Local park biking distance from Deretchin in Village of Sterling Ridge. if you are able to ride your bike or walk here, it is better because parking places are not at all abundant. There is a really cool skateboarding park, basketball goals, covered pavilion, playground area with separate toddler, equipment, tennis, courts, and a disc golf area. Not a huge park but lots of fun

Outstanding park and disc golf course! It's one of the few in the area to feature serious hills. It's a 9-hole, but it's more challenging than most park-style courses. Enjoyable for beginners and advanced players alike.

Loved this park. Kids playground has swings, big slide, big kid structure and little kid structure. Covered pavilion with tables right next to playground. Disc golf course. Soccer field, basketball court, and tennis courts. Has restrooms. There are hills! There is also a skate park.

Super nice playground equipment, and we saw people having fun with the disk golf course. It was hard to walk around, though, because all the sidewalks were dead ends/around the parking lot.

Its nice and small, good for coming during the week for some quiet time. Pavilion is good size for about 30 people (seating space). Loved that it has a soccer field and playground so close to the pavilion. The only downside of this park is the restrooms. Its only 1 per gender and they are pretty worn out. Other than that it's a real nice park.

This park is a hidden gem!! Absolutely love it. So much green space for the kids to run and an amazing play area. There is a bathroom which is a HUGE must have for me. Beautiful spot for a party or just to get out of the house.

Cute inset solar light panels line your path and guide you on your way into the park, with a soft green glow illuminating the winding paved walkway up a slight incline. Grassy green hills provide the perfect setting for a daytime picnic and the easternmost half of the hill is virtually light free which makes a nice area of seclusion for stargazing at night. In the valley you can’t help but notice the park’s central focal point, a beautiful brick and mortar pavilion. Make your way out to the parking lot to find an offset fenced in area complete with a skate park and basketball courts filled with children and teens taking advantage of the amenities under well lit flood lamps. Ample parking is a sigh of relief providing safe haven from the busy high traffic road that this park is situated on.

It’s a nice size park with a small pavilion, restrooms, soccer field, disc golf course, skate park, basketball court, and tennis courts. Urban planners way undershot the number of parking spaces needed so you may have to park on the street.

If you like to play disc golf, this course is a must play! Concrete tees and lots of hills make this course lots of fun. This is also a great park with a basketball court, a small skateboard area, a soccer field, a tennis court, and a great outdoor event space.

My current favorite park in the Woodlands. The have a basketball court, tennis courts, a skate park, frisbee golf, picnic areas, a playground for kids, and beautiful rolling hills. It's the perfect blend of nature and outdoor activities.

New disc golf 9 hole course up and down large hills makes this a unique place to play in Houston where everything is so flat. There's a dog park and kids playground as well and the bathrooms are clean for park bathrooms.

Awesome for a day out with the family. They have a couple of soccer goals but the ground wasn't in the best shape to play on. Have a disc golf 9 hole course which is extremely challenging and fun to play. Basketball, skatepark, tennis courts, and a park for the kiddos. They also have a covered area which is great for a little picnic.

Fun 9 hole disc golf course with no water holes! You will want hiking boots because of the steep terrain. The first tee is tricky to find, but once playing there are tee signs at each hole to help you plan your throws. My first time here was a beautiful day with lots people enjoying the sun. Flying kites, picnicking, etc. the only problem was the vast open areas are the fairways. The park could use some signs warning visitors. A great park to play other sports as well.

My son loves this park. It's great for all ages. They even have a skate park and frisbee golf. It's a bit crowded some days but my 6 yr loves making new friends. Highly recommend.

Very nice skatepark since they updated it a few years back. Sick disc golf course with almost every obstacle at play (excluding water hazard). Great park all around very well kept. Could use an update on tee pads for didc golf course

Moderately challenging disc golf course, there are really big hills that make some of the shots super interesting. Well maintained trails, but there is a lot of foot traffic from families walking around the park so you need to make sure your lane is clear before you throw.

Large park with a very nice kids playground. A great place to go for a walk or play on the hills. There's also a disc golf course here that plays through the woods and on the hills. There is a large covered patio with picnic tables.

Well I’m mad I’ve lived down the road from this beautiful park for 3 years and just found it! It’s a fun place for my son & I to come to. He likes to play at the playground while I walk around & get my steps in. I love all of the hills & frisbee golf course. It’s a beautiful gem of a place!

Great little 9 hole disc golf course. The park is centered around a hill, so it has great elevation changes that you can't usually find on local courses. Its also great if you don't have much time, and want to get out to throw! Check it out!

Nice little park for kiddos, tucked away in a neighborhood. Has a fun playground that has great equipment for both older and smaller kiddos. My daughter (3) LOVED the long slide that is situated into/onto a hill...where you can either climb up the hillside to get to the entrance, or you can climb up the large rocks to get to the entrance (her favorite route, of course). There is a small skate park, a nice, open pavilion and 2 tennis courts. The frisbee disc course looked nice (I don't play, so I can't say yay or nay to the design). The dog park is not really a park, more like a dog quick let out area. I have a very active dog who LOVES to chase the ChuckIt balls...and they easily bounced out of the area a couple of times. There is a raised area with a cement table and bench and there is a hose that you can use to fill your own water bowls. There are clean up bags and a trash can...so if you have a smaller or less active dog, this could be a nice quick stop to sniff around...but I wouldn't really call it a "dog park." Decent amount of parking and a one person, nice bathroom stall/room (female...don't know about the male stall), that has a locking door. Easily could wheel a stroller into it and it actually has a plastic (commercial grade) baby changing table attached to the wall. Overall, I don't live in The Woodlands, but I would visit the park again if I happened to be in the area.

Took the pups to the dog park around 8PM. We had the dog area to ourselves. With two 100 lbs dogs, that may have been a good thing. The park is small, with no grass, but it does have beautiful shade trees. It is wooded around the park, and the signage is limited, so first timers should check the map at the bathrooms. The grounds crew left construction mess behind from working in the area, but it was nice to see upkeep being done. Bring big spray! After 20 minutes the mosquitoes ran us off.

Terramont park is one of my family's favorites. There is a skate board/scooter area, basketball goals, a soccer field, disc golf, a playground, and it's a great area to just walk around. We really enjoy our time here.

Nice layout. Decent parking. Clean. Has a couple of spots on the small hill that lack grass, but the only thing to watch for are ant mounds in the dirt.

It is a very nicely kept and clean park. We had a baby shower for a friend/coworker there today and there was a playground for the children too. It was a wonderful place to have an outdoor party.

The 9 hole course isnt bad, except for the tee off greens. Its a great course to play due to the hilly terrain. My calf muscles are murdered after playing here, and given its mostly on a hill its great during rainy season.

Nice park, the Frisbee Coarse was nice, good excercise, lots of up and downhill holes. Our only complaint is the inconsiderate people that don't clean up their dogs poop, there was quite a bit throughout the park.

Solid 9-hole disc golf course. Not as long as the 18-hole course at Stonebridge, but provides good shot variety as all the holes play around the hill in the middle. There is also an outdoor basketball court, small skatepark, moderately sized playground, Pavillion, and field for playing soccer or throwing a football. Overall nice little park, and well maintained.

I was looking yet again for a place to throw a disc for my dog. I found the dog area but it was almost too small (luckily I don't throw far). There were trees in the yard which can be dangerous for a fast-moving dog. There was no grass, just dirt and after a few throws, my dog, the disc and I were filthy. I didn't find the disc field, but not sure we could use it.

Hills! In Houston! (technically, The Woodlands). Has a disc golf course, space for soccer, basketball, and more. Go here on occasion with the family and with our youth groups. There's also geocaching if you're into that.
