it was late at night when we got there, the people I was visiting did not have a restroom yet, so I use the facilities located on the property their private very clean and they have lots of washers and dryers it only $3 a load. I- was extremely quiet, my only complaint was trying to locate it was a little difficult, but we found it. seeing as how it's a week before Christmas there was lots of decorations up even though some people are only there overnight.

A mature safe rv park. Jonathan is very good at keeping residents posted on events, mail and work schedules around the park. The laundry/bath and office is clean and well kept. Friendly residents. I would stay again.

I've been here several months now and I love it here. Yeah sure the RV's are a little close but everyone is super nice and the facilities are great. Jonathan, the manager, is very helpful and notifies you when you have mail. There is a nice field near by to walk the dogs. Also, The west side is the best side!!
Jim Kahler
Great little rv park. Nothing fancy but is a perfect set for what i needed. Easy hookups for water, sewer and electric. They have on-site propane, showers and laundry. Sites are extremely level and leveled up in about 1 minute
Michael Counterman
Sweetwater is quiet, clean and affordable.
Jonathan is a responsive, gracious and accommodating host.
I stayed there for 4 months through the summer and had no issues anywhere.

Great place to stay! Jonathan answers all the questions quick and is very helpful and is easy to work with. The bathrooms are always clean, and the place is taken care of.

Stayed a year! Quiet, clean park with very responsive manager! Saw a deer in the woods behind the camper the first week but none since then. They have a couple showers/bathrooms and several washers and dryers in the office - very neat and clean. Propane on site was such a plus, especially in the winter! Jonathan, park manager, is always very responsive and helpful! He keeps a clean respectful park!

I wish I could give it 5 stars but it is a work in progress. The park manager Jonathan deserves 10 stars. He is so on his game. Returns all calls as soon as he is able which is usually pretty quick.
The showers are absolutely immaculate and their laundry is also wonderful. Plenty of hot water and the shower heads are the removable hand held ones which I love.
Once this park has it all together it will be a GREAT ONE!
Met some lovely people there.. everyone is friendly and you will feel very safe. The price is fair as well. I would return anytime I’m in the area. The sites are a bit tight but we were fine with that. We could use our bump out without a problem.
Thank you Jonathan and keep up the good work..
Rita and David.. Brant Rock, MA ☺️👍👏

The 2 bathrooms and small laundry room are exceptionally clean. The location is good as it is outside the metro Atlanta area. The lots are tight. Very tight. The scenery is lacking. Worst of all, the owner/manager is not easy to talk to.
Kayla Rich
Small friendly area. The office was always clean and open with laundry and showers. Added bonus of propane on site (we were there when it was cold outside and we needed it for the heater). The manager, Jonathan, is easy to get in contact with, quick to reply, and goes above and beyond to help.

Had a conference in Atlanta for a few days and stayed at Sweetwater Creek. Great little park. People there were all super nice. The manager John was phenomenal, great communication about the stay .. I could text him about anything related to my stay. Highly recommend.

Thank to the Staff for a quiet stay, Jonathon was great came over to make sure that me and my family was good and the spot was good and plus he call to make sure we was doing good as well. I especially want to thanks for all his assisting with the day that I wasn't able to come. I truly advise everyone to use the online directions when going to the RV park, Bathrooms was always clean and the laundry works perfectly. The guess on ground was very friendly, this will be my good spot when traveling through GA. Thanks again

I lived here for just over 3 months. It's a very quiet campground. The people I met were very friendly. Jonathan - the resident manager is very hospitable.

This little Park is nice and quiet and tucked back in some very nice Wooded areas. The manager Jonathan is very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Robert Alsobrook
Definitely not a resort but quiet and friendly. Bathrooms are always clean and the laundry works perfectly. Miss Angie is very friendly and helpful. Im here alone for work and I works nights. I've never had a single problem yet and, I've been here almost 2 months

Good 4 night stay in December 2021. Johnathan was great, let us switch spots on arrival due to mud from crazy rains. Nothing fancy about this place, but it was very quiet and we felt safe. Would stay again if we are in the area.
Regina Fox
Currently staying here. This is our 3rd night of 4 nights. Jonathan is great. I texted him with questions and he was quick to answer. Very nice. The area is nice. The bathrooms are clean! No wifi to the campers, but that wasn't a problem for us. The sites are close, but not right on top of each other feeling. Our neighbors are nice too. Very nice experience. Very pleased.
Lauren
Only stayed for one night but it was a great pit stop right outside of Atlanta! It was very quiet, directions to our spot were easy to follow, and Jonathan was quick to answer any questions.
Carol Holloway
Quiet, little park. A ways off hwy. Close to Atlanta. Manager Jonathon very helpful and friendly. Even called second day to see if we wanted to stay longer as he had spot open up. Unfortunately we are on a schedule and had to leave after 2 days. Spots are a little close but park is adding more spots to spread out. Would stay again.
Nikki Yarbrough
My husband and I have been coming here for the past several years! The staff are very friendly and the campground is always clean. Nice bathrooms with showers, new modern washers and dryers, will accept cards or cash reasonable prices! Propane now available on site! Just love this campground, whenever we work in the Atlanta area we stay here!
Adrian Martin
Good place to stay. Johnathan is a stand up guy, would be back if in the area. And after I had posted a negative review, he posted a response, late at night and still answered my call. Good people, I just haven't met yet.
Gerald Mitchell
We called enroute coming through Atlanta area having some appointments in town and stayed a couple nights. This may be more of a work persons rv park but clean and safe. Very good washer dryers and showers. The manager Jonathan is very friendly and helpful obviously personally involved in caring for his community. We'll be back for other Atlanta visits. Actually the little town of Austell also warrants a visit.

My Wife and do our fair of traveling , we have developed a routine schedule that’s finds us in GA at least 6 times per year … we stay in Austell west of Atlanta about 15 miles, it’s a laid back park with kind families that live there full time and with its share of visitors.
The RV Park General operations manager Angie is absolutely amazing! In all honesty she is the reason we frequent this particular RV sport .
Her customer service skills are over the top, she always is able to manage oue schedule and to secure our sport , her warm and kind character, is so accommodating.
Angie alone gets 5 stars on her own merits! She comes with her own lovely family included! .
She’ll win your loyalty as she did ours!
So if it’s been a long drive or your looking for a safe and secure place to stay you have found it right here !!
Try it you’ll love it !! , clean quite and safe !

Safe campground just outside of Atlanta. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.
Wes Denton
Had the opportunity to say here during a 3 month work assignment. Angie the manager was very accommodating and helpful all throughout our stay. The park was quiet for the most part. There was an occasional barking dog and the sound of the train whistle in the distance a couple of times a day but none of it lasted long. the laundry/bath facilities were always clean. If we are in the area again we will be staying here.
Emily Sanchez
Not the best place we’ve stayed at but the check in was smooth and fast. The people were friendly and respectful. Bathrooms close by and clean! It did the job for our one night stay after driving hours back down to Florida
Marvin Jenkins
This is our go to RV Park when we visit GA. The sites are all very well maintained, well lit and designed for ease of entry. The property manager, Angie is so very helpful, will work with you and goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant. We will always make this our spot!
Deb D
This place is great! They got me in to a last minute spot just before major severe storms rolled through & we were safely tucked away from it all. Clean laundry and bathrooms/showers; and the manager was very pleasant. Thank you!
Sorry no photos, it was pouring out.

Been here for over a year and a half for work. Smaller campground but well maintained. Bath house is cleaned and kept up. Washing machines and dryers are cleaned and great for travelers. Propane is a available onsite. Quiet and safe area right next to Atlanta. Angie the campground manager is very helpful and responds promptly to any questions you might have. Great campground for travelering workers or for setting up base camp for siteseeing. Due to a work extension, I will be here for another year. Definitely glad I found this place and great neighbors.
Jon Eisenberg
Definitely a mixed bag. Mostly long term, working folks with a few transient spots. Nice clean new showers and laundry. Sites are a little tight and there is a surplus of mud when it rains. But is is very peaceful and quiet at night (except for train whistles in the distance). Tucked into a residential area with narrow but navigable streets to get in and out. Call for reservations - don't bother with the web site form, it won't be answered. Friendly staff though when you call. Quite expensive for what you get but supply is limit near Atlanta.

Sweetwater Creek RV Reserve is a nice, clean, quiet little RV park just minutes from Six Flags and not too far from downtown Atlanta! My husband and i stay in a monthly spot and it’s been very nice so far! Angie is an AMAZING park manager, and we have been blown away by her and her husband’s hospitality, helpfulness, and overall friendliness! The bathrooms are super private, not like a typical open style bath house! it feels like a little community and everyone seems very welcoming and kind! Lot includes water, sewer, and electric (and wifi near the office!) Don’t let the surrounding area fool you, once you turn into the park it’s like it’s own little world! Highly recommended for short or long term stays near the Atlanta area!!

This is the one!! Angie is amazing, she found us in last minute, and when I told her we were new RV owners she helped guide us in!!
I am so thankful for her kindness and her willingness to help us in the dark! If we were to return to the Austell area I would definitely stay here.
The laundry room and bathrooms are cleaned often. I highly recommend the camp site and Angie!!
Thank you! The Oricks

Only been here a couple of months but it's nice and quiet campground. A lot of people here like myself are traveling for work. Laundry center seems clean but I dont use it. Andrea the manager is great always trying to help and responsive to questions. If you plan on staying here bring some bug spray. Other than the mosquitoes this place is great.
Kimi Fitzhugh
Difficult to get to. Mostly long term campers, guessing they work in Atlanta. Good place if you're not looking to stay in camper for the night or while in Atlanta. Not the typical campground atmosphere. Safe, mostly clean, easy access to Atlanta and surroundings.
Deb Pat Burk
After researching possibilities with my husband on places to stay near Atlanta, this seemed like a good safe choice in comparison to other places If you decide to go to Six Flags this RV park is accessible. Spaces are adequate in size, it is quiet here for being close to the city and check-in went smoothly. There is a State Park near here but they only accept tents and amenities are Stark.
Bob Dodd
Great place. Mostly Quiet, easy to get in and out of and laundromat on site along with bathrooms and showers. Management is very nice and they have a good handle on keeping things clean and tidy. Neighbors are just as nice and helpful.
Chris J
The site hosts went well above and beyond to help get us hooked up and moved into a spot late at night. It was a nice quiet well kept campground for being so full. We had a great experience.
Jude G.
Quiet, safe, and clean. Bathrooms and 2 showers on sight in a nice building. Some spots need leveling up for your camper. And the dryers are not very good at drying even small loads. They need to check the temp control for 2.50 a dry.
Liquid Gypsies
An RV resort that has a community and friendly feel like being at home. This is a laid back spot from all the crazy hustle and bustle with no road noise and easy access to realpy good food, groceries and the highway. The wifi out here works great for just about any reason which is hard to find in georgia.
The friendliness of the staff make this place memorable and feel like home. ANGIE really goes above and beyond to help in any situation and provides what she can whilst maintaining a beautiful peice of property.
Walking in this area is safer than most of the RV parks around as well with a neighborhood next door for thw slower traffic and i believe a nice trail as well.
Perfect for needing a place to work, if your rv needs space try and look for around the tree line if not the middle section is a bit tighter but nice folks and good sewer systems throughout the parks even in heavy rain season.
Kelly Jennings
Quiet place near Atlanta. Perfect if you just want a place to hook up your camper and have a place to sleep. Seems mostly like long term folks.
If you are looking for somewhere to camp that is like staying at home - WiFi, cable, swimming pools - this isn’t your place. If you want to sit out by your camper, enjoy the the quiet, spend time with your family without distractions-this is perfect for that.
Roy Crumpton
What a great place to stay. Stayed here for 2 years working in the Motion Picture Industry great staff and it was problem free
Ian Gall
Best RV spot we could find close to downtown Atlanta. There's a mix of RV'ers there for long vs short stays. The caretaker was very accommodating for us, finding us a spot, and helping us get setup with water. We paid initially for a full week, but had to leave early and they gave us a prorated refund - NICE !
Patti Cosenza

An unassuming yet charming little campground nestled in a quiet, friendly community. It doesn't have all the "frills" but my family and I really enjoyed our stay, and we'll be going back.
Rowell Transpo
Couldn’t ask for better services. Angie the manager is awesome, willing to help In any way she can, to make your stay comfortable. Always answers questions, text messages etc.... she is phenomenal.
Dc g
Quiet. There is a Spacious public park betweem rv park and the neighborhood to buffer noise. It's a basic place to park your rv and hook up. Not much in the way of amenities. More like a place for your self contained unit. Very close to Atlanta for activities there.
Randy Weiss
Nothing special. Several campsites have concrete and large rocks. I wouldn't considerate a family campground. I am staying here alone for work. It is quite and it seems safe here.
Stacy Chambers
Friendly staff extremely helpful. Quite Park handy to grocery store and resterants. WiFi at managers office only. No cable TV. Extremely small lots. I would camp here again
Tracy Rogers
Nice people, safe for man and dog.

Rate is ok. Most residents are long term. One of the few RV parks you can find near Atlanta.
