My daughter and son in law had their wedding here 9/10/2022-9/11/22. Amazing location for private events for the outdoor loves. We camped over night. Included in our PKG. And we had an amazing time. The owner keeps the place beautiful, clean, and such a lovely place for many families to make some amazing memories in beautiful Idaho

Hidden gem campground! Lovely space, nice facilities, creek and swimming hole to relax in all day, free range chickens, huge tree swing. Right down the road from Idaho City (recommend eating at Trudy’s). Gayle is a LOVELY host. Must stay. We loved it.

Gen. Purpose

Having my Wedd OMG here in July. So excited, we booked the campground for the weekend and I'm so excited. Gayle had been wonderful, she is one awesome lady. The site is gorgeous. There's a creek that runs along the side, a collection of aspens and vintage stone bench to take scenic pictures and enjoy. Gayle offers an ice house, free fire wood for those who choose to camp for the night, a large firepit that all your guests can enjoy together, and 10 nicely sized campsites with a very clean outhouse. More to come after my wedding, its going to be legendary, yup I said it, legendary!

We were ar Creekside Campground over the fourth of July and we had a fantastic time. It was very quiet and the spaces are quite large surrounded by trees. We were lucky enough to be right by the creek and being able to listen to it all night was so relaxing. There were a number of ways to get to the creek to place your chair or go wading. The bathrooms were close by, super clean and did not smell. It is a dry camp but they had water and showers (for a fee) to use if need be. We will definitely be going back!

Took a shower @ Creekside. Campgrounds are clean & beautifully secluded. Gayle is a fantastic host. It's worth the time to visit, you won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous surroundings. Easy drive up from Boise. Great amenities. Even a hot shower. Family friendly. Pet friendly. Running creek runs along the perimeter. Great for cooling off.

We came to Idaho City to ride the Hot Springs Mountain Bike route and needed a place to leave our truck. This campground provided a secure place for us to store it for a reasonable price as well as a really nice spot to camp at the start and finish of our bike trip.

Nice little place, kids had a blast on the tetherball and rope swing, played in the creek, and has some pretty descent vaulted restrooms. No hookups or running water, and watch out for the roaming chickens and turkeys, great place!!

Gayle and her son Daniel are some GREAT people! Gayle went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding! Her and her son Daniel were so great with answering questions and always respond quickly. If we needed help with something or just had some questions for her she was easy to get ahold of and a couple times stopped what she was doing to come help us out at the campsite. Her property is absolutely breath taking! Very open, very clean and just all around beautiful! I highly recommend going to her campground for your wedding or reunions!!

We used this camp sight for our annual office camp out. There was 69 of us. This is our 24th year of camping for 3 days in the mountains somewhere in Idaho. This truly was one of our favorite places to camp. The kids were able to play on the swings, tether ball, rope swing was a big hit and sand box. We added ax throwing to the mix. The kids hiked, biked and played in the river. I never heard once that anyone of them say they were bored. The facility was super clean. We used the Pavilion for all the meals, The two full size refrigerators were a great help in keeping the food fresh in the ice house. The sinks for cleaning up are incredible. The outhouse was the cleanest I have ever been in. We used the entire camp to ourselves. Truly a great experience.

First time here….. Great experience all the way around. Professional but very friendly. Communication from reserving to staying was fantastic…made my planning so easy. Nice location, clean….defiantly felt like camping but had bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights. The creek was so fun….and close. We had age 9 months to 51 yrs old, group of 13 and EVERYONE was happy…. Thanks Creekside. We will defiantly return :-)!

This is a great campground, or wedding venue or any other type of event u need a great outdoor space . They have showers too! It is right by the river it is well maintained they have picnic tables at their campsites free wifi and it is only $30 a night!

We camped here with our trailer as a family in August. Let me tell you, this property is really special. The couple that owns and runs it have truly put their heart and soul into this place. The setting is beautiful, the animals that they raise (chickens, ducks, geese, and a couple of big ol' sweet cats) make the place feel homey. It was a beautiful place to camp with the creek just down the trail. It would deifinitely be a great place for a wedding, event, or group camping. We enjoyed the group fire pit, the creek, the swing(s), and the big grassy field. We will be back!

We had our office campout at Creekside Campground, a few things that made our campout fantastic was the having the icehouse with 2 refrigerators, coin operated showers and super clean vaulted toilets. The creek was absolutely stunning and refreshing. There was a very nice and energizing walking path that was a decent workout. The play area for the kids was perfect to keep them busy, and not one whined about being "bored". The pavilion was perfect to for our group of 70 plus guests, the lights at night are so beautiful.

Awesome access to the creek for wading. Excellent customer service. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Gale is very helpful with anything you need. Also an excellent store 1/4 mile down the road for last minute items such as beer, water, fishing and camping supplies.

The campground was amazing. Went there for my great nieces wedding. It was beautiful. Restrooms were cute and clean so was the park. Great place to camp and enjoy nature.

It's a great place for a fast getaway from Boise. Has a nice play place for kids, mine loved the big tree swing. A little too much road noise, and a few to many rules for my liking. Biggest draw back for us is no immediate access to four-wheeler trails.

Awesome campground in a very pretty location! And it is a superb wedding venue! Gayle, the owner, is amazing!!! She is extremely accomodating and worked with us to my our wedding ideas and dreams come to life. We found Creekside Campground last minute after a different venue flooded and we are so glad we did. Our wedding turned out even better then we imagined, and Gayle was amazing about everything! Before, during, and after she took care of us. I highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting an amazing, unique, outdoorsy wedding!

We love visiting this place. Every time we come Gayle has kept it looking pristine. Clean grounds, & bathrooms are a huge plus. With the beautiful scenery, sound of Moore's Creek and the occasional sighting of chickens and geese, makes this place a gem. Gayle is always friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have. Great customer service and we really appreciate visiting with her in the summer months. A great place for a large group. We rented the place for our reunion. So glad we found this gem. Go visit, you'll love it!

Lovely campground, host and family are very friendly. Only 10 sites so nice and cozy with good spacing. Close to public land access. No hookups but the bathroom is super clean. Would definitely stay again!

Came up from California with my brother in law to see if Boise was ideal. Well we camped here to save money and had a great time. Gayle was a very nice lady and let us have the creekside camp site. Very beautiful campground i miss it already

This is a beautiful camp ground. Well maintained, cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen, sits along side a beautiful creek with a walking path. We camped in a 35 ft 5th wheel (boondocked). Definitely will camp there again.

Gayle is a wonderful host whom offers a wonderful place for camping. A beautiful location with amazing views and well maintained restrooms, Creekside is the best destination for camping in Idaho. We'll be back again!

It was generally well cared for. Only one large in-ground fire pit, but each spot had a fire grill. Near the river, but also near the road. Luckily not to much road noise during the night.

Fun campsite, only downside is the lack of hiking trails and they didn't tell us that they would charge us for the grill. They said it's available for our use, and then after we used it they charged us. My favorite part was the shooting stars!
