We have been members here for years, it’s worth EVERY penny. The park is wonderfully cared for, the dogs must be personality screened for non aggressiveness to get a entry card, and everyone is so nice! Love it! Even has a nice spot for a picnic!

Cahaba Beach dog park provides your dogs with tons of space to run around and get their beans out. There is a beautiful treed area, a green space a water feature for them to play in and lots of shade.

I love this place!! My elderly baby was attacked at a popular unregulated dog park on the first day and we never went back. Later, I adopted a 2 yr old high energy JRT/beagle and our walks didn’t work anymore. They weren’t nearly long enough to tire wild child out, and so long that they completely wore my senior pup out. This place was the perfect solution: all dogs are temperament tested before an affordable membership can be purchased, the pups have 3 acres under fence to play and explore at their own pace, and they have lots of friends here that love to romp. The parents are all nice, kind people who clearly care about every pup in the park. And wow, what a beautiful, natural setting, mostly under trees which keeps everyone cool, with gazebos and benches scattered throughout. My pups and I highly recommend Cahaba Beach Dog Park. (Haven’t used day care our boarding yet.)

I love sending my dog here, and he loves it too. I'm not sure why you'd want anything more than a standard suite, but it's great to be able to choose extra little additions to make your pup's day more exciting. I never worry about leaving my pup here for a few days because I know this staff loves dogs and treats them right. Plus I love being able to check in on him every so often with the room cams!!!!

It was wonderful, beautiful environment with lots of space to run and play. My puppy was "tested" for temperment before being admitted as a precaution so that we know all that are in there can safely get along. My Zoey especially loved the wading pool

My one-year-old baby enjoyed himself here and the staff was nice. He was exhausted and fell asleep in the car after a half-day in doggy daycare. Cahaba Beach offers a variety of services for dogs, from boarding, to a dog park (comes with a membership) to grooming to daycare and they provided the cutest "report card" by end of day for doggy daycare. This was definitely a treat and luxury, but I expect to bring my dog back here again.

I started using Cahaba Beech Dog Park 2 1/2 years ago. My dog loves coming to the park to meet his friends. I love the fact he exercises before we try to go to bed at 11:00. The owners provide a relaxing and safe environment for owners and pets. They even go to the expense to provide a mosquito barrier spray (Mosquito Squad of Birmingham) for their clients, both human and canine.

We boarded our dog, Velvet, here from July 31-August 7. It was our very first time boarding her some where. It was so nice to be able to check in and see her on the webcam! When we picked her up they had just given her a bath so she was all nice and clean. We are going out of town again in September and will definitely be boarding her here again. I would highly recommend Cahaba Beach Dog Park!

It is well worth the cost. If for nothing else the temperament test it requires of other dogs to get approved but the park itself is fantastic. There's still dog park drama but not nearly as much and the grounds are extremely well cared for.

This is the premier dog park. I know the family personally and I can tell you this a labor of love. I sent my puppy babies this past year and was overwhelmed by the service and care they give to families and their pets. Don't second guess! Send your four-legged loved ones here.

CBDP is an awesome place for your dog to go for daycare, boarding and to play in their fenced in park. There is a ton of stuff for your dog to do and the staff knows your dog's name! Our dog gets excited every time we pull in the parking lot because she knows the fun that awaits.

Very caring staff. My Jake had a 9 day stay with them over Christmas/New Year while we traveled out of state. This was his 3rd stay with them in the past 2 years. I always get him the Junior Suite so he has lots of room and it has a webcam so I can check on him anytime I want. I also pay a little extra everyday for him to have a little one on one time since he is 10 years old and an indoor, very spoiled pup. I have tried other boarding places and Cahaba Beach Dog Park, by far, is the best in my opinion!! Thank you for taking such great care of my Jake :)

My little Morkie loves to play in the small dog area. They also have an agility course that has obstacles and artificial turf. I only wish they had a large indoor park for bad weather days.

I cannot praise this organization enough! Cahaba Beach Dog Park is one of the most superior businesses with which I have had the pleasure of working. My husband and I were planning a road trip, moving from Alaska to Virginia and had lined up a sitter in Virginia to watch our dog for 5 weeks. Unfortunately were suddenly left in a bind when our sitter fell through at the last minute. We had planned to fly our dog to Virginia and then travel to northern Alabama to see family on our journey back through the states, so we began looking for boarders in the Birmingham area. Our dog, Toby, is our only child and of course, we were nervous about leaving him just anywhere. We needed a boarding facility in our price range, and with a 5 week availability, that would give us peace of mind. Corin was our first point of contact and she was helpful in checking for availability, explaining policies and assuring us that Toby would be in good hands. They took multiple calls from me and always answered questions patiently and thoroughly. When I told another staff member that our guy (a rescue) had displayed some food aggression in the past, she told me not to worry and assured me that the owner, also a trainer, could handle the situation if it were to arise. One of our biggest concerns was staying within our price range. Having missed out on a free sitter, and having to pay for 5 weeks of boarding, was a definite worry for us. We stressed to the staff that we needed the most cost effective space possible. When they explained that those rooms were already booked up on the weekends, (of course) I began to panic; at this point I was emotionally invested in this place. The wonderful staff there was understanding and explained that they would work with us on the pricing. Relieved, we left Toby in their capable hands. At one point during our journey, a staff member called to inform us that Toby had developed some type of irritation on his backside. She gave our options; we could either let them shave his behind and figure out the issue, or they would happily transport him to a veterinarian. At this point, we had faith in the employees there and asked them to take care of it. They called us an hour or so later informing us that it was merely a hotspot and explaining how they would treat it. They said they would call back if any other issues arose. Within a few days, we noticed through their fantastic video system, that they had removed his elizabethan collar, and that he was no longer chewing on his rump. Finally, when we arrived to pick him up, he was freshly bathed and happy. The staff had rounded up his multiple comfort items and had him ready to go. At check out, Tiffany generously adjusted our rate to reflect the cost of the more basic room, and gave us the military discount, which greatly reduced the price of our bill. Furthermore, I noticed as we drove away, they did not charge for the hotspot care they provided. I cannot thank these folks enough for the peace of mind they provided. Their professionality and top-notch service cannot be beat. We will most definitely be repeat customers!

This place is awesome! I have never seen anything like it! Everyone knows ur animals turn into ur kids right well sometimes when going on vacation ur pets r not allowed well i took my dog to a vet when i was a little girl n it was a cage inside w a bed. Oh but at this place its like a five star daycare. The staff takes your dogs outside plays w them loves on them i have even seen one dog get mad at another n they called dog by its name n said time out n sure enough they put the dog by itself off grass. The way it looks is they have staff to dog ratio. I have never heard anyone be ryde or miss treat a dog only seen them play with and love on them. Parents r welcome to come play w their animals up in the actual park as well. They are all so amazing there. The owners who came up with this are genius it the best thing ever. Oh n no small dogs r w big dogs. U should go take a look qt this place
