Finally found a place that's sells genuine dry aged steak in the twin cities. It was my first time eating a dry aged steak and it definitely lived up to the hype. Don't need to eat it all the time but next time I want to splurge and have a really nice steak I'll go back to J. Morten's

I picked up a few different types of ribeye steaks today I reverse seared the dry aged one this evening and it was amazing I'm looking forward to the next one.

Best Selection of Outstanding Beef and Pork in Minnesota. The 2nd best is at their Hugo location. I stop here about once a month and stock up. Great staff and great steaks. So glad to have this second location. It's hard to eat other beef and pork after shopping here. It's a little spendy but so worth it!
