Emily is a master of her trade! The quality of the meat they sell is outstanding ! Last year I ordered my Christmas filet a month early to lock in the price. I purchased it frozen and removed it a few days prior to our gathering. I am very particular about our Christmas filet and I must say, it was, hands down, the best filet we have ever had!! The quality of the meat is such that the time in the freezer did not affect it at all! Thank you ladies! This review is now one year later. The chateabriand was the best meal I prepared all year! The second best meals were anything purchased from Butcher Block! We are so fortunate to have such a gem right here in Franklin!!

This quaint little butcher shop is awesome! I was greeted upon entering and everyone was so nice. I can't wait to try this cherry wood smoked bacon. If it taste as good as this smoked turkey on this deli sandwich that also purchased, then we are definitely coming back! This turkey is sooooooooo good!!!

I don’t know where to start. Guy Fieri would name this the Capital of Flavortown. The burgers are some of the juiciest and flavorful burgers I’ve ever had. The steaks are top shelf, it’s to the point, I can’t go to a steakhouse and order steak cause it won’t compare. If you get a steak, get some of that garlic butter 🔥 I come here weekly, even my dog love the pig ears. They also have sandwiches which will knock you right out of your socks.

I was looking for a quick bite and looked at some reviews for local restaurants. I saw the reviews for Butcher Block and their chicken salad. I love a good chicken salad and this one did not disappoint (one of the best that I've had). If you are ever in the area you should give them a try. Please feel free to like my review.

If you're looking to pick up some steaks this is your go-to place. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. Lines can get a bit long but it is worth the wait. I've met the owners only ones but they were very polite and kind. All of their employees seem to be very knowledgeable and hard-working.

It's a meat lover's dream. They were smoking meat just outside the door. Bacon was frying in a electric skillet. I was starving in a good way by the time I left. They sell fresh and frozen meat. Beef, pork, and chicken. You can buy bacon sliced or a frozen whole slab. Bacon choices now include a cherrywood, dry-aged vacuum-sealed whole pork belly. They sell sandwiches, chips, cheeses, dips, and more. The honey-cured bacon I used in chocolate chip cookies is no longer sold. Best hamburgers ever. Just added photos recipes I made using dry aged bacon, Butcher burgers, and spinach artichoke dip. Yum.

I went in for lunch to get a sandwich (had great reviews from some co-workers), the sandwich was absolutely delicious. The team working there were super cool, very friendly, greeted as soon as I opened the door, but it wasn’t a robotic “welcome in”, it was a genuine warm welcoming. Fantastic place all around!

Awesome butcher shop! Picked up a tenderloin roast for the grill over the weekend - it was perfectly trimmed, and very tasty. I have purchased other cuts of meat there and have found the quality to be consistently excellent. Expert staff, very friendly, and focused on quality and service. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family owned business. Always greeted with a hello & smile. The meat selection is great. We travel from out of town just to get our meat from this shop. We buy it in bundles. They have great prices for what you get! They have recently brought in Amish food and what a great touch! We will indefinitely shop here. Best butcher shop we have been do. You can see that the team members and owners care for each customer that walks through that door and want to give them the best experience. Incredible choice of meats and other items at great prices. My family and I also come in and eat their fresh deli sandwiches and soups nearly every weekend. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. They remember our names when we come in!

If you want the most delicious steak ever, spend your money here. Top notch service and a true variety of meats and sides to take home. This cowboy ribeye literally melts in your mouth! The deli sandwiches are wonderful and great for a quick lunch. Highly recommend the Butcher Block!

Oh my gosh this place is amazing. From the cozy atmosphere to the amazing food to the fantastic service. The Turkey Bacon Avocado and The Italian were both superb but I’m sure you can’t go wrong with the menu. While waiting on your sandwhich you can shop around for local treasures like jam and honey or shop for meat for dinner- and don’t forget to grab one of the sides from their amazing selection. I’m so sad I don’t live here because I want to eat here everyday!!!!

Fantastic family owned butcher. Their prime beef is in the top 4% of all beef, they still hand cut to order and even offer 45 day and over, dry aged beef. It is great to find this type of “old school “ hands-on service in a world that wants everything prepackaged. Enjoy and treat yourself to a couple of dry aged ribeyes.

Mrs. Kim & Emily are the best! I usually stop by once a week, for at least a sandwich. The "twisted reuben" is fantastic. I also get my steaks from here, they are always great quality. Everyone is always helpful and friendly, and I consider them all friends now!

Superb customer service!!! The parking lot was packed and they graciously brought my order curbside in the rain! Best filets, ribs, potato salad, veggies. Emily is phenomenal and makes an incredible sandwich for lunch. Don’t miss out on the best butcher shop anywhere!

This is a wonderful store with the best tasting/quality items. Their bbq/steak sauce, seasoning and much more are on a league of their own! You will feel like you are tasting a much better item and never want to pay for the cheap store brand again. There are very friendly staff too.

First time visiting today. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I came for the beef ribs and left with ribs, burgers, twice baked potatoes, bacon and stuffed jalapeños. Great prices and a far superior meat selection than the local chains. They might as well put a cot in the back because they may become my second home.

Ordered 2 legs of lamb and lamb chops. Excellent meat. No smell and not gamy. Us Greeks know lamb, and this was very good. Soft and tender cuts. Very nice staff.

Ordered for the first time through Uber Eats and they slightly got my order wrong. When I called the manager and owner was very polite and said they I could come by and pick up my order. Not only was order fresh and tasteful. The owner gave me 2 cookies and some ground beef to take home due to the inconvenience. No inconvenience at all, they have great customer service. Will definitely be back. Go see them!!

VEGETARIANS STAY AWAY! I am a proud vegetarian and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed in the lack of a solid fruit and vegetable selection. There is ONLY MEAT! Very disgusting. I am definitely not coming back here
