We had a nice time, using this RV park as a springboard to go into Atlanta a couple days in a row. The park itself was okay to navigate, and we did enjoy staying there. We were a little bit close to our neighbors but it was not a big deal. They had the full hook up we needed, and the price was good. Also, making a reservations was hassle free. Was a good experience for us.

I was concerned when reading various reviews but very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we were at this place. Older but site was level, easy hook ups, quiet, and staff were really nice and helpful. Shower suites were great along with nice laundry room. I would stay here again.

So I did not stay here. My wife and I are full time RV’r’s, we are at another park at the moment, I have a Dr that I will be coming back to see regularly and have been looking for parks near Marietta that’ll closer to him. I am glad I pulled in here and was NOT in my 45’ Class A. The road surfaces are just terrible, sites are VERY close, everything is very overgrown with more than a couple rigs in poor to very poor condition. Just an overall less than comfy feel.
If you have to be close to the city, this will do. It is definitely not the quality we seek. I wish I could be more positive and the staff may be nice (I was there Sunday, office was closed) but I am just glad I did not make a reservation.

We got the last space available which was a “premium” spot. It is very difficult to get to the spot since it is down a very steep road with a 90 deg turn and speed bumps; hair raising for sure! The spot itself is pretty nice; large, concrete, overlooks other parts of the park and lots of trees. However, lots of light pollution from the street lamps and lots of noise pollution from the Air Force base and busy roads nearby. Also, we were under a 40’ pine tree so during rain or when the squirrels are active we’d have very large pine cones dropping on the roof; this was LOUD! The staff are curt but overall nice. We were able to take delivery of packages from USPS and UPS. The place is somewhat rundown and has lots of permanent residents.

This is a nice park, pretty, wooded, and reasonably quiet. It is NOT a resort. It was not cheap, but given its proximity to Atlanta, to be expected. No assistance in getting into a site, so not a location for new RVers. Reasonable proximity to Walmart and Whole Foods IF you have a tow vehicle. It was located where we needed a park to be, and a good location to visit friends. Will note that Wylie Drive does not have good signage, and GPS apps are iffy at giving you enough warning to turn. Turning right onto it is doable; turning left somewhat problematic. Park does have a very steep drive. Would stay here again.

My dearest friends who we consider family are here and they are the best! Loved being there! We will most definitely return!

This is a campground. After reading the negative reviews I'm of the opinion that those folks should have stayed in a Hilton. The showers are huge and hot. The free wifi allowed me to work on my laptop as I was streaming Netflix on the TV. So, that worked great. Roads are a bit tight, so go slow. I watched a maintenance crew working everyday on one thing or another to keep the park nice. Highly recommend as a place to crash if you're in the area.

Tried to get in for one night very small and close together ..we are 70 feet long answer tried to "squeeze" us in! Overall nice guy running it but not then place for us!
Daniel Happ
Campground was fine. We stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t have any issues. The bathroom is okay, only two stalls that have showers in them. Not super clean but wasn’t terrible. Large speed bumps. Didn’t see the office open they entire time we were there. Easy way to check in on the iPad but if you don’t use your full name it won’t show up. The lights around the campground are bright. Didn’t bother us but could bother other people. Overall fine stay.
Jezika Daniels
Very nice and accomodating. They let us dump and fill propane without staying overnight. Great location, right off busy road but once you are in campground you feel like you are in the woods far away from the city. Very peaceful and quite.
Lydia Schmigotzki
It's fine for what it is. As long as you read the reviews and already know it's in no way a resort there shouldn't be any surprises. The guy in the office was nice and friendly. My site was level and I felt safe enough in the area. If it were priced about $15 less I would probably stay there more often when I'm in town. In my opinion the price point is just too high for what you're getting even taking into account how close to town it is. I'd rather stay up at the COE's at Lake Allatoona and drive a little longer to get to Atlanta.

This is a good little rv park. I don’t understand the negative reviews. It is clean. Laundry/showers are well kept. Staff is always working to make the park better and super accommodating. I was here for a few days and saw plenty of people come and go in their campers. I think it’s a great place.
Brandy Prentice
3rd time here... love this place
Melissa Brann
Sites are small, but they have concrete pad to park on so no mud in the campers. Staff is vey friendly and helpful. Showers and laundry room is clean and easy to use. Great for a stay when you are headed out of campground for activities, not if your trying to have a campground that has activities. We are very pleased with our stay and would return if back in the area.

Very friendly staff.. the Perfect overnight stop before the thick of Atlanta I-75 driving. Easy accessibility off and onto I-75. Extra bonus is a Walmart less than 5 minutes from Campground. Diesel fuel and shopping if needed.
Steve McConnell
Great Stopping Point - before traveling through Atlanta! Traveled down from Indiana and used this park as my holding area till early morning to get a jump on I75 through Atlanta, which worked perfectly. Nice lots, yes kinda close together but it was a stop over and will use this again and recommend this to other traveling through this area as its so close to Atlanta.

This is an older park that hasn't been kept up. However it has a nice owner who apparently is trying to make improvements. Site's aren't bad just a little crowded. Laundry is not good needs all new machines. Most of them not working and others not well.
Trish Laura
Very unlevel sites, though paved, the pavement was so narrow you had to be precise to keep both tires on it. We stayed for just one night and it served its purpose. Not ideal for anyone actually wanted to camp here. Small "patio" area, very close to neighbors. Electric and cable were good.
Linda Kapovich
Wonderful Campground!!! Carol, Mike and their son Evan are the best. They go out of their way to provide the best service. They genuinely care about their guests and do everything possible to ensure a marvelous stay.
The Campground is nestled in the hills. Your surrounded by huge beautiful trees and silence.
The power post, sewers, and water all work great. The dumpsters are never too full and the Campground is always clean.
Mary Terry
Small but friendly. Folks were nice, sites small. Very clean facilities, with laundry and showers. We used it as a base for a family gathering. Atlanta traffic was horrible, I doubt we will return to the area because of that but we would stay at this nice little place again. Neither the Airforce nor the traffic sounds distracted from our comfort and sleep. I LOVED hearing Revely in the morning at 8am. There is a GREAT park nearby for a 2 miles walk with the dogs.
Steve K
The price is very good for the location. It's an older park with lots of mature trees, but it didn't have any problem accommodating our 43 foot motor home or others like it. BUT call first, as it is tight in spots and it appears not all sites can would be able to handle a big rig. The owner was pleasant and there were no issues. We'd certainly stay there again. For more reviews from a full-timer's perspective, see tiponeback4us on word press.
Justin Boles
Easy access, quiet park, and great location close to Truist Park. Only downside is the driveways and RV spots could use some maintenance.
Tina Nuse-Tolar
I love it here. I have been staying here for the past few months on a long-term lease. The rules are enforced. The sites are on the smaller side but there is plenty of room on the patio and between campers. I have read some reviews that are not favorable. My experience has been delightful. My mailbox key fits. It is a and quiet place. No Riff Raff or drunks keeping you up at all hours of the night. It's not the Taj Mahal. But it's definitely worth the money. The Air Force base is near by every once in awhile a low-flying plane flies overhead. There is just enough room for two vehicles at your site. The place is clean and they do not allow residence to junk up their site with all kinds of vehicles and stuff.
luke rosenbohm
Great location! Most of the sites are level, some need a board or 2 if you don't have a self leveling RV. Hook-ups work great and you can have your propane filled here. It fills up quick, but they keep a few spots for short term stays to try and accommodate everyone.
Salena Kidd
Great overnight stop! Very nice and friendly staff.
Valerie Tilburg
Made a reservations today for our upcoming April trip over the phone. The gentleman was pleasant & efficient. My confirmation was sent before the call ended. I will review our experience again when once we visit. Well our trip is ending with no regrets. Location great. Service at office friendly. It's small but worked for 28 foot trailer. Showers warm. One great attraction was the wifi was strong (we could stream Netflix).
Rodney Tomlin
Just stayed there this past weekend and was skeptical prior to staying here after reading the previous reviews but after arriving staff was great and place was AWESOME. Not far from Sun Trust Park and pool was crystal clear but showed its age some but that was minor. Very quiet place tucked inside a big city. I will definitely stay here again when going to see the Braves play.
Ali George
Sites were not very level. The dryers were not working during our stay forcing us to do laundry elsewhere. The sites are quite cramped and there's little room for parking.

☆☆Update:1/27/22 Just saw pictures recieved over 30,000 views with one getting over 26,000 views Thanx Please hit like. It wasn't working so I lost out on getting about 5,000 out of 26,000.☆☆
At first I was going to give 3 stars because of a problem while checking in. I mentioned that I may not be staying the last night and the woman pointed to a sign on the desk. It stated No refunds for early checking out. I said I guess that is why the guy who took my reservation said he was only charging my card for the first night. The next thing I know the woman said I had to sign for the charge. After signing and me saying I will let them know about staying she pointed to the sign. I realized she had charged me for the whole stay.
But after speaking to the manager I have given 5 stars. I explained what happened and he said if I wanted to check out early it would be no problem.
Really nice people.
I believe there was a language problem at check in.
Park pretty clean. Well lite at night.
Very Quiet.
If this helps please hit the like button.
Thanx

Staying long term for a few months. So far like the space and location proximity to the metropolitan area of Atlanta without being in the middle of high traffic area. About 20 minutes to downtown when not peak traffic hours. About 30 minutes during peak traffic hours. Onsite propane refill at lower cost than most places. Very clean coin-op laundry room and showers. Mailbox options for long term stay. Semi-rustic setting. Water, sewer, electricity, basic cable, and internet included in monthly rates. Electricity included up to $70 you pay excess if more used. MOST Staff has been very friendly and cordial however the general manager - Gary if I recall his name correctly is excessively rude and is a poor selection by the owners for their facility. Some interstate noise but minimal due to proximity to the interstate. Would definitely recommend ONLY IF THEY FIRE THE OLDER GENTLEMAN THAT IS THE MANAGER... spaces are limited and park is a bit compact but comfortable enough for maneuvering R.V. and TT.
Amber Motley
Booked a site at 10:00 pm, Saturday night, 05-14-22, on website. Worked perfectly. Very happy with your service.
Michael Nation
The best RV park in Atlanta area for experiencing Braves games. The location is perfect. Marietta is a fantastic town and we've always had pleasant experiences with the staff here every time we book. No complaints.
Thomas Atherton
I would rate it 3.75 ,facilities are adequate for a overnighter, hookups worked, kinda tight for a larger unit and some spots are pretty hilly to get to so I would explain exactly your tow vehicle and camper type when booking.close to highway!. Pricey but only game in the area.
Amanda Lyle
The staff there are amazing!! they are really helpful, sweet, and caring about our stays! In a good location for walking trails at Life University and a very good spot to watch planes and other aircrafts take off at Dobbins Air Force Base!! I will always come back to visit!!

Small and they don't let older rvs on lot for length of time just short term but I've seen there very old rv with moss growing on them. Water and dump on grass not gravel wear galoshes. $10 dump good price though. Looks dirty and not well maintained. Very old grounds. Alot of old timers so spots are hardly availeable. Poor customer service as well. Better off going to Canton Ga area up GA-400.
Frank Meyers
It's a real nice place. By no means a "Resort" but it's quiet, nice clean amenities, and if you get a cable box from Comcast you get free cable TV. The spots could be a little more level, tho.
Bruce Gardiner
The old man in the office was grouchy. They lie to you about space, said they were full, put us rt next to the dumpster. When the whole time we were there was 2 other spots that was better that were empty the whole time we were there, I know we will never stop there again, rest stop or truck stop is better...

would like to respond to orlando p. i wish reviews were truieful but there are alot of erroers, that should be discussed. first orlando change his trart date twice(2) aND HE WANTED TO CHANGE THE DATE A 3 TIME. HE WAS TOLD NO. IF HE WANTED THE SITE HIS RENT WOULD START nov 13 2016 . he agreed to the terms. if he didnot come in till 1 week later , that was his choice not the campground. he was chsarged $610.00 for the first site not $710.00- he registered with 2 people . we found out that there was 4 people on the site plus 3 dogs. we asked the people to park there extra car up a the store parking lot as it was not used inless someone went home. he asked for a different site . he was showned site 52 . it is amuch larger site, with plenty of parking for 2 trucks. it is a site that is esy to get into if you drive over the grass. which he did and so have many other campers over the 60 years the park have been here. i wish there was a bad review for campers i would like to place trhat name on the list. he is blaming the campground for damage to his rig.we did not drive mhis unit or offer any directions to him. how can the campground be a fault . when he drove the truck off the road not us.thanks for letting us answer the charges from him

Terrible "free wifi" couldnt even do my school work much less watch youtube... but over all calm and quiet nice little place to stay for a few days
shawn james
Nice place, surrounding area seems safe, spaces are pretty crowded together but good for an overnight.
wayne R
Wouldn't call this a resort. We were parked next to a nasty camper. They have many shabby campers and the park needs updating. Only a picnic table at the site.
Crystal Kadakia
This is a very popular location for RVers because of its proximity to Atlanta. It is difficult to get in, but once you are in, the staff is friendly and the site is great. I am in a premium site. The sites are mostly level, and very nice in that you feel a lot more privacy than most. The wi-fi however needs a lot of improvement to be functional.
Nic Ou
Crowded and spots are very close. Definitely not a resort. Only 1/3 of the spots are available daily. Rest are monthly and it shows.
Ellen Collingwood
This was a good night stop. We paid for the site by phone at 8pm. I had hung up before the manager gave me the site info. He called me right back and gave me directions!
Tom Roatch
Nice place, would stay there again.
It was close for us to visit family.
32 foot had to back in. There were no problems. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Theresa Massey
Love it here, go every chance I get. Owners are always there to help if needed. Check it out, won't be sorry.
Kimberly Brown
Spots are right on top of each other, and appears there are many long term residents, but it worked as an overnight stop close to the highway.
Jim Downing
Nice campground convenient to Atlanta. It is an older campground but very nice. A little tight for large campers but workable.
Tasha Eichmann
So far so good!! Everyone is so cool...our spot was perfect!! We just got here today... I'm glad we got the last spot!!
Deb D
They got me in at the last minute, full hookups, reasonable price, and a fresh shower to start the day!
Murray Moran
Looks like a decent park. Not too fancy though. We went to dump and fill our tanks which cost$10. No potable water at the dumpstation.
Ted Croucher
Great camp site, showers and bathrooms are clean and well lit. Camp ground was beautiful. Dogs there were very chill.
paul rosenbohm
Nice place to stay when visiting Atlanta. Friendly staff. Neighboring businesses are a little noisy. No fault of the rv park.
Patricia Tardell
Small spaces, our 45 ft coach fit but sites could be more level.
Jennifer Summers
Friendly staff easy hook ups.
Vic Chadwell
Nice place if I was pulling a pop up tent with a Volkswagen beetle. No room to maneuver a 1/2 ton truck with a 30' camper for all the vehicles parked on the roadway. My $40.00 lesson, never pay for something without looking first.
roger bolwerk
Left a lot to be desired. Very short sight. Water and Electric with hard-to-reach. Price was too high
BJ BETTISON
No wifi, pool is empty, no cable TV, and sites are back in only. Won't stay here again.
Roger Brady
