Layers Sandwich Co is a Seattle based sandwich food truck that changes locations to go to places like breweries and business parks. They specialize in sandwiches and have a decent sized menu. Their portions sizes are also ok compared to their prices which are slightly on the higher side. They also have some sides you can choose from as well. They make everything to order, so its usually about 10 minutes or so.

WOW! This place is the spot if you want sandwiches that are not your basic sandwiches. They have an awesome pork belly sandwich with a sweet and spicy flavor. They also have this shrimp cake sandwich, available as a special. If they have this available I would highly recommend the shrimp cake sandwich. Excellent customer service as well.

Taking the recommendation from a friend, I gave Layers Sandwich Co. a try one day when they were at Stoup Brewing. The braised beef sandwich is delicious, meat was tender and juicy, though there wasn't a lot of other ingredients (just lettuce and pickle) and the portion is on the small side. Overall, I am not convinced if it's worth the hassle - finding out the location of the pop-up and waiting in line for a $15 sandwich that's not enough for lunch.

Had the cauliflower veggie sandwich and it was amazing. Got the spuds and the green goddess dressing was the best I ever had. If I decide to eat meat again I will definitely come back and try another sandwich because they all looked so good!

Wow, good sandwich. Bit small compared to other "great" Seattle sandwich places, but worth it. The piggy is a mainstay on their menu for their reason.

This truck stopped by my office in Georgetown, and so thankful they did! The precocious piggy pork belly sandwich was delicious, I really hope they come back! Tasty Brioche bun, crispy, flavorful pork belly, a great sauce, and pickled onions. looking forward to trying their other sandwiches as well.

Stopped by their truck at Hellbent Brewing the other day after a coworker had been singing their praises for some time. All the praise had set expectations pretty high but they certainly delivered and exceeded them anyway. Very yummy sandwiches, very fresh and you can tell that they are made with love. Meat to bread ratio was on point which I appreciate. The spuds were great, too, and the banana bread is a must! When we find ourselves on this side of the water the next time, we'll certainly check whether they are available and within reach.

I don't see why people wait in line for this place. I got the jalapeno and date grilled cheese and there were hardly any jalapeños or dates on it and only a single bite with both. My husband got the special chili Colorado sandwich and it was very greasy. He couldn't even finish it. My advice...head over to Make Me a Sandwich, it was INCREDIBLE!

Seriously impressed. Generally I think food trucks are mediocre food for restaurant prices, but layers sandwich co is truly the exception. The food was unique and tasty. The “Harissa Explains It All” was a real winner, but everything we had was delicious. I would say this is a top 3 food truck in the Seattle area, if not higher.

You know when kids suck down apple juice like their lives depend on it? When they finally take a break to gasp for air? Yeah that was me with Layers Sandwich Co's cherry lemonade. It didn't even make it back to the car with me. I had heard good things and this was when they had a special going for the Cocktail Hour Sandwich: Crispy Oregon bay shrimp cake, Louie sauce, radish, frisee/arugula on a toasted potato bun. So. Good. As in, I'm so glad no one was around to watch me devour it in a very lady-like 2.5 seconds 🤤 I need to go back to try their veggie Harrisa Explains It All. If you haven't yet, Layers is a must to check out.
