I love come to this place every spring morning in May, because of the gosselins I get to see. This year there must have been over 3 dozen gosselins in the park. It was great to watch them until someone decided not to keep their dogs on its leashes and chase the geese and gosselins into the water.

This is a real nice place to go to walk, bike, or picnic. Nice trails, friendly and informative caretakers.

Great park with lots of picnic tables, room to run, horseshoe game, and a nice access to water. I am only giving 4:5 because the bathrooms are “vault” toilets and had no hand sanitizer. During COVID... this is important.

Nice lake to fish there and also has river front parking to access the Yellowstone River. Note if you plan on fishing the river bring heavy tackle and a study rod and reel

Nice place to sit and enjoy a sack lunch. Buy a bag of frozen corn to feed the waterfowl.

I love this park. It’s a great place to walk the dogs. Found a new trail that was so interesting plus it connects to Norm’s island another great walking area.
