Great Sprayground in one of DSMs oldest parks. Replaces the old wading pool and adds a place for waterpark fun on hot summer days! Opens In July.

Its a small park but they have a water park area as well obviously its too cold right now for that but it looks like it would be fun for the kids. Playground area is decent swings and slide/jungle gym area. And the basketball and tennis courts are ok. Looks like the basketball court could use a little tlc but people were still using it and having a good time

Felt like the park /basketball court from "White men can't jump" lol no for real though don't walk this area when street lights come on if you don't wanna see your shoes hanging from the telephone wires!! 🤣😂 …

My daughter's bbyshower was thrown in the shelter house- pleasant time. Worth renting!!

Finally the park's renovation protect is getting finished after what has seemed like the longest time. The new splash pad area is so much nicer than the old, simple little circle that was there in the past. Most of the playground equipment is still in place from a previous renovation a free years ago but the surface area around the playground has been improved. There are also tennis courts now with really high fences which is an added bonus to older teens and adults in the neighborhood. I don't think I've seen any tennis courts at other parks in the area. Ashby park has tennis courts but it is quite far away. The shelter area is still under construction at this time. Hopefully it will be finished soon.

I was at my dad's. He lives right across the street from this park. I have been to this park and its ok. It's being remodeled now. Hope it's done by summer.

Some areas are still under construction. It's a very nice park to visit with kids. Nice splash pad, playground and tennis courts and basketball courts. portable potty until construction is done.

Not a bad small park. Clean and some what well kept. Parking is a bit tight but you can still make it happen. Everything the kids wanted to do was right there. Small playground and a few other things made it a good place to run around for a bit amd burn off energy.
