Aaron WalkerI am a Big Green Egg owner, and I needed warranty service. Problem is, I was given the grill as a Christmas gift, and my parents had purchased it out of state. I called the Outdoor Kitchen Store, and Jan, very knowledgeably told me how to get my registration information transferred to her store, so she could handle my warranty service from that point on. She told me just whom to call and it was done very quickly. She even had the part in stock, and gave it to me that same day. I was grilling for the weekend! I appreciated all her help for something that she didn't stand to make a red cent on. It just so happened, I found lots of accessories for the egg in stock in their showroom. It was nice to be able to pick them up and look at them before I bought them, which is something you just can't do online. The prices were were pretty much right in line with what I have been seeing online (cheaper in some cases, when you consider shipping) Overall, I recommend them highly and will continue to do more business with them.
