Columbus Park is a big and beautiful city park. it's really a great place for people to enjoy walking, hiking, biking, ...etc. I see people having fun playing sports on the basketball, soccer and tennis courts. This park has a great Fieldhouse and pool for children to enjoy. The Community Golf course is something special. I recommend this great park because it has a lot to offer for the public.

I and my dog we love Columbus Park. Emerald green, abounded in flora🌳🌿 and fauna🦆🐿🐾🐟Here we have the little piece of heaven, where we can peacefully relax and get fresh air and sun 🔆. The golf course is presently close up but soon be open. Now on the Golf ⛳ Course, we are having COVID-19 Testing Facility but still, we can distance ourselves from those tents. I wish Park District will repair walkways around Park and place more garbage containers and mowing lawns but still, it is a little Paradise for us.

Battle of witches, shapeshifters and Dementors. This place is magical. Steer clear of the lake, theres mermaids, they will hypnotize you to the shore, from there they drag you to the bottom of the lake and mate with you while you drown. Watched one poor guy dragged to the bottom while they took turns for hours, long after he drowned they were still going.

My experience was great. I love all humans and the humans in this park are loving and hurting. This is the park to come to for buying and consuming meth and other hard drugs. I made human connections and mediated here. I do with the city would fund more maintenance for the park. Tree trimming, path maintenance etc.

I noticed last year the swimming pool was opened. I don't know how it looks on the inside but it's good people are able to enjoy the park. I see people golfing all the time. They were working on the Observatory Area, don't know that they rent it out as much

It looks like a big park on the map, which it technically is, but most of it is the good course. The rest is pretty nice. Would be nicer after Covid when the pool is open again. Easy to find a tree with some shade for a picnic.

Had the pleasure of playing here over the weekend. This is a small place but the golf is good for the size of the place. I recommend walking as this course is small and if following other golfers you could find yourself waiting so carts only if you need one. Friendly staff and plenty of parking in the lot. Lots of trees and a few small water hazards.

Great place in the community for people who have a desire to go golfing. Or have a family function at one of their rental spaces or enjoy something that's taking place at the park district. It's also a great place for any type of event and they also have some great scenes and scenery for photographers.

The service and food here are consistently good. Even more interesting, they waive their corkage fee if you give another table a glass of your wine. I've never done it, just think it's cool!

I would give 5 stars, but this park lacks a basketball court. I came here the other day -- none to be found. However, at least I got a nice walk out of it. If you enjoy tennis, bring a buddy. The park is very quiet, relaxing & there is something for everyone. Overall, the park itself deserves appreciation & it's perfect on a warm, sunny day.

Great for summer activities lots of neighbor barbecue. Watched soccer games on spring and summer and football game on winter specially on weekends. Golf course is ok. This venue was Great. The free* Blues event was a fun filled night. The crowd was mannerable and pleasant. I really would appreciated "MORE BLUES" than any of the other songs. Some people left bcuz of that. They're looking for blues! The artists did Great. Also, if it starts at 6pm- lets start at 6pm. Thanks

Was here for Shakespeare in the Park which was AMAZING and if you have an opportunity to see them - definitely do! The park on the other hand is one of the more sketchier parks in the city - which isn't anyone's fault, but I wish we had better resources available for the people that choose to frequent the park, making it a less than family friendly area.

Parking is very good. Great venue for meetings or events. Location easy to get to by driving or public transportation. Plus, it has a in house kitchen.

There are porta potties they were "not open" also no bleachers to sit anywhere bring seats with bring water no fountains, there is a pond, football field /soccer also baseball field and open filed. Nice layout.

What a great getaway! Seriously. A wonderful walk in nature. There really is nothing more to add! Bring your cameras, a lunch and walking shoes and soak up the sun and air.

I really enjoy taking a walk around Columbus park.... It is really beautiful especially @ night when the sun is going down and that early eve... It has really come a long way and it is in my opinion worth the visit... You still need to be careful, but you still can enjoy the atmosphere...

Very short 9 hole course. Most part 4s are close to being drivable to green. Not many challengers. Good beginner course. I suggest walking it as it is pretty chill.

I attend the Chicago Hunger Walk at this beautiful park. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the backdrop for a romantic getaway or family reunion. It’s a huge park with shelter and bathrooms. Lots of walking though.

I grew up around this park, and it's always been a fun and enchanting experience to walk around the bike trail and lagoon, and enjoy the nature. Now my kids can enjoy it too.

Good park for bike riding, running and other activities. For anyone interested, I google mapped the outer loop of the park and it comes to approximately 1.5 miles.

This park offers everything a person could want in a neighborhood park. Golf, swimming, basketball, soccer, grilling, baseball, a great track to run, tennis and the list does not stop. The only issue is that it lies on the end of Oak Park which is upscale and on the most western portion of the Austin neighborhood. If you dont have a problem with blacks then I dont see why a person would not come out to enjoy such diverse great facilities. A lot of whites are using the park more and more each day.. You'd be crazy not to enjoy these FREE activities. Just be cautious it is the BIG CITY... Hope I helped add an educated insight to this search..
