Homemade Boudin, pork sausage, alligator sausage and the BEST Hogshead Cheese I’ve ever eaten! Don’t even want to have a cracker with it! You gotta get some!

Wow! This is the real deal if you need sausages or cured meats. You walk in and the factory floor is right there. You can walk into the freezer and pick from what’s in stock. The owners are super friendly despite working at a light speed pace. Everything is the same price per weight. Will make this a regular stop, quintessential true New Orleans.

Visited New Year’s Eve Morning. Called before going & said come soon cause we’re leaving early & then also told us where else we could get their products in case we missed them. Headed straight there & made it in time. Couldn’t decide just what to get - LOTS of options. They gave us some samples to try & even warmed them in the microwave so we could get the correct taste & flavor experience. All options are the same per pound price which is nice. Ended up getting 6 different sausages & 8 pounds all frozen & packaged for travel. Have only tried 1 or 2 so far but have been excellent. Looking forward to the Jalapeño/Cheddar and the Crawfish as well as the Alligator. We will be back

Reasonable priced! Stopped by before leaving Neworleans the owner/ worker was very friendly and even gave us free sausage definitely worth visiting if you love sausage and boudin as much as my husband.

All of the sausages we tried were great. The lady that helped us was wonderful. We went to get smoked alligator sausage for a gift, it was delicious. Not easy to get to but well worth the trip.

Amazing company! I will be ordering and having shipped to Florida on a regular basis. Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, great selection of meats and prices. I accidentally left my wallet and they waited till I got back even though they were already closed for the day. I say that's awesome customer service!!!

Definitely a place you must visit and buy!!!! Will gave me a tour of the facility and samples of all their sausages. Very homey atmosphere ( because it's in a home lol). I recommend the alligator for those who are traveling and the regular smoked sausage to load up on. Thank you Creole Country Sausage Factory for the tour and the food!!!

I first tasted their Smoked Boudin at Napoleon House Restaurant and asked the waiter where they sourced it from. Later I drove by the Factory by happenstance. Vaughn saw us stop in front when we were taking a picture and invited my aunt and I inside to taste a bit of their breakfast sausage they were cooking up! We got to see part of the small factory where they were stuffing sausages. Wonderful friendly people, got some discounted Boudin! I will have to ask my Aunt send me some home to the west coast occasionally!

They really make you feel welcomed - it’s the Louisiana hospitality that really sparks joy into your heart. Also, they know what they’re doing - the sausages are really tasty!! (P.S. I love your dog!)

What a great place! Their sausage and tasso are wonderful, and served at many local fine restaurants. They are friendly folks, too. Note that David St is hard to spot from Orleans traveling northwest/toward the lake, since it has a different street name (Solomon) on the other side.

I was visiting New Orleans on a church Mission Trip. Creole was closed, but allowed me to buy some local sausage for our team. What a wonderful gesture! Great sausage and a great business?
