This is a great meat market. Way above average selection for a place if its kind. Actually it was kind of impressive. I could spend a lot of money here just on the selection seasonings and extras. The meat sticks were delicious. The brats I got were better than average for a meat market. The fillets I got were out of this world. Top 2 steaks I made it home this year. Tender, flavorful and at 19.99 a lbs...what's not to like?

Wish I could give more stars. Always top quality at reasonable prices. Sausages, brats, jerky, ribs all made and smoked on the premises. Their precooked, smoked sauced ribs are fabulous. Meat can be cut to order. For the little ones, they have pedal tractors to drive around. The display of collectibles cars will occupy you if you have to wait for service.

I love the brats here, they are quite massive with size and flavor. They have a great selection of meats and i bet it would be difficult for them to not have something you need. They make their own dishes like lasagna and hot dish. They have pizzas you can take home and bake. Customer service is top notch and very friendly. For sure one of the best meat markets around. Also try the beef sticks and jerky!

Took deer out to have processed. Website said the deer had to have the hide removed. When we got there they would not take it because they said it had to be quartered as well. This is not listed on their website.

I've been talking about this place since the start of the pandemic when restaurants started to close and getting a good meal outside your home was harder than finding an N95 mask. Luckily I found this gold mine. Osseo Meat Market. Their selection of beef jerky? More flavors than you could imagine of. Their smoked pork chops? The smell would bring your most antisocial child out of their bedroom to see what the fuss is about. But their STEAKS?! A different level. Just SETTING them on a hot grill brings up the most amazing and intense smells you've experienced to date. The marbling. The sizing of each cut. The price when compared to the QUALITY? Like dropping a quarter down a well. We'll worth the time to visit and experience the place for yourself. Can't sell this place enough. You won't regret it.

From the moment I walked in, all I could smell was meat and baked goods. There were condiments to greet me along with a few other items that people could not help but want if they were baking or grilling. They had a wide selection of: breads, cold cuts, cheese, brownies, cookies and a few other amazing little tidbits. I've been to a lot of meat markets and have seen the basics but this bacon... I mean... Oh my freaking goodness gracious, great balls of fire! It's so beautiful! Strongly suggest everyone to try it!

Best beef sticks and beef jerky! The white meat chicken nuggets are fabulous. Pumpkin cookies are the best I've ever had. We drove one hour to check out this meat market. The worker behind the counter was some of the best service we've gotten. So kind, and took the time to explain the cooking process, and complex flavors of several of their meats. The food is top notch, but that service (on a busy Saturday afternoon) was indescribable. We are definitely new "regulars" going forward - great staff Osseo Meat Market! *Fast Forward!!!! We still go, but now we've added their fresh baked bread and homemade cheese ravioli to our must haves!!! Best I've ever had!

Utterly fantastic. Our family has been buying their hams for holiday meals for decades! Extremely nice people and service. In addition to their wide array of meat choices they also have a deli area and lots of interesting frozen options to look through. There are homemade bread and buns. First visit just before writing this review. I'm in awe of their overall selection -- incredibly unique vibe and decor, with a very friendly staff. Gave us a free sample of summer sausage (amazing) and their beef jerky is incredibly tender and flavorful. So excited to have them in the neighborhood.

I do like this place but I bought these cinnamon rolls here frozen in a yellow box that cost 15 dollars not worth it at all I followed directions and cooked them as said my cinnamon rolls were sitting in a puddle of liquid wich was half of the pan so gross when cooked

Awesome meat shop. These guys have a very clean store with all kinds of delicious food. Just got done reading all of the one star reviews from fearful and weak minded liberals who watch and trust the lying and evil main stream media narrative about the plandemic and nothing could be further from the truth. Wanted to post a five star review to counter those useful idiots. If you want to shop at the best meat shop around look no further. We decided to have prime rib tonight and made a phone call and asked them to put together a cut of meat, a throwaway roast pan, Au Ju sauce, some veggies and potatoes and we got there in about 10 minutes and the gal at the front counter had it all wrapped up nicely for us with a big smile on her face. Looking forward to our delicious dinner this evening. Couldn’t get that level of personalized service from any other meat shop or big box grocery store. Thank you Osseo Meats!

I am not sure why I stopped, but knew I needed some meat. I settled on some sausage and a ham. Wow, the best ham I have ever tried!!! Kids were fans as well. Get a ham for easter you will not be disappointed.

Got the frozen pulled "bar b que" beef tasted like their normal pulled pot roast beef with alot of liquid smoke and a hint of maple syrup. It seems they have a hard time typing the ingredients as well haha it was a miss but most everything in this place usually hits!

I'm not going to review any previous visits I've had to Osseo Meats. My visits have always been top notch. 10 stars and none of this 5 star stuff. 😉 I have read a couple recent reviews below that are just not right. Osseo Meats has remained open to serve all of us in these very strange times. Nobody could've predicted or even prepared for a pandemic like this one. I've been in numerous times in the past 2 months and they are working hard to provide the best service possible. They remain extremely busy the entire work day. Just like they are very patient to wait on us and standby while we drool... I mean make our decisions on what to purchase, we too need to show some respect and patience for them. Guys... Stay the course and keep doing what you do. 99.9% of us really appreciate everything! Stay Safe! Rick H.

Love OMM! Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is always great. Instead of going out to dinner and spending $45 for two you can run into their frozen section and for less than $15 have meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner ready in about 30 minutes from your oven. Also, you will still have leftovers from it for several days! And grab some of their beef sticks or jerky while you are at it because that's just extra deliciousness!!! Thanks OMM for being a great local shop!!!

This was my first visit thanks to a reccomendation from a friend for the old fashioned wieners (the kind with a snap when you bite into them). This is a great meat market that has that small town feel. Friendly service and plenty of folks behind the counter to keep the many customers moving. HINT: go to the counter and pull a number when you get in, you should have time to shop until your turn. Staff are happy to see you, answer your questions and do what it takes. I loved looking at the decorations as much as the broad selection of meat. Only disappointing moment... with several selections of jerky there was not a "basic" or peppered beef jerky. I got the BBQ beef jerky and am glad I did. Not too sweet and a perfect jerky bite, chew and flavor. I will make the trip from Plymouth again. A great secret place to share.

Everything here is top quality. Wonderfully marbled steaks, fresh made sausages, jerkey, and beef sticks. Better quality then I have found in Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Worth the drive across country just stop in, and snack up. If you have friends in town pick up a couple of steaks and grill for them. No one will be disappointed.

Osseo Meat Market always has the best quality beef in town. Forget the grocery store and head to where the best top quality meat is butchered perfectly. Prices are very fair when you consider the quality of what you are getting. They also have a nice selection of cheese, breads, side dishes, spices and a huge freezer section. They also stock some seafood items along with awesome pork, and chicken. Outside the meat market Charlies corn stand is now open in July and wow..best sweet corn Ive had from here to Duluth. My wife and I have been coming here for years and have never once been let down. Oh, if you smoke brisket, chuck roasts, ribs, they will trim and cut to your liking, really great service here. Here is a quick pic of some of their goodies we got today and will be going on the bbq tonight.

If you don't try this place then you should also Google "local physician" and go schedule an appointment to get your head checked. Great meat market if you like fair prices, high quality and unique meats. It reminds me so much of the meat market/locker plants near my parent's farm in central MN. Our kids say the hot dogs are the best in the world. The jerky and pepper sticks are my favorite and my wife likes the brats and polish sausage best. I got my deer processed in under a week too. Just a suggestion - stop at Osseo Meat Market, get some Brats and Hot Dogs, and then go tailgate at a St. Paul Saints game - lots of fun.

The first time I didn't really like it all the much; the flavors were not to my liking. However I tried the Lunch Wagon again today (after watching a steady stream of coworkers eat there) and it was great. I had the Hot Stromboli Sandwich and a salad, for under $7! WOW!!!!!! Love this place! I would rather drive the 20min to come here vs. the local VonHonsens! Everything that we have ever tried is exceptional, potatoe salad, chicken salad, smoked ham (lunch meat), smoked bacon, beef sticks, exc. My young children also love coming here from the ride on toys outside to the tractors they can ride around the store while I shop to the ride on elephant in the store, I enjoy watching them get to enjoy being kids while I shop along with a free sample of beef stick in hand! Not only is the product one of a kind the staff is very personable! Nothing like a family owned business that takes pride in not just their product but their customers which we do not find much anymore of these days! Thanks for being a one of a kind meat market!!! My favorite jerkys and sticks are; orginal, teriyaki and whiskey bacon. Osseo meat market was previously on main Street osseo prior to moving to it current location. If you are looking for a great home style lunch option osseo meat market & deli is a excellent choice. I've shopped here for meat for a few years because the quality has always been fabulous...so much better than supermarket meat! But this past weekend, I had a tree cutting neighborhood party that I didn't want to cook for because of all the work we had to do. So I ordered their pulled chicken and sliced roast beef au jus, potato salad and chicken almond salad. The crew loved it all. I'm picky about my potato salad and this is the best I've had that wasn't my sisters. The chicken almond salad was to die for! And the meats were nicely seasoned and very tasty. I'd highly recommend if you have a party or need to feed a lot of people, let Osseo Meats do the work for you. You won't regret it!
