A fantastic stop to immerse your taste buds in some New Orleans Gator Sausages! You'll be surprised how tasteful they are! They burst with Cajun flavor and spice! There isn't so much to choose from on the menu but what little selection there is... its all good!! It's a novelty sausage-dog shop but definitely worth a fun stop while shopping through the French Market!
