kricketbxAfter looking for 'Quality Meat' at an affordable price, we Googled and found Mini's Prime Meats... This cozy meat market has fresh meats, and the kindest workers. They worked with my husband and I for a reasonable price for the holidays although at the current times-prices are extremely high... But, they were gracious enough to give us a very fair price for a family Thanksgiving roast. Plus they were detailed and gave the baking instructions on the receiptWho does that!!! This is my new family meat market-If the prices are high--I'm certain they are the market rate, plus the service is so nice and I didn't smell meat which is a plus for a meat market... :) They not only have a new customer, they have a new generation of customers AND I'M ALMOST CERTAIN THAT'S THE GOAL FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!! Julia Calabresenice guys and amazing sausage but disappointed in the way they cut some of their meats, the ribs in particular. Very fatty and extra bones not removed.
