Reviews of Confluence Park
Moon Jung Lee
Just had a photo shoot here and it was one of the best parks I have been to in a while! Super clean, lots of trees and grass areas! The people there are not as friendly, but if you look at the park, it’s definitely worthwhile to go and sit by the creek or read a book on the hills!
*lots of dogs on a walk
*easy to walk around (ADA friendly)
*lots of benches
Stephanie Alegado
This wasn’t a planned stop but my family and I found it when googling things to do nearby. We walked through and loved taking in the sights. I even stopped to dip my toes in the water to cool off. This is a great park I would definitely spend more time in it if I was a local. A great find on a day of exploring.
Maggie Thompson
Wasn't planning to stop here and I just stumbled upon this hidden gem! Nice area with places to sit and enjoy the view of the water. The cascades are gorgeous and the walkways are clear with beautiful murals as well. If I had more time in Denver, I'd spend a whole day here!
David Trick
Good park for bicycling, walking, and pets. There are a ton of paths and many places to get down to the river. I wouldn't recommend it as much for chilling with the family as there are so many people moving through on one form of transportation or another. That being said there are places off the paths to rest in the shade (if they aren't already taken).
Reid (武思昀)
This is one of my favorite places in Denver. The views of the river and buildings is great, and there are tons of places to go and things to do nearby. I ride my bike here all the time and its always an enjoyable experience. There are several trails you can use for walking/running/biking, and they are all well kept and managed. I recommend visiting this place if you are in the area!
Trazana Larkins
We were looking for a place to just hang out and chill and this park provided that for us. The river was very nice and calming and the kids playing in the water made it a fun thing to watch. I imagined if my kids grew up here we would also partake in river activities. If i ever visit Colorado again I would definitely come back here and chill for a little while.
Huong Dang
This park is a gem for urbanites. On one side, you can see the Empower stadium amidst the mountain ranges. On the other side lives the buildings that make up downtown Denver. During the day, you’ll see plenty of walkers, joggers, and bikers perusing the park. This park is also a key connection point to important trails such as Cherry Creek and South Platte River trails.
Nathan Wadman
This is a really nice part of town. Went for a walk this morning. On the riverfront, nice trails, clean. People enjoying themselves, and dogs having a blast.
Carlos otos
Beautiful park to come enjoy the nice weather. Lots to do and see in the surrounding areas as well. Here are a few drone shot photos from my visit there.
Tami S.
This is so beautiful! It needs to be a must-see for visitors. It's located at the confluence of Cherry Creek and the South Platte River which is where the first settlement was located. There are several walkways and places to sit with wonderful views and places to go right to the river. It's a very historic area.
FREE GAME HAZE (SUPPORT THE REAL)
Nice park to walk with the family. I enjoyed looking at the animals 👈🏾💯The water was great to listen to and watch as we walked. …
Rowdy Spoerl
My favorite spot in Denver. Came here every day of my trip. Grab a boba tea and chill, put your trunks on and hop in the water, or rent a scooter and motor down the bike path. Gorgeous.
Irene Lopez
Such a beautiful place to enjoy the day. Our family and fur son loved it. There was a hot dog vendor❤
Tom Noble
A beautiful urban park, where two clear, swiftly running rivers join. Miles of walking paths along both rivers. Close to Union Station, restaurants, and the coolest REI store.! A great place to walk, people watch, or relax to the sounds of cascading water.
Tyreece Roberts
There was so much to do here… and we didn't even see everything. Great place for the kids to play in the water and just have a good time. We also did the train ride, which was neat as well. That was the only thing we paid for, which was $5 for adults and$2 for children. Overall it was a pretty cheap family fun day
Yü Wu
Situated in the very heart of the city where the Cherry Creek joins the South Platt River, this little park is an ideal place to start an exploration of the city. While it's close to Union Station and Downtown Denver, it's usually fairly quiet. You can take any of the long river trails to run or cycle for miles (10+ if you wish); or spend a few hours in the LoHi area, where shopping and dining options are abundant.
C. Angulo
I love this park. It’s in great spot. Lots of restaurants scenic is wonderful I will definitely order back
Ellie Pinnock
This park is awesome and connects to Commons park which is also amazing. The waterfalls are beautiful and the grass is soo green! Park benches galore! There are several places you can even dip your toes in the water, as well as let your dogs swim. Beautiful graffiti as well
Benjamin Boyd
This place is absolutely gorgeous. It was my first time on the trail only been in Denver a few months and I've been looking forward to it my expectations were exceeded. Nice for family and by yourself alone time I went for a bike ride myself very enjoyable nice weather beautiful scenery quiet clean
Josh Alt
One of the most active well planned park I have ever visited. The park was nice clean and people just navigate easily. Kids were playing all over , water activities was a hit. I like the different connection channels to the park. The real estate development were up to scale and so fitting to the place.
My only reservation was seeing people openly smoking marijuana and other stuff. Personally that was a turn off. But overall confluence park is one of the most exciting places in Denver and it is a must see for anyone who is interested in park and open space creation and development.
Kate Jones
This magnificent park includes walkways, bridges, trails and rapids. Easily enjoyed by foot or bike, solo or with dogs and/or your loved ones. The sound of the South Platte is most soothing and the people watching is second only to an airport. The graffiti alone is worth a walk. There are plenty of shady spots and nearby parking is good. I enjoy the mix of local flavors that gather here continually, much like the waters do.
Brianna Mae
I give it 3 stars because it’s not all that. It’s more of a hang out spot more then a scenic area.
DisforDiogenes
A good area for getting in a walk and checking out some Mile High scenery and history.
Mack Grimes
This is the place to cool off and survive hot summer days. Not easy to park nearby (it's downtown Denver) but shallow water for kids to wade in and the little kayak park is super fun!
Renee M.
Pretty interesting spot. Space for everyone, walkers, bikers, families. Be careful getting to close to the water there was a small amount of trash floating in water. Current was strong. Lots of artwork to see. Good vibes.
Danny Kabeya
I always see Confluence Park while driving through Denver downtown but this one time I actually decided to walk there and it was worth it. The Confluence river is actually safe for swimming and fun, they even have a Starbucks right in the corner in case you want to stop by for a coffee.
Sky Broome
This park has plenty of running, walking and biking trails, and it's a nice place to come and relax by the river. I had to come and see it, and I was appreciative of the fact that this small waterway is a humble beginning that slowly crosses the country and becomes part of the Mississippi.
Cortney Palm
Really well maintained space. Dogs are allowed off-leash it seems. So far nothing but friendly dogs. Nice walk down to the river. Please do pick up your dog poop or trash if you see it. this Earth is everyone's home and we all must do our best to pitch in and keep it clean. The Earth provides us with so much the best we can do is give back.
The Great Aerron
Such a chill place to hangout and not drink a beer ;D I imagine the water is kinda iffy, but it's nice to dip your feet in and bring the family and pets. Starbucks is right at REI within 1-2 minutes walking. Cool art around, they do shows here on weekends, and I've even see fire spinners hang out. Just a great retreat from Downtown while still being Downtown.
Kevin Koch
Super cool spot to walk around or take a dip in the water. People taking a tube down the little rapids looked like a blast. We just stumbled upon this spot but would definitely return for some fun in the water on a nice day!
David Loper
Nice park, great place to walk around near the river and great place to walk your dog.
Anthony Winebarger
We came from St.Louis just to ride scooters thru the city&we were not a bit let down! Wow it is beautiful&peaceful right in the heart of downtown! Even seen kayaking!
Paul Galloway
A decent park, strange to see two rivers in Colorado. More could be done with the river but it's not bad. Great biking trails.
Maddy Lomnicki
What a great way to show off a city's rivers while allowing for people to use them. I wished I had known about this place earlier because I would have purchased some tubes and taken my family to float down. I did put my feet in the cool water on a very warm day, and it was good way to cool off while exploring downtown Denver.
Andrea Arias
Absolutely awesome park. Come here all the time and it’s always beautiful and full of life. One of the highlights of Denver for sure.
Emma Choi
I sat here for an hour, feeling the breeze and enjoying the sound of the creek. It’s a cool down place to lay back and relax during hot summer days
Kettering
A beautiful place where the convergence of South Platte River and Cherry Creek create a place where the masses gather to enjoy the union of Fresh Mountain water and street level stormwater.
It is also the junction where the Cherry Creek Trail and South Platte River Trail meet, making it a great starting point for your next bike ride, walk, run, or enthusiastic skipping!
Cameron Palan
It's a cool park right by the city. People watching here is fun. I'm usually just stopped here in the middle of a bike ride on all the connecting trails. You've got REI and Starbucks right nearby and people play in the water with their dogs. Nice and relaxing.
Joanna Anderson
Great free place to take your kids... Platte rive runs thru this park and is fun to swim in also shallow beaches for little ones... and for the more adventurous people out there, a little white water rafting to cool off is just the thing....!
Fredo G
I walk my dog here about every morning very nice refreshing walk paths always open and never over crowed all in all great morning park rec spot. Carpe diem!
Daniel Roberts
I'd like to walk that whole park and sometimes ride my bike both are cool both are enjoyable it's a good place to watch the sunset

When you have friends in town and they want to see Denver, take them here. Enough locals to feel like you’re getting the vibe of the city, and non-stop photo ops for your friends to take a pause and pose.
Walk an easy 15-min loop on the riverbank taking the three pedestrian bridges that cross the river (you can’t miss them). Easiest to park at REI for 2-hour free parking. Hang out at starbucks for coffee and snacks. Plenty of open-air seating and people watching to relax and kill time.
Daniel Garcia
This is a great space in Denver to relax and listen to two rivers converging. It's clean and quiet. If you go at night there isn't much lighting but it still has a safe feeling to it.
Ken Holloway
Great river front space to relax.
Danyel Alexander
Such A Beautiful Place. Love The Sound Of The Rushing Water. Enjoyed My Time There
Uda Man69
I like CP.
Pleasant place to peep watch, grab a Starbucks, visit the REI Colorado flagship store or to take a little rest after cycling the Cherry Creek and S Platte trails.
Keep an eye on your bikes! Friend had 2 locked bikes stolen off his parked car rack in the parking lot. Bum population is also getting out of control.
Trevor Bergman
We really enjoyed taking in the sights in and around the park. I can only imagine what it would be like during prime growing season.
Antulio Villasana
I got a amazing day off hanging here seeing all the nature and powerful of the water, surrounding with people exercising and walking their Dogs...
Leesa
Nice park along the water. Several spots to sit and relax, grab a coffee and enjoy the rapids.
Mario Barrera
Very very awesome place to walk and enjoy with family, riding bike or just jogging!
Jasmin
Pretty area right downtown for some nature time . 11.2 miles of trail alongside the river. One side is for pedestrians and other is for biking and roller blading . All paved . Pretty, clean creek and dog friendly ! Walk alongside the city skyline!
Phillip Blok
Super fun place to board or bike ride to. Swimming and pet friendly outdoor fun.
Cynthia Wabo
Soaking in the beauty of nature is one of my favorite passion. This park has it all ...greatly recommended for families, couples, kids etc
Grant Dieckmann
Absolutely love this park. It's kept clean and has great views of both the mountains and Denver. So cool!
Greg Steffens
...other than the homeless folk living under the bridges and smoking bongs in front of chidren, it's a beautiful place.
Mark B
Lots of great people watching at CP. It was the turnaround point for the bike ride along the Cherry Creek. See Spoke-32 on Facebook for additional photos of the ride.
Chrissy Robinson
It's a nice clean park I love to watch the birds and water there randomly there's people with instruments too.
A D
Great walk bike rollerball park along the river all the way down to Mile High Stadium. Path a bit congested at times. Starbucks on the pathway at REI makes it easy to caffeinate while recreating
Christopher Chesnut
Beautiful, new, lots of people. It's a great place to spend the morning or afternoon with family friends or a date.
Colin Hagarty
Very nice park, lots of open space, soothing water, and great views of the city and mountains.
Bliss Barela
Such a beautiful park. Parking sucks.
Hanlu Doyle
I love this place. Reminds me of Chicago with all of the river walks. Looks great from both the bridge above and terraced steps below. Sunsets and nights are spectacular here.
D Schrader
Both Platte River and Cherry Creek trail are well maintained, but not well marked, at least from the direction I came (Little Raven). The brown wooden pedestrian bridge spans Cherry Creek, the other wider bridge pointed to the REI and Starbucks spans the Platte. To walk to Mile High, follow the Platte. There is also a trolley that goes along the Platte, but I was there before it started it's summer runs.
Kelly Turner
Nice place to spend an afternoon.
Adam Bennett
Night life at the park. Whether it's dipping your feet in the river on a hot day or taking in the night life in the surrounding areas, always a great Central location for LoDo & LoHi Denver activities.
Alma Scott
Even in the winter months it never ceases to amaze me. The sound of the water drowns the fast traffic right above. Plenty of people here biking, skating, runners and even a few practicing their rafting skills. A great place to visit anytime.
Rocio
Quite and nice place to walk around
Peter Huibers
Nice park, could use some cleaning up, but overall a great place for a city like Denver
Jeff Sutton
Beautiful area and spot to eat some lunch. Finding parking is a little difficult.
Keri Budinger
Coleslaw had a great time at this park. He made friends and we enjoyed hanging out on a blanket all afternoon. Also, we love how close it is to Three Dog Bakery.
Arch. Carlos Jácome
For a nice walk. Good parking
DatsNisha
It's a really nice space for the summer. I definitely recommend going. You can do kayaking, tubing, and rafting. If you are not feeling those you can just sit there and watch the water. Or do something else.
Slim Jaron
Most definitely a peaceful park ! Alot of traffic 🚦 but you can't complain 😎😁
Lynn C
Great place to hang out with family & pets. Parking can be hard to find & of course there is always a few rude people.
David Daugherty
This park is what I think of when someone mentions “Denver.” The seamless integration of natural and urban paradise left me speechless. Coming from a very proud Dallasite, I hardcore respect Denver’s urban park culture.
Katy Cunningham
I come here to contemplate and meditate. The rushing water is serene yet full of inspiration.
Elizabeth Liz Cioffi
Such a great outdoor space. Nice to take a long walk.
Team WARPT
Crossroads of Denver. This is place where Cherry Creek and the South Platte River meet. Very cool spot to just hang out in Denver. GREAT spot to watch the fireworks from Elitch Gardens and "Mile High". There is a kayaking and tubing spot built here for year-round recreation!
Trish Sanchez
A beautiful park where u can walk, ride bikes, or roller skate. There was also people cooling off in the river with an awesome view of the downtown Denver buildings.
Duncan Davies
Great dog friendly park, especially on a hot day where the doggos can go for a swim too cool off
Kal Vorpahl
Fun little paths to follow and lots of places to sit and relax. There were people playing in the water, but it looked too dirty to me.
Margarete Chubbuck
Great walk/run by the river. Loved that REI is right off of the path and easily accessible.
amaya
such a beautiful park to just sit at, walk around, swim, etc. i could and did spend hours out there
Paul Thanataweenont
This is a really good experience with my dog. Her time in town is so much fun here.

It s a family park. People were swimming in those waters. It s clean and safe

Nice bit of nature in the middle of the city. Tons of people running, biking, hanging out. It's not quiet but still a great place to chill and enjoy the views/people watch.
Gregory Wolff
Beautiful green space in the heart of Denver. My wife and I had a great time walking around and riding the Denver BCycles on the South River Platt Trail. Local cyclist are very friendly and courteous. Make sure to return the favor!

I would describe this park as clean, friendly, and pleasant! It’s the perfect spot for a picnic and the environment is awesome!

Joe Petroni
Really beautiful. Great for riding on a longboard or bike. If you are a Denver student come here to relax I'm telling ya
Archie
it's pretty place with a nice bridge view but there is not a lot of place to sit in on the downtown side of the bridge to see the waterfall
Dr Raymond Heipp
An oasis in an urban setting! Great for walking, running, cycling, or just sitting. Lots of dogs too, so pet friendly.
Martin Hansmann
Wonderful park. I here it is going to be demolished in the next few years for some reason to do with new housing going up where Six flags currently resides. So if that comes to fruition, you want to enjoy Confluence while you can. I find right around sunset is a perfect time to visit park. Park is usually deserted around then and the sunsets and water are a nice thing to take in at the end of the day. REI is literally 5 feet away. The aquarium and children's museum is also a short 5 minute walk away. If you take in those with your kids I found Confluence park was a great place to end the day at. Or maybe take in Children's museum got to Confluence for a picnic lunch then finish up at the Aquarium. Not a lot of close(within walking distance) places to grab food. You can at Children's museum and Aquarium but that will cost you a good amount more money compared to the picnic option.
Chris Dunlop
Had so much fun splashing around in the water and enjoying the park. It was an amazing Denver day with bright blue skies and a nice little breeze. The park was busy with many families having fun and we were right there with them. Totally jealous of this spot and I wish I had one in my hometown!
Blaine Liming
Great place to relax and take in some great views of downtown Denver!
Alfred Rodriguez
Cought a 27" carp on the last Father's day
And a great place to cool down.
Bimal Regmi
Nice and friendly park. You will love to spend some time to be here.
Matt Rojas
One of my favorite parks in town! Perfect spot where Cherry Creek meets the Platt River.
You have miles of trails going in three different directions from there.
You can tube and swim in the river. So it's a great place to cool off and relax.
Also right near downtown and the Highlands!
Allison Schaffer
I play here every day with my dog. Lots of people and dogs go by, it's an active spot, and you can get the park to yourself in off peak times. Pretty location on the river.
Randall
Great spot to drink coffee and people watch.
Lindsey Kind
A great little spot with a great atmosphere lot of spots to walk or even get in the water. Water is pretty clean too. We love this place.
Jainif Marediya
Cool park with a good area to hang around at
Drew Bissell
My new destination for my daily bike rides. It's a nice, big open space where people bring their dogs or go for a picnic or to play games. I absolutely love the atmosphere here! Right at the end of 16th St Mall too so lots of things around. Only down side is the horrendous smell of sewage in the middle of the park but it's not always there...so worth it either way!
Kelee Fisher
Very nice park along the water
RC Harpster
I've been riding here for years. Very chill place to rest on bike rides
Hanan Ramadan
Park is refreshing and self explanatory
Jamie V
Fun area to come hangout on a nice day.
marcus
I love riding my bike through this place I normally come from Cherry Creek right all the way down to confluence Park on my first round if I am going to come back to it all rest there before heading back to Cherry Creek. There is a vendor down there that sells hot dogs and bratwurst and chips and Gatorade which sometimes I will buy because it's just a great place to get refueled on the trip back to Cherry Creek but I appreciate that vendor being there and I don't even know his name but he's always been there if she shows up at about 10:00 a.m. or so in the morning and I'm usually down there somewhere between then and 1:00 so I don't know what time he ends the service down there but it's great that he is there to help us all out.
This location is just a great place to hang out!
Jay Finesilver
Great park with tons of people in a great setting
T-Mobile Todd
Spring snowmelt made the South Platte River(creek), a little more exciting. However, I still would not jump in that down stream radium(EPA SuperFund) waterway if you dared me.
Oscar Lancheros
This is a nice place to walk and enjoy the nature in Denver's Downtown
Brian Hart
Great place to ride! You can ride up the Platte south, go north
, or go south-east up the Cherry Creek Trail..
Bice
How I didn't even know about this hidden gem eludes me, make sure to check it out!

The confluence of Cherry Creek and the South Platte river is a great place to relax, picnic, float the rapids, buy a Starbucks, and bike around.
Holden Worrell
Very clean and well laid out. Great sunsets by the river.
Cynthia Swinney
Apparently the skateboarders come out on the first day of summer to show their stuff at confluence Park some of those kids are absolutely amazing and it was a heck of a good time!
Mark Penu
Beautiful trails and water, I loved to ride the scooters with my darling and friends 💕 …
David Ocean
There is a natural wave pool at the split of the river. Great place for training a novice or if you just want to have some fun.
Angela Robinson
Beautiful park..the water was really relaxing.
Stephen Puckett
For those not familiar with the beauty of Colorado, this is a great place to start.
Maurice Tuning
What i really like about this park is how quite it is for it's location. People seem to be more polite than at other parks. And it's a great place to watch folks play with their dogs.
R M
Water levels getting lower and lower, homeless population is rising. Still a great place.
Tim Johnson
Lovely park.
Jeffrey Arce
Great hang out for the public whether you wanted to use the open fields or hang out in the water. Lots of people with a picnic or hanging with their dog. One downside is the amount of homeless people around but if you ignore them it really wasn't a big problem
mike fritz
Cool park if youre in town visiting.
Jim C.
We rode in from Thornton on our bicycles. Great ride, great trail. Got turned around in the park and ended up on the pedestrian side, sorry!, someone told us nicely and we doubled back and got back on track. Lot of neat people people were enjoying the park, it was wonderful.
Mikhail Pasm
Beautiful spot to relax in the sun ❤️!
Jacques Manuel (JM)
Nice place for a morning walk
Dave S. (milehirider)
The bike path through this area is always busy. Great spot to rest if you're riding..
Mattie Alexander
One of the nicest parks of Denver. Must see.
Kalun Nobles
It's nice sometimes you find glass in the sand in the sand in general can feel a little sharp bring water shoes
Angel Cockrell
This was my first time at the park and I loved it. It is so romantic at night I will definitely be returning.
Paul Nath
After the renovations they do concerts here in the summer check out one of the free ones from the Greenway foundation. They did a really good job
adrian montes
My kids love this place
You can spend a couple hours,
Naomi C
A great place to walk downtown at night or during the day. Lovely water movement, little alcoves on the bridge to view the city and the merging of two rivers on their way to the Mississippi.
Katie Macrina
Needs work. Plants overgrown, plants are ether missing or dieing, fountain non functional.
Nataliia Kaelin
It's very sad to see low water level of South Platte. This summer was dry. I saw people swimming there, but the water doesn't seem to be clean. I would not take risks to swim. Nature around the river is pretty nice.
Angela Rios
Great place to stop and see the water flow and see some art. A great project for the community would be to pick up all the trash....there's a lot of trash around.
Leslie Jagoda
This is an amazing park. They did an incredible amount of work so now they the confluence is open to kayaking and other water sports. The Flagship for REI is right there so you can try out equipment like bikes. It is easy to exit the Cherry Creek bike path to access this park.
Jason Whittle
Beautiful to follow the trail and walk through.
Alexander Zepeda
Good views amazing downtown life. Went magnet 🧲 fishing. River is pretty high this time of year for some tubing. Sorry for the pic can't see much but there will be more in the future …
Iskandariah Iraq
Beautiful Park beautiful atmosphere lovely water
Charity Carlton
This is a great place to bring your dog to swim!!! I recommend wearing water shoes as the sand is pretty rough in places. Bring a raft as the current is great!! Cool and refreshing on a hot day.
Erika Mulvey
Very nice walking trails! The water is refreshingly cold. There's a little Beach to lounge on and they had a hotdog stand by the water too. Relaxing place to dip your feet in after a long run by the river :D also saw people kayaking if that's up your alley, it seems to be permitted.
Louis Galluzzi jr
Enjoy the river. They should have more events in this area. Like the kayak when water high enuff
Juan Portillo (Junior)
Really awesome place to go walk around hang out , be creative it's outside its awesome 👌 …

Awesome open park to walk ,bike ,or skateboard . It's also a great place just to hang out or meet new people!!! There is alot of space to do just about anything you want and you can bring beer if you so desire there are some guidelines on that so read the signs .It should be noted that this is one of the few public parks I've been to that was actually clean and people picked up there trash !!!
Mark Belden
Great spot for a walk, kayak or chill with a coffee. Where it all began.
Keith Davis
If you haven't been there since all work was completed it is truly a center point of the city. Great end or start to your bike ride. It should bring a real boost to the local businesses. The locals should be protective and proud to have this beautiful place.
Matt Foster
Get ready for a trek, because this park is HUGE. It spans a gigantic section of Denver and just when you think you might be making full circle, it keeps going. There are parts that smell bad because of the water and clusters of small flying insects here and there, but the majority of it is nice.
Anisha
Really nice, well designed, and well maintained park on the banks of the river. Great for leisurely strolls, dog walking, and picnics. Not sure if you can canoe, didn't seem like it. Also has a good view of the Denver skyline.
Brian Morgan
This spot is Great for walks, roller blades, biking, picnics, coffee etc. And the people keep it fairly clean. Some people are unaware that there are families there so you will catch some risque behavior in public. But overall very happy to go there and walk 5 days out of the week.
Donald Truong
This ended up being my favorite spot in Denver! Very nice place to relax and take a walk or exercise.
Joseph Torres
Relaxing I love to ride my bike 🚲 miles …
elliot putnam
This park is absolutely lovely! Plenty of space to setup recreational activities like volleyball. Great place to bring your dogs to socialize with others.
Hawa Abdallah El Hadj
Great for kids to play. Water is a good depth. Fun for all ages. Bring sun screen, lots of water, snacks, and beach toys and floaters with you. If your kids are older they can “ride the waves” on the other side of you bring an inner tube. Perfect for summer fun.
John Eric Nelson
I came from the doctor's office and I saw this area and I just pause for a second because I remember when I was in the dark place years ago and seeing the water kind of made me think.... Now I'm in a place of love and light and I see the water and I saw the beauty of all the other humans interacting with each other and it was so fascinating
Ben Park
A bit run down but it’s nice. In photos, sometimes you see two different colored rivers meeting. When I was there, the rivers were both clear.
Jordan Sands
I always love taking walks down the trail. The creek that runs through is so pretty. Lots and lots of scenery. Lots of places to stop and take a small break. Usually has either benches or cement steps for you to sit on. Great place for a little date night get away for a romantic walk in the park!
Thora Munck
Rode my bicycle from my residence near Ruby Hill in South Denver to Confluence Park on Sunday afternoon. The weather was beautiful and warm, I rode on the bike path but didn't realize the Broncos played the Raiders in Denver. A detour took me to an area near 11th and Bryant when many people were leaving the game, many were pedestrians. I hadn't seen so many people since 2019, before COVID19. It actually put a smile on my face as I zoomed alongside slow moving traffic. I finally reached Confluence Park shortly before dusk. I love this park and hadn't been here in many months. It's beautiful.
G ! Daddy
Love this park and all the surrounding trails
Annie Isabel
Very nice park
Mya Najar
Nice place to take the kids and let them cool off next time I'm bring tubes go down the rapids would be a blast.you can also walk or ride your bike on the path. There is also shops near by and a Starbucks if you need a coffee
Zhila Emadi
Nice park, great views of the river. Nice place to relax or have a small picnic on the grass
Jacques Zamora
Best place in town for a free fun time! Bring your rafts, kayaks, or intertubes and ride the falls. Or just kick your shoes off and dip you feet in the water, fun time for all ages. Pack a picnic, not much to eat around, hotdogs stand around early on.
Nate Hayes
Nice park with a creek running threw it nice walking and bike paths
Lauren Nothstein
Nice and peaceful. Very beautiful. Lots of seating area near the water, and even tables up on a patio area. Nice variety of trails as well. Easy to access. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Denver!
Annie C
Great place to visit if you enjoy outdoors and great city views
Robert Macomber
Great place to swim, feed ducks, or chill.
Juan Herrera
Beautiful relaxing place
Richard Miller
This park is really beautiful and great to relax and to enjoy the view! The biking trails were awesome me and my friends are having fun. The water was clear enough to see the bottom of the waterway and its really nice.
If you are from Denver I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have holiday season or summer to visit the park for sure you won't regret it.
joshua matthews
I love this park. I was visiting from California.
Austin Kohler
Enjoyable area to relax. A couple things to note. 1. There are alot of homeless people in the area. Might be asked for money or see someone injecting drugs.
2. Have a kayak and want to practice? This place is perfect for staying in the city and kayaking.
3. The water is pretty dirty, wouldn't recommend swimming unless you like hepatitis. People do swim but it's not exactly water that will leave you feeling refreshed.
Searchorb
Park is a great park downtown Denver with water and green scenery.the area has a lot of other businesses that you get to really quickly you're looking for lunch or something like that plus there are hot dog stands and other food that you can get in the park area. The park has a pot river that runs right through it. It is set up so that actually there can be kayaks when the water is up and running good. It's sort of got a water park area to it I believe. it's a pretty nice park you do got to watch the fact that there are some transients and homeless people but never had any problem with any of them. All in all it is a cool park.
Jorge Chavez
Love this place great spot to come with your kids on a very hot day spend some time in the cherry creek/platte river beach
Jason Muller
Iconic Denver, there will soon be condos alongside the amusement park
Barry Haag
We had flash floods but the water was flowing really fast an looked pretty neat plus its only a mile walk from aquarium through the park to a nice bar
Alex Bruce
Nice place aside from local homeless people trying to intimidate people
Chris Webb
Beautiful spot. The closer you get to the rapids on the South Platte River the less you hear the traffic in Speer Boulevard. The Cherry Creek side has tables and provides easy access to the river and the creek. The opposite side has terraced seating rising from the river. Great spot for a picnic.
Christopher Reed
Nice big open area with plenty of places to hang out with family and friends. My wife and I really enjoy this place. Don't let the location fool you this is a great downtown park. Maybe the nicest of the downtown parks. Be safe.
H S
Very dog friendly, great break up of the city
Pierce Liefeld
The park and its associated running paths are a spectacular addition to downtown Denver. You may have to dodge a tipped scooter here and there but it's a peaceful place to picnic or stop for a breather while on a jog. There's practically no city noise and it seems fairly safe, at least in daylight.
Connor Kennedy
A beautiful place to spend the afternoon hanging out by the water
Ursula Miles
It’s a beautiful scenery. Great for running, walking, riding scooters or bikes. Also, it’s a nice spot just to people watch. Very relaxing for me listening to the water.
Elliot Palomino
It's really nice to sit next to the river. I always love having picnics here with all my friends and it always ends up well. However, the water is dirty in some areas and also has the odor smell when you walk next to it
R W
One of the most well used and beautiful parks in the city. You can sit on one of the many grassy knolls and watch folks play in the water below, or, you can join on in! Of you get hungry or thirsty, check out the stand that sets up on the south east corner and sells water, sports drinks, and snacks.
Brian Litts
Beautiful park and river trail area. Great for running and biking. Amazing park in the heart of Denver. You can bike to a number of attractions in 15 minutes.
Hunter G
Great park in the heart of Denver. The Platte River runs directly through it with a bike path on either side. Lots of room to play frisbee or football and room for your dog to run around. Great place to relax with friends or to take a stroll on the weekend with you dog!
Férnando Diaz (Fér)
Nice area to relax in silence and meditation after a long walk or run on the riverside: You can hear the gentle sound of river and view some buildings over it.
Seria Ferris
Beautiful park by the aquarium nice biking and walking trails
mfultzy
Really cool park and a great place to bring dogs. Sometimes you'll even see some kayakers go through the rapids. Personally, I wouldn't get in the water there because of the very high levels of E Coli, however there are always people playing there. Great views of Denver as well.
Jen Solas
This was a great park to take a large party too, many fun activities. it looks gorgeous easy to access in the city great parking and many activities for the whole family. Kayaking s u p and canoeing on the river. When the weather is beautiful absolutely would recommend going here... Free!
Jason Duckless
Love biking on the city rail trail, so much art!
A Galloway Love for Life
I'm only going to give him three stars because I was actually riding my bike through there at like midnight and there was a lot fire trucks police ambulance I'm going to assume somebody was in the river. If I get time I'll let you know how the park actually is I don't even know what kind of park it's supposed to be
Kurt Moreau Lynn
We went on first date, which ironically on Wednesday I was part of REI clean up Platte River along Confluence Park. Which he didn't know. So the clean pathways sitting areas were nice. The little ice cream scoop truck was a great pleasant surprise. Great views of City of Denver. Dusk to dark the transformation was amazing. The lights shining the paths felt safe. Beautiful great weather!
RaeLyn Brummell
I can see how cool of an attraction this place can/will be once all the construction is complete. Having parks in the city is always nice. I read from other reviews that safety is a concern as it should be anywhere. We had no problems and felt very safe while doing some late night pokemoning. I know parks are most enjoyed during the day time hours but having lights along the path would be ideal. It will help park goers feel safer, keep shady characters away and allow the park to be enjoyed more. Especially in the winter when you have less day light.
Aprilmarie “Aprizzzy” Lafrance
Always a great time .. refreshing free fun
Daniel Rivera
Must go place if you are visiting Denver. A bit of a walk but well worth it.
S.L. Beaumont
Looks great after the recent renovation/cleanup. It's a great place to spend an afternoon soaking up some sun. It's easy to get to and from by bike (there's a big B cycle station right there). Also, if you want something to sip on while you're there, there's a Starbucks in the REI store right off the path.
Adam Litwin
A place to find space for personal tranquility and reflection. Take your shoes off and get in the water but you can't swim. There are clean restrooms sanitary station and a port o potty after hours. Family and pet friendly with non contact police presence.
In the day find some shade under a tree on a hill and look at mountains and architecture or see small falls with a smooth sheen surface reflecting Pepsi Statium and 6 Flags. Wherever you spend your time here in any part of the day you'll walk away feeling regenerated.
Kyle Singer
Fun litted grassy hill that over looks the cherry creek river. Surrounded by beautiful murals. Great little spot to cool over or dig your feet in the water. Alot of dogs can be found playing here during a hot day with their owners. It connects to the bike path up cherry creek.
Chelsea Taber
I took my pup there to wade in the water and qe both had a blast
Tearel Mitchell
We spent a few hours here waiting for one of our friends planes to come in. It was a nice relaxing a little spot that was quiet and you were able to successfully socially distance while enjoying the outdoors for a bit.
Bethany Andrews
We love walking along side the water, talking about everything and nothing at the same time. The bridge has a beautiful view of the skyline, it's the perfect place to watch the sunset.
Logan Teal
Park has everything yoga, dogs, homeless people, chess, and merriment.
Ben Bob
It's a great park for the middle of Denver, though it can be a little crowded sometimes. The new Shoemaker Plaza is great and hopefully they can hold some events there to utilize what I assume is supposed to be a stage along the water; I only saw a guy jumping rope and doing pushups there as if he was putting on a show for everybody. It gets fairly crowded on the weekends in certain spots, but you can surely find a spot to spread out a blanket for a picnic.
James G
Great park to hang out and people watch near some water in downtown Denver. Not a lot of water around, but this helps. You can get there easily via the trails that run along the creeks in the city.
Kori Lopez
Beautiful place to walk and relax. I was surprised at how clean the park is. Very nice views and trees.
Tyson Speer
Such a beautiful place to sit and watch people, do work, exercise, drink coffee, on and on and on. Great job to Denver for having such well maintained and beautiful space to be a human at.
Jacob Ortega
This is a park you can spend the day at. Skating, biking, scooter, bring your dog and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Bob Yu
Confluence park itself isn't really that exciting. However, it's close to many other attractions. It sits at the intersection of the Cherry Creek trail and the Platte River trail. Both trails are well maintained and offer different views of Denver's skyline. In the summer time, people kayak/swim Platte River and Cherry Creek near the park.
Johnny Redd
Great Walking Area , Beautiful Flowing Water,Plenty of Space and Good Overall Vibe. Wether for Couples or Kids, Family Trips or Romantic Setting. It's Dope
Dennis Woll
Had a picnic lunch and spent some time wading in the water.
Kimberly Dykes
There was lots of shady grassy areas to sit and plenty space! If it gets to hot, it's nice to put your feet in the water.
Jessica Jo Blinkinsop
Love taking my dog here to play during the day. The river water is dirty and shallow. There are no bathrooms but it is a great place to cool off in an attempt to beat the summer heat while touring Downtown Denver.
Sridharan Sudarsanam
The park is fantastic with river flowing by the side. The confluence of the river and the creek is picturesque. Our family enjoyed by walking in the park with sipping coffee from nearby Starbuck. The wonderful sight of seeing ducklings in the river adds further delight. The added attraction is that the park is in the downtown itself. We have taken a lot of family photos with downtown at the backdrop.
xXGriffeyXx
Very relaxing place. Great place to go to unwind and just be with nature.
Kenneth Caballero
Really nice spot to go hang out with friends
Kevin Anderson
Great place to take a break if you're riding one of the many trail that converge at Confluence Park. Usually crowded in the spring, summer and fall but it's a big area with plenty of options to relax. Lay down in the grass, sit on the rocks and watch the kayaker's or just enjoy the view from the bridge!
Astin Lopez
Seems like there's always construction here, but it's a nice little park by the river at the edge of downtown. There's a bike path that runs through it which has great views, but watch out if you're a pedestrian for bikes. Great for pokemon go as well.
Ariel Kue
Very pretty scenery however me being from here you DO NOT want to play in the river right there unless you don't mind playing in other people's bodily fluids plus who knows what else if you want to play in the river it's better in the mountains in the city there's way to much homeless people lined up and down by the city doing God knows what in that water
Tony Collazo
Nice place to walk through at sunset, open seating anywhere and super peaceful ✌️
Experiance ForEver
Nice spot to bike! Love hinging out here!!
G Aquino
This is a nice urban park right where the South Platte River and Cherry Creek converge, hence the name. The cascading water and the city skyline make for a postcard perfect scene. This place is quite historic too - it's around this spot where early prospectors started looking for gold, triggering a gold rush that would mark the beginning of Denver as we know it. Really neat when you learn something new as you discover new places.
Gauen Rhys Alexander
Beautiful park at the confluence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek. Small beach and grassy areas for picnics, wading, and fishing. Several trails from this park for walking and biking. Free parking at adjacent REI for two hours, paid after that.
Richard Poggi
Dec 5. 2020. Beautiful afternoon. Lots of people for a covid. Winter day. Temp. 50 Deg. And sunny. Bike path was a nice ride to this downtown location.
michael griffin
Truly breathtaking especially for the location I didn't think you would be as breathtaking as it was and I got to see it with snow and without snow in both were amazing in their own way plus you can actually get in the water
Joy C
Best place to chill in downtown.
Christina Resendez
I absolutely Loved the park the river is so close everything about this park was absolutely incredible!!! Picture perfect memories!!!!! Great place to spend family time ❤️
KC
Rocky Beach but great way to enjoy a beach in the middle of the city!
Jason Mott
A nice, though developing river walk, imitating the likes of cities that came before it, such as Augusta, Georgia. We mostly enjoyed the nearby REI and bike trail which intersected at the Park. Unfortunately this outdoor space also suffers from an encroaching homeless population, which can be seen throughout.
Fullcircle
Nice place for stroll, bike or Skate. They separated pedestrian and skaters/bicycler paths so all can enjoy without disturbing others
Jonah “Chief black wolf” Plenty chief
Many moons ago this was the site of little ravens village the Arapahoe people
Barbara Mason
Such a beautiful place and awesome experience.
Prescilla Manriquez
Me & my family loved it!!! We bought some tubes and it was like we were at a water park!!! We went two different days while on our mini 4 day vacation.
enrique loera
Awesome.. I love the remodeling they did a few years back. Kids loved it 7 & 8 years old. They got a bit of exercise.. A bit of fun (getting in the water and spashing it around).. Couldn't find any Seashells this time.. but I'm sure that there's some (just yhat the kids didn't try hard enough).
Meow Wolfcookie
I love this place but they need to clean up and kick out the homeless and they also have to have a gate and I also drowned and they also have to have the water a little slower but anyway I love this place
Brendan Hodgens
A surprisingly natural area hidden in the city. Go after a big rain storm to see the waterfall and rapids. A few well placed pedestrian bridges make it easy to explore the stream and river coming together.
wj peace
The crown jewel of LoDo. One of the nicest parks of any major city. A great place to bike, rest on grass, picnic, stroll as tourist, walk with a stroller etc etc. Just wonderful place to spend a lunch time or the day.
Vijion 2020
We were visiting Denver and looking for a place for my wife and I to make out and judge people.
Wowy this place has it all, beautiful, natural picturess scene, framed by big city progress and all the trappings.
Thee ambience of a deep wood camping weekend combined with the smell of a long overdue emptying of a construction zone porta potty.
This place offers the best of both worlds, at any moment you could witness the beauty of nature as two birds procreate in the cooling mist of the waterfalls off shoot, the upstream efforts of a spawning salmon struggling against instinct and survival. Then in the same moment catch the rapid movement of a plastic grocery bag and 20 oz coke bottle racing downstream, and the competitive nature of two homeless men trying to poop on them for points, hi-a-top the over passing bridge.
Beauty comes in a variety of sounds, smells and scenes, and no place I know captures all if them as wonderfully and amusingly as Confluence Park.
ENJOY !
CJ Simmons-Grant
Nice comforting park with nice running water!
Anthony Tori
One of my favorite places to visit during the week when I can't make it to the mountains. Great place to meet friends or enjoy running/biking on the nearby trail.
Cassie Wigginton
I love confluence park. It's in a very hip area of Denver. Close by restaurants, the Platte River runs right through so you, family, and pups can enjoy the cool water on hot days. You can rent a bike and explore the area. High population of homeless people here though, and they can leave the park looking not so nice in some areas. You also can rent water gear to tube, water board, and kayak in the Platte River. Did I mention I love Confluence park?
Colin Murfree
So cool! Seems great for little kids, or dogs to play around in the shallow water. So nice that it's so accessible
Karyn Cook
Nice place for an evening walk
Daniel Lefter
I have been attending confluence park since 2004-05 , i really do love the new park and the atmosphere. The lighting at night is beautiful and it is well lit and has lots of seating. I enjoy reading the message on the walk down to the river. Theres a quote from John Muir. I use to call Confluence home and miss all the jams that use to happen there.
Imelda Torres
Nice place, my son and me we went bike riding and spent time in the river it was nice and clean. Love it
christian weir
One of my favorite outdoor spots with a flagship Rei with big Starbucks and much to do within 5 minutes of walking.
Edward Porter
Beautiful better since they remodeled it beautiful area by the river and is a great place for romantic dinners. It is a shame that you can't get in the water anymore because of the E coli outbreak.
Madhumati Ramesh
This was the first place I saw in Denver when I moved here and I immediately fell in love. First of all it is not just a creek but a confluence and rapids. There are many people just lounging around, reading books, walking dogs, tubing. The outsoor seating at Starbucks adds charm and the backdrop of the old brick building.
Jessica Barr
Great place to rest. The kids played in the river and had a chance to cool down. It was nice and beautiful.
Joe Thomas
Great place to meet people, take the dog and let the kids burn their energy. REI is right there with plenty of activities and good sales. Shaded areas too, go have fun!
Ethan Kick
It's a really pretty park. I had a picnic there with friends and it was very clean and other people were respectful of each other's space.
Natasha Brickey
This park was an absolutely beautiful place to swim, the rapid waterfall off to the one side was amazingly calming and so soothing. So peaceful even though it's right in the middle of the city.
Kirstin Rangel
Denver's city planners did a fabulous job on this park and the whole surrounding urban area...sprawling, beautiful park with open spaces, water park areas, public art...all pedestrian friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Love coming down here to walk around, enjoy the Colorado weather, and people watch.
Heidi Kelly
The space was for the most part clean, open and friendly. There were a few loudly screaming homeless people which would have made me nervous if I wasnt with my 6'2" boyfriend. If it's like this at 2pm I'm sure it doesn't get better at night! Us ladies should probably avoid the area in the evening.
Mark Hanson
Lovely public park. Lots of places to lounge if you don't mind a ton of people.
Cortney Boettger
Beautiful area. Reminiscent of the gorgeous parks in Austin TX. Grab a coffee and kill some hours on the river bank relaxing
leanora stringer
It's fun but you need to be extremely careful as the river has a lot of glass in it
D Roberts
Thanks so much for all of your beautiful landscaping.
The park is a good place to meet friends and family and enjoy the ambience and maybe catch a vintage train ride. Or something else that is fun.
Justin Wild
Nice little park with some benches and access to the water. Right across 15th Street from Commons Park, which is much bigger and has a big open field for playing in. Confluence Park is named so because it is right where Cherry Creek feeds into the South Platte River.
Maria Gallegos
Fun place to go alone or with family.good times
Rob B
Busy and somewhat run down, but overall a positive experience with lots of fun things to do and interesting sights. Lots to do in the area and easy to get to.
Austin Cote
Very cool city park!
Sport Smith
Fun place to cool off on a hot day. Lots of dogs around. Bring a tube if you want to float the rapids.
jessica harwood
Really pretty place to walk around. Me and my friends rented those bird scooters and got to explore the whole area in a little over an hour.
Natasha Trujillo
Beautiful park. A little uncomfortable because some of the people are scary. I wouldn't be there at night that's for sure
Ben Parish
Your not going to get a body of water in denver larger than here.
T Broussard
A place to hang out and put your feet in the water.
Johnny Eads
Its a nice park, but things have just gone downhill around there thru the years. Just not the same as it once was
Steven Crites
Cool place. Bring up inner tube.
Thomas Scott
Pretty good, except for the dead guy on the park bench the EMTs hauled off. People were mostly unphased. Some kids quickly took over the bench with blow up rafts and all went back to normal.
Ethan Valentine
Really great area and an incredible park to go if you are downtown. Links up to commons park on continues down to the skate park. Although there is construction right now so you can't go under the bridge to get to commons
Bill R
We strolled through downtown and eventually made it to Confluence Park and the canal pathway that takes you back to the city center. Lovely walk.
Philip J. Carney II
Confluence Park is th convergence of th South Platte & Cherry Creek. A beautiful place for a picnic while in downtown Denver. Many local attractions nearby. An excellent walking, biking skating park. Do enjoy

Janeth Dominguez
Very nice park clean water, there is an area where your kids can play, take a river tube if you want to have fun.
Kurt
Beautiful park on the edge of downtown. The city did a great job with the latest renovation. Although it's not marked, it is a very historic location.
C Network
Nice little park, a lot of money went into it, I can see that. Calming atmosphere and I didn’t smell anything but fresh air while there, pleasant air for being in the middle of town.
Briana Tafoya
It was very clean, quite, easy to walk around, well lite.
Lasalle Pinnock
Amazing, beautiful park!
J.D.D
It is a big city park. A social gathering point for tourists, locals that want to get starbucks inside an REI and leave their bikes outside to show off and eventually have stolen and for homeless vagabonds to make it all seem so much less appealing than it was in your head. Like i said, it is a big city park.
Dax V.
One of my favorites places to relax. It has changed quite a bit in the last few years. If you haven't been there recently, checking it out now would be a good idea.
Mike Jones
Pretty cool meet up spot, sometimes there are some small events here, people tubing down the small stream, water is dirty but still nice. Some decent views in that area, has places to sit
Joseph Berman
Just the coolest urban park in the world!
Larry Gonzales
I ride this bike trail all the time from the Twin Lakes park on 70th and Broadway to Confluence Park. The bike trail is concrete or paved. Nice to ride along the South Platte and its just a good ride.
Thank You Very Much
This is a FREE outdoor family fun location... Kids can splash in the water, take a walk and enjoy the amazing views, get a bite at a food cart, watch canoe riders, and other water sport lovers... One of Denver's must see locations

Some of the best urban green space in the city! Great place to spot wildlife like muskrats, night herons and other marsh birds.
Deonte Morris
Beautiful, very relaxing
Cuauhtemoc Soriano
Took a walk around this place very nice. If you're just passing through and want to take a look around it's worth it.
Joe Yatsky
Great space to chill out in the sun and puppy watch. sure most pups come with people, but the pups are better!🙂 …
Marissa Zhao
Creatively built & well-maintained, easily accessible for all types of wheeled & walking ways of getting around via the trail network that links all parks along both rivers
Mondo (Mondo734)
Beautiful place in the heart of Denver. This park was redone about two years ago and is much nicer than it was before. It can be sketchy after dark though.
Lynn Hawkins
Love downtown Denver has water access...river running through it with joggers, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, festivals. Beautifully landscape with downtown as backdrop.
Nashika McKoy
Beautiful park, I took a morning walk through the park so clean and well maintained.
T Coyne
I love this part of the river and there is a maintenance company out there that do an amazing job clearing all the trash out of the river called arbor force and they are an awesome group of people
Jonathan “Blaze” Perry
Beautiful park to take a walk in and clear your mind and get your thoughts together.
Yogi Ji
Nice park at the beginning of the Cherry creek bike path. Relax by the water, watching the kayak course in full swing. The intersection of the Cherry Creek path and the South Platt.
Robin Utley
I always enjoy the Riverwalk when I come to visit Colorado just a nice place to enjoy a good walk and plenty of places to sit and listen to the water slow down stream
Paul Peña
One of the best spots in Denver, a great mix of nature and the city, nice landscaping and trails all along the water, easy access to the water if you want to get in, and nice views of the city all around.
Jesse Riggs
This place is huge and incredible! Being from Michigan, I'm thoroughly impressed and happy with our decision to come to Denver for the first time!
Dernesha Gardner
Free family fun. The kiddos love it here. We can spend all day down there picnicking and building sand castles.
Stuart Holden
Very user friendly and fun now that the construction is finished. A great place to take the dog, grab a hot dog, take a stroll through REI and people watch.
Mariana Schnell
Loved this space in Denver. It is safe, full of locals. It is near cafes and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Kofi D
Quiet area with lots of different people either on the pavement, grass, jogging, biking, just gazing....on the grass..Peaceful so much you can just hear the water

The park is relaxed and many locals walk their dogs there. It's an upscale area, people and clean. Real benefit to visit.
Mir “Miirkat” Khan
Great park for Pokémon Go.
Ambrosia Kyyle
Loved every moment. My daughter collects rocks so this was an excellent place to visit.. Clean and beautiful. Right in the heart of the city..
Golden Sneddon
Great place to meet for a bike ride, or to hang out and take a lunch by the river. Only downside is the big tower ruining the view towards the rest of the city.
issy 69
it's a really nice place for walks and exercise, also you can sit next to the river and relax, a little dirty in some areas but I guess is tolerable!!
Yuru
Such a great park to watch the sunset and smoke a blunt. Love to see the vast amount of characters here because it ranges from all types of people
Janice Archuleta
Best place to go when you just want to walk and see people and different things and listen to the water
deonte bibbens
Nice place to relax go for a walk/run, currently being renovated and the water has trash in it other than that it would be 5 stars

Nice spot, cool view, next to Platte river
J.P. Downin
Nice place the river was rushing through, people were actually Fly Fishing too. It was cool. I was blessed with fantastic weather too
John Lucero
Another one of my favorite places to be. Tattered Cover books, Starbucks on Confluence Park. Good times. My favorite escape they would never find me and a train I'm all in. You caught me.

There's a lot of construction by REI at the moment so it kind of ruins the views, but typically a really great place to walk and bike.

The rededication of Confluence Park occurred in mid-October 2017. Directly in-front of REI, this will be a wonderful space for concerts and other events during the warmer months. The park design also accommodates flooding from rain and spring snowmelt. A great addition to Denver!

Something between a river and water park. Seems out of place in Colorado. The locals find this water hole a good place to cool off. Not my cup of tea, but the locals don't seem to mind.

I'm surprised confluence isn't more promoted. If you wanted to visit Europe but don't have the budget or time a visit to confluence has a bit of feel of a European waterway. A visit to the Danube on a smaller scale.
