Having lived in Louisville before and knowing this area, it's not the best of neighborhoods, but we felt safe enough. There was only one other camper there when we were there. Dante is there on site and is very kind and accommodating. There is Electric hookup right next to your camper, the dump station is around back and you will be guided to it. It's 20 bucks to dump. Simple place to stay. No fancy amenities. But it did the job. We would go back. We ended up riding scooters back and forth because we have a mobile home that we were using to stay in while we were vendors at the art festival at St James Court.

Great place to stay for the Derby. Awesome team runs the campground. Lots of security, police regularly drive through the grounds. Walking distance to Churchill Downs.

He traveled light years to visit Derby park flea market to pick up E.T on Atari 2600 flea market open, Friday Saturday Sunday inside & outside deal's best in town right on 7th street. Close to Churchill Downs Louisville Kentucky

Nice place to take you out for Derby park RV campus if you have RV you need to go there real quiet I wish I only because me and my family will go up in there and stay there try something different for the if I didn't have one I will ever be the first place I go to so all people who got rv go take it out it's nice place to go to

Lots of Vendors with a surplus of different items. Many things that are brand new,still in packages. Reasonable prices. Plus a variety of food to eat with 2 different cafes inside.

Friendly staff and fairly level lot. Stayed for a few days with no issue. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom facility could be kept cleaner.
