I was surprised that the store was so big with a decent amount of seating. Very clean and good service. I would go back. I kept it simple with smoked salmon on a pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese.

Great place to get bagels for the office and lunch. They also have platters which are always fresh and everything is always great. Service is friendly and very helpful. Try to go here when I am in the area or when I have office meeting we have them cater. They are always ontime and delivery is very convenient

I go here once a week for an everything bagel with jalapeño and sun dried tomatoe cream cheese with coffee. Excellent! Once I went late in the day and they were out of bagels (my fault for going so late), I got a coffee free of charge!

Absolutely the best bagel I ever had, second to no one else. I used to frequent H&H bagels in Manhattan, but after they closed I started frequenting New York bagels and honestly I am never disappointed even if I had a long wait time it is worth it.

This morning I stopped by to get bagels. The line was long and no one behind the counter helping anyone. It appears everyone was focused on the delivery orders, standing around confused amongst themselves. As I was waiting, I looked over to the muffin case as I will generally get a few muffins. The case was invaded with flies. That turned me off. I will never get muffins there again. I order 4 toasted everything bagels with cream cheese. One would have imagined this is a simple order and no way they will get it wrong. Well after waiting for 15 minutes, the order was ready. When I got home, the bagels were not toasted, clammy with a big dollop of hard cream cheese. Not sure I will go back there for bagels, better off driving up to Stew Leonards for fresh bagels. I didn't see none of the regular guys there this morning, maybe there is a new owner.

Even with short staff they still handled everything accordingly. I've been here more than 5x and they do not disappoint. cappuccino was soo good with a hint of cinnamon delish and their to-go baked goods phenomenal we had brownies, banana nut muffin and a rice pudding and omg they are lucky I live pretty far because we will be there everyday. Guys thank you for making my orders just right and being consistent. we appreciate you!

Went in today for the first time, with a last minute need for a small catering order for my staff. There is a very welcoming, warm feeling at this establishment that makes you feel welcomed. Even though they were super busy Adam went above and beyond to accommodate me. He took my order, and listened to my substitution requests. I ordered breakfast while I waited and he brought it to me where I was sitting and gave me an update. They packed my catering order promptly and took care of me. I will definitely be coming here for all my businesses catering needs. Thank you.

Definitely the goto spot for breakfast if you are near the Mt Vernon/Yonkers Casino area. Everything taste amazing! They also have the biggest variety of bagels I've ever seen that are baked fresh every day. You can dine in or take out. Good breakfast/lunch foods!

Definitely giving a 5-star because the bagels are some of the best I have ever had and I have had Bagels from dozens and dozens of places. I have been going there pretty much every single day for the last two-plus years. the food is fantastic usually and the people are very friendly however the customer service often really sucks. There almost isn't a time where they don't get the order wrong. Even when they write it down. Pretty much every single time I have went there the order is wrong. The people are extremely nice and friendly but not great at making the orders. Only had hot Food a few times but it was pretty good. The French fries are not too bad just make sure to say Well done. The best thing of course is the bagels and cream cheese and even the home fries. Probably the best home fries I've ever tasted. coffee is a little strong in my opinion and even when you say extra light they leave it really dark so keep that in mind. Overall a little bit pricey but worth it for the good quality of food. Although they make tons and tons of bagels they do sometimes sell out so the morning is the best. The line can get pretty busy but it's worth it for the food. Overall a great place to visit for some bagels just be sure they get the order right before you leave.

Certainly some of the best bagels I have ever had. The cream cheese is also amazing and the coffee is really great. Can get a little bit pricey but in my opinion it is totally worth it for the good quality food as well as very friendly customer service. Only downfalls are they are usually pretty bad at taking orders. The employees are all very nice and helpful however they always seem to get the order wrong EVEN when they write it down .. always good idea to double check as 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong . However they are very apologetic and accommodating in fixing the order. They usually have a really huge great selection of bagels although they do occasionally run out in the later afternoon. I often suggest this place to anybody looking for good fresh Bagels!!!

I had a Sunday brunch family gathering at home and ordered the breakfast catering. I was very happy with the entire ordering process and the quality of food. The staff, both the people who took the order and the delivery person, were very professional. Delivery arrived right on time with everything well packed, hot (or cold if they should be) and delicious. Condiments, serving ware etc, no minor details was overlooked. It really make it easy for me as a host when everything was so well thought out and right there. I’m really impressed and I’m definitely coming back for my next party! Thank you!!

At 7am I walked in to purchase bagels for my students, they were busy but had enough guys working that there was no wait, If you want VIP service this is your place, two dozen bagels immediately with plates, knives, napkins, I didn't even have to ask ...my students said these were the best bagels they ever had and its tough impressing tenth graders. I was so impressed at that hour in the morning to be greeted with such smiles, friendly staff and such great care ...you guys just earned a customer for life thanks for making my morning :) thanks for the delicious bagels and for the great customer service.

Bagels and cream cheese are 5 stars no doubt and Friendly service is around 4-5 stars but the order is WRONG EVERY SINGLE time.. legit last 4 orders in a row were totally wrong... Delivery and eating in!!! I just can't anymore!!! Like come on it's literally two or three bagels and coffee!!! Again the bagels are no doubt the best but the service really stopped me from coming everyday like I use to..

I've been in the area for a few years now and my girlfriend moved in and we have been having a lot of trouble finding good local food. I took a shot in the dark the other day at getting egg sandwiches from this place and I finally found something my girlfriend won't complain about! She is so picky and will throw out half of our sandwiches. The workers are super fast at making sure you are attended to, the bagels are delicious, love the eggs and hash browns. I've had some of their regular sandwiches with mixed opinions but overall still amazing. I thought the roast beef was too dry but it was sliced so perfectly and same with the lettuce and onions and the bread was delicious that it was still awesome. This place is an easy recommendation for anybody, it's the best in the area by far

Everything Bagel was done very well. I had the scrambled egg (light) with cheese and home fries. This was to go. Food was great. Bagel was toasted perfect and the salmon smear was just right. My platter was cooked perfect. Love this place!

I was visiting my sister in Yonkers and I really miss the daily coffee we had here. I found the staff really friendly and their fresh bagels and croissants were delicious. My sister ordered a platter for work which went down very well. I highly recommend visiting this place

As a former NYC girl, this place has bagels that are the real deal! The kind and consistent staff treat you like family when you walk in and even if they are packed, they hustle to get your order in and get you out the door or they bring your food to a table so you can eat in. The food is great and if you don't agree they are beyond open to taking it back and getting you something else or your money back. It is a perfect local place and it's a great experience every time👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Everything is fresh. The bagels are made on site and the quality is impeccable. The strawberry cream cheese is really strawberries and cream cheese, which is lovely and heavenly, but anything I say wouldn't be able to do a justice. It's that good.

Wide variety of super fresh bagels that are $0.25 after 2 pm... at which point you won't have much selection left but the offerings are still good and they are very generous with their fillings! I've had the veggie cream cheese and also the turkey bacon, hashbrown, egg and cheese combo (fat girl's dream) and both were delicious. For lunch- pretty solid selection of sandwiches and paninis. Most recently tried the firefighter sandwich with cracked pepper turkey- loaded with a bit too much mustard but the sandwich itself was otherwise delicious and large enough for two servings.
