When I 1st moved here there were fences up and people had privacy the management decided to take the fences down since then stuff is constantly coming up missing cause people just think they can walk in and take whatever they want management refuses to put up private parking signs they try to tell you that the sheriffs and the county won't let them that's a lie we've talked to the sheriffs and if they would put up private parking signs we wouldn't have problems with parking especially the trailers that faced the street yesterday my stone dog got stolen right from my steps because we don't have fenced yards anymore the management here is horrible I would not recommend anybody moving here or buy a trailer put on any of these lots the only reason we live here is because it's cheap to live They were supposed to put up white fencing like they have by the new trailers they haven't done that yet either

We had an issue with our sewer clogging up and the management/maintenance team tackled it with speed and professionalism. Thank you for getting right on it!
