Hada nice time in Mother nature this park has views for days, nice beaches and friendly staff. I got stuck in the sand and was helped out right before they even opened. Staff went out of her way to build my daughter and I a camp fire for her first camping experience. You know who you are. Thank you ! Sincerely and best wishes, Camper I and II

This was a pretty dope low key spot to visit. I must say that it was a mini beach - sand, water, jet skis, boats, etc. and I loved it!! We had a blast out here!.

Water lantern festival! It was very unique experience and I have never done floating lanterns in my life so I was happy that I was able to make wishes and let that float on the water seeing them floating away! Twas a nice view this! I recommend that you do it at least once in your life! :) Twas a nice and fun time with my friends as well so nice for going out with your buddies as well! Have a fun time and cheers!

Fun for all ages at movie in the park. We got a fire pit for $20 and cooked s'mores, but we recommend bringing a little extra fire wood. They had a lot of stuff for sale for pretty cheap: $4 beers, a food truck, cotton candy, glow stuff for kids. The staff there did a great job of making everything run smoothly. Parking is a bit expensive at $10, and we saw a few cars get stuck in the mud.

Serenity all the way around. Great staff that treat you like family. Great place to swim, have a party, fish, and camp out. The only problem I had was no hot showers. I would recommend anyone to go there and have fun. They also rent jet skis and accommodate large groups. The price is very reasonable and you'll have a blast.

A beautiful swimming beach perfect for the family. A family friendly atmosphere that I recommend during the week if you have children. On the weekends it gets quite packed and with byob and a dj the place gets crowded quick with it's low entry fee. The only rules are No glass and No Pets. I highly recommend you stop by.

It was a decent riverside park. Nice sandy beach. Unfortunately there was some trash on the beach and we saw a diaper floating in the swimming area. The jet skis can get a little close sometimes so watch out for them. $10 per adult. Bring snacks and drinks. They have taco trucks but you will need cash. I'm glad I found this place

It was my kids and I first I'm going a lot of space filled with people the grass needed to be cut but I understand and this time they was just opening up I wish for more shade area near the water for fishing but it was great we had fun

Now I haven't been to Magnolia Gardens since I was a teenager in the late '70's and I'm 60 now, but I sure have a lot of great memories and great times there with my best friend. It's where I learned to water ski and I don't know about now, but back then we use to swim across the lake to the rope on the other side and jump off into the water. It was a lot of fun. I can only hope it's at least half as good as it was back in the day.

Great place! camping was fun . They need some help with portapotty clean out scheduling. It will help keep their main facilities flowing smooth. Other than that the grounds are nice. Deffinatly recommend.

Nice family spot, gatta have your own grill, there was few tables but they were good... The only bad thing is the entrance free... 8/person, 4/ child and 20 to ride dirt vehicles... But i like it

It's definitely the spot to Q it up, jump in the lake and jam so tunes. People dancing,families smiling, jet skis and float rides available! We don't have to drive all the way to Galveston if we to sit on the sand and be by the water. If we could all pick up our trash that would be Awesome!!!!! Amigos we need to take care of the water and land not throw our trash, there are plenty of trash bins,we took our own bag and pick up after ourselves.😎✌

We love this place! We have been hosting cocktail classes here. Palace Party will also be hosting the bar on Sunday's near the RVs soon! Come grab a pre-batched cocktail as you relax on the river.

Depending on what entrance you use you pay different prices, but this place is awesome!! Was really full the Sunday we went, lots of Latin families. Will definitely make it back here. Our jetski broke in the middle of the river and 3 people offered help!! Friendly souther manners!

Been coming here since I was little. The river is rocky and you may cut yourself with large rocks or glass inside the water. $7 adults and $3 kids. Stay until 7, because that's when there's always entertainment. You can watch the line of drunk people exiting the park and something always happens. There's always a trio of transvestites waiting to be picked up by the line as well.

I've been coming here since childhood that's over 15 years. There are picnic tables, boat ramp, showers and restrooms. I believe there is live music on Sunday's. It's a pretty busy lake. Defenetely worth swimming here. You can bring your grill for a cookout.

Overcrowded for sure. Water isn't the clearest. Trash everywhere nowhere to place our stuff now. It took so long to get here when we wwere a couple miles away because traffic to get in was so bad. Good music lots of people dancing and swimming. Good people probably wouldve liked thos as a teenager but now with a child and family of my own definitely not for us. With the crowding drinking and smoking and trash everywhere not for my family.

Crowded like crazy. We found a lost child. Parents weren't even looking for her. Took her to pavilion so they could call for a mother missing a child and apparently there was mpre than 5 lost children. Such a shame parents would rather get drunk and let their kids run around unsupervised. Jetskis passing by racing eachother right next to people swimming. No concern for others.

A very nice and cool place, with a family atmosphere. You can take your food and drinks (not glass) and have a dance on the river bank. I have always liked it here, because it is very close to home.

It is very wide, the river is very calm and you can do water sports. It is perfect to be with the family, the children enjoy and have a lot of fun. The only bad thing is that there is no supervision of alcoholic beverages and some people are armed and it can become dangerous. Other than that, the place is beautiful.

You pay $8 to enter, it parks where you like, you can bring food and drinks, but not glass containers, perfect for children, but ....... there are no lifeguards, so be very attentive to children. In the end it's a river

It is my children's favorite place, they are very organized and clean. Excellent for the whole family. They should only warn people who have jet skis not to drive so close to people because they could hurt someone.

It seemed heavenly to me. A wide and long river to navigate with your motorbikes, boats and speedboats. There is a place where they rent such amusement equipment. There are trees in abundance where you take refuge from the elements and places to camp. As well as rental of cabins and apartments.

I think that these places should be free and accessible to everyone because they are the things that nature offers us. However, we take care of putting a price on them. everything and this is no exception. Although the price is affordable, it should still be free
