Excellent priced lunch, overall excellent!!! Deli and meat departments have one of the largest selection of items I couldn't possibly pronounce. Sausage, brats, custom blends and meats are always fresh. Great local butcher. Highly recommend!!

I had to make a trip to the north side of Milwaukee and decided to try products from 2 sausage shops. Karl's has a impressive display of products and pride them selves with all the awards they have won. I purchased summer sausage, bacon and beef jerky. The bacon was the best off all 3 and the summer sausage a 7 out of 10. I will stop again in 2 weeks and update any new findings.

The meats are great there, it’s just that it feels very strange in the store as a non white person. They added what feels like a cultural sensitivity aisle with out her countries snacks which is nice, just a bit over compensating. Every time I checkout there the older folk are all smiles with the other customers but when someone that looks not white walks up the smiles and small talk disappear. Aside from the weird race issue this place has great meats and selection.

Have you decided to celebrate something with an impromptu party? Then stop by Karl's and quickly load up on their BBQ pulled pork and fresh French rolls. This award winning market always has mouthwatering selections, like Champion Double Smoked Bacon or Cheddar Brown Chicken Breast with Hash Browns and Cheddar Cheese. And I found out just in time for Mardi Gras that Karl's will have home-made paczkis (Polish jelly filled doughnuts).

Deer precessing incredibly quick. Dropped off Monday and was told ready by Wednesday same week with all meat vacuum packaged. You save $20 pay in cash at time of drop so instead of $120, it's only $100 plus you get the 10 pounds venison deer sausage included with no extra charge on that. Additionally, you get to have your deer hide back with no extra charge like other places claim to do. You do pay extra for all other sausages or special products like venison bacon. I think the prices are more than fair to the consumer's advantage for the quality work of cut steaks and roasts along with delicious sausage products, in convenient transparent heavy duty packaging, and rapid turn around time. I am well pleased for the great prices on outstanding quality timely processing of products rendered.

Thank goodness for this store. Stopped in for some liver sausage and rye bread. Boy we weren't disappointed. 5 or 6 choices of liver sausage and 4 or 5 choices of quality rye bread. And the staff was so helpful explaining things to us. We definitely will be back

So they followed the removal of the mask mandate that the Wisconsin Supreme Court voted on and someone is complaining about it!!! You have the personal choice to wear a mask. Grow up. This place has the best meats. Their quality and consistency is amazing. They are a local business and I love supporting them! Basically almost all do their homemade stuff is killer and the meat cuts are high end. Best meat market around!!!

My family has been going to Carl's market for as long as I can remember. If your German and you want to good Kessler for Christmas dinner they're the place to visit. There were a few Advent calendars out I'm sure as the season progresses they will have more. All the me at in the meat case looked divine and the cashiers were really friendly. If you're German and looking for something that you miss from Germany Karl's is your place.

Having come from German immigrant parents, this place brings back the Old Country taste and memories I grew up with. Authentic German sausages, liver wurst, smoked meats (smoked ribs, chicken, and hocks are my favorite). Nice selection of imported chocolates and candies too.

Always a wonderful selection of quality products. Friendly staff as well. Their lunch specials are phenomenal and the portions allow for 2 meals! All at a better price than that horrible hamburger joint across the street. And they give you the OPTION to wear a mask! I will gladly be spending my money there, which will make up for all the clowns, who are mask shaming and scared of nothing!

Our family loves the great selection of sausages and meats. Their freshly made deli sandwiches are THE BEST in town. The Pastrami sandwich is a family favorite, the meat is stacked high and it's only $5.00 (you get a cookie too!) What a great store! Always great customer service in the deli/meat department.

Service at checkout was very good. Location looks a little iffy but its nice inside and worth it. Will positively go back everytime we're in town. Worth the drive if you're a meat/brat hound.

Sometimes getting lost results in happy endings! We found Karl's by accident & were quite pleased with this quaint little store! Grilled up some tasty Reuben Brats last night! All beef in fact! Good German meat market and Deli, also fish fry and hot specials of the day. Which I was surprised I didn't know until I went there. Surprise !! imported candies with liqoure inside them, they were a special after dinner treat at Christmas. Different kinds of stuffed meats with spinach or cheeses for special meals when you want to show your guest they are Special to you. I always get new ideas for different meals to WOW Family and Friends. YUM !!

We use Karl's on a regular basis to provide high quality sandwiches for our customers and visitors. Karl's has an impressive selection of meats and cheeses, and their rotating hot lunch menu includes a Friday fish fry. The rest of the store is great. It's such a great place for either lunch or a quick convenience store type stop. They have all the standard things, a selection of fresh vegetables, some great German imported groceries (chocolate! yum!) and of course their homemade meats. Service is good, and there's no reason to not support an awesome local spot like Karl's!

Karl's is an excellent meat market and fairly priced. From the stuffed pork chops to the steaks and the Colorado stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken breasts, this place is hard to beat. I also had some venison processed there this past winter. They did an excellent job with the summer sausage and hot sticks. Pricing was reasonable.

Fun find on a lazy afternoon jaunt. Pleasantly surprised at the butcher selections and offerings of German sausages tried the schenkenwurst and very close to what we enjoy in Austria. Good flavor to the Landejaeger sausage as well but not quite as flavorful as the ones in Tyrol. Will return to try their wide variety of bratwurst.

Unique country store, that has survived through the years, because it is just perfect,and doesn't seem to know it...Fresh meats and deli are "2nd to none"...Its my go to place for the holidays, when I'm trying to impress guests...It is a little pricey, But, when your trying to impress, what the heck ! As you wonder around noticing things on these perfectly lovely 1920's (?) shelving. I don't grocery shop here as I am from out of town. However I am a delivery driver and i grab some brats for lunch when its the season and thry are on my route. Little pricey ($4 per or a $5 tonadd chips and a can of soda) but worth it. Interesting and often great special flavors and their regular brats are always good if you dont like the daily. They need a 2 brat deal for guys like me. I'm not much of a chip guy and usually have my own drinks.

I experienced Karls Hot Beef & Cheddar sandwich today which came with curly fries, a cup of hot cheese and a fresh cookie. All for $4.75 By far the BEST beef and cheddar, if not sandwich I have ever had in my life. Fresh cut beef, gravy, cheddar, fresh kaiser roll. Kiddie corner to Karls is Jimmy Johns, Subway, Tazinos, McDonalds, Etc... Karls puts them all to shame at a fraction of the cost.
