Had dinner here before heading to a show. There were four of us and the hill added up very quickly but the food and service was quite good! We had the flat iron, king salmon, beef fat fries, bone marrow,hen of the woods mushrooms, Mac and cheese and the brioche. They initially didn’t bring us a spoon for the marrow, which I thought was odd but didn’t think much of, then the waiter came by profusely apologizing for it and provided us the beef fat brioche bun on the house. Wasn’t not requesting or expecting that but it was excellent and much appreciated. We also did not set enough time aside so we had to ask them to expedite our order and they happily did. Overall a great experience.

The food was delicious and the service was extraordinary. Some of the food was rich but it wasn't overwhelming. There was a balance. The food was well seasoned. The music was really good it set the mood. We ate downstairs. It's very dim, for a minute I thought I might have to take out my phone. Fortunately Didn't need too. This place is pretty pricey. But it's worth taking your significant other or your family. If you have kids your bring along it maybe best if there over 16.

Best steak we've had in Seattle yet! The meat was so melt in your mouth tender. Came here for a birthday meal and it was worth every penny. The service was excellent and the meat was a great deal. I was going to get the flight but I'm glad I was talked out of it because in the end, I don't think the meat would've been cooked as evenly or been as good of a deal. We got 2 different types of cuts. Both were delicious and flavorful. Definitely a fine dining steak experience. Highly recommend it over other steakhouses in the area

If you like your steak and want someone to explain to you the intricacies of the different cuts of meat, flavours to expect, and a nice smoky flavour to boot, then this is the place for you. You won’t get massive portions of meet, but you’ll get high quality beef that you won’t find anywhere else. Be prepared to order a few sides to share as with most upscale steakhouses, the sides are extra. Drinks are well made and stiff - which I personally enjoy. Top notch service and an extensive wine list make this a must try steakhouse in Seattle.

We enjoyed our time at this place. Appetizers and desert was were good. Their meats however are pretty much ok. Tried the tasting flight and only enjoyed one of their cuts. I was looking to get one of the other tender meats like the A5 wagyu however they informed that they were out. Their service was good however the prices compared to the quality of meats and cuts I felt were over priced.

After visiting twice this month, I cannot recommend Butcher’s Table enough. Excellent, locally sourced, fresh food with a large selection of different cuts/quality, AMAZING service from Adam (as well as the rest of the team!). The food is mainly locally sourced (at least as much as feasible) and totally delicious and carefully balanced flavor-wise. Last time around we got the Crudo tasting (super fresh and light!), their seasonal corn dish (styled after traditional street corn but with a twist), crab Mac & cheese (nicely baked and creamy) as well as steaks that were perfectly cooked and seasoned just enough to be tasty but not so overwhelming that you can’t taste the high quality steak. Additionally, their wine selection is diverse and vast but I noticed their markup isn’t all that much on bottles which is nice. Overall, the food tells a story no matter what you’re ordering and that’s what sets apart decent steakhouses from phenomenal steakhouses. Lastly, I have to shout out my server Adam. He’s by far the best server I’ve ever had, period. Coming from someone that’s worked in the industry, he obviously takes his customers very seriously and during my visits I have always felt like he truly cared about making the experience special for the whole party. He’s so incredibly kind and you truly feel like a valued guest no matter how familiar you are with fine dining. If you come on a Friday night see if you can sit in his section! I’m so glad I found this steakhouse since it’s an excellent place to take out of state guests, celebrate birthdays and I can imagine it’d be a very special date night as well.

Amazing and quality food and service. I was there for a business meeting, but I’m convinced that I need to go back again. The food was exquisite and the service was top notch. It’s not for the light of heart of those that are looking for a budget meal. But if you want to enjoy your special dinner with a significant other this is the place for it. Great ambiance. The wine selection is amazing. Highly recommend the Lachini Pinot 2018.

Excellent food in a dark atmosphere. Everything was superb -- cocktails, wine, pear salad, steak, mashed potatoes, Mac 'n cheese, brussel sprouts, salmon, cauliflower steak, pumpkin cake, and chocolate dessert. Definitely a treat for a celebratory dinner out.

It was such a wonderful experience! The place itself is amazing ! But the food and drinks , WOW ! Blown away ,such a magical Experience.. But wait there's more ! 10 Stars to the Waiter and all his runners cooks and the back up of happy smiles checking in on us .. I'm telling you this was amazing .. Definitely going back !!
