South Milwaukee Sausage & Meat sets the bar high for Meat Markets and always over exceeds expectations each visit. Super friendly staff, rewards program, different flavors and specials all the time. My family is always trying something different and everything is always delicious, from the cuts of steaks, bacon, sausages, burgers and even mock chicken legs, to some of the best marinaded chicken I've ever made. This place is a hidden gem in South Milwaukee. The employees are friendly, kind, and helpful. The store is very clean and offers so many quality, well-priced options. They take special orders and give cooking suggestions. I ordered New York strips for a New Years celebration and they were absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend.

These guys are the real deal. Top notch sausages with nothing but real ingredients you recognize and pronounce. Good spice in the Hot Hungarian and Hot Italian. Great heat in the Hot Bronson.

Stopped in on a trip home to Milwaukee and HOLY MACKERAL was I glad I did. This is in the location of a former sausage place; with new owners (as my mom the town gossip tells it). Selected a number of different sausages and some chicken and turkey links for my non-red meat eating kids. Flavors included Cheddar, Bleu Cheese and Mushroom; Pinot Gritio and Spinach Alfredo. Put them on labeled plates and cut them into quarters as they came off the grill. Everyone had an absolutely awesome time trying all of the different flavors. The difference in hand-made versus "corporate sausage" is palate changing. All if that and if my pocketbook is right, at no greater cost than something you find at Kroger. Do yourself and the community a favor and visit this locally owned business; I can all but guarantee you'll never look at sausage the same!

Only sausage specific meat shop in the city and near by. They also have hot ham and rolls on sundays. Fresh and frozen selections all made in house ,many are unique or one of a kind. You have to check them out !! Breakfast sausages are among my favorites.

They have the BEST Sunday Hot Ham & Rolls I have had in the Milwaukee area!!! They brined, smoked and simmered a deboned ham!! Great flavor! Helpful staff and large selection of delicious looking sausages.
