A little sandwich and cheese shop in the Public Market. The sandwiches were top notch, and they are also known for their over the top Bloody Mary’s. There is also a cheese counter and shop area. We got a 12 year aged cheese that is absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Milwaukee, and highly recommend you check out the rest of the Public Market as well.

My family & I went here for lunch & got the grilled pastrami, cheese fries, order of chicken tenders & a bacon egg cheese croissant. Everything was delicious and very hot. The food is so good. If you are looking for a place to try in The Public Market, go here. You won’t be disappointed.

Best cheese around! They also have this drink called The Milwaukee Mule... let me just say that it’s the best slushy ever... they are strong so if you’re driving only have one... 🥰I also have tried multiple things on their menu... The sausage and cheese plate is wonderful but the Poutine is absolutely a win... and if you want a healthier choice the cashew salad is to die for...give this place a try... you won’t be disappointed 😋

Always delicious. Just note they don’t use Grubhub...Grubhub apparently adds them without consent but they legally can’t do delivery because of liability with the drivers. Pic is of the siracha melt and sample platter, my favorite!!!! The grilled summer sausage sandwich is another favorite, not pictured.

The grilled roast beef is excellent. I would recommend their cheese curds as well. I spent way too much money at this place but it was all so delicious!

Cheese whips are awesome and unique! Delicious food! Great bloody marys. My husband got The Milwaukean - house blend garnished with a brat slider, deep fried cheese curds, bacon, beef stick, mozzarella whips, pickle spear, olive and celery. I got The Abso-bloody-lutely - house blend garnished with a grilled cheese slider, bacon, beef stick, mozzarella whips, pickle spear, olive and celery. Friendly staff.

Since I arrived in the Third Ward last January for a long term work project, I've been getting lunch sandwiches, as well as other food items, from this location, pretty much every day. Their staff, including Michael, Frank, Michelle and everyone, are incredibly friendly and make each visit enjoyable. I just want to say thank you to the whole team for making my stay here very full-"filling"!!!! If anyone reading this happens to be staying in Third Ward, definitely check out Milwaukee Public Market and West Allis Cheese. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down THE BEST bloody mary in Milwaukee, maybe in existence. The Milwaukean is a work of art that tastes as good as it looks. The whole menu is quality (don't sleep on the monthly specials) and has led to WACS becoming our weekend staple!

First time at the market and omg how awsome it is. Especially west Allis cheese and sausage me and my daughter had several different things we couldn't decide my daughter only buys her cheese and sausage and jerky here only...this is her 4th time here this is my first time and not the last. We had to get several cheeses and sausage and jerky for home first off I'm extremely picky but after chatting with Jordan and asking a few questions and getting recommendations we decided on the turkey club with fries and cheese curds and my daughter had the ham and sriracha melt everything was on point and delicious 😋 and Jordan and his knowledge about architecture and food was awesome and he's easy on the eyes too just saying can't wait to go back mmmmm delicious.and the food was too...lol

Enjoyed this months special sandwich the Guiness corned beef. 2 kinds of cheese, grilled onions, with light toasted rye this sandwich was seriously GOOD! Wish it wasnt just a monthly special. Great selections of WI products to purchase as well. We will definitely be back!

If you ever want an angel of a baguette, you need, NEED to go to West Allis Cheese and Sausage. Granted, it did take a while to get, but it's the Milwaukee Public Market (well worth the wait). I had the black forest ham baguette with Raclette, let me tell you... The way the cheese crisps around the edges and melts even more into your mouth is not a fusion for the weak. Freshly, thinly cut ham, crisp and airy bread buttered to perfection; this sandwich cured me in ways I could not describe in a mere review. You're just gonna have to try it on your own.

I had their delicious Sriracha melt with ham, pepperoni, jalapenos, pepper jack, and sriracha mayo... was greasy but good. It also came with a side of nicely seasoned kettle cooked chips, and I got a side of fries in addition, which was the size of a large stryofoam to go box! Definitely a good idea to share. Staff was super friendly even during the lunch rush, I would love to go back.

GET ALL OF THE CHEESE!!! Gosh, I really love cheese. This store you can pretty much be sure will have what you are looking for! And great place to stop for something unique or if you are having some friends over and want to impress with uppity cheese. They have the little cheese orphans sometimes, too. Which are the ends of a bigger block of cheese that of course shouldn't be thrown out, but are not as pretty or usable. They are marked down to a couple bucks, I see havarti there a lot, for some reason. There's also sausage, crackers, and coolers full of things.

This is our favorite cheese monger in town. They have a wonderful variety of quality cheeses, fresh, at reasonable prices. We have bought premium cheeses in town at other suppliers and sometimes been surprised to find that the product had been cut and plastic wrapped so long that the product when we purchased it was already past it's prime. These folks will cut your order to size right in front of you. If you aren't sure they will offer you a sample of the product. They are knowledgable about their products and about the industry. They are not only a great source for quality cheese, they are also knowledgeable enough to make suggestions about food pairings and are always cheerful to deal with.

The manager and employees were very helpful, they showed us around the store & restaurant. The food was amazing. Try the fried cheese curds. Also for those who like spicy food the Monterey Jack cheese was delicious.
