The guys who work here are absolutely awesome! Every single one of them and every single time I come in, they are always so held and friendly and respectful and smiling. This butcher store has the best meats in the area and the store is always clean and they can always give you suggestions or personal recommendations. The burgers they make in house are outrageously delicious and they rotate the flavors during different seasons. My favorite is the blue cheese burgers and the cheddar and bacon burgers. I love their variety of sausages and their top tier meats. 5 stars!

The staff at Fischer Meats are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have great ideas for recipes and will do their best to accommodate your requests for items not always in the display case, such as cutting up their skirt steak and vacuum packing it for you. Whether ordering a turkey for Thanksgiving, tenderloins for Christmas, or just weekly purchases of a big variety of sausages and steaks ,rubs and spices, you will only be satisfied with the quality and freshness of food sold at Fischer Meats.

Some of the best meat I've ever had, period. That includes high end Scottish and Irish steak, French and Italian meats and German sausages Not only that, the prices are very reasonable and the staff are unbelievable. I don't know how the owners collected such a friendly, knowledgeable bunch. Definitely worth checking out, and for the love of God the landjager sausage.

We've been going to Fischer's for decades. Excellent sausages and steaks for grilling. I used to buy 6 different kinds of sausages for our July 4th celebrations and everyone loved them all--even the hot spicy Italian. Best bacon we've found as well... Along with their pepperoni sticks for snacks for us and the kids.

Best butcher shop around! They are always so nice and so very helpful. I walk in, not really knowing what I need, and they teach me something new every time! Plus, the meat is better than any that I have purchased around here. It's always so fresh and of amazing quality! You have to try the Jalapeño pepperoni!

The steaks and pork belly were delicious, juicy/tasty, and very health beneficial! We had inquiries regarding their products, we called the meat market to find out they were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. There kind replies facilitated our decision regarding what cuts of meat to purchase. After ordering, our meat products arrived in an expeditious manner (Courtesy of Mercato)! This place is amazing. They do special orders for me on smoked products that are fantastic. I have been going there for 30 years. I also used to use a meat store in New Castle that I will leave nameless but will not shop there any longer after making a few trips there to find the products I wanted weren’t in stock even after being told they would be. They don’t even make their jerkys at their location and have it brought in from another location. But what really turned me off was the way they negatively talked about Fischer when I mentioned them. Fischers is worth the ten minute drive up the road. Thanks again Josh for the awesome smoke turkey breast.

We love Fischer Meats! The meat selecting is fabulous. Being from England and huge fan of bangers (pork sausages), they have the best bangers I've had in the US. The staff are great although it's sometimes a little hard to hear them. They recently put a devider down the middle of the customer side so that customers don't get an muddled up as they wait their turn. This is especially helpful with the COVID situation. Enter from front or back, but parking in the back is very convenient.

Service is knowledgeable, if a little surly, but that doesn't bother me at a butcher too much. Products on offer are GREAT! House-made sausages and gyro burgers are fantastic, and the thick-cut pork chops are consistently the best pork chops I've ever bought. Game meats available frozen, and they were able to provide some pretty oddball stuff for our Spanish exchange student to cook a traditional Catalan stew. There's a reason this place had stayed in business for over a century.

Fischer Meats was a great find on my commute home from work. They have a great assortment of meat cuts, including some yummy stuffed items as well as they're own meatloaf they make. Steaks, roasts, meat sticks, ground meat, bacon, eggs, frozen items. They also have some herbs/seasonings, meal accessories (biscuit/potato mixes, sides), and some one-off pieces of meat for rare or special occasions. That staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that they'll write cooking instructions on the meat packages themselves. Street parking in the front is hit or miss, but there is a small lot in the rear with a rear entrance as well.

The community is so blessed to have this long-time gem of a local business here in Issaquah. My wife and I were fortunate enough to locate Fischer Meats not long after we moved to town about 12 years ago. Personally, I am a fan of a one stop grocery trip, but these days, we will not purchase our meat elsewhere. It is well worth the trip down Front Street to make the extra stop, even in Issaquah rush hour! This weekend was an extra treat. My wife wanted to prepare something special for Father’s Day, and after getting an excellent recommendation from the manager Josh, she surprised me with two premium T-Bone steaks which I had the honor of putting on the grill. Additionally, she was also able to pick up some treats for our four-legged daughter dogs, a bag of cut pipe bones which I also grilled for them. Needless to say, all of us had a wonderful weekend! Thank you Chris for having such a wonderful establishment. My wife Monica and I wish you many more years of continued success!

Everything from in house made jerky , landejaeger, boudin, bangers, breakfast links and brats ( there are other styles too. Too many to remember! ) The fresh cuts are updated throughout the day and there is a nice assortement prepared items to make a meal quick and easy. Coupled with some other specialty meat and cooking products, makes this our everyday meat store. Longest operating business in Issaquah. Over 100 years now.

After you've visited this location, and especially after you've tasted their superior cuts, you will find yourself wishing for the days of old where it was standard to have a town shop that specialized in meats. You cannot find meats like this at Safeway or Fred Meyer. Do yourself a favor if you have a refined palette and drop by. One complaint however, and this is the only reason I didn't rate this establishment with 5 stars, is that they only infrequently have lamb, and lamb happens to be my favorite meat.
