I resided in Southern oaks for about 8 years and it was a nice quiet place to live.. We had a little problems with the management for a while but then i Management changed Over to a lady named Donna who we thoroughly enjoyed working with. We ended up purchasing 2 homes and decided to leave the RV life alone for a while! The Wi-Fi could have been a little bit better

I find the entire staff here to be very professional. I am a disabled army veteran. Donna Baker, Katie and Whiskers have always been very kind and caring and helpful.

The place is very clean and the workers there are the most wonderful people I’ve ever met !! Great southern hospitality and very beautiful! The park manager is wonderful and she really makes the place brighter !!

Great place to live. Exceptional management, Donna is always willing to help when needed.Very professional and friendly. Whiskers the maintenance man is very hard working and does a great job keeping the park in tip top shape. I definitely recommend Southern Oaks to call home.

I've lived here almost 7 years now. It's close to everything you need as far as restaurants, grocery stores and medical care. My only complaint I've ever had is the traffic OUTSIDE of the park on Three Rivers gets congested during rush hours but what big city doesnt have that issue, right? Mrs. Donna is amazing in more ways than one. She really goes above and beyond.

Donna a wonderful helpful manager as many times as I have lost my passcode she always glad to help me get it figured out she doesn't have any bad mojo she even trys hardest to see that everyone get fair and please care from staff good management is not easy to get all time she make living here cozy quit n peaceful no thief's s and no problems from uncontrollably youths makes life in the park city in comfortable living in peace having not to worry will u be stole from are lose ur things good job Mrs Donna keep up the great work

It’s a awesome place to stay but I really think the laundry room shouldn’t be locked at 7 maybe 10 or 11 but here I am with dirty bed set shouldn’t have to to go to town to wash laundry when that service is part of renting a lot. Oh and MRS.DONNA IS AMAZING JUST SAYING! She is the only one I like that even works here lol

This is a great community rv / mobile home park. Staff are excellent people with great customer service and helpful . They make you feel welcomed and at home. Restrooms and showers remodeled and great, laundry room exceptional. Overall is excellent place to stop overnight or to stay and call it home. This is a every race friendly place and very affordable. THIS IS HOME AND HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!

I must say is very clean and it's pretty quiet it's not congested the the trailers have room between them with with privacy and not being cramped together

My parents-in-law live here - the main issue is the road leading to their trailer is falling apart and you have to drive extra slow around the potholes. They've been living here longer than the 10+ years I've known them. They put a lot of work into the inside, however, which they've made homey and comfortable.

Close to highway but quiet. Sites vary from gravel to paved. Park needs TLC. Prices reasonable. We only overnight here.

Have to say we stayed in a good number of RV parks over the years , and we have under our belts many to compare to , now at Southern Oaks , you have some great folks that go above and beyond to make your stay the very best , Mr. John and his staff are a good cut above the rest , and we enjoyed our stay . All the folks we met there we good people and they too seemed to be enjoying themselves also , short term or longer we know you will too , Ed Little Sr .

I currently live here at the park, the park manager Donna is such a sweet and helpful person she goes out of her way to take care of any issues the park tenants may have. The the office manager Kaitlyn is sweet and so helpful. The park maintenance personnel help take care of the park and do an outstanding job. Overall the park staff here provide excellent service and take pride in making sure the tenants and possible tenants are taken care of.
