I lived in Yonkers for 4 years and I’ve tried every store for a chopped cheese I was unsatisfied that I just usually go to the Bronx to get one but after today I’m saying bye to the Bronx. I’m saying hello to NEW ON THE BLOCK DELI AND GRILL. I tried one of the best chopped cheese in Yonkers in this store. Also one of the best stores with great helpful customer service. The gyro was amazing too. Thank you so much guys!!

Me and my boyfriend love getting our Halal here! This is definitely a great spot to get some lamb over rice!! I'm a jersey girl but my boyfriend always brings me and knows the owner who is awesome!!

This place is amazing ... it’s like a hidden secret... I work as a teacher across the way and he delivers food to us.... there are no crackheads in front of the store ever and I work a full day... the owner is clean and always updating his store... this is incredible especially his cold cut sandwiches and gyros! Amazing place to order food and take home!
