Reviews of Parker's Landing
Decent place and reasonable pricing, lot pricing included water and electric with exception of extra use of water, must pay extra to have guests at pool and the laundry cost is in my opinion too much. laundromat pricing actually is cheaper. No play area for kids. Boat launch around the corner. Wifi is not reliable.
We stayed here for a week when we didn't get service etc from another nearby RV park. The staff are the nicest people. Nice little store, propane available, clean washrooms, laundry room, beautiful shade trees, concrete pads are in need of repair but that's about it. Would definitely stay again.
Good campground. We're were on the way to orange beach. Worked for us.
No dog fenced in area to play.
Ducked into this cute and quiet little park to escape the hurricane in Florida. The manager was nothing but gracious. Having park hopped for a couple of years this park is on the top of our list. Beautiful shade trees and awesome water pressure was a huge bonus too. Definitely recommend and will be back!
Love this place, might just stay for a good long while !! Kathy in the office is awesome and always there. Update : 6 months later and still completely satisfied with this establishment.
This our home away from our Texas home! It's very professionally run with the best friendly staff! They have a store and great laundry, showers, etc. It's not your "super snoozy" type RV resort, but it's well shaded, access to the river and bay and is very comfortable, and a well priced vacation friendly, clean park! We highly recommend Parker's Landing for the Biloxi/Gulfport area!
Enjoy the Journey!
I love fishing and I was told about this place so I decided to to a ride out there and I loved the dock as well as the peaceful scenery. I'll be back that way most definitely.
VERY AWESOME place! My husband and I stayed the weekend in the tent camping area. EVERYTHING was extremely clean! And the people there were AMAZING & very informative. If you want the 'southern hospitality' experience.... Camp here! We had a blast! Thanks y'all! We'll be back- with the kids!!!
Great price for location. Everyone is friendly. Pool is clean, also paved roads.
Great campground, close to boat launch. Very serene, quiet, really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Great people all around.
Was a nice little park not bad pricing for area but could definitely use updating camp pads are all broken up and need to be redone. Was quiet workers are friendly does not have any where for kids to play. I would stay here again.
It's not a resort, but it's just what my wife and I like! Trees, very clean, full hookups, all amenities, bathhouses, laundry, game room, and beautiful terrain for quiet camping near Gulfport/Biloxi, MS. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it for one night near I-10 or long term for Summer fun on the coast. They give Good Sams & Military discounts. Super Deal at $40/nightly!
Was a great place. Clean and safe. All the people working and staying here were so nice and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful place. Only downside was the laundry was crazy expensive. Highest prices I have ever seen. Still would return here.
What a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff. Easy on and off to I-10. Paved roads. Paved sites. Paved patio. Green grass. Green shade trees. On the water. Has a boat ramp. Pull through sites with 50 amp, electric, water, and sewer. The showers were clean, lots of pressure, but could use some better lighting. It's an older park that is well kept, and the maintenance was present and working. I highly recommend this RV park, and will definitely be staying here again. Oh, and the rates are really good!
Parker’s Landing RV Park is just off I-10 and takes about 10 minutes to be in Biloxi or 15 minutes to Gulfport. The park is nice with concrete pads and lots of shade trees. Nightly rate is very reasonable but the laundry was pricey. No enough personal space between trailers for me. Would defiantly stay here again. We didn’t use the bathhouse. They also have pool.
Rv park was very, very nice except there are no lids on sewage drains so there's raw sewage smell at empty sites as there is nothing covering hole. There is also a lot of interstate traffic noise but anywhere else in Biloxi, there would be train noise so that's not a deal breaker for us.
We moved over mid December 2020. First impression is very positive. Love the beautiful trees, and shady lots. Office staff is very informative and helpful. They have a little store, and a rec. room. Can’t wait to lay by the pool. Laundry room needs a little help.
This is a nice little park. Office people were very friendly and helpful. It has a waterfront area that is really pretty and there is a boat launch around the corner. There is a back loop separate from the rest of the park that was nice, but may be primarily for monthly campers. The sites in park are a bit close together and many of them have cement pads that are cracked and uneven, but overall, they trim and mow and take care of the park. The office is nice and looked like they had a game room. The owners did a hog roast for Memorial Day while we were there (provided delicious food!) along with a corn-hole tournament. There are about half the sites with long term renters, but there was never any drama or trouble. There is some noise from I-10, but lots of live oak trees and shade, so relatively peaceful. Everyone was friendly, but basically kept to themselves. One renter that continually let their site get trashy was asked to leave, so there was an effort to keep things tidy. We didn't use them, but there is a small pool, a laundry, and restroom/showers. We had a 43ft toyhauler (#64 is a nice pull-thru site for big rigs) and were towed to Parkers Landing after our truck broke down. The repairs kept getting extended again and again waiting on parts and other issues...and the park was wonderful about working with us to extend repeatedly! Next door to a camping world if you need anything! New Orleans was 1.5 hrs away, there were beaches and the Gulf of Mexico 15-20 minutes away, multiple casinos in the area, an outlet mall and tons of shopping (park is right between Biloxi and Gulfport), some historic places to visit, national forests, the Shuckers play baseball nearby, and the area has some wonderful food. So while we were not there for nine weeks by choice, there was plenty to do! And Parkers Landing was a nice little basecamp to stay in with friendly mgmt and campers.
RV campground Biloxi Ms Nice neat and quiet place to live. Spacious lots and shade. Clean bathrooms and laundry facility. Visitors welcome . ,Family atmosphere
Nice shady parking spots. A lot of long term residents. Inexpensive. I would give 5 stars but when it rains, the drainage is not sufficient. That is the only negative thing I have.
A great start to a very nice campground. Needs road work and a few updates. Over all, nice place and good prices. Don't appear to have limits on camper conditions required to stay. Everyone was very nice.
Great little diamond in the rough. Hidden jewel! This is the most comfortable, friendly, accomodating RV park ever! The staff are helpful and professional. The park is clean, quiet. Great for fishing , swimming and just relaxing. Pull throughs and back in 30/50 Amp sites with full hook ups available as well as tent sites with power and water. Even my teen grand daughter loved it here. Well behaved pets welcome. We love this park!
This is a nice park setting with friendly staff. Easy to get to. The cable tv is a little fuzzy on some channels. We have been staying here for the last few years and love it. The only reason I gave it a four was some spots have water standing when it rains.
We were pleasantly surprised at this very nice campground. Yes, we have stayed at some with newer structures, etc. However, this has everything it says it has.
We parked our Bounder 35K with tow dolly in a pul-thru; plenty of room. They have very clean bathroom, showers, laundry room and pool. Of course, the water was very cold, so no diving in for me.
The cement platform did need a bit of repair. However, it did not interfere with our leveling. All connections are very handy.
All the inner streets are easy to drive on and the tree branches are trimmed, not interfering with the height of your coach. We walked over to CW to get some parts we needed. This CW is fully stocked and carried just about anything you need.
We highly recommend Parker's Landing RV Park.
Blessed beyond our expectations
TORTUGA GRANDE REPORTING
Nice quiet older campground. Paved roads, cement pads, and shine sites are nicely shaded. New owners past 2 years. Would be nice to see a pet area and small play area for kids
Best RV Park on the Ms. Gulf Coast. Super friendly staff and amazing owner. Highly recommended. Spots are spacious and comfortable.
We live here. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Excellent office people. Bath house and wash rooms are kept nice and clean.
I have stayed at Parker's Landing in both a cabin and a RV. It is a quiet, friendly park where everyone is treated like welcome guests and family. It is clean, well maintained and close enough to the interstate where traveling to almost any location in the Biloxi/Gulfport area is a breeze. I would recommend it above any other RV park on the Mississippi Gulf Coast! The owners and managers are simply sweethearts, even offering fresh baked cookies and cake on a regular basis in the office.
Very very very friendly love these guys here very entertaining when events come through very cozy place feel like ur on vacation all the time
Nice boat ramp for launching midsized watercraft narrow waterways for a few hundred yards after that ur clear to run it hard very dear in most spots
I was a resident of Parker’s Landing for a few months in the summer of 2018. I enjoyed it immensely! The staff are awesome, the community here is friendly and welcoming, and there are fun things always going on!
Just returned home from 5 days at this park. The management person was a great help in finding the right spot for us. The pads are cracked from the roots of trees. the sewer connection is all the way to the back of the pad. If you stay here you may need a long sewer line. For us it meant backing the tires all the way to the back edge of the pad. This put our entry door on the grass. Some higher RVs had trouble with the over hanging limbs of the trees. For us, the location was perfect. Half way between Gulfport and Biloxi, we were able to visit friends in both cities and shop at the Outlet mall in Gulfport, and visit Keesler AFB in Biloxi. The way the park is divided by the water, makes a nice place to fish. Although the pier could use some hand rails. Some may find the I10 traffic noise a bit much, We weren't bothered by it at all. Being located across from an RV service center is a plus if you need assistance.
Beautiful camp ground people can fish
Love it, The people seem to be very friendly that say here on long time and the short terms polina be weekend and they're out by Sunday it's great
A little tired property. The people were nice and friendly, not very full at the time. No dog park.
Nice launch. Can get crowded. Parking a bit limited.

It's a very nice place! Nice pool, very nice community, and not far from other things to go out to do!
Very beautiful place and peaceful very nice acomadations .I would go back there again .The staff was very nice just like every where we have been in the south.
Easy on and off from interstate. Older campground but fairly well maintained. Just stayed one night passing through.
Nice place, nice people but the bathroom/shower needs to be cleaned. No window covering, wasp in shower and in need of attention.
Waterfront views, great rates, fun events, awesome staff, and friendly neighbors are what you can expect at this RV park.
This place is awesome. My mom lives here and they are always great.
Very nice park. Staff was very friendly, park was very clean, pet friendly, I would recommend it highly.
Nice RV park on a small river. Need some minor repairs. The freeway is close by and noisy.

First time RVers. They were great. Told them we were new, they put us in a great spot. Were always checking on us as they were making rounds. Any questions we had the were there to answer. All the guest were great. So helpful. In my opinion the grounds looked great. There are a lot of oak trees so there's alot of leaves. Read a comment about standing water. When we pulled up the was standing water. By morning it was gone. You are in south Mississippi, after it storms there is gonna be standing water.
Parker’s landing was one of our favorite stops on our long family vacation. We stopped there first and least on our way from and to Florida. We are a 42” 5th wheel, so some of the spots would have been a little tight- however the staff did a great job finding us perfect spots. The river is a beautiful view. Very kid and dog friendly!
calm courteous service
