When I placed an order for prime rib, I spoke to the owner. He was the nicest guy! He told me all about his business, how to do a prime rib, and set the expectation on what pickup would be like on Christmas Eve. And it doesn’t stop there. The prime rib was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! The quality was on point and absolutely worth every penny. Our Christmas dinner was a success!

Back in my day family run butcher shops were common. Today we are so lucky to have this shop in White Center. Their expertise and customer service is tops. I'm a regular customer from now on.

This isn't a budget shop but the prices are very reasonable for the product. Especially on the house made sausages. I've tried 3 different types and they haven't disappointed yet. This is the only reliable spot for good andouille sausage that I know of in Seattle.

Really helpful staff, good selection. They have an awesome selection of dry aged beef and some of the best steaks I've seen available in Seattle. You should definitely try some of their in house summer sausage as well.

Tom is friendly and the best butcher I have ever seen. He is so generous especially to the White Center Food bank via the White Center Eagles Aerie #2568. Everything he sells is the best you can buy especially the chicken wings, steaks, and seafood. Buy local !
