shopping online when I should come here they have everything plus it's like visiting friends.

I wish had found this place first. Every else I went,they told me the majority of the parts I needed they had to order the parts to fix my gooseneck trailer. This was like the buffet of trailer parts.I waisted the majority of my day looking for parts,when I could have just came here first. Everything is also put outside for the customer too see. The owner is very knowledgeable and took his time on trying to help me get the right parts I needed for my trailer and actually sell me the only parts I needed,not just sell me random stuff.

I don’t do a lot of reviews; most businesses are par for service or product- they just are. However CampOut deserves this review. In December of 2020 I ordered a camper shell for my truck but I had a very specific deadline that it needed to be delivered and installed by, sadly, it didn’t arrive to us in time and by the time it did arrive, we had already left Las Vegas. So now to the part of my review that counts, not only did Chris finally get ahold of me, he was very understanding and apologetic for the inconvenience and misunderstanding between both of us. Rather than get upset, or disagreeable, Chris stood firmly on doing what was right and acknowledged the situation. This is what customer service is about. Not only do they have the best prices in Vegas, but the best customer service. I can assure you that I will be buying more products from CampOut and Chris in the future. Absolutely a 5 star business and I highly recommend them.

They have literally every part, accessory, upgrade or replacement that you could ever want for your RV. Ive never seen such a great selection. It was like walking thru the eBay RV parts section! The prices are competitive with online in most cases, certain items are a little more marked up, around 20-30% above online prices.

I cannot say enough good things pertaining to my experience with having Camp-Out setup my Jeep Cherokee and Motorhome for flat towing. I just returned from Camp-Out and wanted to post this review before forgetting to. Anthony was very patient and explained everything to me over multiple phone conversations before the appointment. Chris did the install and was very knowledge and efficient. Everyone I came into contact with at Camp-Out was amazing. Anthony was simply fantastic. He anticipated every question I had and was spot on. His price for the entire job was fair and reasonable especially considering they had to customize a wiring harness and few with things. Camp-Out earned their money as it was not an easy install. Best of all was all the pointers Anthony provided on how to flat tow and set the rig up. He even went on a test drive with me to ensure I was comfortable with the setup. I would not hesitate to go back to Camp-Out in the future.

These guys are awesome, and I love that it is a family business. Great service, great people - they are honest and fair, and I just can't say enough about how rare that is these days - they CARE about their customers! Had a 5th wheel hitch installed yesterday along with a trailer brake control, and couldn't believe how easy it was. Great selection of supplies, and prices lower than you typically find at a family business - they CAN compete with the big guys. They are busy, which some people might not like being patient, but I would prefer anyday to wait in a family business and be treated fairly, rather than just be a nameless face at the big guys. They have my vote!!

Anthony at Camp Out is the best! Period. End of Sentence. I went into the store trying to buy a hitch to go on the back of my 1980 VW Vanagon. I had already purchased a rear cargo carrier that would go into the hitch. . After looking at the bumper he said, "this will be a very difficult job, in fact, I wouldn't even attempt it because of the hours involved" Other places would have done the job a charged me through the camper roof! Anthony then problem solved my wish to store additional luggage by suggesting I buy a large canvass bag that I could tie down to the Roof of my Vanagon. Great customer service and integrity. You don't see that very often.

WoW, so I drove from the East Cost to Vegas and my running lights went out on my teardrop camper. Camp Out came recommend by the Desert Eagle RV Park on the Airforce Base. The Owner and his wife were absolutely amazing and friendly. It was a quick job.( 5min ) No charge !!

I took my brand new ram 1500 crew cab to get a camper shell with matching paint and a rear storage carpet kit with seats and a bed. The kit featured a drop down window divider with a sliding window installed to match the rear window of my pick up, and multi-function running lights in the ceiling. Chris, his son Chris and his brother Anthony provided top notch high quality services and it only took a few hours. When I showed it to my family they were thrilled and cannot wait to start using it.
