What a surprising delight. This place was previously Holy Hogs, and Danny has renamed it Grill & Provisions. On Thu, Fri, an Sat they are cooking up delicious foods - burnt ends, collard greens, pinto beans, brisket and more for lunch.

I ordered the "moist" one pound of brisket and a half slab of ribs. The brisket was tender and moist, it was so good that the BBQ sauce is unnecessary. Add the pickle slices along with the pickled red onion with the brisket and you are in mouth nirvana for taste! The ribs are good but by far, the brisket is the best in town! They were originally on Henderson but have moved to West Tampa on Armenia Ave. They also go by The Brisket Shoppe. The founder Daniel Hernandez has all of your Green Egg grills, BBQ equipment, and damn good brisket! Check it out and you won't be disappointed!

I happened to stop by here today as my girlfriend and I were driving by. I was immediately greeted by Danny. I was blown away by several things: customer service, friendliness, layout and products carried. Danny went above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable with his craft. I hardly sit down and write reviews but my experience today left me without an option. This shop Is the best; looking forward to my return trips.

The food is obscenely delicious and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the food is so good, they sometimes run out of stuff. Coz it's too good. Get there by noon if you want ribs!

Grill and Provisions helped me plan an awesome birthday surprise for my husband. I don’t know much about grilling, but the super knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me put together everything we would need to get started. My husband loves his new Egg! Tim is always killing it with the service. They have everything you could need for your outdoor kitchen and reasonably priced. Great selection of pellets, charcoal, seasoning, and all the cooking toys you can imagine. Did I mention it’s the best brisket in town too!? Get there early. They make enough but it does run out. Nothing wrong brisket and mac and cheese at 10am. Treat yourself.

Stopped in to get pellets for my Traeger and had such an amazing experience. Very friendly and extremely helpful employees. They offered us up some ribs they had just cooked and our choice of free drinks. We talked BBQ for a while and my family walked out and said “we’re coming back here soon!”

They're the best! I bought a smoker from here a few months back, just went back and got a gas grill. The service, friendliness, and welcoming atmosphere is great. I'd highly recommend to anyone in the market for anything grill related to check them out.

Great shop and wonderful people! Selling quality grills and smokers, specialty spices and charcoal, high end knives, cast iron cookware, and Yeti products. They also have a kitchen on premises serving Thursday through Saturday. Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Definitely coming back.

Great place for grilling supplies, specialty provisions and knowledge. Have been there multiple times since purchasing my egg and I always leave wanting to fire up the grill. Also seems like they have a great sense of community and bring people together for the greater grill

I admit, I went in thinking it was still Holy Hog specially from the Holly Hog signs on the building. They are still cooking some pork in the premises but are mostly bbq equipment and stuff sales. The pulled pork sandwich was good though.
