A great space! My pup’s first time at a dog park and it was a wonderful experience! This park backs up to the bike trail and has a dedicated gravel parking lot. There’s a smaller play area with a huge tree in the middle and then a larger field. I’d heard there wasn’t much shade but we were there before noon and the tree lines down both sides cast some good shadows. The city has also planted several trees. There’s a small kiddie pool and a little obstacle course. It’s a mix of grass and dirt. There’s a couple of benches and picnic tables - a lot of people brought camp chairs. It’s definitely a dog community. Lots of regulars, everyone seemed to know everyone else’s pup’s names and group monitoring to make sure the play didn’t get too rough. I can see dogs going craaaazy here once the snow falls.

Lovely place to take your dogs, they have a smaller area separate from the main open area for you to take smaller dogs. They have water on site, a small child sized pool, and a minor obstacle/tunnel feature. They have benches for humans to sit at spaces across the perimeter and they have recently planted some trees! Great dog park all in all. 10/10

Beautiful, large, completely fenced in dog park - my absolute favorite place to go with the dog!!! Features an attached area, that is separately fenced in with black-shaded sheeting, for those who want to keep their smaller dogs separated from the larger crowd. There is a hose along the side to fill water bowls and there are usually metal buckets/bowls hanging around in case you don't have one with you. Features a small plastic doggie pool as well for the water lovers! There is a shaded area towards the middle of the park for dogs to lay out of the sun, just beware it can be a bit dusty or muddy over there in spots. The park itself is also located just off a wooded area of the bike trail so depending on time of day you can also find shade along the side of the park that runs next to the trail. There are benches along the side next to the trail as well as along the back, and there are plastic chairs scattered throughout that you can move wherever you would like. There's an 'obstacle course' of sorts in the middle of the park. Maybe obstacle course is not the correct term, but it has a tunnel for dogs to go through with a slim ramp for them to get up on top of it and I believe it has a couple other features along with it as well. Never a lack of canine companions running around happily here! Most of the owners I've met are friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to. It's the go-to option when you're looking for a nice environment and socialization for your pup!

Vader and I love this park. Some minor holes for the very little puppers to escape, so be careful with them. Other owners very friendly, water spot available for thirsty puppers. Plenty of room for socialising and off lead play. There is a small fence in area as well for smaller dogs, or newbies to get more familiar.

Great large dog park, a bit too large for much interaction that you feel like a part of, would be awesome if there were far more obstacles, benches & engaging activities here. If being on your phone and not paying attention much to your surroundings is your Thang this park has it all!! If you want to be part of the experience with your pups I'd recommend a smaller nearby park with more grass. Either way my pups had a blast and in the end that's all that mattered.

I love this dog park! The area is completely fenced in, there is even an area for smaller dogs. There is a water faucet for the hot days. And also the people that I meet here are always so friendly! It’s a great little dog community! It’s also right on the bike path so you can walk your dog down to the water during the summer too!

This is a really nice dog park. The separate small dog area is a god-send. My dog can get really freaked out by numerous dogs coming up to her all at once. I can play fetch with her in the separate area but she can still say 'hi' to other dogs through the fence. It's gone a long way with taming her fears. Also, the patrons are so friendly and relaxed. Parking is usually pretty good. There's also a regular park and the bike path right there. Lot of great options in one place.

Huge area for pets to play and interact. They have dog bags for waste and trash cans for disposal. You can also walk your dog down by the water. The dogs love it there. We have three.

Wonderful space to run your did and meet other dog owners. My 5 year old lab has a best friend she meet when they were a few months old at the dog park. **** Please remember to keep an eye on your did and use the bags provided for poop

My pup and I love this park! It can get very busy but for the most part I've experienced sharing the park with conscientious, attentive and responsible owners. The park is huge so there's plenty of "areas" to choose from. Bags and disposal containers are provided. Parking can get tight if it's very busy; in that instance, I park just a little ways down the road and walk over.

Great dog park- lots of space to run, always a bunch of dogs, rarely are there bad interactions and owners are always responsible. There is a smaller fenced in area within the space for more timid dogs or small ones. Some cool equipment for dogs who are into tricks. Everyone is respondible about picking up after their dogs so it's super clean.

There are usually other dogs to play with. There is a lot of space, water, a small dog area and a few agility obstacles. There's convenient parking trees for shade and it's close to the beach for hot summer days. I highly recommend this dog park any time off the year.

My favorite dog park in the area. Very large with both dirt and grass. Has play structures, toys (mostly some dirty tennis balls), water bowls, trash cans and cleanup bags. Park is generally clean and the dog owners I have met there are friendly, helpful and keep an eye on their dogs. It can get very busy at times, weekends especially. There is an area for small dogs, but it's not too big. It is open in Winter, but the field can be a sheet of ice.

Big open space for dogs and plenty of chairs for the their attendants. Unfortunately not all the owners pick up their dogs leavings. There are plenty of poop bags available. Shame shame.

It’s a wonderful park for the most part, except for the irresponsible dog owners with aggressive dogs. My dog was targeted by this one dog out of blue last time, my SO was bitten by the big dog. We had never seen or interacted with that dog before the accident. Didn’t even get an apology for it. Bring a jacket as it gets chilly there.

It is a great place for your dog to run off steam. You have to be careful about the mix of dogs, but most days are good with dogs that aren't aggressive or mean. My dog has found some buddies to play with there.

I have a dog im training to be around other dogs, this place is great because the troubled dog area is kind fenced in to the all dog areas, my dog is still very much part of all the action without being with all the other dogs. Some people use that spot to sit and relax, but ive always been priority with my dog, and everyone has been very understanding and patient with her.

This is a large dog park! Room for all. 99.9% of the time my little dog is safe. Owers keep close watch on there pets which adds to the calmness of all the dogs. The dogs there are all so happy to play. I would love it if all owers picked up there dogs poop. That would make it a perfect dog park.

I love the park itself, but the problem is that there is 0 accountability. On more than one occassion, we've encountered aggressive dogs, with painfully ignorant owners. We met a woman who takes care of dogs on the weekends today, who had at least 4 dogs with her and was smoking in the park. Both of those things are against the rules, but there is no one to tell her otherwise. On another occasion, a dog with a clear aggression problem went unchecked, constantly growling and biting at other dogs, while the owner did nothing. Like I said, this is an amazing space, and 90-95% of the dogs you meet will be great. But people are left to police themselves when it comes to poorly trained dogs, and you can likely imagine how that turns out.

We love coming here with our dog-large area, multiple areas to play, and in general, responsible dog owners. It's also nice to hop on the path and walk along the lakeshore (although dogs aren't permitted on any of the beaches)

Two sides, the larger dog side and small dog world side by side. I'm usually on the small dog side. Ppl come and go with high volume of traffic. Many ppl let the dogs run from the vehicle to the gate off lead. I resent that behavior, it's unsafe and disrespectful towards other pets and ppl. All kinds of ppl sitting around on a bench and dogs off leash. If you and your buddy are down, it's a nice park.

Came from out of town. Tons of room for your dog to run! He absolutely loves it. The only downside is that there are a lot of pretty deep holes in the ground so be careful walking or running with your dog.
